Carl Carleton and the staff at Northtowne Mitsubishi did a great job in getting me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the payments I wanted. Every other dealership I went to was extremely pushy to get me to buy the first car I saw but here, they let me walk around, ask question, and teach me a few more things about cars I didn't know about. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car, they'll make sure you get what you want and need.

Last November I went to Northtowne Mitsubishi in a bit of a crunch for a car. It was my first time buying a car at a dealership so I was a littler nervous, but everyone I worked with made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Carl was my salesman and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. I felt that he was upfront and honest throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel like he was pushy or steering me in the wrong direction. After I bought my car, Carl not only met me at my work during my lunch break to go over paperwork, but he also took my car to fill up my tires, and put my plates on for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Carl to anyone looking for a new car!!

We came to Northtowne just to window shop, but came away with the car that suits me best. Carl, our salesman, was attentive, courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable. If he didn't have an answer to our question he would research immediate to give us a correct answer. My husband isn't always the isn't to work with when it comes to buying cars but Carl did a great job of working with him. While he was trying to sell a car, he was also trying to give us what we wanted. We had visited another Mitsubishi dealership and found the whole experience lacking. The car we were given to test drive smelled of cigarette smoke - the manager was using the car - and the salesman didn't have many answers nor did he seem that interested in making the sale. I would recommend anyone to visit Northtowne Mitsubishi.

Its rare for a guy like me to feel welcomed by sales people these days but that wasnt the case at Northtowne Mitsubishi.When I first walked in I was greeted by a man named Carl, I didnt feel any prejudice from him he looked me in the eyes and spoke to me with confidence that I would leave with a car and thats exactly what happened.I was expecting my first car to be used but Carl gave me a really good deal on a brand new mitsubishi lancer.My financer Tim made the monthly payments very affordable with a low interest rate as well.As a first time buyer I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and visit to Northtowne Mitsubishi.

I had not purchased a car in years and was dreading the whole process. I knew it was time I would at least start at Northtowne Mitsubishi as my last purchase 13 years ago was from there and the service I had received over the years just in the service center had earned that. Carl was not a salesman but more of a counselor in my case. He took the time and had the patience with me and my inquiring into making sure all my concerns were address the day of the actually purchase as well as even a few days later. I would highly recommend both this dealership and Carl to anyone looking at making a used or new car purchase.

The advertised deal sounded to good to be true and when I showed up it wasn't. However I did want more options on my new car so I elected to go with the higher price. After all some things you just can't do with out when you drive 60 miles a day to work and back and your old vehicle was at it's end with 180,000 miles on it. The price was more than fair and the vehicle met my needs. Financing was quick and painless and I now have just over 1,000 ,miles on my new car. From Nick Galetti, Carl Carleton and John Candiano the whole team was awesome. They guys at Northtowne know how to treat you as the big banner on the showroom states"DealerRater of the Year" Mitsubishi! Don't shop anywhere else for your Mitsubishi, just go see the team at Northtowne!

The experience we had at Northtowne Mitsubishi from the second we stepped on the lot was amazing. Carl Carleton greeted us right away and was eager to help us out. He took us right to the cars we wanted to look at and was extremely knowledgeable of all the features. He didn't try to take us to other models or cars, he listened to exactly what we wanted and kept us right there. He did a magnificent job of listening and answering all of our questions precisely. He didn't talk around questions or change the subject, he was up front about everything. Gave his opinions, but ultimately said it was our call. He didn't try to persuade us in anyway. The test drive was very smooth and enjoyable. He brought attention to all of things we should be interested in when driving such as what mode to be in for all the different types of weather and let us know of all the safety features. He did a thorough job of explaining every little detail of the car... It was a lot of information, but it was very much appreciated. When doing the paperwork and negotiating the price, he was fair and didn't pressure us. The finance department was equally as nice. We didn't feel like we were being sold anything extra that we didn't need, once we said we weren't interested, he moved on. All in all it was a truly amazing car buying experience....It is something we had been dreading for awhile but turned out to be a really nice experience. Thank you!

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had in all the years of buying cars! Carl was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy. Nick Galetti, the Sales Manager, gave me a great deal on my trade in with no hassles and all the sales staff I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful. When my car came in Carl checked it out from front to back to make sure it was in good order and that the leather I had custom put in was fitted properly and had no flaws. Once I got into the car, Carl showed me how all the buttons worked and set up my Pandora and showed me how to set the time and the radio stations. He went so far as to put the apps for Pandora and the Emergency Road Service on my cell phone for me. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to deal with a bunch of people who are so nice and knowledgeable instead of pushy rude sales people. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the excellent service I received from the time I walked in the Mitsubishi dealership till I drove away in my new car. Thanks Carl!

You know how you go to some dealerships and you get the typical "Hi how can I help you" or "You looking for something in particular"? Well as soon as I pulled into this dealership and was met with a SMILE I knew this would be an amazing car buying experience. I was actually excited to work with Carl and didn't feel intimidated or like I was just another number. I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived, they didn't have it BUT took time to listen to me. Within a couple of days I received a call from Carl stating that he found my new car..... he was going to get it to the dealership and let me take a look. Each time I go through the leasing process they make it stress free and always have a wonderful car ready for me when I show up. My 02 Cavalier with almost wore out, and I still owed $2,000 on it. Carl said, lets run your credit and see what we can do. Not to heavy on the numbers but able to call them out as I asked for them. So few salesmen know the numbers on their cars (Gas miles, how many are on the lot and where, safety features, cool features what the features do, etc). I'm really not sure what to say, the sales rep Carl Carleton was cool, relaxed and was able to go out of his way to help me out. My car died and I toed it to the lot after blowing the engine, and after I found out it was some $3,000 in repairs I choose to pick out another Mitsubishi that I wanted. and he went out of his way to drive me back to my house to pick up needed things. I felt that he wouldn't do that the second day as we moved into working with the finance person, but the sales rep still drove out to pick me up for the final paper signing. I'm high energy, but I felt comfortable because he had the same level. Hell he even matched my energy level when I tried to keep professional. He's a good sales person.

I was actually taking in my Outlander to the service shop for its normal maintenance. Then as I was waiting for my ride to come pick me up, I noticed the new 2015 Outlander Sport, what a beautiful car, it was love at first sight. So I walked into the showroom, and there he was MR. SMILES (Carl) he was very friendly and eager to answer any of my questions. There was no pressure and he gave me all the in's and out of the different models of this car. I asked him if I can trade in my Jeep, he goes sure that's not a problem at all. To make the story short, I was a very happy camper, they gave me an awesome deal on my trade-in, gave me a choice of what color, and found me the perfect rate. On top of that, Mr. Smiles even had my other car washed and looking good when I picked it up after the maintenance service. That's what I talk about keeping your customers happy. Northtowne Mitsubishi was the most professional and friendly dealership my dad and I had gone to all day. My dad and I had been looking at different cars all day and we were on the verge of giving up but we stopped by north towne hyundai to check out a couple cars and we couldn't find anything but they didn't give up on us they offered to take us to their other dealerships like MAZDA and Mitsubishi they let me test drive the cars that I wanted and didn't question it at all and they listened to everything I wanted in a car. It was getting pretty late and they were near closing time but they didn't seem bothered one bit! We were about to decide on one car until I laid eyes on the most beautiful car I have ever seen in my life 2013 Mitsubishi lancer the most amazing color I had ever seen and I knew right there and then that that's the car that I wanted and I needed. They worked with us to make the perfect price and were so kind and helpful and they did NOT pressure us at all and they made me feel welcome!!!! I recommend this place to everyone!! Everything went very smoothly and quickly, and Carl took me out for a test drive. He gave me a lot of pointers and explanations of how the car and its various features work. Answered questions thoroughly. Carl got me a quick quote on my trade-in car and made the new car purchase easy and efficient. I had one day to find a car and I had a very specific list I needed to met. One of the things I like most about Northtown auto group is that they have a wide range of cars at there disposal. I had told Carl exactly what I was looking for and my price range. Before I showed up he had a couple of cars ready to show. He never pushed me out of my price range or pressured me to take anything that I didn't want. Even though I needed him at that moment in time, he never once made me feel that way. He was very patient with me and the whole experience was very seamless and easy (as I'm sure helping an indecisive woman is difficult, Carl handled it like a pro).

The service that was provided via internet sales representative (Mr. John Van Parys) and the salesman (Mr. Greg Youngstrom) that assisted me once I arrived was very friendly, knowledgeable and most of all excellent. Both individuals were very helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding a vehicle that is fuel efficient and at the same time family friendly. The salesman we dealt with was John Van Parys, he worked with us to provide us with the vehicle we wanted and needed at the price we wanted. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the car we were getting and assuring us that if we had any questions or problems he would be there to help us. I knew what I had to have for my trade in and we were able to reach an agreement relatively quickly with no high pressure sales push. This dealership has been here a long time and I believe locally owned which says a lot about it. My salesman was Colton Wells. It was a very painless business deal and they were open to different options. Finance Manager ,Nick Galetti explained paperwork very clearly before asking for signatures and also gave options on getting paperwork done quickly at license bureau. My first contact was with Nick Galetti, who I have to say, even though busy, worked with me via phone first. Gave me a good trade price just by looking at pictures from an email. He said may be able to do better once he seen the car. So we went in after my wife got off of work. We were then cheerfully greeted by Carl Carleton. Carl has FANTASTIC people skills and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car, to look this man up. I have never seen a Sales Person so knowledgeable about the car they are selling. Most of the time, I know more about the car than they do. BUT NOT WITH CARL !! He knows his product line. What was most impressive is Carl and also Nick were very attentive to us, while we were there. They did not act like we were burdening them, such as what happened to us the day before at OP Jeep. Ended up, we got a bit more for our trade. I don't feel like I got stung, I got a great price for the trade in. I first must specify, that my dealings with Northtowne have been quite good in both service and sales. I purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage a few months ago from the dealership. HOWEVER, I recently had a flat tire, and no tires were available in the KC area for this auto (165/65 R14)! I then decided to contact the dealership to get new tires. The service center then explained that they would have to order tires for the car and it would "be a few days." How does a dealership not have tires for a new line of cars that they sell and service? I then contacted Mr. Galetti, and explained the situation, and once again, I must stress that both the manager and the service department were very nice. But my question remains, how can a dealership not have tires available. I finally found tires online and am having them shipped to me (at a much lower price in a fewer amount of days). Poor planning on the dealerships part to ensure that customers are happy.

We went to this dealership because we have bought cars there previously. We were not disappointed in the great service we received. We told them exactly what we needed and they were willing to give us a decent price for the new Lancer we bought. We found Nick and Carl to be personable and extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing the car. The only issue we had was waiting over an hour to get the financing started and completed. We were informed that one of the finance people had gone home sick. They were very apologetic about the wait, but it was difficult waiting for such a long time. I would have preferred to have been informed of this up front so we could go out to get a bite to eat while we were waiting. Otherwise, the experience was quite good.

Let me start by saying I grew up in a General Motors family so it was very difficult to even test drive a foreign car. However, after spending time with John and having him educate me on where the Outlander Sport was assembled in Illinois definitely helped. But once I test drove it - there was no comparison to the other models I had test drove (Honda, Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota etc). The dealership was clean, professional, Very pleasant to deal with, respected my time and was very attentive to my needs. I pretty much got everything I wanted, from John's time, to a Very Fast check out, (due to my schedule). My vehicle was cleaned and had a full tank of gas before I left, he even took the time to go over the entire "Bells and whistles" deal again! This was a better experience than one I had before at a Chevy dealership unfortunately. I would highly recommend John and the Northtowne Mitsubishi Dealership to purchase your next vehicle from.

I called Northtowne Mitsubishi before going in, as my mom purchased her Lancer from Northtowne. The receptionist put me through to Carl, and I told him on the phone what my situation was; and that I was looking for a new car. He gave me his direct phone number to his desk, and set up an appointment for me to come in at 1:30pm to take a look at some cars. I showed up to the dealership, and Carl was the first person to great me upon arrival. We made small talk for a bit, since we both ride motorcycles and are around the same age. We went out and looked at a Lancer, and I test drove it and it really wasn't bad. I had told Carl that I wanted to look at Fiat's, and he told me that was no problem at all. We wandered over to the Fiat side of the dealership, and poked around a few of them. I did see one that I really liked, so we took that one out for a test drive and I fell in love! The whole time was actually really light and fun, it was nice talking about not just the car (though he was super knowledgeable about the vehicle)! We came back to the dealership, and did the paperwork and I took my 2013 Fiat 500 Sport home that day! I'm so impressed, and I would absolutely encourage friends and family to shop for their next vehicle at Northtowne Auto Group! Carl was not just my car salesman, he ended up being a fellow motorcycle rider, a caring son who loves to brag about his mom, a therapist who listened to the mile long list of things that had gone wrong for me this week and an overall outstanding individual! When I contacted Carl Carleton at Mitsubishi and explained that I wanted to trade in my 2011 Outlander Sport for something bigger he was willing to search for what I was interested. I requested he search for a used vehicle with low mileage and a gas saver as well. When I arrived he had done his research and we set out to test drive vehicles I would be interested in. Carl was very courteous, easy to talk to and was able to answer my questions. I did purchase a 2012 Ford Escape with low mileage and equipped with flex fuel. At the show we met Colton Wells who was more than helpful in answering questions about financing and technical details regarding the cars. We decided to take a test drive the next day at the dealership and instantly fell in love with the Outlander Sport. We shopped around town a little bit, but found other dealers to not only have sub-par values on cars, but they were also very pushy in making the sale, making us uncomfortable. My husband and I traded in a 2011 Outlander GT back in September for a 2013 Outlander Sport. We worked with Carl and he was very helpful, enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. We went back to the dealership on Feb 14, 2014 to get the vehicles first oil change. When Carl saw us, he came right over and wanted to know how we liked the vehicle. Sadly, that following Monday night on Feb 17, I hit a deer on I -80 in Iowa on my way to see my family in WI. We called Carl on the evening of Feb 24th and let him know what happened and asked him if he could find another Outlander Sport same as the one I totaled? We also asked him about other vehicles that we were interested in looking at. Carl jumped through hoops to locate the vehicles that my husband and I wanted to test drive. The next morning, Carl had the vehicles ready for us, plus he had started working on the numbers with another awesome employee, Stan in the Finance Dept and they were able to lower our payments and interest rate. I had a free oil change voucher I had not used, the wonderful people in the Service Dept came and got my husbands vehicle that we had drove to the dealership in, and did an oil change with an already full schedule...they made time to take care of his car as well as it was overdue for an oil change. This is our third vehicle bought through this dealership and on all occasions we were treated as if we were the most important people they would have helped on those days. We did a lot of research before heading out & found Northtowne Mitsubishi to be the dealer with the most impressive options for the price. We went to a few other dealers & felt as if we were practically being hunted. Carl came out & introduced himself when we had been there about 5 minutes but allowed us space to look & talk. We drove a few cars & settled with a beautiful 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. We did the financing which I got at an excellent rate. I put no money down & still got a rate under 4%. Carl moved things along smoothly as he had the car detailed & fueled up while Stan was working on getting the best rate for my loan. Carl was swift in getting things done. He was not pushy. We were allowed to decide what we wanted to look at & did not steer us to the vehicles he wanted to sell. A few other dealers pushed a particular line even though we had already told them we didn't like it. Overall an excellent experience. I purchased a Gap insurance, warranty & wheel & key service package & still can easily afford my monthly payment. I love my car & the piece of mind I have with this whole experience. Carl came outside and greeted us immediately. He was friendly, and really seemed to care about us as customers. It was a relief after our previous visit to another dealership down the street. We told him an idea of what we wanted and he led us to a great car right off the bat. We did a test drive and signed the papers! I went to Northtowne Mitsubishi as my first stop for test driving vehicles I had selected from three manufacturers on 11-11. I pulled into customer parking and Carl Carleton came out the front door to greet me as soon as I got out of my car. It was not a pressured greeting, just friendly. He asked if I needed help and I asked to drive two different models. I drove the Outlander Sport and Carl was explaining what worked what before we got started. He let me drive the route I wanted and only answered questions when I asked. He let me hear and feel the car. We discussed my other choice and explained why from what I had told him, that it would not probably be a good fit and explained why. He was correct and I had just not thought it through. Never had a Salesman help me narrow down choices before. I appreciated that. I went to a Subaru dealer and they never even came out to ask if I needed help after 10 minutes and I left. I test drove a Mazda CX-5 and the Salesman talked the entire time and was directing me where to drive before I told him I wanted to drive on my normal roads. I tried to negotiate a price with the Mazda Salesman on 11-12 and all he had to say was why I was wrong and they had no room to negotiate and actually did not want to try to understand where I was coming at in my negotiations. Told me I could check all dealers and could not get a better price. I called Carl and told him what I wanted and what I would pay. Carl asked if I could stop by after work which I did on 11-12. He treated me as friendly as my first visit. Introduced me to Nick the Sales Manager. We negotiated for all of about 15 minutes and Nick said "Lets do it". Nick and Carl had some excellent suggestions that I had not considered. I cut a deposit check. Car was on the lot, they had to get some options shipped in and Carl called me on 11-15 to say it was ready to go. I came in on 11-16 and it was as I requested with no additional fees, surprises, adders or issues. I stopped by Nick's office and thanked him. He was as friendly and pleasant as the first meeting. He thanked me for my business and told me to stop by any time if I had any issues, questions or just wanted to stop by. Carl went through all the paperwork and then ran me through operating the vehicle systems, put on my temporary tag and also thanked me for my business and said to stop back any time. Trust me, with Carl and Nick and James, the Service Manager, I will and am VERY pleased so far with the entire transaction!

Colton did an excellent job of showing only the cars I was interested in. He gave me time to think about the car without being pushy. He was very easy to talk to and did a great job of explaining all the operations of the car. He answered all my questions and overall did a fantastic job! I also worked with the gentleman in the first office on the left as you enter the building. I do not remember his name, but he also did a fantastic job with the actual pricing of the car. He worked hard to get the price that I wanted. The finance person also did a great job of going over all the financing - but in a timely manner.

I found the car I was looking at through cars.com. I found some similar vehicles and mentioned them during my initial contact Adam matched the price. He called me and we made an appointment to go for a test drive the next day. I came to the dealership, met Adam and we went for the test drive while the trade in manager evaluated my trade. We got back and got down to haggling. I was happy with the revised price of the car already so we went back and forth a couple times with my truck. I felt that my trade was worth a few hundred more but I hate to argue so I called it good when he met me better than half way. Adam was easy to talk with and I enjoyed our discussion on favorite eateries around town. I got a good vehicle at a nice price and a fair value on my trade.

I came in and purchased my 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder the same day on a Saturday. I wasn't very prepared but I fell in love with the car on the test drive and Colton let me run by my house and waited while I picked up my trade in and dug around to find the title. This was the fourth dealership I went to, looking for a good upgrade from my first car. Before coming here, I had to talk with dealers who told me that Kelley Blue Book wasn't used in the Midwest, dealers who wouldn't budge at all on prices, asked over the sticker price, and couldn't explain why their cars were priced the way they were. We came here on a whim after visiting Van across the street, and boy am I glad we did! Colton immediately pointed us in the direction of a car that was both the style we were looking for and in our price range. I went there to buy a used car. I had purchased a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara new from Northtowne so I trusted them to give me the service I needed. Colton was great. We test drove two used cars, but during the drive Colton informed me about the great deals on the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. After about 10 minutes of discussing what he could offer me on a 2013 Outlander, I test drove one and was convinced that it was the car for me. They always have an extensive supply of in stock used cars, but he is always happy to actively search the area for the one you are looking for if they don't have it. Our family have been customers of NORTHTOWNE MITSUBISHI and Mike Brennan for the last 20 years or so. We purchased our first car from Mike around 1992 and through the years, have either purchased or leased numerous cars for ourselves and our children. The dealership staff and service department are the BEST and Mitsubishi makes some of the best cars on the market. We have continued to be repeat customers for several reasons: 1-Mike Brennan was our first salesman and over the years has become a good and trusted friend....2-we have never had any service problems with any of our cars and we have probably leased or purchased 10-12 cars between my husband and myself and our 3 children....3-the staff is professional, they treat customers with respect, and they put you in the car you want with the best price they can give you....4-with the reliable cars that they sell, with the wonderful and supportive staff that they employ, and with people like Mike Brennan representing their dealership....Why would anyone even think about purchasing a car from another dealership.0122........

Brian is the man. It was the most hassle free and pleasant test drive I've ever had. I was gone about an hour! No haggling or finagling just let's look at your finances and get you the best deal. He answered all the wife's questions (patiently I would add she sorta hammered him) and overall just great communication. And the car with only 5K miles on it was more than reasonably priced. I wouldn't even think of buying a car from anywhere else.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Mike Brennan. The reason I keep coming back is trust, It's nice to find a car salesman that doesn't lie to you. Plus the service department is great. They are very curtious and helpful. So when I know one of my friends or family are looking for a new vehicle I always recommend Northtowne Mitsibishi/Lincoln.

My husband & I were looking for a sports car for me.We had been to several other dealerships with great disappointment.We were about to give up when we found ourselves at Northtowne Mitsubishi Suzuki & John Van Parys. Things started to turn around at that point as we were greeted with & treated as "REAL" car shoppers.I normally do not like car salesmen but I must say John Van Parys turned my negative impressions into a very positive one. If it were not for John we would not come back at all. We like doing business with John & Northtowne Mitsubishi Suzuki. We are treated as serious coustmers and not as just another number. Colton Wells was a great salesman to work with. Colton was very knowledgeable, easy going, not pushy and helped me get the car I wanted within MY price range with all the options I wanted. The entire staff at Northtowne Mitsubishi were friendly and helpful. This dealer experience was not just another shark salesman trying to get you to buy a vehicle 'they think you want' and that you know you cannot afford. Colton was very efficient from the start. I went to many dealerships and I had a very bad experience at another dealership who were dishonest and rude. John was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and was quick and upfront with pricing and discounts. I recommened everyone I know to go there.

We thought our experience with John Van Paris was very good and can understand why he sells cars and would have no problem buying another vehicle from him if we didnt have the service department that the dealership has to deal with. the service department is a 1 based on information, attitudes and the ease (or lack of ) to schedule any type of service.

I bought a new Mitsubishi from Nick Galetti and it was a very pleasant experience. Other car dealers treat you like a mark or number. The service department is wonderful and very accomandating. The finance department also gave me several options and did a fantastic job. I would recommend buying a new or used car from Nick and his team to everyone.

I went to Northtowne Mitsubishi on the recommendation of a family member. I worked with Brian and Nick on leasing my new car.I am one of those girls that knows nothing about cars except how to drive it. They answered all my questions and got me set up in my brand new car. I was given a few different scenerios on how we could work the deal out and was able to picked the one that I benefited from the most, and I did not feel any pressure from them at all.I would recommend Brian and Northtowne Mitsubishi to anyone who asked. Colton WAS the reason we purchased the Suzuki Kizashi. We had several unfortunate situations develop while we were purchasing the car, all of which were not Colton's responsibility. He however, jumped in, took ownership of, and ensured that all the solutions exceeded my expectations. Was looking to trade in my Mercury Milan, Not familiar with the Mitsushi products at all the salesman Colton was very informative, and knowledgable about the product. He took his time with me, as I was weighing my options. Needless to say I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer. It drives like a dream, the experience I had was a very positive experience, starting from the moment I walked in to the delivery of the vehicle. It will be a while before I will be in the need of another car, but I will definitely go back.
