The GMC Service Department is always great. I called a few weeks ago for an appointment, I talked to Dan on the phone and he got me scheduled right away. Went in for my service, Bruce helped me out and he was great. I was there a little longer than expected but I know they are short staffed right now so I understand. The complimentary coffee is always nice while waiting. Would recommend everyone to go there if I could. Joe

Both Bill and Dan did a great job. Very accommodating. Everything was clear and easy. One recommendation I would make, which is no reflection on the dealership, is try to find a way to reduce the amount of paperwork for a transaction.

It's my first time dealing with Nye gmc and I have to say I was skeptical to drive 4.5 hours to get my car but after the experience I had I would give 6 stars. Dealing with bill was a pleasure and the process was amazing. I highly recommend. Thank you again for a great car and a great deal.

My wife and I shopped 7 different Buick dealers within 50 miles of Syracuse and found the Encore she wanted at Nye Buick of Oneida. We had already negotiated with 6 other dealers so we knew what questions to ask and we felt like the salesman was being honest with us. Our questions were very specific. Twice I asked if there was a disposition fee at turn-in, as we didn't have a disposition fee on her leased Honda or my leased Silverado that I had swapped this past Nov.. Twice the salesman said no, there was not. We agreed to the deal, gave the salesman a down payment and the info he needed to do the paperwork and told him we had to wait until Friday to pick the car up because we still had to turn in her leased Honda. When we met him Friday to pick up the new car we brought our daughter with us. We went over the normal paperwork where he had the lease agreement on the bottom of the pile and as soon as he uncovered the lease I could see a $495.00 fee to be paid at turn-in. Again, I asked him if there was a turn-in fee and again he said there was not. When my daughter pointed it out to him, he took the contract in to his "manager", then returned with this big apology saying it was something new that he wasn't aware of it and if it really made that big a difference to us, he could give us back our deposit. He knew we already turned in our Honda and were between a rock and a hard place. We thought he was such a nice guy but he turned out to be just another dishonest car salesman.

We've purchased 2 vehicles within the last 4 months. The overall experience was good based on the 2 visits we made. We contacted the dealership through Tamara Cordary. Tamara was very accommodating and set us up with the salesman that we requested based on a friends past experience. The salesman (AJ Aquino) is who we worked with on each sale. He was easy to deal with and made it a pleasure to purchase 2 vehicles. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to my close friends and family.
