Mike was so great to work with and explained everything so well. He got me the monthly payment that I was comfortable with and answered all my questions perfectly. Finance and service were so helpful also. I was able to get my all-weather mats that day and left feeling so happy and satisfied with my new car! Overall just a great experience and I am absolutely obsessed with my Chevy Equinox!

Overall a good experience purchasing a new Bolt EV. Sales staff was nice, and the process was very smooth. North Star Moon is a very nice facility, and I look forward to visiting in the future. The only couple of problems I’ve had is a mechanical issue, and an on boarding process issue. The mechanical issue is that once I accepted delivery of the Bolt and got it out on the interstate, I noticed I had to turn the wheel slightly left and apply a small amount of pressure to keep the car going straight. If the wheel is not turned at all, the car pulls right. I was told this was an alignment issue, which I understand happens and they wouldn’t have known it from the factory because it was brand new, but they can’t look at it for a week which has caused me to cancel a weekend trip to avoid the unaligned tires from being damaged. The on boarding issue was around the Chevrolet deal about home charging installation. Apparently I was supposed to be taken through a process of entering the car information to begin the process. It didn’t happen the day I bought the car, and when I went in a couple of days after purchasing, the sales manager said that he had entered it all for me, don’t worry about it. Another few days later I still hadn’t received an email I was supposed to from the process, so I contacted GM and I was told my information was never submitted. I had to go back in after a week of owning the vehicle and another sales person was very kind and entered my information, and I immediately got the email from GM for next steps to get the home install going. Not sure if sales manager got busy and forgot to enter my information when he said he was, or if there was some glitch in the system, but I didn’t appreciate having to hunt everything down myself.

We purchased a Chevrolet Traverse from these guys about a month ago, and had some problems with the new car that were related to manufacturing issues. Everyone at Northstar was super super great to us, and they really helped us out, and made what could have been a really difficult new car experience be a super positive one. Like really really fantastic customer service, the best I’ve ever experienced with a car dealership.

I recently engaged with Mario and the team at Northstar Chevy and must say the entire process was smooth and simple. Most of the work on buying the new Chevy Tahoe was done via the phone and when the time came to complete the final paperwork and purchase it was quick. I worked with Brent on the paperwork and he was great to work with (and a fellow Penn State alum) My new car buying experience was awesome. Great job Northstar Chevy

I was having some car issues and being a person who doesn’t understand much about motors I was scheduling a service appointment. I contact my local certified Chevy dealer who did not make feel comfortable about the situation at all. I had my car towed there and after leaving the conversation wasn't sitting well with me so I called North Star. They were amazing and took care of me. Long story short I had my car towed again but this time to North Star and they walked me through the process kept me updated and left me feeling very comfortable with The situation. I know service departments sometimes get a bad wrap but wow did North Star do amazing! I give them 5 stars and would definitely call Them back for future services! I will be a continuing Chevy North Star customer!!
