My wife and I have been long time Subaru owners, interacting with a variety of sales people and dealerships. Our satisfaction with the Subaru brand has out weighed some less than stellar sales experiences. We now have a new "high" mark for both the dealership and especially the sales person. North Park Subaru at Dominion was truly a high quality experience. The dealership provided a very clean and comfortable environment to browse around. Our sales person, Dan Hanus, was the best. He greeted us at the door, made us feel at ease and never once made us feel pressured into making a decision. He listened to our specific needs and provided the right car for us at a very reasonably price. To say the least, we are very happy with our car buying experience.

My husband and I had been shopping for a new vehicle since I had just had a baby and the car we had was getting too small for our growing family. We also needed something reliable and safe. Dan was a great person to talk to because he knew all the safety features (which was our main concern) and reassured us that the car we chose would meet our family's needs. I couldn't agree with him more. He knows his product! It is obvious he not only cares for his customers, but also takes great pride in the quality of car he is selling.

I came in looking to lease a Subaru, and Dan was so helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I fully understood the process as it was my first time signing a lease. He actually make the process quick and easy, showed me different vehicles, and made sure the one I got was the one I wanted. The facilities were extremely clean, and everyone was so friendly. That day I drove away with my 2016 Subaru Forester! I would recommend Dan and North Park Subaru at the Dominion to everyone.

I just purchased a new 2016 Impreza from North Park Subaru. In many ways my purchase was very unorthodox. I made the request while traveling out of state in Colorado, and was had to go through the entire buying process through the phone and email. Nevertheless the salesman helping me, Dan, and the North Park Dealership made the process very easy. Perhaps the most amazing part of the transaction was the service I received upon the purchase of my car. My previous car had been deemed a total loss from hail, and I had just arrived at the San Antonio Airport from a flight, and had no transportation to reach the dealership to complete my purchase. Dan actually drove my car out to the airport to meet me and complete the deal. All I had to do was sign the documents and drive off in my new car! I can't thank Dan and the people at North Park Subaru enough. I mean, that's a pretty crazy story of customer service. Not to mention the good price they were able to get me on the Impreza. Highly recommend.

I've bought many cars over the years and while I actually enjoy the process of finding and selecting cars, the sales process has never been one I looked forward to. But after my son discovered the meaning of Texas sized hail which turned his car into a giant blue golf ball with shattered glass, broken lights, and side mirrors (it was a total loss), so he needed to replace it. To compound matters he was traveling and this whole transaction needed to happen remotely. I never imagined that it would be possible for us to buy a car over the phone and internet as easily as it we did, but we were fortunate to have had the chance to work with Dan Hanus in the sales department, who worked hard to find the car that we wanted, and at a price that was more than fair. Mr. Hanus went so far as to meet my son at the airport as he returned to San Antonio to deliver the car. I cannot say enough good things about Dan, and I recommend both him and North Park Dominion Subaru without any hesitation.
