I bought a new 2022 Civic Hatchback from O'Brien Honda, and I was helped by Matt and Karen who were both great to work with. Matt found a car with the exact trim and color I wanted, provided a build date and estimated arrival, and we worked out the pricing and putting in my order with no problems. Matt also did a great job of keeping me in the loop on the status of my order and answered any questions I had. Karen helped me out with financing and was able to offer an even lower rate than my credit union, which was already low to begin with. I appreciate the straightforward pricing and no messing around with markups or unnecessary additional costs, especially with the current car shortage situation. I highly recommend working with Matt or Karen at O'Brien Honda if you're in the market, want good customer service, and a fair deal.

In July we decided to purchase a new car so we could take all our grandkids places in one car. Two of our children already owned a Honda Pilot. We drove onto the lot and were greeted by Terrance! What a super great experience we had! Terrance was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, was so very kind and treated us like we mattered! One of the best things about Terrance was his “no pressure” approach! We never felt like he was pushing us to purchase, which we really appreciated! O'Brien Honda went over and above my expectations when buying my new 2022 Honda Accord. I drove from Springfield, Illinois for a specific car and after my experience I will never buy a car from anywhere else! Elijah in internet sales was absolutely fantastic! He deserves 10 stars not just 5! One of the nicest and most patient car salesmen I have ever dealt with. When I told him what I wanted he made it happen. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Karen, the Finance manager is one of a kind! She was not pushy or overbearing at all! She explained my options, allowed me to make to my own decisions and didn't talk down to me. She is not like most Finance managers that's for sure.

Just recently purchased a brand new Honda CRV from O'Brien Honda. I worked with Matt and he was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and accommodating, quick to respond to phone calls and emails and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I also greatly appreciated working with Karen through the financial application. She was a delight to work with. No pressure, explaining everything very clearly and even offering several options.
