I had a great experience with these guys buying a 2015 Ford F250. Brook Dennis worked well with my dad and I to get this truck and was very communicative and helpful. Traveled from out of state to pick up and they had everything ready and set to go after test driving to make sure on the vehicle. I was in and out in 30 minutes with financing, and I believe Daniel was the finance man's name and he explained everything to me in detail to make sure I understood. Even met with the owner also I believe just to say thank you. Great job!

hey guys. i bought a 2011 ram mega cab 4x4 diesel a month ago. it pulled to the right a little when we drove it, but i thought it might just be a slight misalignment. truck ran great though. company says it goes through a 120 point inspection. i never saw that paper work even when i asked. we drove it to houston 2 weeks later and the passenger tire (which all 4 were in good shape) busted and formed a bubble. the truck was all over the place. took it to a repair shop and a quick check showed the ball joints were out. both sides, upper and lower. roughly $1500 later they cant get it steer strait. i replaced all 4 tires and wheels but the truck followed every rut or bump in the road. we almost wrecked. another shop found that the steering stabilizer was 90% froze up and was fighting the power steering pump to steer. they removed it and we took it for a drive and it finally drives like a truck. thats where it remains. i am waiting for death wobble to set it now.. i question if the inspection is legit. i havent contacted anyone about this and wasnt planning on it. to me, they feel like a shady used car dealer and telling them there is an issue would do nothing but start an argument and get my blood pressure worked up. they have my number. ill be happy to change my review if i get an honest call. edit-3 year update. the check engine light came on 3-4 days later. said o2 sensor. when i finally crawled under it to repair, both were new. hooked it up and found the dpf was clogged. the truck stopped running properly. at hiway speeds, it would slowly lose power and speed. couldnt hold 45mph on i-45. thats an $5000 or more fix that was hidden and lied about. the truck sat in the driveway for 2 1/2 years. we barely drove it. $650+ a month. finally, i was able to save money to delete it. it runs great now. when i mentioned the problem with the ball joints, they did yell me to bring it in, but they were checked in the "inspection" along with the dpf and found "good". so i didnt believe a word of it. and i know they wouldnt have spent a dime on the exhaust. i know i wont spend another dime here and to me, im waisting time writing this review. however, i want to save you the people time and trouble. if they will do this to a disabled vet, what would they do to you?

I needed a long bed dually to tow a large fifth wheel RV. After looking for a new or used Dodge or Ford diesel I saw the North Texas Truck Stop site. I called and talked to Danny. We located a 3500 Dodge on the lot. I purchased the truck with just the description and Danny's information. My bank was very happy with their professionalism and the quickness with the paperwork. The loan was completed in a little over two 2 hours. My wife and I flew into Dallas and were picked at the airport at no cost. Within an hour and a half the transaction was completed and we were out the door with our new truck and on our way to pick up our fifth wheel. I have already recommended North Texas Truck to my son. We have purchased two Dodge Ram Diesel 2500 4x4s sight unseen from North Texas Truck Stop 4 years apart. Both experiences were exceptional and the vehicles were exactly as expected. They are easy to deal with and even handled all the shipping to California. We will be purchasing out next truck from them as well. Bought a 2009 F250 . They were very good at showing the trucks and letting me do several test drives. Truck looked really nice and they said every thing worked and the truck had no issues. I drove it to Idaho and the fuel pump went out which is not their fault but expensive. Also the AC did not work and the window washer didn't work. I had checked the car fax report and it didn't show any issues. I have found that it has been in a front end accident which has destroyed the AC and probably the reason the washer doesn't work. Be careful and have anything you buy from them checked very well.

Bought a 2012 Ram 3500 6.7 in 2013. This truck had no issues and was as represented. My salesman was Nathan and was very helpful. I travel and was not even there to pick it up. In fact, I bought site unseen and did not test drive. I now have put 65000 miles on this truck with no issues at all. Great truck, great dealership, and Nathan was a great representitive of this dealership. I will buy from them again with no hesitation. However you are buying a used truck and should chedk it out. They are used and you never know for sure, but this is the same with new.

We bought 2005 Dodge Ram. We flew into Dallas airport & they arranged to pick us up. The pick-up truck was exactly as described. We are very happy with it. The service was great. We had been a little nervous about buying truck unseen when we were in upstate NY & they were in TX. They are real professionals there. They took extra pictures of engine & under carriage & sent it to us. they let us keep truck there for 1 month until we could come down & pick it up. The facility was real high class.
