I have been shopping for a new vehicle for quite some time and selected a Ford. Keith Nelson was exceptional, very easy to deal with, and worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. I am hoping that I will have this vehicle for the long haul. When I trade this one in, I will return to NorthStar Ford.

I had a great buying experience with Alec Avery. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, there was no pressure on buying and so for that I did not feel rushed into buying a vehicle. I would definitely recommend NorthStar Ford to friends and family.

The salesman, Keith Nelson was excellent. He really helped us alot in choosing a truck that suited our needs, then he went through everything on the vehicle we chose. We walked away very happy with our choice.

I took my car in because the tailgate would not open. 2012 Ford Escape. They said a part shorted out and that it was covered in the warranty that I purchased when I bought the car. Then told me I had a $100 deductible. I said that is why I bought the warranty, right? They proceeded to tell me about labor and cost for parts. I was less than satisfied with that answer.
