I was so impressed with how simple everyone was no one was trying to grease ball me. Down to earth, good personality, dedicated, and determined to fight for the client not there own pockets. If anyone is looking to buy a car don't go to a suite and tie go to the real guys!!!

This is literally the first review I have ever written, but the service I received from NY Auto Find was so exemplary, that I felt I needed to post a review. My salesman was Austin, and he could not have been more helpful or responsive! This is the first purchase I have ever made sight unseen, but Austin provided additional photos, and made the entire process seamless. I made my initial call to him on Wednesday regarding a beautiful 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8, and Austin was personally pulling into my driveway on Saturday with the vehicle on a flatbed trailer. This was an 8 hour (500 mile- one way) drive for him on a Saturday! The car is gorgeous and the service we received was superb! Highly, highly recommend!

Thank you NY Auto Find! I don't usually write reviews but I will to let people know my experience. I purchased my first truck through them and couldn't be happier. Nick was my salesman and he made a stressful process very easy. Chris, the sales manager went above and beyond to make sure the purchase was as promised. They were both a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend NY Auto Find!

I had the pleasure of having Nick for a salesman. This guy is spot on! Good sense of humor, sense of sarcasm and very professional. No beating around the bush! I highly recommend him and N.Y. Auto Find. If I'm in the market for a newer car later down the road I'll be sure to check this place out again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I began searching for a specific vehicle several weeks ago for our daughter. We were looking for a white 2012-2013 Volkswagen Beetle, with the leather seats, white dash to match the exterior, spoiler, and low mileage. When I first began looking, my search was only local cities and communities. After no luck of being able to locate exactly what we were looking for in a nearby area...I decided to look nationwide. I found one on Car Gurus...and it was exactly what we wanted but, the kicker...it was at a dealership in New York...annnnd we are in Alabama. Hmmm...that made things quite interesting. Actually, I kept looking around because I thought to myself that there was no way that this was even a possible option for us. However, I requested information about the car through Car Gurus, and Nick contacted me the very next day. I did this with several cars on Car Gurus and Nick was the only person who contacted me immediately. He asked when I wanted to come look at it...Hahaa! Not possible! I explained to Nick the situation...we weren't anywhere nearby to come look. After several days and several phone calls and videos and pictures and building a relationship with Nick (I am sure we were driving him crazy), we decided this is the car we wanted. However, I was terrified ...sending this kind of money to a dealership I have never been too, to a salesman I had never met, for a car I had never seen or driven. Not gonna lie...it was intimidating! Also, I was fearful this was not a legit situation. So, we did our research on the dealership, on the salesman we had never met, and we made sure we paid close attention to the Carfax information about the car as well. Nick assured me that we would be fine and he would take care of everything. Nick did not lie...he took excellent care of us and communicated with us the entire way through. Even after the car was paid for, he immediately reached out to us about an issue with the paint color on the car. The front part of the car had a shade or two darker white than the rest of the car. Nick being as awesome as he is, had it in the shop for a paint job within a few days and did not ask for one penny to pay for the paint repair. He didn't have to tell us about this at all...but, he is such an honest and trustworthy salesman and brought it to our attention on his own. We will forever be grateful for that!!! One other thing...the car was missing the spoiler we wanted for it to have. Since the car was going to be in the shop anyway, we asked Nick if this could be done. And guess what...Nick took care of that too! Again, he did not have to do that for us...but, he did! Now, we weren't able to come to NY to get the car for about 3 weeks. During that time, we really got to know Nick a little better. He loves to fish and shared with us several pics of his adventures and the things he loves to do. As we shared photos or our family and our adventures with him. I felt like we already knew him before we even got to the dealership. When we finally got to NY Auto Find to get the car...Nick welcomed us with hugs and lots of laughter and entertainment. Nick is amazing...and I am honestly sad our little adventure has come to an end. Our time together was short but, I feel like we made a new friend along the way. Nick...You are amazing...thank you for making this so easy for us!!!
