Poor service. I got a new SUV, it is seldom use and after 2yrs, it requires engine change. Just lucky that its still on warranty. Service department said it will take them 2-3 days to fix. 3 days passed and I called them, they said its not yet ready and it will be 1 week now. Problem is they don't provide LOANER car. I hope they will improve their service and should provide loaner car incase they can't commit to their schedule. This is a burden to those with only 1 car. Update 9/22/2021: Called again this morning to check. As usual the car is still not available. I asked the lady why it tokes so long to fix and to my surprise she answered.... I'm just answering the phone. VERY RUDE! How can they attract customer if they behave like this. I really hope the management will look into this. matter.

I bought my F-450 without looking at it and viewing online. The salesman, Dustin was very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable enough to purchase the truck sight unseen. I highly recommend this dealer
