It was a great shopping experience!! From the time we enter the lot. Ramon (our sales guru)was awesome and patient. He was very informative and knowledgeable in the vehicle that my wife and I were interested in. We finished up the paperwork with Jim (finance manager)who explained everything in detail. Overall all, I would rate this dealership 10 🌟!!!

Brenda, our sales person, took great care of us! She answered all our questions and made the whole experience very pleasant. We purchased the Taurus that same day and love it! Mrs. Martinez walked us through all the financing, and options available, and we were so pleased! We will definitely buy from this dealership again! Thank you!!

I had a great experience here. It's always exciting to get a new car, but sometimes the process isn't very fun (especially if you have to deal with aggressive, "fast-talking" salesman). I'm so thankful that was not the case here. I had a very pleasant experience working with with AJ (sales rep), Bob(manager) and Jim (finance). I appreciate the time they took to thoroughly explain everything, as well as their overall transparency throughout the process. They made it apparent that they wanted to earn my business. They gave me a great deal for my trade and once we found the right vehicle, were able to get me everything I asked for. I would definitely recommend coming here if your looking for a vehicle.

So we were searching for a certain vehicle at a different dealership. Went to that dealership and they didn't even have the car on the lot like the salesman said. We got the runaway for them to even pull up an inventory and prices so we left. We immediately went to here to checkup on another online posting we had. Clayton Douglas came out and met us. The vehicle was on the lot and pulled up front for us to look at. All questions were answered and he was very up front about the mileage and price....which is a big IMPORTANCE for car buying.We got to test drive quickly. Afterwards got the process started and took the car home that same night. Next day signed the papers with Jim Blair. Both men are absolutely nice, professional and trustworthy. The experience was smooth and easy and I didn't felt pressured to buy. I definetly had a great feeling from Mr. Clayton Douglas and I will definetly go back for future car purchases. This is the dealership you want for big purchases on any kind of car!! Thank You North Park Lincoln...we love our vehicle!!
