I purchased a 2017 F250 6.7 crew cab truck a few weeks back. When the truck arrived I noticed that the left rear door and right rear quarter had been painted. The paint job was very poor but did not show up in videos nor was it disclosed at the time of purchase. The truck also had two fault messages upon arrival, faulty tire pressure sensor and hill start assist not available, also not disclosed. The engine air as well as the cabin air filters were nearly clogged with dirt. I realize that it is buyer beware, but, it would be professional to be honest with your customers and to not hide issues with a vehicle. I called the salesman and was told "sorry" which is what I expected. I have a close friend looking for a similar truck and this is one place that I will not recommend.

Brian however waited for me after the dealership was technically closed. Paperwork was a breeze. Definitely would recommend you give these guys a call. They have a great website too.

My wife found out on 10/24/2016 that after 15 months battling breast cancer that she is a survivor.I gave her the choice to either go on a vacation of her choice or the car that she always wanted. Spoke with Lynn about a used suv, drove 1200 miles with a truck and trailer to find a beat down Suburban. Dash was broken apart, carpet had stains and a bare spot in a 2' circle, smelled awful, broken belts in one of the tires and was just overall rough. Before I left I was assured it was a great rust free car, it was rust free but far from great. They were good about returning my deposit but thank goodness I didn't just have that delivered. Looked around the lot and out back looked like a pick a part with used parts being robbed from one vehicle on the lot to another. Buyers beware

Brian had the part ordered and installed in a timely manner at no additional charge. The exterior and interior was in good condition however, I wanted a touch up job done on the hood to enhance the exterior. Upon arriving at the dealership on the arranged day, my vehicle was washed (inside and out) and was waiting out front for me. I looked at over 20 VW Jetta's in Houston that were supposedly nice and not one of them were worth looking at. Where do I start? I rolled the dice on a car I did not get to drive or inspect. I am in Pennsylvania and the car was in Texas. It was a 2007 Infiniti G35S with 142,000 miles. The car looked great in the photos and it did have a clean car fax and Auto Check Report, but still I had to take the word of a used car salesman that it was a great vehicle. With 142,000 miles and a price tag of $9,700 (book $12,300), I decided to gamble. Well, the phrase "If it is too good to be true it probably is", did not apply here. I received the car (shipped for $600) and I have it now for over a month and about 1,000 miles later. I could not be any happier, this is the best car I gave owned and it was a step up from my 2005 G35x. Scott was very honest and he was right,very smooth and strong car. I truly believe that if the car would had any issues, that Scott,knowing I could not inspect the vehicle would had not made the sale. If you are realistic in what you would get in a 5-10 year old car with a considerable amount of miles on it, you can be pretty confident that they will sell you a great car. It's not perfection, but for an 2007 with 142,000 on the clock it is pretty close. Very nice car, thanks Scott!

I reserved a vehicle here and come yo pick it up four days later. I noticed the vehicle was running a little rough obviously because it hasn't been run in a while. They serviced it on the spot and it runs amazing now. I got the vehicle $3000 below trade in value and they even payed the price of tagging the vehicle for me and paid for a rather expensive warranty for me. I bought a 2005 Dodge 3500 Dually Diesel Last Week. I couldn't be more Happy. The Truck was what they said it was. It's a 9 year old truck, was it perfect? no it's 9 years old. We got there on a Monday morning two hours before they opened so I could make sure nobody warmed it up before I got there, it was the first time I was gonna buy something over the internet that cost this much. Justin was there first, I told him why I was there and he gave me the keys. I came back and had a list of what I wanted to be Corrected. They always said Yes Sir and did it. They also put two new Batteries I didnt ask for. I had some at home. When Brian came in he came and met with us and wanted to make sure all was well. I've been buying vehicles in Louisiana most of my life and have never been treated like I am in Texas. I think I've bought my last at home and will just have to travel from now on. We bought a used Ford F250 from Brian, He is great, we are from out of town and he made us trust him from the start. Brian always did what he said he would do. Answered our calls or called us right back. The pictures of our truck were accurate, we also asked for a video. Without any issues got the video a short while later. We traveled 1300 miles to come and get the truck, he prepared out truck for us knowing we were traveling far. We actually got there on his day off, he did not pass us off, he came in and took care of his with no rushing and alot of kindness!!! We cant say enough good things about Brian and also the other staff were great as well. We THANK Brian and what we loved is that his word is his bond.

I was very leary at first with the idea of purchasing a vehicle online without the ability to see it myself prior to purchase commitment and travel from Tucson AZ to Arlington TX for the pickup, but I have to say that Shannon was honest and accurate in his descriptions and condition of the vehicle. He did everything he could to give me an accurate read of the condition and set my expectations correctly. In every step he was courteous, professional, truly friendly and caring, and went out of his way to work with me for any and all questions I had. In the end, the truck ended up even better than I had hoped, and Shannon worked with me on the day of pickup to rectify several small problems that were not evident initially. They took the time to do a careful test drive, and to fix a wheel bearing issue they heard and had already changed it upon my arrival as well as put in new front brake pads. They also discovered a removed muffler, and made arrangements that day to fixt it at a local muffler shop nearby that was incredibly responsive to the dealership as well as myself. What initially was a purchase I was concerned with about remote buying a used vehicle turned into one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have been through. I would buy again from Shannon at Texas Auto Liquidators and would highly recommend him to anyone as an honest and helpful salesman that puts the customer experience at TOP of his list. It was time to look for a new (used) car after driving my gas guzzling 2003 F-150 for over 11 years. I'd been casually shopping for over a year before I found a good price on a great looking 2012 Audi A3 TDI at Texas Auto Liquidators. The dealership had a free CarFax listing and decent pictures and description on website. After doing what research I could online, it was time for a test drive. I called and scheduled an appointment through Shannon Heeter. When I arrived, Shannon greeted me and had the car ready. No red tape or blood contracts to sign. Shannon offered me the keys and allowed me to test drive it on my own, and even take it to my mechanic to get my own diagnosis. My mechanic and I noticed a couple minor things that needed attention. Shannon offered to resolve these on their own dime. Then we negotiated what I felt was a good price, but I wasn't ready to purchase just yet. To Shannon's credit he didn't try to pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. After sleeping on it for a couple days, I called Shannon the following week and we made a deal. For someone that hasn't purchased a vehicle in over a decade, Shannon made the process quite painless. The one criticism I will give is that when I picked up the car it wasn't detailed very well, and quite dirty in some places. I brought this to Shannon's attention, and they took care of it.Bottom line: I would do business again with Texas Auto Liquidators and Shannon Heeter and recommend them to friends and family. They made, what can be a very stressful experience, quite simple and painless (texascars.net ask for Shannon Heeter).

I flew to Arlington Texas from Boston Massachusetts for the express purpose of receiving the 2004 Audi Sedan I had already paid for. When I .got there at 1:00 pm after paying for a limo ride from the airport the dealership wasn't ready for me although this delivery had been scheduled for a month in advance.While I was shown the car it became very clear that other than installing new tires the car had not been checked out at all. No Spare tire, engine ran fine and a 5,000 mile mechanical warranty was offered as part of the sale.That is why I flew 1800 miles to Texas.On Ebay everything was marked "good" on the punch list of equipment including the 'Electronics". While sitting in the car with Lynn it was quite apparent the the ' MMI' system which controlled everything from setting the clock,running the radio,navigation and CD player was not at all functional. The management wrote on the delivery ticket thay would replace the MMI unit when I came to Boston where I lived. Car drove very well on the trip home. I had brought my portable Garmin Nav system to lead the way since electronics were dead. A very quiet ride withoutradio or CD player. Got home had the car inspected and mechanically all checked out fine.Ran an electronics check and cleared a massivenumber of faults from the computer controlled system. Using my local Audi garage was not time effective and went to the regional big guy dealer Ira Audi in Danvers Mass. They diagnosed and replaced MMI unit and updated computer setups for A8 model. Texas Auto refused to pay and or replace MMI as promised. They sent me a radio amplifier which initially was thought to be problem We were wrong. I offered to return radio amp they said their Ebay seller wouldn't give them credit. I spent an extra $1100 repairing vehicle which Texas clearly knew nothing about how to deal with it.Typical sleazy car dealer.Push out product hope it sticks and screw the customer. Very disappointing.Wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Misrepresenting is what these guys do best

I have bought two older used cars from Texas Auto Liquidators and I have only good things to say about the place. The guys are really honest and transparent. If you have a question they answer, if you question the price they explain and show you what the car is worth, if you have a problem they try to fix it. You feel that they trust their customers so why shall you not trust them?They also have a great turnover and cars of any kind. If you don't want to pay for an epensive location and fancy offices but want to get a great price for the car, this the place to go. I would be surprised if you don't find a great car and find the guys as great as I did.

I've been looking for a clean low mileage extended cab 4x4 diesel truck for several months. Every time I found one online it seemed when I called it was already sold. For a couple of dealers it seemed their vehicles on their website vs actual inventory never matched. Not so for Texas Auto Liquidators. While out looking on Good Friday, I searched for more trucks within 30 miles of the dealership I had just left. With Texas Auto Liquidators just 4 miles away and showing the perfect truck online I headed to it straight away. Lynn Oaks promptly showed me the truck handed me the keys with vehicle info sheet. The truck was priced right to begin with as I had been looking and shopping for quite some time. Lynn made it easy. They cleaned the truck thourghly and I drove it home that evening. At 56 years old, I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years for my family. This was by far the easiest, hassle free purchase of a vehicle in my life. If you want your next vehicle experience to be easy, quick, and relaxed, if you want a great vehicle for a great price, then you need to stop by or check their inventory online. I found the exact car I wanted online and I called and Brian was awesome! He made the whole thing so simple! I have to admit I was a little nervous buying a $10k car sight unseen but I couldn't be happier! Brian even put new tires on my car ($280 per my request) and rolled that and shipping (from TX to Wisconsin $700) into the price of the vehicle. I have done numerous searches since and I cant find this vehicle (kind and quality) within $4k of the price I paid for it! Needless to say this dealership is the real deal! I had a great experience buying my Mini Cooper "S". They made it painless. They Setup my financing after test driving the car and made sure any concerns were addressed before picking the car up. I had to wait 3 hours past the promised time to pick up the car because it was being repaired prior to sale. Although I was not happy with the wait I would do it again to get a deal like this.

Called to confirm Jeep was still there with Scott, I decided to leave work early(costed me money) then drove over an hour to buy vehicle(cost me money) when i got there Scott was unfriendly and seemed to be to busy to even say hi. The other guy there said he would get the keys and found out the car wasnt even there, it was at an auction. They said "Sorry, you can come back tomorrow". They lost a sale and I wont go back to the bad attitude from Scott.(cost them a sale). Drove an hour back home(cost me money) DONT GO HERE!!!

I saw their ad on Ebay. Car's pictures were awesome. And its price was below avg. So i talked to Lynn. She wanted me make the deposit asap as two other people were interested as well. But i am glad a friend of mine suggested me not to make any deposit without seeing it first. I was planning to drive there. It was going to be a 2 days later than i talked to them. While waiting that day come, i was very glad again to discover the reviews online. And suddenly i changed the plans and decided not buy and even go there to see the car. Thank you guys, for all your sincere reviews. You saved me a lot. I didnt buy a vehicle from them, or even go there to see the vehicle's condition. Car maybe alright. But the thing they wanted the deposit by saying others are interested, pushing me to make the deposit, and trying to do the transaction outsite of ebay showed me, without any doupt, that these people are not thrustworty, and all the reviews are correct. Even though we weren't able to make a deal I would definately go back to this dealership. They have a wide variety af clean pre-owned vehicles on their small lot so you will probably be able to find what you are looking for. The person I worked with was bruatlly honest with me about my trade and why he could only give what he could. He even gave a list of other places that would be able to give me a better trade value. The facilities are a little run down and in need of a cleaning but over all it was a good experience.

Screwed me over. Bought an 06 Centurion boat that they sold to me with "118 hours". They said it was lake ready and good condition. Took it to the lake to run it ad it wouldn't run. Interior in fair shape. Missing gas cap. Took it to mechanic where they did $2000 worth if repairs and then they checked the motor and found that it actually had 800+ hours!!! Beware. Do not buy from.

Do Not Recommend This Dealer. After viewing truck on autotrader, I got excited about a 2004 Ford F350 Dulley they had for sale. Called and asked if it was still avalible and time they closed; Spoke to Brian. After speaking to him briefly, I decided to make the hour and a half drive to view the truck. The trucks pictures looked great and truck cosmetically was clean with normal cosmetic issues for its age. Took it for a test drive and heard whining from differential. Stopped down the street to inspect the under carriage and motor. Quickly noticed the differential casing was marked with white caulk, indicating it was a rebuilt differential. It appeared to have a leak, which made it even more troubling. Upon further inspection, I saw the truck was leaking motor oil. Check the motor oil fluid and it was a little low and black as can be. Didnt want to give up on the truck so I continued test drive. The whining was apparent, but wanted to see if the truck was still worth the money. After more driving with AC on, I started to smell disel fuel in the cab of the truck. Started to get a head ache quickly, so I decided to end the test drive. Upon returning, I mentioned the issues to Brian (sales guy). He just shook his head yes and stated the truck did have a lot of miles on it. When I asked his bottom dollar he said it was only $400 less than internet price. With a potential of 3k or more worth of work right off the lot, I left the lot with a bad taste in my mouth....Literally....I can still taste the disel fuel 3 hours later. STAY AWAY from this dealer....when I asked if he had anything else he could show me....he gave up right away and said he had nothing even close to the price range. I know thats not a fact because I saw his inventory and he had several within 5k of the asking price. I guess he must not have wanted to let me inspect other vehicles on the lot or he just wasn't in a selling mood...not sure...but in any regard STAY AWAY!

I bought a 2008 F-150 through them off e-bay and they said it was 4WD when in fact it was 2WD. I bought airfare before discovering the error on my own and even though it was their mistake they refused to refund the airfare cost. eBay did nothing to correct the issue and will allow other members to be ripped off just like I was!

Purchased a Dodge Dakota which I saw on Ebay from Texas Auto Liquidators and they carried a 100% customer approval rating. Did my research on Car Fax, looked at all of the photos, looked through their mechanics report. Spoke with Lynn who informed me all of their vehicles go through a thorough check before being put up for sale and looked through the mechanics documents. Live out of state and picked up the vehicle on a Saturday. Immediately found out it had an aftermarket Thrush muffler on the vehicle which was extremely loud and not disclosed in the ad. Even before I got to the north end of Dallas the check engine light came on! It was late and I had to get back home so I kept on going or else I would have turned around right then and taken it back. Discovered on the way home also that the windshield washer pump doesn't work. How can you not discover that if it has been so called thoroughly checked out? Got it home and took it to my mechanic who discovered $900 worth of suspension trouble. New tie rod ends, ball joints, etc. The reason the check engine light came on is because the catalytic coverters are bad. He told me the only way that would have not constantly been on is because it was reset so it would not be on until I got out of town. He even did it again for me before I left the shop and sure enough it came back on in about 20 miles. I have tried contacting Scott with no response on what they intended to do about this or why the check engine light was not disclosed. Would never deal with this company, they are dishonest and don't care about the safety of the vehicles they sell. Stay away.

I first saw the boat I purchased from this company on Ebay. Their rating on Ebay was at the time SPOTLESS, I wish I had done a better search on them before I bought the boat. I dealt with Brian. I asked 3 specific questions. I asked if there was any gelcoat damage, he said no, and there is. I asked if the interior was torn, he responded that the interior was perfect, and if there was any damage, their inhouse people would fix it before it left. I then asked if there were any issues, which he of course responded NO. I then gave them a deposit, and financed the remainder, which also included shipping from Texas to New York where I live. While speaking to Brian, I asked him 3 times to PLEASE WINTERIZE THIS BOAT as it was mid november up here when I purchased it, and it was getting cold up here in a hurry. He promised me that they winterized all boats sold. Transport was delayed for numerous days, actually two weeks into early december after a WHEEL FELL OFF THE TRAILER!!! REALLY??? then in it's travels up here, TWO ADDITIONAL TIRES BLEW OUT!!! The boat gets here and has gelcoat damage, interior is torn, boat is completely full of water from the storms it was transported in, and the engine block was frozen due to them not winterizing it. They of course say "no warranty", but i'm not after warranty, i'm saying it's negligence, and as long as I live I am not done with these monkeys. I'm currently out just under $10,000.00 on repairs to this boat, and still may lose it to repo as they never gave me a bill of sale, so I to this day cannot register this boat in my name, which the finance company needs their name on the title in case I for some reason default on the loan which I have not. I have optained a lawyer, and will persue all avenues of setting this mess right. I've owned this boat for just over a year now, but mark my words scumbags. I'm coming for you. Avoid at all costs, save yourself any and all aggravation. Do not believe one word out of these people's mouths.

Made a deal with brian for a truck they had listed on ebay. Decided to call with some questions as to the vechicle and how to ship. I was assured they ship close to a thousand vechicles a year. Left brian a non refundable deposit and then i wired the balance to them in full. I was told the truck would ship out in twenty four to forty eight hours. Its been close to ten days since they have been paid, and all i get is excuses on why the truck is still there in there lot. Or at least i hope it is. i was finally told by brian that they make no money on shipping and that they arrange this as a convienence. Still truck is still there, Only thing that has changed is that brian went on vacation for ten days. Now i have been dealing with scott who seems to be honest, but has not returned a single call of mine.I call, He tells me he is checking on things and will call me back, but he never calls back. When i call him, again he is very nice to talk to, But no real answers to my questions. They have 24.000.00 thousand dollars of my money. And No answers for me. And all of this before i even see the truck. Huge mistake on my part. My opinion is unless you live around the corner from this place, Stay away. They do not at all now how to conduct buisness properly. I will give you a update as to if the truck is what they say it is. That is if i ever see it. And a total time it took to get from texas to New Jersey. So update. I did receive the truck. i was lied to by brian as to the fact that he knocked off 200 dollars of the shipping cost, all of which he told the trucker to get the 200 in cash from me at delivery. which i had no choice but to pay. and now on to the truck. they had over forty pictures all taken in there so called shoroom shop garage, truck looked perfect in the pictures. but came with four burn holes in the driver seat. numerous small dents throughout the truck. granted i didnt expect it to be perfect either but come on.driving light and bezel broken, pictures all taken perfect so nothing would be noticed. insert for the console cup holder missing. over all nothing but a horrible experiance. also when i got the title someone between the last owner and texas auto liqidators put on ten thousand miles since sold. most likely used for towing being what the truck is.Get this found this truck on ebay. and they have perfect feedback. i guess due to the fact that once you talk to them on the phone about anything, they get you to do there digital paperwork. and nine times out of ten, do the the deal outside of ebay.so they somehow save money, and you cant leave feedback. these people really suck. if you want any more info, feel free to email me at mike4401atverizon.net

Bought my truck after seeing it on Ebay. After driving 7 hours, it wasn't ready and had the red "needs work" light on. Turns out it needed an oxygen sensor, new locks on the front doors, new tires, the 4 wheel drive didn't work and it needed a clutch and fly wheel. I didn't know any of this until after the paper work went through and we were on the way home. Blame it on my naivete, but nothing was made aware to me and they refused any and all communication regarding compensation or replacement. Totally sucked. NEVER buy from them. Or else bring someone with you that knows about cars and they can't lie to. Also, read the other reviews.

I wish I had seen this site before putting a deposit down to hold a car they had. Part of the reason I decided to purchase from this dealership was because it has a "Top Seller" rating on Ebay. Unfortunately for buyers, this is misleading. They may sell a lot of vehicles (man, I hope this is not the case) but they misrepresent what they have, are unprofessional, etc. Moreover, their "salesmen" are pathetic - they don't greet you on the lot, they're pushy, misinformed or completely misleading on the condition of their vehicles, etc. When I arrived at the dealership, I had to wait over 30 minutes from the moment I stepped one foot on the lot till I was greeted and shown the vehicle I made a deposit on. As many before this posting have stated, the vehicle was advertised as in like-new condition and no problems, whatsoever. However, when I saw the vehicle, it had visible front-end damage, scratches and dings not present in the pictures they listed, and a burned out clutch. I wasn't able to take the car for a drive as the clutch was so worn out, it wouldn't grab 1st gear. I've no idea how they managed to pull it up for me.After telling the salesman that I would not be purchasing this vehicle afterall, he made comment that my deposit was, therefore, forfeited. His demeanor also turned from being "helpful" to, pardon me, a prick. He mentioned that I was just another tire-kicker and probably couldn't afford the vehicle in the first place. His comments couldn't be further from the truth as my primary vehicle is a late model, luxury import. But that's besides the point...I am still awaiting the return of my deposit. If it remains in their possession, my attorney will be filing the proper paperwork against them. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They mislead customers, are unprofessional, and dare I say it, are con artists. By the way, oh angry salesman, you lost a customer, future purchases and referrals, and the deal. I bought a brand-new version of the vehicle you tried to sell me, the very next weekend. It may have cost a bit more up-front but after seeing the junk you're peddling, I'm sure it'll cost less in the long-run!

Vehicle I bought on-line was advertised as having leather, but when I received the vehicle it had cloth interior. The dealership refused to make any kind af adjustment or to refund my full purchase price to include shipping. The vehicle is not worth what I paid without the leather as this option adds value to the vehicle. I would not recommend making a purchase from this dealer.

Somehow manage to get a truck pass inspection with bad tread, missing lug nuts and stud missing as well. When asked how it passed with all these things wrong. They claimed they didn't know anything about it. The are very shady and so are the "inspectors" they have inspect their cars for state inspection.I would never ever buy or let anyone I know make the same mistake. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. These guys do not care about your safety. They are only there to take your money. Get better service and quality from a junk yard.

This dealership showed us a clean car fax (nothing but oil changes and routine service). Went to get the truck insured and they discovered 4 wrecks in 3 years on the truck. Cost us a fortune to insure and already $3,000 in repairs. And it still breaks down. Do not trust these people they are all about finding the cheapest cars and selling them for the highest price. I understand that is the business they are in, but it is very shady to show falty car faxes.

Complete Fraud! truck pics online super nice! What was delivered was NOT aloud on the road! delivered truck is completely fraud! Wheels were swapped, NOT new tires as stated and bald flat tires! Dents and scratches all over truck, parts missing, starts some times. Ad stated runs as new! COMPLETE FRAUD BE AWARE! I have a lawyer who is working the case but looking for the best to get this company in alignment so this doesnt happen again. I dont care if I have to spend another 25K to expose them. Building website and ads on Craigslist as well as Ebay to expose them.

I must agree with most previous reviews. I can't say I found this dealership to very professional(to say the least). Here my thoughts:1. Online pictures are deceiving2. Dealers are deceiving and unprofessional (they all wore flip flops and t-shirts). Indeed not the usual attire I've come to see at other dealerships. However they were nice, not particularly professional, but nice.3. Their place of business appear to be a mere "junk yard", I mean the vehicles are literally just driven onto the lot, therefore allowing no parking for customers. You honestly can't seperate their "for sale" vehicles from the customers parked vehicles. It's awful!4. Upon arrival, no one is there to greet you. After standing outside for about 10-12 minutes (I timed them) I ended up going inside, only to stand around while those who actually worked there simply walked right pass me. Finally someone asked to assist me(sorry but I didn't time that).5. They do NO financing!!! You MUST provide your own means of financing.6. The vehicle that I purchased had a horrible stinch in the truck area.(didn't notice til I was home with the vehicle) Which no one felt necessary to mention prior to my visit(I wonder why). However the inside was very nice and indeed well kept.7. The vehicle that I purchased had no vehicle manuals, I was advised to go online and pay for that if I wanted that (seriously?) This was brought to my attention after all papers were signed for purchase of this vehicle.8. Last but not least, the vehicle that I purchased had to be serviced (not for a scheduled maintance)about 3 weeks after purchase. 5000 in repairs!!!!! 9. Save yourself a lot of trouble, shop somewhere else.10. Really suggest Texas Liquidators make some major changes.....immediately!!!!I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE!! It's a major JOKE!!!!

Bought a 25,000 dollar pickup from these people online. The pickup looked great in the ad. I drove to texas to pick up the pickup and it was about what the ad said (few more scratches and dings). Nobody was around when I picked it up. Started it up and realized the muffler had a HUGE hole in it and was super loud. The ad said the exhaust was great condition. Got the pickup home and realized I didn't get a spare tire, again, it was advertised with a spare tire. I called down there many times, and they always had to "check with the boss" who was never there and call me back. They NEVER called back. I finally talked to Greg, the boss, and he started cussing at me and told me to never call back again. All in all, I never got a spare tire and had to fix the exhaust at my expense. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUERO. (which im working on). DO NOT buy from this dealership, they will rip you off.380-5415

This vehicle i purchased was very well kept and as described. I purchased a BMW and i love it! The sales woman, Lynn was great! She was very helpful and for the little things i asked for they fixed. I was very satisfied and would really recomend this buisness to everyone.

I live in louisiana trying to get tags for boat trailer all i need is a texas registration and havent been able to get any satisfaction they are always looking into it this is really the only gripe i have with them but i just cant get any satisfaction

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle such as this via Ebay. Because this was my first purchase of its kind using this medium, I had asked the dealer repeatedly regarding the condition of the van and had been assured and reassured that there would be no surprises. Questions I had asked and responses received were:Q Do you have any service records or other history regarding the van or work done since you took possession?A We only have the CARFAX report and have done no work to the van since receiving it other than detail the inside and outside.Reality Upon arrival to the dealership, I immediately noticed painted tape all over the drivers side rear sliding door and rear quarter panel signaling that the van had been painted. Upon questioning this finding the dealer went and pulled a folder of service records on the van and showed me that they not only painted the aforementioned body panels but they had also painted the same on the passenger side as well as the front and rear bumpers. My reaction was immediately that I had been deceived, there had been more than just cleaning work done on this van and they did in fact have service records that they had purposefully withheld from me even though I had repeatedly requested them. Q I have never purchased a vehicle like this and am nervous, if I get there and find that the vehicle is not what was agreed upon based on the photos and listing, what happens, specifically regarding refund of the deposit?A We dont want no problems. If you get here and there are problems with the vehicle and you decide not to buy it well refund your money. There wont be any problems, its exactly as you see it. Theres nothing wrong with this van. Reality As mentioned, there were problems. The van had body work done to it. Additionally, the photos did not show interior panels that were popped (behind drivers rear sliding door), stains on the ceiling, the floor, the seats, and on the passenger rear sliding door (looked like a soda had exploded in the vehicle). Additionally, the photos did not show that the rear seat mounts were badly rusted. When the cleanliness of the vehicle was brought up, the dealer took it back to their shop and gave it a once over. It came back (interior panel fixed) soaking wet, inside and out. The seats had standing water on them, the carpet was drenched, the cupholders had water in them! It appeared they literally hosed the vehicle out with a garden hose. Q Does the vehicle have any weird odors such as cigarette or animal or other offensive smells?A This vehicle is great. There are no smells, you will be very happy with this vehicle.Reality The vehicle had a very weird, overpowering perfumed smell. It was overpowering. Upon further inspection, there were numerous perfume packets scattered all over the vehicle, under seats, in storage bins, on seats, on the floor, in the back cargo area, all over the vehicle. The vehicle may have not had an animal or cigarette smell but the over abundance of air fresheners and the discovery of all the previously mentioned stains and other work led me to believe that something was being covered up regarding smells. In pictures and on the advertisement, this vehicle appeared very good. During several phone conversations and email correspondence this vehicle sounded not only to be in good condition but a very well maintained pre-owned vehicle. The reality was this vehicle, although it checked out on Carfax, might as well have been in a flood. There was even sand in the floor vent behind the passengers rear sliding door. Upon finding all this and everything previously mentioned, I felt like I had been seriously misled and certainly did not feel I could trust this dealership or anything about this vehicle. I expressed my concern to the dealer and said I would not be purchasing this vehicle and inquired about getting my $500 deposit refunded. The deposit was made via credit card, verbally over the phone, nothing was or ever has been signed regarding this vehicle. They put me on the phone with the owner who very politely berated and belittled me. I explained to him my situation ($170 flight, $39 cab fair from airport to dealer, discussions with and reassurances from his sales staff). I even tried to reason with him by saying I was purchasing this vehicle for my wife and 1 year old son and if he were in my shoes, would he purchase the same vehicle after finding all the aforementioned surprises. He responded by stating HIS wife drove a brand new 2008 vehicle. This was not a necessary comment and made me feel as though he were trying to belittle me. I didnt appreciate the comment and told him that I expected my full deposit back and he said there was no way he would give the deposit back. The conversation ended by him stating in what I felt a threatening toned statement, I think you are making a big mistake by not buying this vehicle. On a whole I feel that I
