Ocean Cadillac Very bad costumer service. Over charge for service. . It's so hard to get in touch with them because they never pick up their phones. Not professionals at all. I waited 5 days to hear from them about my car. I had to call and asked them how my car situation. NO ANSWER... they didn't work on it so I came and pick it up. I thought they was better than this since it's Cadillac... .

I received A+ treatment from the whole staff at Ocean Cadillac. Being in the business for 17 years it is always refreshing to deal with people who are straightforward and know how to conduct business. Rich (GM) is top-notch and gets you the deal that is fair and respectful without having to go back in forth. Mike (Finance manager) is someone who knows his information and will get the deal to wrap quickly and. Correct. Giuseppe (sales) is super responsive and will address any kind of concern you have and will take care of it. Overall it was a dream time working in a smooth motion that I look forward to the next opportunity I have to work with this dealership. Rather this is your first car purchase or 20th they will give you a great deal and treat you with the utmost respect. Highly recommend this dealership. 5 stars!!!

Great buying experience. The entire process took less than 3 hours. Enrique was able to help me make a great choice on my new Cadillac. We all know the challenges of buying a car, especially with the chip shortage. Well I experience above par service and a “human” touch when purchasing my Cadillac Escalade. Everyone from the phone operator to the excellent salesperson, John Losada everyone was a true professional. Honestly one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Most unprofessional service i ever had with car dealers.I had rear parking system error on my dashboard, i came to dealership they were busy as usual and i decide to come back another day.Meanwhile i had front accident, my bumper was cracked but nothing big happened.I came to dealership to check that "error" again while i was waiting for insurance to pay off for damages, Cadillac representative told me i have to pay $200 for check up, after 3 mins conversation they decide not to charge me.After they checked everything they said it's because of accident, i tried to explain that i had that issue before accident happened but no luck...I fixed my car, i came back on saturday, they didn't have mechanic, i came back on sunday they didn't have mechanic again..I came back on monday, finally he was there)) They checked car and explain that issue was with sensors, i got my car back and it was saying on papers that car was washed, but it's wasn't even wipes in reality)) I called guy who fixed car and he said those sensors was replaced...now trying to figure it out who's right and who's not..Not recommend that dealership to anyone!

Gentleman cam he introduced he is manger, he told the price to sell, he didn't what customer looking, we walked out from dealership. I donot recommend my friends or family members

HORRIBLE SERVICE, Ron stated would perform a diagnostic Told them oil leaking from vehicle. engine light &service tire monitor on when started. Picked up today 4/4 ,oil burning smell in cab of car, oil still leaking, 47% engine oil life, engine light on,service tire monitor on. MY CAR WAS NOT SERVICED. $2139.00. Later Or DIAGNOSED. Ron called in sick, J.C. Gonzalez disappeared when I returned to the dealership. NO HELP.

Ocean Cadillac is by far the best Cadillac dealership in Florida. I am positive that after you go there you'll feel exactly the same way. I can say that they are the best simply because, due to a few mystery problems with my 2008 Cadillac CTS, I've been roaming around taking it to 5 other dealerships and tossing money out the window as no other dealers were able to find out what was wrong. And the other dealers made sure I'd spend a lot of money on things I didn't even need! Not at Ocean Cadillac, though. Starting with customer service, Lauren was attentive and precise in the Service area. She took the proper notes to pass on to one of the mechanics, Danny Buonomo, who did a C.S.I. type of investigation and was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong!!! What an honest mechanic! The solution made complete sense and the price was less than what I had anticipated. After 6 months of putting my life at risk due to a problem no one could diagnose at other dealers, they did it, and now my car works perfectly!Lauren was extremely helpful and in my opinion, she deserves a promotion and a raise. Thanks to her dedication, I'd absolutely buy my next Cadillac there and service my current one there as well. Mind you, I drove all the way from Boca Raton to take my car to Ocean Cadillac in Bal Harbor. That's about 60 miles each way! Totally worth it!!!!See, buying a new car is easy but if the service team is awful, inevitably you end up buying into a headache. At Ocean Cadillac, the management and staff treats you as their most important client. And best of all, when they gave us a loaner, it was a brand new 2016 CTS with all the bells and whistles. Maria that works in that department was very polite and courteous and made sure that the car switch was a breeze when it came to the insurance paperwork to get the loaner. Getting a brand new car as a loaner was a wonderful surprise because it reminded us of how much we like this luxury American brand and that when I trade in my Mercedes in a few months, I'd for sure get a Cadillac at Ocean Cadillac.About my current 2008 CTS, aside to getting the mystery problem solved, they changed the oil, did all the other work that was under extended warranty and returned my car to me clean and shiny.I honestly don't know how they put such a fantastic team together, but like a well-led orchestra, they all play in unison. Absolutely amazing!My honest opinion is, if you like being treated extremely well when dealing with cars, you make the purchase & service at Ocean Cadillac.

John my service rep is great. He provided great service and my SRX was taken care of by I'm sure a great behind the scenes techician/mechanic. My only not so great comment is the complimentary car wash. While I get that its "on the house," it is almost better not to have it done. One side of the vehicle looked clean while the other looked like the dirt was just moved around. It was not a good look all. Maybe they should reconsider the free wash if it's going to just be a poorly done 2 minute job. I aprreciate the willingness and everyone is very polite.Thank you

My overall experience at Ocean Cadillac was pleasant. I came in on September 12, 2015 to trade my leased gold 2012 SRX Luxury model for the midnight blue 2015 SRX luxury model. The brown/ beige interior was the same for both cars. I am pleased with the upgrades added to the vehicle, my favorite being the password protected compartment in the dashboard.The most notable difference between the two cars is the Cue operating system. Although the touchscreen gets easily smudged with fingerprints, it is more functional than the older system. One issue I had was the washer fluid was running low within the first week of me having the car. Although minor, this inconvenience was my only complaint with the car. I like the overall layout and calm atmosphere of Ocean Cadillac. My boyfriend and my 2 year old toddler came with me. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. All the staff smiled and greeted us respectfully.Everyone worked fast and efficient to deliver the car to me. One of the staff members gave my son 2 toy cars while we waited for the finance manager. This was a nice gesture and it kept my son occupied for a few minutes. The bathroom was clean and smelled good. I would recommend that the dealership add healthy snacks and drink options for toddlers. I would definitely refer Ocean Cadillac to a friend. Five stars. Thanks.

It's was quick & easy. I made an appointment on the phone with "Frank" but he was in a meeting when I got there. Therefore, another young man by the name of John Diaz took care of me when I got there. He was very courteous and helpful. I was in and out promptly. It's always a great experience because Barb and everyone else in the Service Department strive to make it so.I needed to replace my front right tire on my 2013 SRX due to a stupid error of judgement on my part. Still believing that one's dealer is always more expensive than anyone else, I got quotes from everyone else, including Costco who is alwaysreputed to be the least expensive. And then I decided, just to satisfy my own curiosity, to get a quote from Ocean Cadillac.Much to my surprise they were almost $21.00 less than Costco. And a lot less than everyone else. One of the most pleasant surprises I have had in a long time!

I went to Ocean Cadillac late Saturday afternoon, one hour before the closing to buy a ATS coupe. Jordan meets me and together we choose the car.We did all the paperwork, by 7:00pm I left Ocean Cadillac.On Sunday I went to pick up my car.Everything very smooth, very nice and very friendly staff, Jordan, Jonathan, Mark, Mary, all the staff.I highly recommend Ocean Cadillac.

This is first service experience with Ocean Cadillac since purchase of my wife's SRX. The treatment was FIRST CLASS, from moment I arrived to take my vehicle to receiving a FREE loaner. I was continuously being updated on progress of repair and was notified that part had to be ordered but not to worry that the loaner was mine until my vehicle was ready. I have to say that I feel very confident to know that when I'm traveling and my wife ever had an issue with her SRX, she can call Ocean Cadillac...Thank You..

Car was in perfect shape returned with a dent. It was my first time taking this car anywhere for service and this is what you get back from Ocean Cadillac. Ocean Cadillac deny they had anything to do with it. Ocean Cadillac is hiding behind a report written by Ocean Cadillac stating that the dent was there. Just because you write a report and do not let the owner be aware about it gives them the right to do and say whatever they want. Frank the service representative lie straight to my face. This is inexcusable and upsetting. I want to make it aware that you cannot trust Ocean Cadillac.

Sales person Feyzi "Z" is a professional always and has been here since he sold me my first vehicle. You deal directly with the owner brothers when there is a problem and the sales process is hassle free. They delivered my last two cars to my front door. I highly recommend Ocean and Z.
