Just want to share the best experience I've ever had getting care for my Taurus! My service advisor was Jeff Myers and he made me feel comfortable, not trying to sell me things I didn't need or want or even know what they were! I do not like taking my car for oil changes, etc. for this reason! What a nice guy! I'll look for him the next time. I usually ask my husband or son to take my car for service. Thanks, Jeff!

As a new customer my experience here was great! The service team is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jeff Myers and Michael Galloway helped me from check-in to check-out, answering my questions and addressing my concerns as they came up. No pushy sales tactics, just honest work. I will definitely be returning!

My in-Person experience was Perfect, the children had a ball and wanted to come back but Thanks for everything Andre and the other representatives were awesome as well. Thank you for your business! I really appreciate Northgate Ford's service department. The customer service associate was quick to respond and always delightful. She had the answers to all my questions and provided me with detailed explanations. The technicians quick diagnosed the issue and repaired it. I am confident that their multipoint inspection makes sure my vehicle is ready for a cross country drive. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Took my 2020 Escape in for a recall on the rear camera and was told the process would probably take all day and possibly into a second day. I was surprised when my service advisor, Megan Cornelius phoned within 5 hours advising it was already done! I always have my car serviced there since they have excellent service!
