Found vehicle Online today through my employer website. Call to inquiry about the vehicle. A male answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the person in charge of internet sales he hung up. When I called back the same person answered the phone and when I inquired again about internet sales the person said: "We've got a person in charge of internet sales and that's none of your business" and rudely hung up again. The rudest reception ever by someone representing a sales organization. I wouldn't buy a motor scooter from them!

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. After applying for the auto loan, and being approved, I was told they did not have the title yet and I would have to wait a few days for it to get in. After a few days later I was called by the dealership and told it would be a few more days but the car was being taken off the line so I could purchase it as soon as the title got in. After a week of nothing, I decided to call the dealership to get an update. "That car was sold" is what I was rudely told. I was then transferred to someone else who told me I needed to come down and choose a different car. No way was I giving these unethical creeps my business after this. He then wanted to argue and try to make this all my fault. Do not trust anything these people advertise or say.

The entire process was smooth and the knowledgeable sales staff made sure of it. Great communication through the whole process start to finish. The process didn’t take all day not even 2 hours. Great Customer Service, Friendly, Professional Salesman and the Owner had an welcoming and professional demeanor through the whole process. Made my first car buying experience a breeze.Very satisfied with my purchase. The week after i bought my truck, my mom bought a truck. Tony Vargas is the Man! Beyond fantastic salesman! Him and Tony, the owner, works on pricing and creates a relationship. If you’re in the market for a car or truck or you just need some advice he is the one! I highly recommend this dealership....
