My wife & I stopped into Norwich Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep in May or June 2021 interested in leasing a Jeep Renegade. We still had a couple of months left on a lease on our car from another dealership. Despite the delay in what we needed, Lauren was so helpful then, including offering us a Renegade test-drive. My wife loved the car. When the time came for our existing lease to end, and our interest in a Renegade was on the front burner, we called Lauren. She immediately responded. She was very professional, helpful, and accommodating — and especially of our time constraints (we are both working professionals with kids). Our dealings on the final numbers were never pressure-filled. Lauren and her manager, Paul, worked with my wife and I consistent with our budget constraints and came to a very workable deal. We took possession of the car today and love it! I should also mention that our insurance premium went DOWN (!!) due to the safety features of the Renegade. It was all a very pleasant experience — which comes from someone who abhors the car purchasing process. Thanks, Lauren, and Paul, for making the process more pleasurable than I could have imagined.

We drove down to just to check out what was available and from the moment we drove on the lot it was an amazing experience. We were fortunate to be greeted and looked after by Lauren - who made this the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Friendly and professional without being pushy. We had been to other dealerships in town but felt really comfortable at Norwich Dodge and wanted to give them our business. As well as meeting our car needs, Lauren also took time to understand our potential future needs which we really appreciated. Everyone in showroom naturally friendly which we liked. Will definitely be doing more business down there in future. Highly recommend Lauren.

This past week, I bought my 7th (!) vehicle from Norwich Dodge. Why do I keep coming back? The service. I’ve gone to other dealerships and no one has been able to offer the excellent service I’ve received for almost 20 years now. I don’t feel any pressure to buy. The sales team works with you to get you what you want. And I always walk away feeling respected and like I’ve gotten a good deal. Awesome 👏🏻 experience from day one and thereafter! Lauren didn’t quit assisting me with anything! Shelly was also fantastic!! I have endured many vehicle purchases but this one by far…. was the smoothest!!!

I never post google reviews so this says something! My boyfriend and I had come in for him to have his truck serviced and I happened to be in the market to get out of a lease with Hyundai. Lauren came up to us on the lot and I explained my concerns she suggested I test drive the Compass before working any numbers to make sure I liked the vehicle. I test drove it and loved it so we started to work numbers and unfortunately my price range was limited. She explained the numbers and suggested an alternative which was a returned 2021 Compass she had on the lot. We looked at it and I loved it so we priced the numbers which worked out perfectly. My boyfriend noticed a pretty big gauge in one of the rims when we looked at it the second time and Lauren went and got Paul the manager who immediately looked at it and said they would have it fixed and if it couldn't be fixed they would replace it. We went back to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork where she informed me they had decided to just replace the rim. This was probably the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership and we will definitely be bringing out business back to them.
