I live .out of state . In Wyoming bought a car sight unseen !A couple of things were missing radio nobs and hatch lifts were bad . Andy ordered them and sent them to me. Denise was really helpful. thanks again to Andy and Denise !!!

I llive out of state . I bought a car based on the description. I had andy ship the car to me. A couple of the nobs were missing on the radio and the rear hatch lift struts were no good .I told andy about the problem and he ordered the parts and sent them to me no charge.Denise works in the office she is so nice and helpful good folks to buy a car from.

Started our search in Sacramento, thought bigger city better selection, not the case. Decided to look locally and that is was brought my son and I to Northstate Auto Brokers. Our first time on the lot we met Andy and we had a moderate interest in a car they had on the lot, he gave us his card and was not pushy at all. We ended up looking around at other options (of course) and found our way back to purchase the Mazda we saw on the lot a week earlier. We had a no haggle price decision (thanks Steve), car was detailed and we drove home that day with the vehicle. There were a couple of follow up items that Andy completed fairly and timely, this spoke highly to me. This truly was a great car shopping and buying experience!

I was looking for a specific vehicle, and Northstate had one in their inventory.That vehicle, as advertised, was immaculate. Andy, Steve, and Denise were awesome to work with, and Andy put in a new battery for the vehicle after he took it home the night before we came to look at it. It didn't have to be replaced, but he did it, anyway, since he knew it had been in the vehicle from some time. He found a couple of other items to include as part of the purchase, which he didn't have to do. We love the SUV we purchased (at a great price, by the way), and he's anwered several questions to help me understand the ins and outs of the SUV and invited me to continue to do so. Do yourself a favor and take a look here at least as one of your options if you're in the northern California area. I live in the Sacramento area, and it was well worth the drive and effort. I'll look there the next time I need a car or SUV.

Very patient, friendly and knowledgeable people. I searched from Redding to Sacramento for a clean, and reliable SUV. When I came to Northstate, they helped me find the perfect SUV for me. I wish I would have started looking with them first.
