The manager, Marc, was knowledgeable, professional, and organized. He did a great job showing me the features of my new Envision. His tutorial was the perfect amount of detail. The sales associate, Mari, was extremely welcoming and helpful with handling the logistics of the purchase. She was warm and made sure the car was right there waiting for me. Jennifer aptly handled my financial package. I give this dealership 5 stars, 10/10 -- the highest score possible. OBX Chevy/Buick sets a high standard for excellence.

Oil change was done quickly. My tires were not rotated which I do with each oil change. For some reason I was told I didn’t need it this time which confused me. My normal service advisor was out sick, so I will be contacting this person in a couple days.

Everything is great as usual but this time my TMPS sensor was bad in the right rear tire but was fine before I took it in. No lights! on and the truck is a year old! Those sensors are supposed to last 5 to the 10 years. I do understand stuff happens but I didn't understand how all the sudden it went out now I have a light on in my truck? Everything else went great as usual like I said previous very friendly everybody!

These guys were really great to work with, possibly the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle.
