I have read some of the other reviews, on my visit I did not find anyone working there real friendly. Just so, so. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday and no one likes working on a Saturday. Went to look at vehicle of a certain type which was hard with the chip shortage and I thought it was odd they had one and had it marked down. So I arranged a time to go look at it the next day. Took it for a test drive and was told they would appraise my trade while I was gone but when I got back my trade had not been appraised. Then I was told the one I had just drove (which had been marked down a bit) was sold and I was asked if there was anything else I was interested in. No, so I left. I wish they had called me so I did not waste my time if they were already working a deal with someone. Interesting that the vehicle is still listed on their website. But perhaps it takes a few days to click that off with the computer mouse.

Buying a car isn't always the most fun thing to do especially in this crazy time now - but for the last several cars (5+) we have always gone back here and most specifically to HERMAN. He is knowledgeable, helpful and always makes the process less stressful with his kindness and sense of humor. He has always been helpful even after the buying process is done - checking in if there are any service issues etc - and always answering any questions that you have later after the buying is done. I would never go to anyone else!

I recently bought a 2021 Ram 3500 from Northgate. My salesman was Herman. Herman was very professional, helpful, and did not waste any time getting me into my truck. He walked me through the features and even introduced me to the service department. When the time comes for my fiancé to buy a new car, we will definitely be back.

Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamApril 26th 2015 my husband and I bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude with 36 miles on it. The next day driving to work I noticed my window was whistling while I was driving even though it was up. I called the dealership and they were very helpful and said to bring it right up and theyd fix it. We did so and in the process the techs broke a small part hind the door handle (no biggie but they had to order the part and come back another time) About a week went by and we noticed on the headlight, paint splatter along with some paint over what looked like it was previously taped off. We werent told it had been repaired or wrecked or damaged. When we got a chance to we went to the dealer furious at the fact we have been there twice in a week and a half. They looked through paperwork and found that had been damaged slightly in transport to the dealer and when it arrived they patched it. They said detail hadnt got to it before we bought it and apologized. They said they would take care of it once our part for the door came in and we would be provided a rental car. Thats exactly what they did too.June 18th I walked to my car at work and started it as normal, when the dash was flickering and a symbol with an A and arrows around it was on. I looked in the manual and couldnt find anything on the symbol. I turned the car off and back on and it continued. I drove home that way and we called the dealer once I got home to let them know. They said to bring it up when we can and they would fix it. We started it later that night and the issue had stopped so we deemed it unnecessary to bring it back because it had stopped and they wouldnt be able to find anything wrong with it. July 21st I filled up my gas tank from to full tank and when I started it the engine light came on. I turned off the car and back on twice when finally the engine light came off. I have text messages to my husband to prove this, and a passenger that was there to witness it too.August 23rd I was at work and my husband was going to go and get an oil change for it and when he went to start it; it wouldnt. The engine kept clicking when he started it, but the dash and headlights were on. We even have a video to prove this because the dash was making weird movements at the time. The Chrysler Technician told my husband that he is worried that the car will catch on fire in our driveway. The key also wouldnt come out of the ignition at the time. He called the dealership and since it was a Sunday service was closed and the manager answered. He said to wait until the morning and to call Chrysler roadside assistance and they could help and if not they would get a tow out. All while like I said the key was stuck in the ignition in our driveway all night. Someone could have broken the windows or it could have like above resolved itself maybe.August 24th, I had to work & my husband had an important doctors appointment at 2pm and we were down to one car so I took it thinking it would be resolved before (which it was BARELY) He called first thing when they opened at8a and roadside was out close to 10a, Roadside tried to jump it because at that point it was dead and it clicked and sparked. My husband was turning the key and it wouldnt start. The man demanded he stop because it was unsafe at that point for the both of them. He then told him to call the dealer for the tow because its unsafe to jump or drive at that point. The tow came around 12 and had issues getting it on the truck in neutral so he then took the gearshift apart to get it on there. They got to the dealership in time for my husband to get a rental and get to his appointment but barely. They had the car for about a week, and when we got it back they stated it needed 6 module updates (which Ive still yet to be told what a module is, a computer system I assume) and that the car was completely dead.We told the service department that they were wrong, the battery was not dead because the lights were on and dash and like I said before we have video of what it was doing. The battery was dead because the dealer had us sit outside with the key stuck in the ignition all night and of course it would die. The service dept couldnt give us an explanation for what happened so we went on thinking it would be resolved. We got two lights down, right in front of target when the car wasnt shifting/accelerating right. I cant give you an exact day this time on when I brought it back up to the dealership after still feeling like it didnt shift or accelerate right since the last service. It also wasnt calculating MPGs, or speed accurately (but I was able to reset that in the settings) we brought the car back up to the dealer and told them the issue and they provided us with a rental. They called my husband the next day and said they were able to find what the issue was, (another module) but couldnt troubleshoot which one. They asked if they could give permission to have someone drive it to and from work to find it. The manager said the tech lived down the street from the dealership. On a Sunday at 4p we saw him driving it. And after a week and a half I decided to call and ask them updates because they had not called at all with them. The woman was very rude and said the tech found nothing wrong with it when he drove it. But only after putting close to 400 miles on it in that time. My husband called the service manager and said to the manager you told me that there was something wrong with the car. The manager said back to him we do know there is something wrong with the car, we just dont know what is, so you need to drive the car and when it starts acting up again to bring it in. So mad at the service we had and to constantly keep calling and driving there, I finally called Chrysler. The woman was nice and gave me a case number and said to not pick up the car until Monday because the case worker would get in contact with us and the dealer then. That Monday a caseworker contacted my husband and said to not pick up the car. When I was driving home from work around 430pm I received a nasty voicemail from service saying they had talked to Chrysler and we had to pick up the car before they started charging us for the rental. We called service and talked to service manager and he said they had not spoke to Chrysler but that we needed to pick up the car, even though they never fixed the issue in the first place. He said we just needed to continue driving it and bring it in when we find it having the issue. So we called Chrysler and they said to pick up the car, even though we were just told not to. LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON EVERYONES PART. We picked up the car and they already had someone going to get the car once we pulled in, were handed the keys and not one word was said to us about the diagnosis or anything. Left that day furious and to this day CONTINUE TO HAVE ACCELERATION/SHIFTING PROBLEMS, almost got in an accident due to it also. Along with the gearshift making sounds, and car shaking when idle. We live 40 minutes and 19 miles from the dealer, and I thought that buying a new car would mean reliability, which I have yet to get. We both work full time, go to school, and have a second part time job. Around 50+ hours a week for each of us, and we dont have much spare time together, we didnt want to spend our off days or free couple of hours dealing with all of this. Ive been a Jeep lover my entire life, along with my family. Theyve all owned numerous jeeps over the years, new and used. I have NEVER once had an experience like this AND I will never recommend this dealership or service department, or any Chrysler made vehicle of that fact to anyone I know. Im so disappointed at the way everything has been handled thus far and will continue to fight this until I get it resolved and my story is HEARD. We also own a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox we bought from Joseph Chevrolet and will continue to take our business there. Weve not had one problem and we LOVE the car and they also provide free oil changes (which they threw in with purchase) and they also offer a rental car in the meantime to run errands if you dont have time to wait for your car to be serviced. I would recommend you take your business there.

I worked with Greg Bryant, he did an excellent job helping me find the make and model I was looking for. Also he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features and gave great instruction on how to work all of the features. Furthermore, Greg was willing to find all the applicable rebates and incentives to lower the price of the car and he was even able to use my special rebate given to me by my insurance company. Greg did everything to the best of his abilities to offer a great car buying experience. Finally, Greg is very laid back and not a pushy salesmen which is a positive to me.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I went in on Monday, April 21st to possibly do a trade in with my 2014 Dodge Ram for a 2015 300S. They wanted to take my truck for a test drive so I saw them pull the truck out front. I am waiting about 10-15 minutes and they still aren't back. The service manager (didn't know it was the service manager till later) walks behind me and goes to the right of the building (where they parked my truck--didn't know thats where my truck was). I still didn't know they were back at the time. The service manager walks back past me into the service station. The sales rep and the owner of this place come walking real fast past me and says have you ever seen your truck say "Service Shifter". I said no. The service manager comes out with them and tells me that this is common and the shifter won't turn or switch gears and that they can't look at it right now because they're closing soon and they have to take it all apart to see what's wrong. I have had the truck for 14 months and it has never once done that. I find it odd that the service manager walked past me, was gone for a couple minutes, comes back and then the sales guy and owner come right in after he walks past me and they say this about my truck. I don't like to accuse anyone of something like this, but this was too fishy to me that the shifter just all of sudden stopped working after they took it for a test drive (I saw them drive past the building when they said they were going to drive it around). If it was going to do this, it would have done it from the start when they first went to my truck. Not when they got back and put it in park. All in all, this was too fishy for me to ever want to buy a car from there or ever recommend them. They even told me I had to pay for a rental car $35/day so I had to have my girlfriend come pick me up. Then had my boss pick me up the next morning to go to the dealer and demand a rental because it wasn't my fault and I wasn't driving when this happened. The whole deal with them fixing it seemed sketchy as well. I went in my truck before I left the dealer that day and I couldn't turn the shifter, but when I came the next morning for the rental car, they were able to move it. I have had them do work before and they have always had to bring my truck up front when I got there. This time, it was just sitting on the side of the service entrance. The sad thing is, if this never happened to my truck, they would have had me leaving there with a new 300. I would be hesitant to anyone dealing with this dealership. I would never recommend them and I will never use them again.

i had to buy a new engine that cost me 4500.00 and had it for only 16 months when it stopped running and locked up. I then had the car taken to the dealer where i had the engine replaced. I was told that I needed another new engine at 4100.00. I tried to work something out with the service department but they were unable to help and did not seem to care. I was told that I should buy a new car. I will buy a new car but I will not recommend and will tell other people not to buy a car, truck, or SUV from this dealer

I have always wanted a Dodge Ram. The time was right so I decided to look around in earnest. I checked out the Rams down at the Travel, Sports and Boat Show and knew I had to have one. I stopped by Jake Sweeney in Tri County and didn't care for the crowded, unorganized layout of their facility. I stopped by Northgate on my way home. I got out of my truck to look at the Ram I saw on their website, and Roger was out there almost immediately. He was friendly, eager and enthusiastic. Nothing about his sales approach was pushy, and I never felt pressured to buy or do anything. We were a little off with our numbers, but Roger did what he had to do and I walked away with the truck I've always wanted at a price that fit into my budget. Roger has a great personality and is very knowlegeable when it comes to the vehicles he is selling. I've bought four cars from dealerships in the past, and this by far was the best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Roger McClure and Northgate Chrysler Dodge, Jeep and Ram to anyone.

We had been looking at the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition for a few months. When we arrived at Northgate Chrysler Dodge & Jeep Roger came running out to help us. We thought "Wow this guy is eager to sell a car today!" And he did.. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling and was able to answer all of our questions. He worked hard to find exactly what we wanted and was friendly and respectful to us during the entire negotiation process. Because they didn't have the color we wanted on their lot, he found it, picked it up himself and had it ready for us the next day (Christmas Eve). He gave us a thorough tour of the inside of the vehicle and showed us how to work everything. We were very happy with the excellent customer service...we couldn't have bought our car from a nicer guy and couldn't be happier about our new Jeep!

I had been doing research online and find that Northgate CDJ posted the most attractive price for a 2013 Dodge Dart. When I showed up at the dealership I was immediately approached by Dwayne and he walked me through the sales process. I was glad to see the internet price and sticker price held true when it came time to purchase. Dwayne was comfortable to work with and at no time did I feel pressured by him or any of the staff to make my purchase. I left that day with a new car and a dealership I would recommend to my friends for both price and customer service.

Scott Sargent and the team at Northgate Chrysler did an excellent job with my interest and decision to purchase a new Chrysler 300. Scott demonstrated very good knowledge of his product and some of the nuances in driving and operating a 300 (gear shift is a little unusual for example). After getting us around a good track (in horrible Christmas traffic) for a test drive in the car Scott was creative though not overbearing in assisiting us with our decision making process. An example of this would be that he had the car moved to the heated service bay so that we could see the car and spend a little more time with it in good lighting and outside of the very cool night time air. After we decided to purchase the car Scott and Matt quickly moved us through the financing and purchase of the car. Matt was very thorough in his explanation of the financing as well as other warranty and coverage options available. This was done without the high pressure sale that I have encountered at other dealers. There were NO gotcha's at signing. In short, I was quickly able to negotiate a good deal on a new 300 and complete the purchase in a short amount of time on a Monday evening before Christimas. If you are shopping for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram and you don't give these guys a look you are probably making a mistake.

I chose to purchase my car at this dealership because Dustin was the only sales agent that actually listened to us throughout the sales process. We visited multiple dealerships and asked only one question the first visit, "can you please tell us the general price range and alert us to any incentives." Dustin was the only person in the entire Cincinnati area to answer that question and not try to immediately upsell us and get us into a car for a test drive. We then made a follow up appointment and bought the exact car we were looking for at what I considered to be a fair price. Within 4 hours I was driving away in my new car.

+We stopped by because they were the closest Dodge dealer to our home. We met Herman at the front door and the experience was positive from that point on. Herman showed us an entry level Caravan, explained all the features and let us have a test drive. On coming back to the dealership his personality sprung forth because of his Michigan tie. He then got down to the business of selling a car. He showed us what we were looking for, and suggested a price. We went home, did our homework by calling other dealers to get competitive prices. Called Herman back and came to a deal. Even when it came to getting a fair price on a trade-in it seemed that Herman was representing us, not the dealership. We would send anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep to Herman.

I saw a Jeep Wrangler that I wanted on their website and stopped in to see it. Herman Suyemoto was the Sales person that helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and clearly has a passion for them. That passion and interest got me even more excited about the Jeep! Herman was very personable and friendly and made the overall buying experience a pleasure. The dealership was busy but Herman and others stayed past closing time to finish the paperwork and sale so that I could drive the Jeep home that evening. I would definitely recommend Herman and Northgate CDJ to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

My family and I searched online for several weeks and then visiting 5 dealerships working with 5 different sales associates before finding a great deal and sales person. We went in to look at a used vehicle and walked out with a new one at a great price. Michael talked to us about what we were looking for and why, then he showed us exactly what he had that met our needs as well as offering other ides and suggestions without any pressure at all. He was very straight forward and no BS about what they could or could not do for us. He talked with all of us about what we were looking for, and this means a lot as the purchase involved all of us. My reason for visiting Northgate Chrysler was because my Jeep Commander was a gas hog. Nate kindly picked out a Dodge Dart that he thought I might be interested in and it was a perfect match...love it and I love the gas mileage not quite as high as the sticker but I'm all city driving.Roger McClure was kind enough to check out and fix a couple of things on my Dart and had a very eager to please personality. I appreciate his fast and courteous help.There has only been one care that I have bought in my lifetime that was not from Northgate Chrysler...thanks guys!

Great job by Dwayne from start to finish. It took me over a month to decide on what I wanted. Admittedly, I shopped around a bit but nobody came close to the customer service, price and overall experience than what I had with Northgate and Dwayne. He was patient, didnt push anything on me and did a tremendous job offering a car that didnt just meet, but exceeded my expectations.

Dwayne was awesome. He helped get us out of a negative laden car and into a nice new 200 while dealing with me. I wasn't rude or unrealistic, but I was very needy and definitely gave Dwayne good practice for the next pushy guy. They were great and helped us into something more suitable for a new baby fresh out of the box than the car we had. I would definitely recommend them to anybody, and will be going back for my Hemi Challenger when I get the good job!

I came into the dealership to check out the Chrysler 300s. While I did not purchase a 300 because I was not comfortable with the potential price rage. The salesperson that I had Nate Smith was very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and was was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I had an enjoyable car buying experience. Although I did not buy a car I was genuienly impressed with my salesperson, Nate Smith, and I will be sure to reccommend him to friends and family for future car purchases.

I needed a new car since my Jeep Liberty was 12 years old. I researched Jeep models again, since I had a mostly good experience. Although Northgate was further from my home, their prices seemed to be ore reasonable. The entire experience was pretty painless. The salesman, Dustin Loesche was friendly, patient and professional while I ade my decision. I drove out in a new Patriot! Nothing bad to say about my car buying experience!

We were very happy with the service we received in purchasing a new mini-van for our non-profit agency. Mike was very helpful when we initially visited for information and to get prices. Herman was exceptional when we came back and test drove the vehicle. He also brought the vehicle down to our office at 6:30 so our board of directors could see what they could be buying. When we came in for the final purchase Mike was great and helped us through the process and made sure we had all the information we needed. We had a very good experience. Herman donated some books to our library for our elderly friends, and made a donation to the organization after we bought the car, which was very nice of him.

We inquired about a car via email and Dwayne answered the email. That is all he did. He did not give us an answer on my husbands question. So we were out driving that same week and thought we would stop in. Johnny (sales rep) met us at the door and showed us around. Johnny was awesome. We decided to purchase the car thru him since he spent a couple hours with us wheeling and dealing. We didn't expect to purchase a vehicle that day so my drivers license were at home and we had to be home to get our daughter for school. Johnny said "no problem, I will get finance to get the paperwork together, get your trade in and info and we will finish up when you come back". Upon our return, Johnny was busy with another customer. This is where it gets ugly. Dwayne (who only answered an email) took over the purchase since he "answerered the email" and felt he should have been talked to when we stopped in originally. Finance did not have our paperwork read, they combed thru our trade in (a dodge caliber) and offered us less than originally agreed upon. I understand, the car had problems that we were unaware of supposedly. Dwayne gave us "numbers" and those changed to what was originally agreed upon when we dealt with Johnny. We understand things change, but when we ask to SEE the numbers and interest rate, we should be given those numbers. Not given the run around. Once we agreed on the payment and trade in offer, things still progressed at a slow rate. The trade in was in my sons name so he had to sign over the title. We got him there quickly because we were told he could sign then leave. He waited 2 hours! Dwayne had asked us about gap insurance. We said we wanted to wait to see if our insurance offered it and could we add it after we found out. He said SURE! No problem. Once finance was ready for us, it was time to sign the paperwork for Gap insurance..The finance guy said we "refused it" and needed to sign saying that. We explained to him that Dwayne said he could wait...The finance guy's response was "no, you have to take it now or leave it". We explained to him that Dwayne said we could wait to which the finance guy says loudly "JESUS!!" and called Dwayne into the office. Of course Dwayne was wrong but he should have known this since he has been selling cars for a very long time. Once it was time to leave with our new purchase, Dwayne seemed to have misplaced the key to the trade in. I watched him put the description card on the key chain. He kept asking me if I had the key. I explained to him what I saw him do and he made me feel like he was accusing me of taking the key. We didn't know if we were finished yet because there was no hand shake or apology for the way the day went. It took us 6 hours to purchase this car. Never in the history of buying a car has it taken this long. While we were close to being finished and waiting on finance papers and several hours of tension, Dwayne handed me this paper with a paragraph stating "Once again I want4ed to thank you for our purchase. I try to reach a goal every month and the number one way for me to do that is by spreading the good news and successful sales stories just like the one that we had. I get rated on a website called dealerratercom. It's a site that rates all dealerships and the salesman that they dealt with. It helps with future sales and also my standing here at the dealership. If you could be so kind to go on the site and reate me at 5 stars across the board I would appreciate it greatly."......Dwayne knew we weren'tt happy and offered us 2 free oil changes so we would give him 5 stars. If you give great customer service, you don't need to bribe customers with oil changes. You earn it. If it wasn't for Johnny getting half of this sale, we would have taken our business elsewhere. We dealt with Johnny and was very happy with him. Dwayne did not need to step in just because he answered an email. My husband called and spoke to the owner of the dealership and he was very kind and understanding. He listened and fixed some issues. So I am not rating the dealership, just Dwayne. My husband was irritated and getting very frustrated and loosing his patience. Never once did he yell, but Dwayne knew he was irritated. At the end of the day, Dwayne should have shook our hands, thanked us for our business and offered something other than 2 free oil changes for a 5 rating.

I searched their inventory online and inquired about the Wrangler Unlimited I was interested in. Michael reached out to me via phone and email and even sent me pictures of the upgraded wheels so I could see what they looked like. I came in that night and test drove two different Wrangler Unlimiteds and ended up purchasing the one I had originally inquired about. We ended up being the last folks to leave the dealership that night but I had the car I wanted and had a good experience.

They were very helpful. I went in with a list of needs for a new car. They were able to find a car that was right for me and help me with getting approved for the loan. I was greeted by a sales person before I even got out of my car. Because I had already set up an appointment with Dustin he got him right away. While waiting for Dustin to finish the approval process with the bank one of the other staff members talked with me. I asked him a ton of questions about the different Jeeps and he answered each one. This made the decision of what car I wanted easier. I actually got the car for a price cheaper than I had expected. I plan to return the next time I have a need to buy a car and will tell all my friends and family about them.

We emailed the dealership with a question about a vehicle we saw online that was supposed to be at that location. We received a reply quickly confirming that indeed that car was on their lot. The email was curtious and informative; this promped us to visit the dealership. The sales people were nice. The facility was clean. And we feel we got a good deal on a new van.

Roger did a fabulous job in helping us in our quest for a new car. He was very knowledgeable and friendly without being "pushy". We drove 2 1/2 hours to cincinnati to buy our mini van from him. Although we were not overjoyed to be buying a minivan ( it was more of a necessity), he helped build excitement and anticipation which made the experience all the more enjoyable. When we went to the dealership we were just looking at trucks in general. We had already gone to a couple of other dealerships. We were actually looking for a used truck because we didn't think we could afford a new one. Randy asked us if we would be willing to look at a new truck if he could get the price down to where we could afford it. We agreed to work with him. He asked us if we wanted to drive the truck to see how it handled. We drove it and then we sat down to work out a deal. He didn't get it quite as low as we would have liked it but he was able to get it pretty close. We were very pleased with the way he worked with us. He didn't push us into anything and he really worked hard to get us what we wanted. We liked the way he went around introducing us to all the people who worked on the deal after we decided to purchase the truck. Randy is not only a good sales person but he is also a very good person in general. We really enjoyed working with him. We purchased a Chrysler Town and Country in the past from this dealership. We have used the service department for many years and we know how good they are in servicing our vehicles. We already know we will be getting good service on our new truck. After comparing pricing online I went to Northgate to look at a specific van I had found. It met all the qualifications I wanted and the pricing was the best in the Tri-State. The van was still available so after a test drive I purchased the vehicle. Ian was super friendly, helpful and very good with details about the van. The whole experience of looking and buying was efficient, friendly and short. I will highly recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone looking for a car. I have not used the service dept yet so no comment on that.

When I arrived Roger was initially with another customer, Matt was kind enough to have a Patriot brought around. By then Roger was available and we started the process of looking at and eventually buying a new Patriot. The entire process was very pleasant, in fact the best dealer experience I've ever had. We came in wanting a specific type of vehicle. Randy was very friendly and showed us the one we wanted to see along with giving us other options. I know you would think the other options he would present to us would be the more expensive ones he wanted to sell but it was just suggestions and never once did I feel like he was trying to persuade me to another car. It was all about what we wanted and he was very understanding of our needs. I never once felt that I had to do anything and he was able to (with in reason) get us to what we wanted financially. Overall great experience, I would definitely do business with him again.

I went to try and get my first new vehicle while also still sick with a cold. I was greeted immediately by Randel and from that point on was totally treated great. He took care of my unique issue and got me the very vehicle I was wanting for the price I saw listed on website. I was then taken on a brief tour around the office being interduced to the other employees and was greeted plus congratulated on my new Jeep. I loved every minute of my time at the Dealership and the deal I got on my awesome new Jeep. I recently purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger from Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Dustin Loesche meet us out in the lot we were waiting on our current vehicle which was in the shop. We asked him a lot of questions about several vehicles, Dustin was very knowledgable and knew what they had in stock. During our conversation, we informed him that we were having our Commander serviced and were just killing time.He told us that if we found a vehicle that we wanted to test drive to let him know and he let us browse the lot at our on leisure. When we did find a vehicle that we were interested in, it was buried in the lot. Dustin did not hesitate with getting the vehicle out and we took it for a ride.Our purchase went very smooth and Dustin was very up front with the numbers and did a great job at explaining our 3 payment options that we asked for.I highly recommend Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Sales and Service Department. I originally came to your dealership wanting to work with Nate Smith...Friend of the family.Nate was with another customer and we were browsing the lot on our own( by choice) We were approached every so often by Nate trying to keep us happy, but once we wanted to take a Jeep out for a test drive--we needed someone with us and Dwayne was our man. He answered all of our questions in depth, took my lisence got the keys and we were off. He drove us off the lot and to some back streets where I hoped in the driver seat...Sooo excited. The drive was short but just enough to get my feet wet...LOVE IT !!!!!! when we got back we the paper work was started, still answering questions abt the Jeep, his personal life and family ( I like a man who is not shy about sharing about family.........Oh, and the course he took about dealing with women---LOVE IT!) I really enjoyed his company and what a smile.......He spoke to me and my husband both as equals---even thought I take the upper hand most of the time, I'm the upper 50....When we were getting ready to leave, Dwayne wanted to shake my hand as a gentleman would, but I wanted a a hug from the Big Guy---and I got it.... Then it was my husbands turn and Dwayne said" I guess you want a hug too--my husband said "xxxx ya i do"..Needless to say we really enjoyed our time at the dealership and will reccomend it to all. We were in a rush, had about an hour to get in and out! Dwayne helped us get through everything quickly and efficiently. We had to leave and he put all of the paperwork together for us so all we had to do was come back up, sign, and drive away. Dwayne is great, no nonsense!! I recently visited Northgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge to check out the new 2013 Dodge Dart. I had seen it online and was curious to see the backseat in person, as I am a mother to Two Toddlers (aged 2 and 3). My main concern in purchasing a new vehicle was making sure they have enough room for their growing little legs. Took one for a test drive, LOVED IT, went in to talk about it and seen one that happened to be BRIGHT ORANGE. A few hours later, I was driving it off of the lot! They were wonderful from start to finish!

My son's car was towed to this dealer for a collision estimate. They left his car on their lot with the windows open, trunk open, ignition turn in the on position. It rained. The inside of the car was wet, the trunk was wet and the battery died. When we went to the dealer to check on the car, we were appalled by it's condition. When we went into the office and complained about the condition THEY left the car in, we were told that they WOULD NOT take responsibility for any vehicle left on their lot. We were at a red light on the off ramp to Colerain Avenue the other night and my son noticed that one of Northgate's new vehicles was sitting on their lot with the rear door open. It was 2am when we saw this. This dealership does not even take the time to care about their own autos, and they have proven to us that they sure don't care about autos brought to them for service. I have filed a complaint with Nationwide insurance regarding Northgate's blue ribbons service. Do yourself a big favor and take your auto SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

Dwayne was an incredible representative of the dealership, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, and mankind in general. He walked us through the whole process with the kindness and patience of a true professional. We bought a new Wrangler, and frankly, if I'd had more money I would have bought 2 cars! I mean, they didn't make me do anything stupid like run home to get documentation proving I owned another vehicle from a different manufacturer to get a discount, and then tell me after I returned with it I could fax the info later, like so many other dealers do. These guys are the "cat's meow", and anyone who buys a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in Cincinnati anywhere else than Northgate is, well, just stupid.

The excitement continued when we arrived at Northgate Chrysler we already knew what vehicle we were looking at a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. When we met Dwayne he was by far one of the most polite and knowledgeable salesman we have met. We had some reservations about our credit past but Dwayne and Rick both said they would do everything they could to get us through and boy did both of them deliver. If i were to recommend a dealer and a salesman to anyone I would definitely send them to Northgate Chrysler and Dwayne.

Best car buying experience ever! I went in as on my own (older female unaccompanied by my husband) and was treated as respectfully and fairly as any male would have been. Trading in my beloved 12 year old van was not easy as I loved my van, and it had been a great vehicle through the years. I didn't think I would ever find any van I would like nearly as much. Dustin was as patient as a saint and was over the top wonderful about answering questions, and playing out different car option scenarios... he completely understood my dilemma, and truly obtained the best deal possible for me. Dustin was not only very friendly, very sincere, and very professional, but he did so with the friendliest of smiles. This young man truly knows his product! We have been looking for a minivan for a while and they had the exact one we were looking for. My husband seen it on the website at a great price, he called and talked to Roger McClure and we made arrangements for me to go and look it on monday afternoon. I got sick with the stomach flu and could not go, so my husband went after work and said it was just what we were looking for and the price was right and he wanted to buy it. Roger McClure got all the paperwork done and my husband signed all the paperwork. After the van was cleaned up Roger McClure followed my husband home in the van so that I could sign the paper work. He was very nice and everything went very smooth and we love the van.

This was our first stop in purchasing a minivan, something we weren't thrilled about. Once we saw the Town and Country the minivan didn't sound like such a bad idea. We did some comparison shopping and nothing compared to the amenities in the Town and Country. We got exactly what we wanted on our trade-in and got below sticker on the van. Needless to say we were happy with the purchase.

We were "only looking" when we stopped at Northgate Chrysler to look at their Jeep Grand Cherokee. When Roger first approached us, he was so young looking that we were doubtful of his knowledge about the car. As it turned out, he had done his homework and was well informed. He had a friendly, open way of relating to the customer and his sales colleagues that made us feel comfortable. He was very willing to involve the more experienced sales staff in answering questions if he was unsure. Roger spent a lot of time with us, taking two test rides and answering many questions. After some friendly negotiation with the sales manager, we drove my "RED" jeep cherokee off the lot. Roger followed us to the gas station where the dealer filled our tank with gas. Since we had not planned to purchase a car, we had no check book with us. Roger followed us home so that we could write a check for the car.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I am a Rural Mail carrier and came in with a VERY specific request for a RHD Wrangler for my work. All available used vehicles were out of state at other dealerships. Dustin Loesche, my sales consultant, was exceptionally patient and accommodating to work with. Being an engineer, I came fully prepared with pricing data and requirements which perhaps is a challenge for sales reps. Unlike most sales people, Dustin had a humble and hard-working attitude which contributed to my desicion to buy from Northgate CDJ.Northgate as a dealership met my expectations but was not particularly exceptional from my typical experience. Since I was buying a used Honda van, they could not offer me a great deal of knowledge of Honda products. I would give a neutral rating on the dealership overall.

Good Experience. Roger was very helpful on the phone prior to visit. Northgate Jeephad a very hard to find used Scion xD. Though for sale for a reasonable price, my wife and I were VERY disappointed in our Saturn Vue trade-in value. We still do not understand why the KBB.com and NADA.com rate our previous vehicle well over $5400(on the low end dealer trade-in value, not private party)) and we received only $3100 trade-in at Northgate Jeep. While Roger McClure did his job very well andwe were finally satisfied with the monthly payment, we probably will not use Northgate Jeep again. Again, this has no reflection on Roger.

Dwayne was very helpful at the Northgate dealership. I actually chatted with a customer service rep online prior to my visit. Upon walking in, Dwayne was already expecting me and he called me by my first name. From that point forward, considering my circumstances, I was giving an extremely great deal. It was an overall pleasant experience and I do not regret purchasing my new vehicle. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I'd recommend Dwayne to anyone who's looking to buy the Chrysler line of vehicle in Cincinnati.

Over all this was a good experience. I had visited the dealership to just look around a month before I made my purchase. In that time Dustin had sent me a letter to thank me for visiting and to let him know if there was anything he could do to assist me and he also followed up with a voicemail. Just enough communication to know he was there if I needed him and it was not pushy at all. A month after visiting him I had called to tell him I was stopping by and he remembered who I was and my situation and what I needed. I really did not feel like dealing with the hassle that some previous dealerships have put me through. It was very painless at Northgate. I got what I expected and feel I got a fair price and exceptional service. Had I stayed in that area and had interest in one of their vehicles, I would go back there to purchase.

On the phone Roger McClure went 110% out of his way to do everything for me and took care of everything that needed to be done from holding the car I found on the net to all paper work,even spoke to my insurance agent to transfer my policy. Roger was great in making sure my Jeep had everything on it that I ordered, the Jeep was in PERFECT condition, (I am extremely picky), and it had only 7 miles on it (including being taken to Tire Discounters for a lift). I cancelled a Rubicon I ordered from another dealer earlier in the year because they couldn't deliver the above. Roger was also able to match a price I had gotten from a dealer in Colorado.I will be ordering my next Rubicon from Roger as well.Thanks Roger.

My 2 year old used car that had passed their 150 point inspection had its convertible roof get stuck in the open position about 18 hours after driving it off of the lot. On a rainy day. I received a rental car at the dealers expense which was great and I truely apppriciated them doing that for me. However when initially speaking to Brain the manager (did not raise my voice nor curse) I was told he didnt have to do anything for me and we would be doing things his way. I also asked to speak to another manager and he refused to transfer me. Imagine having a convertible car for less than 24 hours and having its roof 100% exposed to a thunderstorm and hearing..i dont have to do anything for you. I will never buy another car from this dealership...worst experience in buying a car ever!!!!!

We initially went in to just look and test drive. Dwayne showed us the SUV we wanted and we knew we would be purchasing it soon. However, the one we test drove happened to be in the final stages of selling at that moment. Dwayne and another manager showed us 2 other Durango's and a Jeep Grand but we knew what we wanted. Dwayne worked with us to find what we exactly wanted and said he would find it. He found the Durango the next day at a dealership 2 hours away and went to pick it up himself. He was extremely helpful, curteous, and knowledgable along the way. Although we would have liked to have our trade in a little bit higher, we eventually negotiated a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dwayne to those looking for a new car. I feel Dwayne went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a car salesman and even got us a better interest rate than what their finance office initially offered. We love our new Durango!

I have worked with this dealership for many years and I just purchased my third car within the last 3 years from them. This time I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart. My Salesperson, Herman Suyemoto, is as professional and detailed as they come. No high pressure; no games; he really wants to make sure you're buying the correct vehicle that matches your wants and needs. Herman knows if he treats you fairly and professionally you'll come back. He is incredibly detailed oriented and leaves no stone unturned giving you confidence in every step. The Service Department is top notch with very professional people. The dealership is very clean and well kept. The atmosphere is very upbeat. Buying new and used cars can be a bit intimidating for a lot of folks, but not here. I'd highly recommend this dealership and especially Herman!

Bought new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Price on new vehicle better than other local dealers, and price of trade-in was fair. I added leather interior as part of new car deal, and the leather installation is outstanding. Salesperson Nate Smith was knowledgeable, professional, and got the deal done quickly without hype or pressure. Would recommend this dealership to others.

Let me start off by saying that I hate car shopping and I had dealing with sales people. When I stepped on the lot, I was approached by a gentlemen like every other dealership I've been to. This time though, this sales person approached me in a very personable manner, and not overly aggressive like every other time I've been approaced. I was still reluctant to talk much with the sales person because to me they are all the same. This was a different expierence though. Nate remained very friendly and personable to me, even though I'm sure I came across as very rude and short with him. Every time I asked a question about a vehicle, he was quick with an answer, and a very knowledgeable answer, not the typical car salesmen answer saying everything about the vehicle is the best. He was very detailed in his descriptions, and after talking casually, he told me about other options that I may like that could benefit my lifestyle. I liked this because he wasn't just reading to me everything the vehicle I was looking at could do (the new Jeep Grand Cherokee), he was giving me details on options that would benefit my lifestyle based on our casual conversation. He set me up with a vehicle that I fell in love with and we talked numbers and financing. You could tell he really knew his stuff, and he even told me about some discounts I qualify for without me even asking. That was a first. The only thing that kept me from purchasing the vehicle right then and there was the fact my girlfriend wasn't with me, and well, let's just say I don't want to make a big decision like that without he feeling at least a little involved, so I am coming back on her next off day to discuss things further. This was a great expierence and I will be back.

I came across Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep because I have been looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I inquired on a few listings and was immediately contacted by Micah. I told him my situation (had a trade-in, what I wanted, and baby on the way, etc..). Micah responded to me with the utmost professionalism. If I had a question, instead blowing it off or changing the subject, he said he would find out. Most people's response would be "sure(rolling eyes)." Micah called me back on several different occassions in one day with detailed answers. At this point, he was batting 1000 and I nominated him and Northgate as my first stop in my search. (I figured they earned that right)Micah was incredibly professional and made the buying process simple. At the end of the day, he truly served as a consultant with a solution as opposed to the "salesman just trying to make a buck." Everything worked out and I drove off with a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee. That was the first NEW car I have ever purchased. I even left my parking pass in my trade-in and he offered to drive to my house. Micah continues to check in with me and my girlfriend who is expecting our first baby. I was looking for a new Jeep. I was closer to the dealership in Tri County at the time and had them looking into a new Saharah for me. I was ready to do a deal down there but I saw on the Northgate website that the exact Jeep I wanted had just been delivered. I had purchased a new Chrysler 300 a few years ago from Herman and he was great to deal with so I went down to look at the Jeep at Northgate before work just to look. I was driving home by lunch in my new Wrangeler. Herman was with a customer so Randy took care of me. I was planning on leasin but I ended up buying. The whole experience was top notch. Next Mopar vehicle I get is coming from Northgate and hopfully I can deal with Randy and Herman. I had mentioned to Randy that I was looking at new vehicles to help me take my mind off the loss of my dog. A few days later Herman called and asked if I had any questions about my new Jeep and to say he was sorry for the loss of my dog. Great service, great people. If you need a vehicle go here. I have been in desperate need of a vehicle for some time now. Every place I went to couldn't meet the payments I needed or tried to sell me a car not worth the purchase price. I decided to try one more place before giving up on my search. Late on Friday night I applied online for a loan with this dealership. The very next morning a friendly voice called by the name of Roger, regarding my application. I gave him some info about my situation & what type of vehicle I was looking for. Not long after that he called to tell me he had me approved & had a vehicle he thought I would be interested in. Trying to be optimistic, I headed up to the dealership immediately with no questions asked. When I got there he had picked out the perfect car for me, flawless in every way. By Saturday evening I walked out of the dealership with a car that I absolutely love, at a price I can afford & sooner than I could ever imagine. We were originally "just looking." We came in to test drive a Jeep and ended up coming back to the delaership and sat down with Rick. It was New year's Eve, close to closing time. Never, throughout the whole process did we feel rushed. During the signing of the papers, my son and I were able to ask questions, again, never feeling rushed so everyone could leave to start their evening parties. We have bought a few cars in the last few years and this experience was truly the best. (ends up this is the second vehicle bought from Rick, my husband bought a truck from him a few years ago!)

I first went to this dealor on the recommendation of my daughter and her husband. Some of the things she was teling me, I thought was an exaggeration, because none of the dealers I have ever used came up to her description. Well, I was wrong! They exceeded my expectations. The price was below what I had researched, and the service was beyond expectations. I have now bought three cars from herman, and I do not plan to even visit another dealer. In fact, on my last new car purchase, last spring, I went to the Cincinnati car show, and really decided that I liked an Hyundai Sonata for my next purchase. But, I was treated so well at Northgate, I decided to get a Chrysler 200 instead.

As the previous commenter mentioned, there are no equitable deals with these guys. You are in for the hard sell or no sell. I researched the values of not only my trade but also of the car I was interested in prior to my visit. None of that mattered, don't think that by treating these guys fairly they will treat you in the same manner. Rude and ridiculous, now I wish I would have bought someplace else. These guys practice dirty tricks like no other dealer I have experienced. I began dealing with them and they took my trade to the service area for appraisal, I actually feared these snakes would do something unethical with my trade-in if I tried to stop negotiations on the car I was looking at...Ultimately, I worked hard for more hours than I should and finally they agreed to a deal I thought I could live with. Then to my surprise once the paperwork came out, they ignored the deal we had worked and put the numbers they wanted on the sales agreement and refused to change them. I have an excellent credit score and have purchased numerous cars over the years. This is by far the worst most insulting car buying experience I have ever had. I regret buying from these guys because they don't deserve my business and I have now paid way too much for the car I wanted. Like I mentioned earlier, once I saw what was going on with these guys, I wanted out of the situation. I truly feared they would damage the car I had brought as a trade if I asked to stop negotiations or rescinded the "deal".

We were going to try and work a price and told them from the start that we were not playing the hard sell game. Didn't listen, the sales manager was the most obnoxious of all. We got up and walked out as did the customer that was next to us. Bad news dealer.

Horrible! My husband and I knew what we wanted and had financing done. We weren't even in a parking spot before they were swarming us! We started looking at the truck we loved and it was reduced to 39k. It was just a little under our price range. So we looked at the model right below and they were priced at sticker value of 43k. He wouldn't give us a price on that either. Then the salesman said he might be able to work with us and get the first in our range. He kept trying to finance us, when we told him we had it taken care of. We were there 2 hours and didn't have a price or a trade in value for our current truck. He kept pushing us to come back and I told him we were not coming back without a price. It shouldn't take that long. They didn't have any knowledge and had no clue what they were doing! I wasted my time there and would never recommend anyone going back. I realize that asking for 2k off a already reduced car is a lot but he kept saying he could do it, turned out he couldn't, after he wasted all that time. During all this I was chasing after a 2 year old.

When I needed a ride to the dealership he came and picked me up! I think I got a good deal on the financing and I got the car I wanted. I had been looking for the right car for sometime and finally decided to go in and take a look and test drive the Dodge Caliber. I was completely up-front about my wants/needs and Dwayne was more than happy to listen and do what he could to meet my requests. When it came down to crunching some numbers, I figured I could expect the usual bait and switch technique most places have tried to use on me in the past, since I'm female and look like I'm 12! Haha, but that aside...I was plesantly surprised when they came back with a completely reasonable offer. I didn't feel pressured into the purchase at all, nor did I feel rushed at any point, like I had been there wasing anyones time (as other dealerships have been more than happy to express in the past).Overall everyone at the dealership was great and I would certainly visit them again for my next vehicle :)

Went in to buy used Jeep and ended up with a new Jeep. Dewayne would not tell me what my trade-in value was or the price of the car - only my payment. I was so frustrated b/c not only does the payment matter, but so does the trade in value and the price of the car. Then they close up shop and I get ready to leave with just 1/8 of a tank of gas. Really? I had to sign a blank loan document since it was after banking hours too. I was so frustrated, but I do LOVE my new car.

I went to Northgate Chrysler with the intention of getting information about the 2011 Challenger and taking a look at one up close. I had planned on saving up for a down payment and perhaps buying later in the year. Dwayne bent over backwards to get me approved for a loan and work out a financing arrangement that I could handle. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I went in just a Joe off the street and left with a brand new car and not once did I feel like I was being pushed around, baited, or any of the negative things you usually hear about when going to purchase a vehicle. The entire sales staff was friendly and professional the entire time I was there. A new car is a serious purchase, and being a first-time buyer I felt that I was treated very well. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

I hadn't bought a car in 7 years and was in the process of rebuilding my credit. I've always wanted an AWD because I hate driving in the snow. I had a certain payment amount I had to stick to and some money for a down payment. Jemar starting looking on his lot for something in my price range and found 2 Jeep Liberty's. He recommended the one with lower miles on it for me. Matt suggested I go with gap insurance coverage which I had never thought of before. That was in January of 2010 and I am still happy with my Liberty. Also, I recently had to bring my Liberty in to have a recall warranty part replaced that had broken and the Service Department was very friendly and helpful - had it done in a day - no questions asked. They were very customer service oriented, offered me a vehicle within my budget, and made me feel like I was purchasing a brand new vehicle. I went to test drive a new Charger. The salesman said they would need to review my finances before I could drive the car. I was taken back, I am a 51 year old female executive for a sales and maketing company. Was he profiling? Did I look like someone who could not afford the car or was it because I was a female. I decided this was not the type of people I wan't to do business with so I left. The next morning I decided to talk to the sales manager. I asked him what their policy was for driving the cars. Again I was surprised when he said "It's none of your business". I asked for the regionalmanagers phone number and was told by "Pete" that he owned the dealership and didn't answer to anyone. I told him I would do my best to let him know how I was treated and he said "tell whoever you want". So that is what I am doing.

I bought a car there and immediately had to have it serviced for all manner of electrical system issues. The car had less than 28k miles on it. I brought it to the service center (a second time) for a few days, and they claimed after each visit they "could not replicate the problem". I drive it off their lot and after about 12 minutes, the car's electrical system went haywire as I was driving down the freeway. I called Chrysler HQ and they blew me off just the like service center. I went to another Chrysler service center and they diagnosed the issue but told me it would be $350 to fix. I said, "Thanks for the diagnostic, what parts do I need?" I bought a used repair manual and fixed it myself, with parts from a local U-Pull N-Save. Northgate Chrysler's service bay should have the Monkees theme song playing, because that's who you're dealing with. Next I'd like to tackle the finance dept. who thought I would not notice they "accidentally" added in a service plan though I clearly declined it in writing. They also "accidentally" added in taxes for far more than I'd truly have to pay, and then issued me a refund check a couple weeks later. The coerced me into signing a blank loan application form, saying it was absolutely mandatory and then refused to explain what it was for. Freaky. My experience with them was downright freaky. This is why the public dislikes sales people. I could go on and on, but you get the idea, right? I think the finance dept. here need the JAWS theme song playing in its offices.Oh, and the Chrysler HQ was hilariously bad. They only hire people in India who don't speak English well. Turn your volume waaaaay up and be prepared to ask to have things repeated 3 times or more. All of their answers to your questions are some form of NO.

These people are the biggest rip offs around. Their service department sucks! I was told my car was fixed and yet I sputtered all the way home. Had to have my car towed to them and they said they found nothing wrong. When I picked it up, I had no problem.They had to fix something considering that I was almost hit on the way home from my car stalling out the previous day.Problems I had within the 1st year were rediculous.And Chrysler knew of the problems with this car and other ones but would not back up their product. Never again!
