Two thumbs up for my salesman Billy! Such a quality guy. He checks in on your interest in the vehicle without being too pushy (and that is a fine line to walk). Great personality and friendliness when he rode along in the test drive. Their cars are good and prices are competitive. I was very close to buying from this dealership when a competitor matched their price on a newer model with equal miles of the car I wanted. Next time I need a car this dealership will receive a visit from me, and I will request Billy as my salesman again.

I went there about a used vehicle they had. When I arrived they come right out to meet me and they went to get the vehicle I wanted to look at. I took it for a test drive and when I got back answered all questions I had. They tried everything they could to help me get qualified for financing. They did a great job just wasn't able to make the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a new or used car. They are great people to work with.

My 2014 Honda Civic LX manual was totaled and I was looking to replace it with a 2015 Honda Civic LX manual. Found car on internet, sent email and basically bought the car over the phone. Drove down from Columbus, filled out paperwork, left rental car and drove home that day with new car. Facilities are dated, but I wasn't there to spend the day. Lot's of people gave these guy's bad marks. I suggest you do your homework (with any dealer and make) on what you want and what you can afford and let them know you know the car buying game. They were totally up front with me and honest, that is all you can ask. I wish the car buying game could be different, but they are honest people at Nourse. Remember, not every dealer is necessarily going to have exactly what you want. If you find yourself sitting at a salesman's desk and going through the dog & pony show, then you obviously have not done your homework and have your ducks in a row.
Toyota Avalon Customer for life

I've been looking for a newer car for several months and had looked at about 17 different cars. I had it narrowed down to 3 different brands and after researching, it was narrowed down to a VW Passat or a Toyota Avalon. I had stopped by Nourse on my way from Dayton one Saturday evening and they had already closed but James Bartage and another salesman were outside standing. I noticed they had an Avalon and I asked for the asking price and mileage. James went inside and retrieve the information for me. I thanked them and said I would be in touch. Fast-forward 3 weeks and I called on a Saturday to see if they still had the Avalon. I was informed they did and it would be by the office for when I arrived. I had checked on here to see the ratings for the dealership and was disappointed by what I saw. The dealership had very poor ratings concerning customer service, buying process, etc. I figured I would stop by and if the ratings were true, I would continue on to Columbus. James greeted me, showed me the dealership, took a test drive, and then we sat down to talk pricing. I went to the dealership knowing how much I wanted to pay, how much my payments needed to be, and I was willing to walk away if those things did not happen. James and Dominic (sales manager) showed me a few options on financing and I said this is the amount I want to pay and this is the payment I want, can you do it? I left the dealership with a 2011 Avalon that day. Dominic even offered to by me lunch that day. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service I received that day and I will be purchasing from James and Dominic for years to come.

We bought a 2012 Kia Rio in November. We bought an extended warranty. We are suppose to have a bumper to bumper warranty. We are even paying $50 more a month on our payment so the car is completely covered (even tires). Well we called because we had a slow leak in one. We were told that it wasn't covered that it's only covered if it's damaged from a road hazard. I went to leave for work one and the car wouldn't start. We tried to jump it and nothing. We called to have it looked at and we were told we had to pay for the tow (which we had paid through the dealership the gold package which includes road side assistance) then was told that we have to pay 80 to get the car looked at. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!

Tom Williams was very helpful explaining the many features on my new Honda CRV. Overall it was a very good experience, much much better then the last time I tried to buy a Honda Civic there.

I just bought a used car from Nourse and I must say this was the nicest dealership that I have ever done business with. Brittney was my sales girl and she was the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever met. As soon as we pulled up, she met us at the door and showed us in. After talking to us she went out and brought a car to us to take a test drive-we didn't even have to walk the lot. Every car we drove, she brought to us, which I thought was great! All the paperwork went smoothly and was fast. I must say that dealing with Nourse was a complete pleasure! They will get my business again!

I called about a car that they had advertisd. I received an email and phone call verifying that the car was still for sale. I told them I was an hours drive away and set up an appointment. When I showed up an hour later the salesman I was supposed to meet with did not show up for work and once I found another salesman I found out the car had been sold the day before. Thanks for wasting my time and gas driving there for nothing. I called to verify the car was still there for a reason. It will never happen again. They get one star only because it won't let me give zero stars.

Was shopping around for a small car or deciding on prices. Dominick was very helpful and polite. Gave me a list of cars that I loved with good estimates. Would diffidently refer to someone looking for a new vehicle.

I have purchased two new cars from Nourse over the last several years. When rust appeared, I took my cars in to have them inspected since I had paid extra for the rust proofing. For one car, I had to leave my car overnight once only to be told that the inspector hadn't even been scheduled to come in the day they told me to bring it in and leave it. For three weeks I attempted to get an appointment with the inspector and couldn't even get a return call from the dealership. For the second one, they said my "lifetime" warranty had expired after 7 years. Neither car was ever repaired. When I decided to look for a used car, I went to that section and met with a salesperson who had been there many years. He contradicted himself 4 different times when I questioned issues with the car I was test driving. When he provided me with a Kelly Blue Book value sheet for the car, I saw that he had typed in the Beverly Hills zip code (90210, of course) instead of Chillicothe's. When I had him run the value sheet again with the correct zip code, the suggested value of the car dropped $2000. Also, he had run the value for a more expensive model than the one I was testing, so I had him run the sheet again. The value dropped another $500. I would much rather drive a few extra miles to deal with someone who is not so obviously dishonest than to look again for a car at Nourse. I strongly recommend that others do the same.

When we all think of the extensive process of buying a new or used car at a dealership the first thoughts that cross our minds are having to deal with a pushy sales representative, being forced into a vehicle that is not the proper suit for our needs, and hours upon hours of having to wait around getting every little detail hammered out and finalized. My experience at the Nourse Chillicothe Automall was the exact opposite of my negative prejudgments. My mother and father had recently bought a Lincoln MKZ from the Nourse Automall and her experience with her sales representative, Dominick McAllister, was so phenomenal my parents took me back to purchase myself a new car from him as well. My first intentions when I arrived at the automall was to lease a vehicle for an affordable payment. Dominick helped to educate me on all my options for buying a car and teamed me up with a sales rep named Daniel Marshall to figure out exactly what vehicle would be the perfect match for me and my needs. Daniel did everything I asked of him and more. He took into consideration every detail about what I liked and what I didn't like about certain types of vehicles. Dominick and Daniel also possessed abundant knowledge about a plethora of vehicles, which helped make my car buying process seem easier than I ever would have imagined. I finally decided that leasing wasn't the right fit for me and determined I wanted to buy a vehicle instead. I selected a few cars I felt were perfect for myself and test drove all three to help make my decision. Daniel was right by my side the entire time fulfilling every demand I made. In the end Dominick and Daniel found the ideal vehicle I had been searching for, a 2012 Chevy Malibu. I couldn't have asked for a better team in helping me to purchase my vehicle. The dealership welcomed me in like family and created an atmosphere that couldn't have made me feel any more comfortable and confident in buying a vehicle from them. Dominick went above and beyond any means of a sales representative. He was knowledgeable, caring, hard-working, reliable, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a smoother, quicker car buying process. I would highly recommend Dominick McAllister and Daniel Marshall to any of my family members and friends for their next car buying experience. Nothing but positive feedback from my family and I!

I just purchased a used car from Nourse Nissan and the staff were excellent. I spoke with Dan and Dominick while looking at vehicles and deciding what to purchase. They were very helpful, friendly, polite, and accommodating. The paperwork did not take too long and everything was explained to me very clearly. Awesome group of employees.

Took for 4 hours to get anything done about buying a new honda. My car was messed up and I needed a vehicle and I had bought my 09 honda civic si there before. Which it took 4 months to get the paperwork to switch my tags over for that. Anyway bought a 2014 honda civic this time cause they said it was the only thing I was approved for. Didnt get to test drive and I realized on the way home that I barely fit in it. They never answer their phones. Lesson well learned. Hope it was helpful

I leased a Honda Civic last summer and I love it! My salesman was Dominick McAllister, and he was so patient and helpful. My father went with me and hammered him with so many questions, if he didn't know the answer he always found out and got back with us. He focused on us and not the sale, showed me vehicles that would fit me best, and didn't waste our time. Most dealers didn't take me seriously, showed me vehicles they wanted to get rid of not the ones to best suit me, and just made up quick answers that weren't accurate. Dominick was honest, real, and patient. He still calls and checks up on my car but not so often that it's a problem, when I have questions he's quick to respond with an answer, and just made the leasing process easy. Now the man with finance who helped us out was not very nice and acted like we weren't worth his time. Everyone else including Dominick was super nice and respectable.

I purchased a new truck from this dealer. I began having issues with the truck from the start. The truck was in the shop for 4 weeks. The dealer would not offer a loaner until Toyota stepped in. The service manager called me a liar about about the problems and accused me of searching for problems off the internet. I ended up having to go to another dealer for my warranty issues because Nourse wouldn't help me. Long story short Toyota bought the truck back due to all the issues. The salesman called me shortly after buying the truck and reprimanded me for giving them a bad score on the toyota customer survey. The salesman was a jerk as well as the general manager. There is a constant rotation of employees and management which means the person handling your problems probably won't be there the next time you're in. They have the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Beware of their cheap oil change deal for customers. The last time I was there for their special oil change they DID NOT change the filter. I questioned if they actually drained my oil and added new.

I would rate my buying experience at Nourse Chillocthe with 5 stars. The knowledge that the salesman (Dominic McCallister) had in regards to the paperwork, car that I was interested in, and financing was very helpful. The customer service was great. Dominic offered my girlfriend and I a cup of coffee while we had to wait. He also had a great knowledge of all the features that the Focus ST had and provided a great tutorial on how to use all the different features. I would recommend Nourse to anyone as well as the salesman I had.

My husband and I recently visited Nourse looking for a truck! Upon pulling on the lot we were greeted with a very nice salesman his name was Dominick and from the moment we arrived we were treated with respect and kindness! He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied! We have not a an issue with any of the employees there from the salesman to the finance guy, sometimes it just takes some time to make a deal and get all the information needed to complete the deal! Not only did our salesman take care of us from the start he followed up with us to make sure everything was still going good after the fact I have never had that happen before! I have dealt with several other dealerships in the past but I can tell you that from now on I not only have my dealership but I have my salesman good job Dominick keep up the good work!!

And lied to me over and over again about it got text message saying I was approved and all... Nourse will lie to your face I don't think anyone should go there!!!!! Came in to test drive a used Honda Civic I found online. Liked the car but could not get a straight answer on price they would take. Wanted me to fill out a credit app before they would give me an answer. Walked away.

I went back to this place several times trying to get the right car. I was looking for a Honda Civic with a 5spd manual. They had none there, but they did tell me over the phone that they could look at other dealerships so they could make a deal or trade. I said that I would be happy with a preowned Honda. I don't think they even bothered to look. Last time I went up there the sales consultant had a 2013 Honda Accord that he tried to sell me. It was obviously out of my price range. Before that they kept trying to sell me cars with an automatic. I specifically said I was looking for a STANDARD and I wouldn't settle for anything else. They wouldn't listen. Terrible experience, I'll go somewhere else.

Simply put the worst car buying experience of my life. Finance person turns whole thing into a shell game with presenting add on warranties as though they are part of financing then makes a mistake listing the wrong county on the paper work..a month out still not resolved. Salesman will not return calls.title people will not return calls etc. BUYER BEWARE

This place is a JOKE. Took 6 hours to try to buy a used car. The salesman (ANGELO) got a attitude when things didn't go his way (Throwing down my license and saying why am I wasting my time helping you) . He would not work with me on getting payments that I could afford. Sorry but getting a attitude isn't going to sell a car. They are REALLY rude and SLOW. But they will call you a million times in one day to buy a car but if something is wrong with your car or you have a question they never answer or call you back after leaving a message.
