Very shady business!! They will lie and tell you that you were financed and take your down payment. The deposit you never get back. On top of that they overly charge down payments on their used high mileage cars. They pull your credit numerous times after informing that you were financed. Then 2 months later you left with a letter in the mail stating they couldn’t find financing and that you must return the car or find your own. From the workers, financial people, and salesman they are all shady. PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Cars may look good and be a good brand but the cars have bad problems. Stay away.

I absolutely love Joanne! I was impressed with her customer service at Sierra Subaru that I was sad when I moved to Highland Park. I was surprised to see her at the Glendale Subaru to service my car at my new closest dealer! I feel she's straight up and looks out for my best interests, my pocket and my car. Long story short I put a down payment of $4500 for a vechicle which I began to love I was never late on a single payment I decided to change insurance companies I went two days with out insurance I come outside one morning to take the kids to school and you guessed it the car is gone They re-Po’ed my car for no insurance I have never written a review before but this one is worth it don’t waste your time at this place shady business at it finest they all could burn in hell

This dealer lists a vehicle for sale on Cars.com as a BMW Alpina B7 when it is only a 750i. If they can't even tell what they've got would you buy from them? I wouldn't.

After waiting for a four day approval process from Miami car credit...I decided to explore my option..there I was at ocean auto sales Were I was generously greeted by roger..before coming here he told me he guarantee that I drive off the lot with my new car and there I drove off with a 2013 Ford fusion....Thanks Roger for that.

My Sales man Michael Rodriguez was extremely helpful and got me approved for the vehicle that I wanted. I was only there for an 1 1/2 and the process wasn't painful at all. I have massive credit issues and even 3 repo's and they still got me approved with not even that high of an interest rate. I love that they are willing to work with you even if your past is horrible. The atmosphere was great and he makes you feel comfortable.Make sure that you ask for him (Michael Rodriguez) and he will give you a fill up on your vehicle purchase. I would recommend this place to anyone especially that I feel so great that I am getting my life together again in a reliable vehicle.

After going to different dealers and getting no results I came to Ocean and was greeted by Roger I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima with 1000 dollars down payment I recommend this dealership to anybody with credit challenge and low down payment, and ask for Roger his the man !!!

Roger was amazing ! I was not sure as to what I wanted to get in to but this man was beyond having patience. He was helpful, very honest and even after having my car he STILL continues to be helpful. Freddy and Mario are amazing too as they have both been helpful. While waiting for financing to do their thing Roger was very sociable and still paid attention to us until the process was completely done. I was referred by an other dealer and I'm glad I went. Thanks to Roger I'm content as can be with my car.

my salesman was Roger he was not pushy and willing to allow me to test drive all the cars on my list to help me make up my mind. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and ask for Roger . In the finance department Mr. Mario was a huge help. He did his magic and I got a great deal with my limited credit. Good value for my trade and he knows all the ins and outs of the business. He will make sure you leave in the car want. Ask for Roger and in finance ask for Mr. Mario. As an 18 y/o, choosing your first car can be stressful. With the help of Ocean Auto Sales, this process was stress free! We got out the car and at that split second, we were serviced. He spoke, very respectful, he listened, and was honest. He gave us a selection of cars in our budget and I was able to find a car that I liked. After visiting a previous dealership and having to wait over an hour, my son and I left to continue shopping for a used car. We decided to stop at Ocean Auto Sales. Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted and welcomed by Roger. He is EXCELLENT!!!! We were shown cars within my budget and we chose a 2013 Chrysler 200 and the financing was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend this dealer to family and friends and whoever reads through the reviews. Remember ask for Roger, he's Great. Thanks Roger.

I called to inquire about a car and they told me the information was on the website to review, then call back. Reviewed the information and called back, answered the phone, put on hold and never picked up. Called back, just in case forgotten, and they picked up and hung up. Thought ok, once again in case call accidentally dropped, nope, deliberately the phone was picked up and hung up. At least I they treated you upfront like this instead of buying a car and finding you were duped. I suggest finding a more professional reputable dealer and delete their number.

We went to go look at a car, the sales price on cars.com was not what I could buy it for, they raised the price $3,000...in the disclosure it does not specify the price is NOT the sales price...they don't HONOR the price you see in the price field. I called to inquire about the availability of a vehicle advertised on Cars.com. The salesman told me that it was available. I told him I would be driving that day from Clearwater and I would be there in about 4 1/2 hours with cash to purchase the vehicle. He took my phone number and told me to ask for Alex when I arrived. When I got there, Alex was not there so they told me to wait for him. I waited 1/2 hour for him to return, only to be told that the car had been sold that morning.

I called to check the availabilty of a vehicle. The sales person told me it was available. I let him know i would call them back after speaking to my bank. When I called back 30 mins later I was transfered to different sales people who now informed me the vehicle was sold. I work in auto sales myself and know of these type of sales people who will tell you a vehicle is available when in reality it really isnt. After the sales person informed me the car was sold he simply hung up on me. After being hung up on. I did call back and spoke to a man By the name George which was apologetic and seemed sincerely honest and told me he would do his best to keep and eye out for a vehicle. Definitely friendly, helpful and all around seemed like a professional business man. I ONLY recommend this dealer due to George's professionalizm. Otherwise id have to say no! If you decide to buy a car from here, he's the man to speak to!
