I stopped in to look to see what they had. Gene came out and was very nice. We felt comfortable the rest of the team was also nice. The purchasing of the Jeep was easy and painless. I would go check them out if your in the market

I’ve owned two vehicles before the one I bought from O’Connors and both experiences were fantastic. However, this third vehicle from this dealership has been by far the worst vehicle and worst experience I’ve ever had. When I tell people what I’ve gone through and how I’ve been treated they’re left speechless. They claim their vehicles go through an inspection, but clearly they’re not inspected very well at all. The entire drive train on my vehicle is messed up, and what do they do about it? Try and get more money out of me. I’ve had this car in the shop almost five times now and I’ve had this car for about half a year. It’s only a few years old and already had replaced parts on it. Although, of course they won’t tell you that. My salesman had some of the WORST and most RUDE customer service ever. He was rude to me and the mechanic who worked on the vehicle. The mechanic said he will never work with him again. I’m surprised Gene is even still working there for how he treats his customers. I will continue to warn every person who asks me about this dealership, which has been several people. Absolutely terrible!!
