This by far was the BEST car buying experience I've EVER had. David & Steve are the bonb.com! I drove 2.5 hours to purchase my vehicle and was in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! Unbelievable. PLEASE READ...STAY AWAY from this dealership. DO NOT trust a word they say. I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and was told that it was in “immaculate condition, but inside and out”. Upon delivery, it was an absolute mess. 1) The Jeep wouldn’t even shift into first gear. The clutch was almost down on the floorboard it was so bad. It was clear to even the most uneducated driver that this Jeep needed a clutch kit job done immediately. 2) The rear main seal was leaking and needed to be repaired. 3) The dealer had used black spray paint on some trim pieces and it must’ve sat out in the rain shortly after painting. The black spray paint leaked down onto the gold factory paint job and required $600 worth of correction. 4) The windshield was cracked in two places. 5) The passenger seat had a big melted chocolate stain on the seat. It was like they did t even try to clean it up. Overall, these issues cost me $3,000 to fix. I called Steve (General Manager) and acted like they would do the right thing to help pay for these issues...then radio silence. He won’t return phone calls, text messages or emails. This vehicle was falsely represented, COMPLETELY. And they knew it. It’s criminal, they showed no integrity, no courtesy, and absolutely zero honesty. Buyer beware, take your business elsewhere or get burned.
