My backup camera on my new Ford F150 would intermittently not work. I took it out and naturally it was working. I was told if it stopped working to bring it in right away. Two months later it stopped working. Took it straight there and they changed the camera immediately. Thanks to Jacob and his service crew. They were all super nice and fast service. Great job!!!!

Took my car here for repairs twice. The first time I was under the assumption they fixed it correctly. The second time my car was given back to me and I was told it was fixed but I quickly found out they had actually not completed the repairs on it. Jump forward to 9 months later the original repairs done to my car were not done properly. These repairs were transmission related, which as you can imagine was a costly bill. When brought to the managers attention both times I was swept under the rug and told “mistakes happen.” I also overheard him saying “what does she know, she’s just a girl” while waiting to get my keys. Luckily everything was under warranty since it had not been a year since the original repair. Needless to say if you have the option, go somewhere else.

Ive bought 6 new vehicle since 2017. Didn't make a deal with this dealership. They play games with you on pricing and are rude. Would recommend any other dealership.

Finance department is terrible. They still owe us money and avoiding the issue. To those that shop there, read all your documents and watch your bank accounts. Took them over 30 days to pay off a traded in vehicle. Which in turn made us pay for a vehicle they had but we still owned. Terrible customer service.
