I took my diesel truck into this shop for diagnostics about 5-6 weeks ago. The truck was running rough, had loss of power, and blowing some black smoke. I told them when I dropped it off that my scanner said injector 3 was misfiring, but I also wanted them to check other components (turbo, CAC tubes, etc). I was told they would call me. I didn’t get a call after the first day (I called and the mechanic was already gone). Second day I called and he called me back at the end of the day. He told me that compression was low and that I needed a new motor and it would be $15,000. Knowing this was incorrect, and irritated by the way they were doing business already, I told them I’d come get the truck that night and I wasn’t interested in having them do any work. I took the truck to Midnight Diesel the next day and they confirmed that injector 3 was bad. Compression in all cylinders was fine. Midnight diesel replaced injector 3 the next day and the truck has run perfectly ever since. If you need diesel work from a professional, that does great work in a timely manner for a great price, call Lane at Midnight Diesel.

Purchased my car from these guys and then they helped me out with some maintenance as the car needed a new fuel pump. They went out of their way to help me with a loaner vehicle while I waited for the fuel pump to get installed. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs or maintenance you need. Will be going back to them in the future.

I was waiting until I added the spoiler to the car before I wrote this review but was very pleased with my purchase from North Pointe Auto Group. Bill was great from the start. There was an issue before purchase with the vehicle and Bill was honest from the get go and also kept me updated and resolved the issue with no problems. I would recommend North Pointe to anyone that is in the area and looking for their next vehicle. Thanks again guys. As you can see the car looks great!

Bill and the team at North Pointe was great. They worked with me being a truck driver and buying from them out of state. The night before I had my Ram transported, thieves stole my catalytic converter off my truck and a few other vehicles on their lot. They made it right by sending it to the shop and picking up the tab the next day after it arrived in North Carolina. Honestly, Professional, Easy to work with would definitely recommend. Thanks team.
