He was very caring and understanding towards our situation, he did not push us to do anything and he took time to explain everything to us and help me through the process of buying a new car from Mazda. This is my wife's first time buying a car with it in her name and Tyler made the experience simple and easy to understand. He went out of his way to help us and we are very grateful for that.

I bought a Mazda about 6 or 7 years ago from Northtown and had a very positive experience. I went to Chevy after my first Mazda and then when my most recent lease with Chevy ended, I decided to go back to Mazda after reading how nice the CX-5 was. I went back to Northtown and was lucky enough to have Josh Schulenberg as my salesman. We met on a Tuesday night, I took a test drive and we talked numbers and were able to work out an awesome deal that same night. The car was ready for pickup by that Thursday evening! Extremely fast and Josh was very professional. Josh provided me with all the info I needed to get everything set up insurance wise and went over all extra packages/protection plans that the dealership offered. When Thursday came, and I went to pick up my vehicle, we discovered the auto insurance carrier made a mistake with the VIN # on the ID cards. Josh went above and beyond to help with getting the issue resolved, and we ultimately were able to leave with our new CX-5, thanks to the tremendous effort Josh made. Aside from the massive headache the insurance company caused, this was the most positive experience I've had at a dealership, leasing a new vehicle! I would refer Josh to anyone and will likely use him for future leases as well. I'm so incredibly happy I chose Northtown and even more happy that Josh was my salesman. Thank you Northtown and Josh for an amazing experience!

The service team is amazing!!! Always quick, friendly, attentive and very accommodating. I went in recently because I was unsure how to replace my rear windshield wiper, upon arrival I was kindly greeted by Corey and Colton and the technician (forgot his name) who were both eager to help me out. Not only did they do it free of charge but they also washed my vehicle. I would recommend anyone to get their Mazda serviced here.

Garfield (sales) and Brandon (finance) were an informative team along with the others I worked with and conversed with about the process. As a first time visitor to a dealership, all of questions were answered and the team was straight forward with me about everything. I felt comfortable that I got a great deal for a great vehicle I could afford. Granted I went with a Subaru, the Mazda team was there to support me from start to finish. Highly reccomend to any who are looking for great service and straight forward information about a car purchase.
