My wife and I traveled to Winston-Salem during this current car inventory shortage in order to purchase one of two vehicles at two different dealerships. I am happy that we landed at North Point and more specifically that we were paired up with Ken at the dealership. We had been communicating with their online sales team leading up to our in-person visit and did not realize that we would be working with a different individual upon arrival. Ken was professional, straight forward and very easy to work with. I will admit that my wife and I dread going to buy a car because we usually know what we want and simply want someone to help with the "operational" process. Ken was very respectful of our time and was extremely efficient with completing the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. His familiarity with the process allowed us to quickly get back on the road to drive home again with our "new to us" car. The experience with Ken was excellent and despite not living local in Winston-Salem I would not hesitate to recommend someone to him.

Bought a 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee L from here on July 31 2021 . Very satisfied with the process, my family love this car. I chose this dealership over the ones closer to me due to: 1. The fees are minimum and reasonable 2. The communication is simple and clear 3. The on-site process is simple and easy 4. Special thanks to Shae and Carlos Flores for their awesome help. 5. Would definitely recommend to my friend who want to buy a jeep.

I had my 2016 Ram 1500 Pickup Truck detailed at North Point yesterday, September 9, 2021. They did an absolutely magnificent job. I haven't seen my truck shine in such a manner than the day I rolled it, brand new, off the lot in 2016. Kudos to the Service and Detail staff at North Point. Once again I feel good driving my shiney, like new, truck. Thank you all for all your hard work. I know my truck was pretty cruddy. You had your work cut out for you and you got it done right. Virtual pat on the back to those folks at North Point.

This was by far the BEST experience we've ever had with purchasing a new vehicle. Our salesman, Ken, and finance guy, Greg, were courteous, efficient, attentive, and beyond pleasant to deal with. We chose this dealership just because they had the truck we were looking for but now we would go back because of the service we received. We wouldn't hesitate to trust them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't ask for better customer service. My sales manager was straightforward, knowledgable and really worked with me and what I wanted. It was a great car buying experience hands down. Go see Sam Morgan he’s great!
