Had a wonderful experience with Brian the salesman over at this dealership. Very friendly, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to be fair in a very competitive sellers market. Finance office treated me with respect and got me a great deal. I encourage anyone in the Chicagoland market to take your business one hundred miles or so out into the Illinois wilds and I feel confident you will have a great experience just like I did. Truly a five star experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Brian Read. His service was exemplary. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made communication very easy. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and responded promptly every single time. Truly wonderful salesman. Unfortunately, dealing with finance was a whole other story. Rude, pushy, and a terrible attitude. I have never received such unpleasant treatment at any car dealership. This, sadly, ruined the entire experience. Had it not been for this horrid interaction, would have easily been 5/5. Will not be doing business here again.

I had an amazing experience with O’Brien Kia. The whole staff was inviting and very helpful. Blair was my salesmen and he was able to accommodate my lack of a car problem exceptionally well. We were able to successfully finance me a car without destroying my credit in the process and I appreciate that he took his time with finding what best worked for me. Thank you Blair for dealing with the stressful part. Thank you Jon for finalizing the sale. I want to thank the young man who detailed my car because he did amazing and Kia staff for all the kindness! :)

I had an awesome experience with O'Brien Kia. Buying a new car in this market is crazy and I called Kia dealers nationwide in search of a new Kia. Jason at O'Brien Kia was super helpful from the start. No bait-and-switch with mark-ups upon delivery. Everything was exactly how it was presented to be. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Working with Jason was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. I usually dread going to a dealership because so many feel dishonest or like you are being taken advantage of. Jason was very straightforward, helpful, and easy to talk to. We will absolutely go to him the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. Another high point was that their offer on my trade in was fairly priced from the start. Great experience!
