I took a few days off from work to buy a car/small suv with a set budget. My last stop was at Odaniel Honda. I thought I wanted my next automobile to be a (used) BMW, Audi or Mercedes. After testing those I knew I had to stop at Odaniels, just to be certain. I was approached and greeted by multiple salespeople. I had searched previously online and asked for the guy from my online search. He was busy and I was greeted immediately by Pat Hale. I'm usually one to AVOID car salesmen. Pat was a great listener and he must have taken in all of my wants/needs I had verbally listed. Pat showed me only the cars I was interested in, and I for one appreciated that because he did no waste my time or his. After test driving I had made up my mind. I appreciate the fact that Pat asked me a couple of times if I wanted to think it over, but I didn't need to. Pat is a rare salesperson in today's customer service world. I felt as though Pat truly appreciated my business. A company with great Customer Service will keep me coming back and I will definitely tell everyone I know about a company like Odaniel Honda that has well trained employees. My 2016 Honda Accord looks and feels just right for me and my budget.

Had a 7:15 appointment (not a walkin, but an appointment) for an oil change. I arrived promptly at 7:15 and at 8:45 I was still waiting for my vehicle. When I got up to go inquire about it, Mark, one of the service personnel smirked and stated that "these things take time." Really? An hour and a half for an oil change? He went to check on the car and came back and said they had found a small leak in one of the tires and was fixing it. So they couldn't come and communicate that with the customer? Very poor service! I will never go back to O'Daniel Honda again for service and highly recommend you go elsewhere for service as well!

I stopped in for information on Honda CRVs. My HUGE mistake. It was a rainy day the sales person didn't want to get wet if it was not a guaranteed sale. I got no information on a Honda CRV. Was told to go buy another Jeep Liberty like I am currently driving. 4 thumbs down-I wanted information on Honda as to what is comparable to my Jeep NOT wanting another Jeep-if I wanted another Jeep why would I be at a Honda dealer looking for Honda information.

Went in knowing what I wanted; Kevin didn't badger me with tons of questions or pressure to buy something else, just answered mine and showed me a tour of the Fit. Negotiations were quick, easy, and thorough. Since it was late when I arrived, had to return next day to sign the paperwork. That was quick and easy as well with Tari. My Fit was ready to go upon arrival. Kevin walked through all the electronics and helped set them up. Did a walk-around of the car, finalized paperwork, and left.

These xxxxxxxx ripped off my grandfather for years while he was slowly developing dementia. He is very friendly and obviously senile. My sweet old grandfather took his Honda here for years. When he passed it down to me, I took it to Superior Honda because O'Daniel was rude and condescending over the phone. They treated me like an annoyance. I am absolutely disgusted at what was discovered when Superior Honda was performing maintenance on the car. EVERY LIGHT THAT COULD BE ON WAS ON. When I asked how on earth that was possible (I, of course, hadn't noticed before) the mechanic nervously explained. I can't blame him for being nervous. O'Daniel Honda, instead of fixing my grandfathers car, SCRIBBLED OVER ALL OF THE WARNING LIGHTS WITH A BLACK MAGIC MARKER AND THEN COVERED IT WELL WITH BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE. I'm talking a real professional job. I'm 22 and have 20-20 vision and I did not notice. Needless to say, O'Daniel are xxxx who prey off who or whatever they can. I would rather walk everywhere for the rest of my days than buy a car from this moralless cesspool of a dealership or collaborate with their snarky saboteur mechanics. My grandpa is the sweetest human being I know or ever will know, many of my friends agree with that statement. It just makes me sick to think that o'Daniel took advantage of his genuine and kind nature and ripped him off for thousands before he finally stopped driving.

I was tried of the buy here pay here places so I figure why not its and Yes until they say No. When I walked into the building in Nov 2015 I was met by Aaron F he asked me was I being help I told him no he said give me a min I'll be right back, Then Aaron took me on a couple test drive I fell in love with my car an Honda Accord 2004 with all the toys and enough room for my grandsons. He told me that if I had any questions after the sale he would be there to assist me, Then he left I was waiting to finish the paper work, while I was waiting met Sandra A she told me about the remote started that could start my car a mile away, well that sound great living in Omaha, Ne during the winter months, I said sure I like to do that but not now. This month I went and had it installed everything was working great until the next day when I went to warm up my car it would work, well after work I drove my car back to the dealer ship and there was Aaron and Sandra outside helping other people, when Sandra saw me I told her it was not working, she said wait a min let me help you, her and Aaron tried the starter and it worked, well that's strange it didn't work at my apartment, Sandra said lets go back to your place and try it there, so we did and it worked, now that what I call going to the tenth degree for you customer and "standing " behind your word, Yes before they said No..

They sold us a used car that has a leaking head gasket but did not inform us of this problem. Very disappointed because I thought the people seemed nice. However I do not recommend companies that cannot be honest and above board.

I was at the dealership in considering to lease an Odyssey and purchase an accord. I had a trade in as well. There was an ad on their website for Honda Odyssey EX-L with 0 down. However, when I went there, they said it evens out for the trade in. They evaluated and said my car is worth 9000 and I owe 7000. BTW per KBB fair value, my car' worth 11000. So, I requested to consider 11500 for my vehicle. Even considering their appraised price of 9000, they came back and said we will take care of lein of 7000 and there is 0 down for the lease. First it seems like everything was fine, eventually I thought they will cash out the difference 2000.00 and when I asked for it they came back and said the 2000.00 is trading adjustment. Anyone heard about this anywhere else? Then what does it mean 0 down? I was not happy overall. I wanted them to cash out the remaining amount and I will lease the car. Also, I asked them the fair kbb value for my car. I dont blame the sales person, he was very helpful. However, the supervisor (sales manager) came to me and asked do you really need 11,500, I said yes. He just throw my car keys on the table and walked away. I felt like why should someone treat their customers like. Throwing the keys and walking away is fair? I sent a detailed note to the General Manager, but no response from them. I would ever step in to this dealership again. Very Bad experience!!!!!

Saw a used Honda Accord on the web. Submitted a contact dealer request and within minutes received an email and telephone call. I also received a call around noon the next day and was lead to believe the car was still available. So I show up later that evening as agreed and was greater by the dealer who shaked my hand and did this weird rub of his hands like they had something on them. He said he would pull the car around and returned with a key stating the car sold earlier. Did not offer business card, another card or anything. Kinda suspicious and creepy and shady.

My first encounter with O'daniel Honda was on a rainy day driving my beat up 96 Grand Prix, I live close by and I hadn't been paying much attention because I was worrying about my millions of responsibilities as a single mother and a full time student. I hit a rain grate and blew my tire right next to the stop sign near O'Daniel. I was so upset knowing I didn't have a penny in savings for a new tire and had my daughter in the backseat. I drove to their shop in tears and asked if they could help me put my spare on. They kindly offered to put my spare on for free and had a nice play area to keep my daughter entertained while they changed it. I was so thankful I told them if I ever had the finances to buy a car I would buy from them.Less than a year later I was able to keep my promise, I got a job and was able to afford a lease, my only problem being that my credit score sucks from all the student loans I've taken out and never owning anything. RJ was able to find me a 2012 Ford fiesta trade in it had amazing feautures including automatic start and a moonroof, and even blue tooth. I was a little disappointed I didn't get the Honda accord I wanted because I couldn't get approved but over all I was thankful for a safer vehicle and I ended up falling in love with it. 3 months later I hit a deer while driving and my Ford fiesta was totaled luckily I had GAP insinsurance so everything turned out okay. I totaled my car Sunday night and RJ ha a 2013 Hyundai Elantra by Wednesday evening. Everyone at O Daniels has taken amazing care of me. They know I'm a single mom trying the best I can to provide everything my little girl deserves all on my own and that includes a safe reliable vehicle. I am so thankful for all they have done for me.

I have been dealing with O'Daniel for at least 10 years and always had great experiences with them. I have always been able to let them know when I would be getting there and everything was waiting for my signature and to trade vehicles out. Usually done within 30 minutes. This time as in the past, I had let them know earlier in the week when I would be there to trade lease vehicles. They did not start on paperwork until I got there and I ended up sitting in their waiting room for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I had to wait while the paperwork was created, my credit report ran, they found proper booklets and they figured out how to get the lease completed. I do understand that the agent I was working with was fairly new and there is a learning process. I did enjoy Kishan as he was very friendly and enjoyable to visit with. Hopefully, by the time I am ready to turn in this lease the issues will be corrected.

I had a specific vehicle in mind, but could not find it at three other dealers. I had not visited O'Daniel. But I got an email from RJ at O'Daniel, responding to a general search I had done through a search program, with exactly the vehicle I was looking for. There was lots of cooperation between RJ and Ray Salinas, who essentially worked together for this sale. The cooperative approach, the good pricing, the excellent effeciency all worked together to make a positive experience.

My husband and I came to O'Daniel intending to purchase a late model Accord with low miles. After looking at several cars, and inquiring about leasing specials, we began considering a lease on a new Accord. Eli was very patient while we asked innumerable questions about features, colors, price, terms . . . he stuck with us while we deliberated. In the end, we decided to lease a new Accord with many more features than we'd originally sought - but at no time was there pressure from the salesman. He understood that we needed time to make up our own minds. The pricing on the lease was very attractive, and we're happy with our new car. When it came time to close the deal, Quentin Van Dyke in the leasing office was very professional and efficient. He respected our time and got us speedily through the closing documents. We will definitely recommend O'Daniel to family and friends.

Just bought a Honda Odyssey 2014 from O'Daniel of Omaha. The whole experience was great. From strat to finish, everyone was very friendly and I think I got the best price for this van that anyone can imagine. It would be unfair not to mention Bob, our sales consultant at O'Daniel. He made the whole process Fast and painless. I explained to him what I was looking for and my budget limitations he emailed me back, within 15 minutes, an offer that was better than my expectations. We drove over to the dealership the same evening and drove back home in a brand new Odyssey in about an hour. Bob Freemyer can easily be the best sales consultant in all of Nebraska. After spending my entire adult life thus far in Chicago and getting by on public transportation, I relocated to Omaha and was immediately in need of a car. I consulted friends, did my research online, and set my sights on a Honda CR-V. I checked O'Daniel's inventory online and found a certified pre-owned CR-V that seemed ideal. Still, after not having owned a car in 30 years and never having purchased a car from a dealer, I was a little nervous and uncertain walking into the showroom. Eli greeted me immediately and quickly put my mind at ease. He had the car I was interested in brought to the front door and took me on a thorough and enjoyable test drive that included both street and freeway driving. I was certain that I had the right car at that point. Eli hooked me up with an insurance agent on the spot and explained the finance options to me. Once I made my decisions, I went to see Kurt, who helped me decide on warranty options and drew up the papers. After everything was signed, Eli took me back out the car, gave me my keys, and I was soon driving home in a great CR-V. Buying a car is a big event for anyone, but it was an especially big event for someone in my situation. Eli and Kurt were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Buying a car at O'Daniel Honda was a great experience.

I purchased a 1 owner Honda CRV with the help of RJ Johnson. The day I picked up the vehicle it was raining. As I was finishing paperwork RJ took the car out to get everything moved for me. When I was done RJ and I were in the car working on Setting up my phone. As we were doing this some additional customers came in for RJ. I let him know we could work on the phone later and let him leave. As I was beginning to leave the parking lot I noticed there was only one key fob(I had not seen the keys or been told there was only one FOB at this point). I stopped and talked to RJ about it he looked for the key which was not there and told me he would check with the person who took the trade. The next day RJ called and said that the key was received and put on the desk of the person who took the trade but it was never inventoried and no one knows where it is but they would keep looking for it. After three days of looking I asked RJ what would they do if they can't find it. He told me he spoke with Jeremy(a sales manager) and that since I bought it "as is" they would do nothing. I asked RJ to have Jeremy Murray call me and he never did. I sent an email to Matt O'Daniel detailing the issue and letting him know I could not recommend the dealership with this outstanding issue. After almost a week I followed up with Matt to see where the were. He said the three of them have been looking and have been unable to locate it. He continued to state they make every effort to deliver used cars with two keys even if one is only a valet (which I did receive). He said if they found it they would get to me. I responded to ask if he was telling me too bad on not getting a key their team lost and I received no response.This is the first time I have purchased from O'Daniel but it was the fourth time I had been in the dealership with mixed feelings. The feeling I have for o'Daniel is that they sold me a car but they are willing to never sell me a car again all over a $125 key. I will say if you purchase from them make sure you detail everything. Once the ink is dry they are not likely to be accommodating.

Eli was very friendly & made the process easy. He didn't push me into decisions I didn't want to make. I was also very impressed with the dealings with Brad to close the sale. He was very nice, straight forward, honest & easy to talk to. Kurt was great in the financing as well; he offered every option, but didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want. I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership & would recommend to friends.

We were from out of state and our old car with 160,000 miles had it's tranny drop. We were in a tight spot and O'Daniel and RJ were referred to us from the shop we were at. Arrived at O'Daniel and RJ was already prepared for us and had cars lined up to test drive. RJ was VERY helpful and respectful. He knew we really had no choice in purchasing a used car, but he still treated us respectfully and fair as well did the entire team. He gave us space and wasn't your typical used car salesmen. I REALLY loved that and ended with a great purchase. We do not know the area at all, but would recommend this dealer and RJ to anyone!!

Eli went the extra mile he was friendly and not pushy I felt respected and he trained me thoroughly on my new car with a high tech navi system and told me I could come back with any questions at any time , Gregg was patient with a very long decision process, Kurt was nice and professional and listened to my requests I feel I got a very fair deal here I did not feel pushed into a decision. I like my new car and feel that if anything goes wrong with it that I have a good trustworthy dealership to make it right. Thank you O Daniel dealership.

I am writing this review to let everyone know the excellent service we were given at O'daniel. My husband and I spent 5 hrs. At a previous dealership last weekend only for them to pull the old bait and switch time and time again, and make us feel like they did not want our business. 1st off upon arrival to O'daniel, we were greeted with a warm welcome! We were told we could have a seat and Jeff would be with us shortly. They offered us water,coffee and even some hot cocoa! Jeff came out shook our hands and gave us a nice smile. We knew which car we wanted to look at, so he let us take it out for a test drive. We came back they did the financing and we were out in 1 1/2 hrs. I never once felt like I was being scammed, put down or treated like I was not good enough to purchase the vehicle. The Kurt in financing was charming, with a great sense of humor and made the part everyone hates the most when purchasing a car great! I will recommend this dealership to everyone. I hope you find your dream car with them. Excellent car, excellent service, all the way around excellent!!! Thank you for restoring my view about dealerships. I will be buying all my cars from you in the future!

I highly recommend this dealership and especially the salesman who assisted me - Dane Bragg. He sat down with me and really listened to me regarding what I was looking for in a car. Dane was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. I knew the car I wanted, Honda Civic, so that part was easy. The biggest decision was whether to purchase a 2013 or 2014 model. Dane went the extra mile and even put the two models together and we walked around them and he pointed out any differences. I also went in with the idea of purchasing the LX, but with all the information Dane provided, I could see that this was not the level that was going to work for me and I had to go to the EX. Dane let me take my time to think about everything and never pushed or hasseled me. He was a genuine salesman that cared and wanted his customer get what they wanted. When all was done and I purchased my new 2014 Honda Civic, I can sit back and say it was a great experience and would highly recommend this salesman, and this dealership. Matt O'Daniel was also very professional and took the time to help me if Dane was not available. When completing all the paperwork and financing, Kurt HIll was very professional and helpful in explaining all the documents that needed signing. Always asked me if I had any questions about anything. He, too, was great to get to work with.I had my new Civic one day, and already Dane called me to see if I had any questions or help. This may all be on the checklist of things the salesmen have to follow, but Dane is genuine from the beginning of the sales process, to the end of the deal. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone. From the time you enter the door, everyone is friendly and all act professionally. Above all - I love my new Honda Civic!!!

I had originally met Dane at the International Car Show and had been struck by his common sense and friendly attitude. We visited several times to work out what vehicles we were interested and the cost of leasing/purchasing those vehicles Our first visit was unscheduled and Brad did a great job of stepping in while Dane worked with another customer he was talking to at the time. He even gave us a vehicle to test drive on our own without supervision, which really helped out decision regarding the Ridgeline as we had a chance to experience the vehicle without someone asking us questions or looking over our shoulder which we have come to expect when shopping for a new vehicle.We scheduled our next visit and Dane was great to work with and he spent so much time in person, on the phone, and through email helping us narrow down our options and costs. He showed great patience as we worked through what we wanted especially since we also had a local Toyota dealer working for our business as well.When we closed the deal Quentin was a great guy work with and made what is generally the most painful process, short of getting a mortgage, a fun time. He understood what we wanted and what we were willing to do with the cost of the new vehicle.All the staff at O'Daniel Honda of Omaha treated us great respect and like a friend instead of a customer. Had to add a quick note that our first visit was at a very cold time and Eli went out of his way to make sure my wife and I had a warm drink while we were waiting to be helped.Thanks to all of you for all you help and rest assured we are going to seriously consider our next vehicle purchase with your team.

My husband and I went to school with Matt O'Daniel and we gave him a call to let him know that we were interested in a car that has only been at the dealership for 10 days or so. Knowing he owns the dealership I thought he would pass it along to someone immediately, but he talked with Jon and made sure that everything would work out. What a great guy! We went in the next evening and immediately met with an open door and 3 different hellos from employees wanting to assist us. We were led to Greg Sweetwood, who was very nice and had everything ready for us because Matt was not going to be in that night. Greg was very informative and he spoiled us by having the car warmed up including the heated seats because it is below zero out. The car and wheels were shiny. I am so impressed with the car you wouldn't believe anyone else drove it for 5 months. Quinton V. in financing was very pleasant and had everything ready and the items we needed to process took less than 5 minutes. We have never been to a dealership and bought a car in less than hour. The experience of buying a car at O'Daniel Honda was pleasant. My situation was one where I had to replace a car that had been hit in a car accident. This probably made me not the ideal customer. Most customers want to get a car and are excited I imagine - I was not. A little afraid of cars at this time it was helpful to have Bob work with me to find the right car. He was straightforward and helpful. I felt he listened to and responded to my concerns regarding the vehicle I chose. In the last 6 weeks I have leased two new Hondas form Janelle Schuttler. I have leased at least 10 Hondas prior to these two newest leases, and I can say that dealing with Janelle was the best experience I have had. Not only is she great to deal with as a salesperson, but because I am always on the go, she made delivery of both cars as seamless as possible. My son and I were greeted calmly and politely. I was encouraged to describe what car I was looking for, what model and what price range. Then Julia took a personal inventory to narrow the choices even more personally for me. We easily found a good match in model and price. But, to give me even more time and product in my decision, Julia showed me several cars for consideration. We test drove two. By the time Julia had tutored me on the products, everything I wanted, including a beautiful new color, came in the car I decided to lease. Julia is very knowledgable, kind and customer oriented.

Mr. Sweetwood greeted me warmly with a big smile anxious to answer all my questions and got coffee for me. He explained details with which I was unfamiliar not having purchased a new car in recent history, He explained Cilajet in that it will increase the value of the car when I no longer want it. He showed me where the waiting room and service department are even offering to get hot coffee when the original cup got cold!Mr. Van Dyke was efficient and didn't dilly dally. He explained the additional warranty packages. Of course I bought both it and Cilajet!I look forward to driving the new Civic. Both of these men are professional as well as friendly. The price is fair and what I anticipated paying.

What a nice experience dealing with Bob Freemyer. Buying a car in my situation is extremely hard because I travel extensively for work and my time is very limited. Bob was able to anticipate my needs showing both great business sense but most important extreme customer focus! As a result I was able to buy my vehicle and left a very satisfied customer. When I got there, Bob was friendly, personable and not pushy. All things I like in a car salesman. The car was wonderful and we purchased it. I finally got to the point with my 97 Accord where it was costing too much in repairs to keep it. I wanted to lease a new Honda Civic to replace it and Ty and the crew at O'Daniel made that process easy and painless. I drove in to the dealership in my 97 at 4:15 and drove out with my 2013 Civic at around 6:10. Ty said the process would take around 2 hours with most of the time taken up with the test drive. He was right on the money. Great dealership, great staff, and only minutes from my house.

Pros:The seller was great, explained the car thoroughly.Cons:1) O'Daniel Honda's financial service was subpar, sold me an extended warranty without going over it. Later reading the contract, it's not offered by Honda but by a Canadian Company. Coverage for this warranty is awful, there are a lot of things to the car that you have to do in order to keep the coverage running, otherwise the coverage is void. On the other hand, cancellation of the extended warranty was painless.2) Had to go back and forth to the DMV and O'Daniel Honda more than 5 times to get my car registered. The DMV would not take the Tax Form 6 due to the cancellation of the warranty and had to come back to the dealer to issue a new Tax Form 6.3) O'Daniel Honda Dealer takes a minimum of two weeks to get the paperwork process so I could register my car. Since I had to travel, I had to do the paperwork myself.4) The O'Daniel Honda Dealer gave me another person's registration title w/o the $17.00 check (which the dealer charged me at the time of signing) for the in a sealed envelope, at the DMV they realized it was not my title.I had to come back to the dealer once more and get my actual registrtion and title, this time they did gave me the $17.00 check for the title processing.5) Before the purchase, emails between the O'Daniel Honda's seller and myself were constant and replies were done within 2 hours. After the purchase, I emailed the seller twice about the quesiton I had about the car and after two weeks I have yet to receive a response. (I had already figured out the answer to my question)

I made a long distance purchase of a vehicle advertised online. All sales and business personnel that I had contact with were courteous and helpful. The primary difficulty in this experience was in getting a prompt response from my contacts - people never answer their pages and are very slow to return a call or email. The exception to this was Quentin Van Dyke who was very responsive. Overall this lack of responsiveness dragged out the purchase process and made the experience more stressful that it had to be. I would like to think this is due to inexperience with remote sales - perhaps they don't do too many. Perhaps I'm victim to a case of 'out of sight, out of mind'. The car was shipped and arrived in acceptable condition. The interior was impeccable as advertised. The exterior had more defects than was described by the online sales description and discussion with sales personnel, but nothing overly serious. The car runs great and overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.I would recommend this dealer for local sales but online/remote sales needs work. Product representation was reasonably accurate. An honest car from a competent dealership.

My mother and I called O'Daniel and were directed to Lauren over the phone. From the very first conversation, she did everything she could to help us out and get my mother the car she wanted. We called originally to just see what kind of a trade we could get for her Pilot. We weren't dissatisfied with the amount they gave us for the trade however I (30) do think it could have been better. My mother (59) was happy though. We worked with Lauren through the whole process and she was very kind and considerate of my mothers needs and wants. We would definitely recommend O'Daniel Honda and Lauren to anyone out there looking for a vehicle.

I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima from O'Daniel Honda for our soon to be 16-year old. Kirk Hurley assured me that O'Daniel takes pride in the vehicles it sells and does a complete inspection to ensure they are safe. About a month after we bought the car, we gave it to a "brand new teenage driver". A week later the car died. O'Daniel's only response was that we bought the car "as is" and they were not liable. We took the car into Woodhouse Nissan, a reputable dealer to say the least. They did a 26-point inspection and found a myriad of issues that could have been catastrophic had the "teen driver" been behind the wheel, especially during a harsh Nebraska winter. Good job O'Daniel Honda, you have soiled your reputation and I now consider Kirk the quintessential "used car salesman", or liar if you will. We paid the near $600 to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive, so I hope the few hundred dollars worth of parts were worth tarnishing your reputation. I am not going to complain the BBB or any other officiating agency. Instead I am going to expend a tremendous amount of time and resources to ensure everyone knows just what kind of dishonest dealership O'Daniel Honda really is. So not as to end this on a negative note, I can at least find the positive side of this situation, which is that your lies have taught our daughter a valuable life lesson... beware of used car salesmen!

I just purchased a new 2014 Silver Honda CRV EX AWD. I dealt with Janelle and Brad via email to get a fair price on my new vehicle. They were both friendly and answered emails quickly. After arriving at the dealership, I met Julia. She has extremely thorough knowledge of this vehicle and how everything works. We took a test drive and I really liked the car. She was very friendly and just pleasant and easy going. We had already agreed on a price, but she helped me with all of paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, I met with the Quenten in finance to finalize the deal. He was very friendly as well and although I think the entire purchase took about two hours, it seemed like 30 minutes. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your Honda purchase. They are not pushy, just friendly people, overall they made my car purchase a very friendly experience. Can't thank everyone enough!

Lauren Brey of O'daniel honda was extremely helpful in assisting my foreign exchange friend from Japan and I in finding the best vehicle possible. As a first experience with a car dealership, I think it couldn't have gone better. We found the perfect vehicle out of sheer luck, but Lauren was right on top of it and able to get us set up immediately despite the difficulties that come with helping foreign exchange students. I think that this dealership is most definitely one of the greatest in the Omaha area, and I can't thank everyone there enough for all their help.

This is the 4th New Honda automobile purchase that my wife and I have made in the past 10 years. The previous 3 purchases were with another Omaha area Honda dealer and this purchase was the first with O'Daniel. The reason we switched from the other dealer to O'Daniel was directly related to the sales experience we received from O'Daniel Honda - specifically with Michelle Haley. Michelle was extremely professional, courteous, and patient as my wife and I decided between the Honda CRv and Honda Pilot. More importantly, Michelle respected us as a loyal Honda customer and she worked hard to get us the best price and earn our business, whereas the other dealer took us for granted and treated us like any other customer by offering us standard "internet pricing" discounts.

Julia, Was very personable and was thorough on explaining how the whole leasing process worked. She was very efficient on understanding that I was under time constraints. She went in great detail on the different features and functionalities of the car and ensured that I understood how the features worked. She worked very well with her co-workers on different areas that they needed to be involved in leasing process. She was very open and honest on the status of the car that I was leasing and what O'Daniel was offering if I went into a new lease today. She did a good job of answering any questions or concerns that I had brought up. She handled all the steps she needed to in appropriate fashion on the sales wrapup in terms of the paperwork and books that are provided with the car. She also was very thorough on going through the features of the car. I liked that she basically stated that if I have any issues or concerns with the car that I can get ahold of her as my sales representative. I requested some pricing on a Odyssey 2014 LX. I got a quick response from Bob Freemyer. He was very responsive about my concerns and budget. He discussed our offer with management and provided alternatives to make the price come down closer to our budget.We went the next day to test drive that model and a CRV. I originally stopped in just for a test drive, knowing that the dealer didn't have the model I wanted in the color I wanted. After the test drive, Lauren pointed out that the exact car I was looking for was available in a very low-miles used car. I was hesitant to look at it becasue of the CarFax report, but we spoke to the service manager and my fears were alleviated. I got the car I wanted with low miles at a great price. I ws very satisfied with the entire experience.

We went to O'Daniel Honda on Saturday, October 12th to look at Honda Ridgelines or Pilots for my husband, and were met in the parking lot by Greg Sweetwood. There was one of each vehicle in our approximate price range. Greg was very friendly and went to get keys for both so that we could test drive them. Upon getting into both the Ridgeline and the Pilot, my husband knew immediately that he didn't like the feel of the legroom on the driver's side and we ultimately didn't test drive either one. Greg was very accommodating and asked if we'd considered the CR-V model. We said no, but told him to go ahead and grab a key so we could try one out. The legroom in the CR-V was fine, and we took it for a test drive and liked what we saw but wanted to go home and do further research on that model before making a decision. After researching the model and looking into the dealership's inventory on-line (as well as other sources), we found that O'Daniel had the only CR-V that fit our mileage/price criteria. We returned on Monday and asked specifically for Greg since he had been so friendly and helpful, as well as not pressuring us to make a decision before we were ready to. We test drove the CR-V that we'd picked out and decided that would be the one we purchased. Greg was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out various features that were unique to this model, that may have differed from the one we had test-driven on Saturday. All that remained was negotiating a price that would fit our monthly budget. The price on the CR-V had already been dropped recently and we knew it was a good value, however the initial offer for our trade-in was too low in our estimation and Greg worked hard to get us more for it. At this point, Kurt Hill stepped in and worked with us to fine-tune the math in order to fit our budget. Both Greg and Kurt were imminently patient in spite of a couple of anxious moments for me. By the time all was said and done, I was prepared to invite the two of them over for a nice steak dinner. They were both friendly, calm and professional. Living out west in Omaha I typically traveled to Superior Honda on 144th and L'ish. However, I noticed a car I was interested in at O'Daniel.I made a call and asked for a salesperson and guessing was placed with whomever was available. Had a very good, genuine conversation with Bob Freemyer and told him I'd be down in the morning to look at the car.There was another car that was very similar to what I wanted to see at O'Daniel and had driven it at Superior, but still wanted to see the car at O'Daniel.Consider myself very fortunate to have been hooked up with Bob when I placed my call the night before.Bob was pleasant from the start and was very knowledgeable while not being over-powering. After being treated rudely by the first dealership I contacted in Omaha, I started looking at used cars through O'Daniel Honda's web site. Lauren Brey was the person who contacted me. She was the friendliest salesperson I have ever worked with. She took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for in a used auto, including my price range, how often I would be driving the vehicle, if I hauled a lot of passengers or drove alone, if there were any special features I was looking for, etc...After only test driving two vehicles, I found the perfect vehicle for me. She had a long list of vehicles that fit exactly the criteria of the vehicle I was looking for. But like I said, I found a great auto after only driving two This dealership went above and beyond all other dealers I have bought cars from in the past. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. I was also impressed with the number of female sales people. I will recommend Lauren to all of my friends and family. And I will be a repeat customer, that is for sure.

Ty Kelly had us at hello! We stopped in late on a Saturday to test drive an Accord for my husband, and felt comfortable immediately. Ty was well informed on all of the features of the Accord, and did a nice job selling us on the benefits of the Accord vs. the Camry. He has a great personality and is well suited for car sales. No pressure selling - just gives you the facts on why Honda is the best brand. It was like buying a car from a friend. We trusted him and knew he would get us the deal we were looking for. When we purchased the car, he spent a great deal of time helping my husband set up all of the features and has since followed up with us after a month to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from O'Daniel and had just as great of an experience this go round. They have the small business feel I love in a dealership instead of the "one-of-many" mentality of larger dealers. We won't shop anywhere else for a car. Thanks to Ty and O'Daniel for everything!

I wanted a small SUV and did research online. I thought I would test drive a Honda, Toyota, Kia and a Subaru. I drove into O'Daniels and Jeff greeted me at the door. His easy going personality made me at ease. Earlier, I had butterflies in my stomach to make such a big decision as I did this all by myself, no man to help "deal" for the right price. Going through the whole ordeal, I felt very good about my purchase. Jeff is a friendly salesperson and I enjoyed him very much. He explained everything very well. Unfortunately our credit was not quite emit for the vehicle bit he worked very hard to find a great car for us. We got a beautiful silver 2009 Toyota corolla. We r very happy and will recommend this dealership to all our friends and family. And will recommend Greg Westwood. I won't talk to anybody else but him when I go in.

The staff was absolutely great. Vincent was so helpful before my family and I even stepped on the lot. He was adequately prepared to discuss the condition of the vehicle and was quick in delivering me a Carfax report when I inquired on the vehicle. He gave my wife and I the time we needed to discuss our future purchase and the negotiation was stress free and fair. He really made our car buying experience very enjoyable. Saw this Honda Civic SI and fell in love because of the Fugi Blue Paint. It had a pair of summer tires on the front and michielins on the rear with pleanty of tread on all four. However, when I went to pickup the car they had changed the tires on the front to a cheap brand Nitto tires that were cracked and sun damaged causing me to purchase four new Kumo tires. I shouldn't have had to do this from a dealership. Beware of O'Daniel Honda and Greg Sweetwood. The service department is staffed with youngsters freash out of Metro Tech or still going.

Two days after I took home my new Honda Pilot I had questions about it's technological features. She spent more than an hour with me, answering my questions and helping me program my new SUV. I had not been in a car dealership in years, this time it was different. Janelle did everything she could to get me financed and in a car that I could afford. She made things so easy for me yesterday, I walked in signed all my paperwork, and walked out with my new car. My cheeks still hurt because I have been smiling ever since. This is probably the only time (I Wayne) have been able to have my wife enjoying the process of buying a vehicle. She would probably have walked out of the delership if the process had gone using a hagling process. We were much happy with the way the process went with Bob Freemyer. We found the used vehicle which I wanted in a truck and she very much likes the gagits in the cab. Bob was very helpful by getting into the ridgeline. We are exceedingly happy with the vehicle. We were probably most impressed with the entire process.

She did a great job getting me a good financial value, but also a vehicle that fit my needs. She was very detailed in providing information about the features of my new vehicle especially pointing out items my previous vehicle did not offer.

I have bought three cars in the last six years at O'Daniel and have had great experiences on all three purchases.Three years after the last of those purchases, last week I started the process to get the fourth and I emailed an inquiry on a CR-V (for the wife) and got Janelle Schuttler at random.She emailed me back within seconds with the price on the car I was looking at and, once again, it was right on the money! Very conveniently, she included *all* costs (e.g., doc fee) so I didn't have to go 'round and 'round with her to get the actual "out the door" price.Got the deal on the extended warranty worked out with Kurt Hill in the finance dept, and all paperwork was started so I could pick up the car next day. When I got there, everything was in order, all the numbers were right at what they were supposed to be according to my email communications-- i.e., no surprises at all!Well, there was one big surprise-- my wife (for whom I was buying the car) had been out of town when I did all this because she said she didn't care what I chose. However, when we got there she (of course!) decided that she didn't like the CR-V I picked because she thought it was too big. She decided that she wanted another Civic instead.I figured we were stuck with it since I had told them that was what I wanted and it was all ready to go but, to my surprise, Janelle the sales person (who had already had the CR-V prepped for delivery), and Quentin the finance guy (who had already worked up all the paper work on the CR-V), without hesitation re-did all the paperwork, prepped, and delivered a new Civic to us within about an hour.That was really above and beyond the call, but that really is the experience I've had at O'Daniel. All of my experiences with O'Daniel over the years has been very good, and on this last purchase, Janelle was fantastic. At this point, I wouldn't buy a Honda anywhere else but from Janelle at O'Daniel!

Everyone was so friendly, alot more friendly than some of the other dealers we were at. Let us take our time, never rushed us. Never tried to persuade us to get something different or pressure us into something that we didn't want. Vincent is very friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. Michelle Haley was experienced, knowledgable about both the Honda's I drove and knew about the MINI I actually chose. Michelle was NOT pushy and made me comfortable.But than I had to go to the financing. I felt bad about the questions I had but I wanted to research my options. Kurt was nice until I chose my credit union and than he was cold. I didn't need a "friend", but I would expect professional courtesy from him. I am not sure I will go to O'daniel again, despite my wonderful sales associate.

O'Daniel is the Costco dealer in Omaha. I was looking for a new CRV and Janelle was very responsive. She answered my questions quickly and efficiently, showed me the Costco benefits and we purchased that day. Her knowledge of Honda cars as well as the Costco benefits was exemplary. Kurt was the finance person. He was quick, thorough, explaining but not pushing the add ons. We were finished with him also in short order. All in all, a pleasant efficient process.

Just purchased a new 2013 Pilot EX-L and new 2013 CRV EX-L from O'Daniel Honda today. These are the 4th and 5th new Hondas we have purchased or leased from O'Daniel and they are by far the best Honda dealership in the Omaha area. Our sales agent, Sean Lam, was terrific. He was very knowledgeable about both the Pilot and the CRV and other competing brands and models. Sean worked hard to get us great deals on the new Pilot and new CRV and on our trade ins. He patiently entertained our two young children while we were deciding on which cars to purchase and even stayed after hours to make sure that we (and our children) knew how to operate all the electronics in the new cars. We would definitely recommend Sean. Kurt in finance also did a very nice job. He was organized, polite and efficient.

My husband and I have been looking for a reliable, affordable, and SAFE car. We went to a couple Honda dealers, knowing that a Honda Civic would be ideal. We arranged an appointment to meet Bob the following week. Bob was very professional, worked with us on multiple levels, and listened to everything that we had to say. A lot of salesmen tell you, he listened, and gave input. I felt 100% comfortable and truly felt that I was a valuable customer. I couldn't have been more pleased with our purchase, the dealership, or our wonderful representative. Owning a Honda for the first time, I will definitely recommend them to all friends and family. We visited a few Dealerships before stopping at O'Daniel Honda. Not being impressed with the vehicles or sales staff at the other dealerships, on a whim Saturday, 08/10/2013, we decided to swing in to O'Daniel for a quick drive-thru, never expecting anything different than we had already experienced at other Dealerships. We ended up spending a good portion of the day at O'Daniel - test driving vehicle after vehicle, having all of our questions professionally and completely answered by a most wonderful salesman, Sean Lam. End all - we bought two 2013 Hondas from Sean. We couldn't be more elated with our purchases and experience at O'Daniel with Sean and Quentin Van Dyke guiding us through the process. My lease was ending, and I wanted to walk out with a new lease with Accord the day I entered the dealership. I asked for an experienced salesman, and Greg was assigned. He made the process painless, helped me with removing everything from my previous Accord, put in my new all weather mats and explained the process, booklet, car specifics, etc. He was extremely thorough and easy to work with. This was my first car purchase and it went very smoothly. I was worried because I read a lot about "hidden fees" and I didn't want to get taken advantage of. Not the case at ODaniel. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Julia made herself available anytime I had a question and had everything in line when I was ready to make the purchase. Once I bought the car she sat with me in the dealer's lot showing me the different bells and whistles and even helped me set up my Bluetooth. I felt very good about the purchase. When I am ready to buy another car (hopefully not for a long time!) I will definitely go back to Odaniel Honda.

Kurt Hurley was very pleasant and showed his knowledge of the Honda CR-V-SUV vehicle. We test drove a 2010 and a new CR-V. Quentin Van Dyke made the financing easy. We were already pre-approved and had a high credit score to our advantage.Mary in Service went over additional maintenace information which was very helpful.The overall experience was great. I would recommend this dealership. A fellow employee (Chuck Prachensky) at Joan Huston's work mentioned that you had a CR-V with low mileage. Chuck Prachensky also owns a CR-V and frequents your dealership.We were in the market for either new or used; but this 2010, looks brand new!

My husband and I, and our 2 kids, were driving from Minneapolis to Aspen, CO when our 2004 Honda Odyssey broke down on the highway. We were towed 70 miles to O'Daniel Honda where we left our Odyssey to be serviced. We hoped to drive on to Aspen the next day. The following day (Saturday) we realized that our 9-year-old Odyssey needed more work and more time in Omaha than we could give, and after a great deal of discussion (and some angst), we decided to purchase a 2011 Honda Pilot. We worked with Julia Stephenson to purchase the Pilot. She was fantastic. She was very personable and caring; she not only spent a great deal of time with us as we made our decision, she also continued to answer our questions after the purchase. Likewise, Kurt Hill explained the financing and helped us complete the purchase of the Pilot. All in all it was a great experience, and we would happily buy another car from O'Daniel Honda (even though we live nowhere near Omaha!).

For several years now we've been pleased with O'Daniel Honda and their genuine commitment to customer service and integrity of their dealership. O'Daniel "converted" us from another Honda dealership in town years ago with their exemplary service--both before and after the sale. Then last year my wife darn near closed a deal on a VW Passat. Matt O'Daniel got news of this and went above and beyond to not lose my wife to the Honda brand & O'Daniel Honda dealership. My wife loves her 2012 CR-V, especially after the winter we just went through, it's awesome in the snow! Deb sings the praises of the CR-V to everyone who asks. Three years ago I met Jeff Schuster who turned me from being a used car buyer to leasing a brand new 2010 Honda Accord. I loved the Accord, sharpest, sporty 2-door I ever had, extremely reliable and pretty economical on gas, besides. I was due to turn it in or buy it September 2013, so Jeff and I were working on a deal to get a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. When it came time to buy, Quentin was efficient and didn't try to over-sell us on any upgrades or financing options. We had been communicating with Lauren Brey about buying a used car for our son for several weeks. She kept us informed about various cars that they had and when new ones would come in. We were patient for the right car and wanted to buy one from O'Daniel Honda. We knew and understood that many of their used cars were one owners, bought or leased from O'DAniel and serviced at O'Daniel. The perfect fit came in- we looked at it that night and put a deposit down to hold it. Bob was also a big help and kept his eyes out as well. My experience with this dealership was fantastic! Ty couldn't have been more friendly. We got there thinking the dealership was closed and we were just going to look on the lot. Ty greeted us with a positive and friendly attitude. We told him we wanted to see the 2013 Accord Si with navigation. They had a two door and a four door, which he showed us. His knowledge of the products was unbelievable. My brother handled the negotiations, and I'm certain he will give details on that when he submits his review. We left that night. By the way, Ty stayed after closing to take care of our needs. All this happened on June 11th. There was some calling back and forth, but by June 15th I had decided to buy the car. On June 17th, my brother and I drove from McCook Nebraska to Omaha to take delivery of the car. We called Ty about an hour from our destination, and he told us the car would be ready. When we got to Omaha, Ty cordially greeted us and had Kurt, their finance guy, talk to us. This, too, was a very pleasant and enjoyable conversation. There was no pressure; it just felt very comfortable. He and my brother talked a bit about vintage cars, and we were out of there in less than 15 minutes. After that, the fun part started. Ty had started the car and cooled it down, and my brother got in the back seat; I got in front with Ty. He then took us through all the great tech options that my new car has. This part probably took 45 minutes or so, but he was so good about showing me how to use the features that it seemed more like 10 of 15 minutes. First, he would show me, then we would do it together, finally, I'd do it by myself. Ty was great. I'm a teacher, so I understand how tough it can be to teach a new concept. Ty is a natural. All the people we dealt with at this dealership were fantastic. Everyone should have this type of car buying experience. My wife and I visited another Honda dealership in our area and we were not impressed with the sales team there. This was to be our first "new" car purchase. We then went to O'Daniel Honda and we were blown away by their sales teams. There was not one question that could not be answered and they even threw out questions and answers that other customers had asked in the past. That really helped put us at ease and we both felt that we had made the right decision in visiting O'Daniel Honda. The exact vehicle that my wife and I were interested in was not in their inventory but Bob and Tom worked quickly to find the vehicle we desired and got the ball rolling on working out a deal. Bob was very thorough in describing all of the features of the vehicle we were interested and at no time did I feel rushed or like a bother. I asked a lot of questions that he answered quickly and Bob was a person that I was able to relate to in many ways. They matched and even beat a price we had gotten from another dealer. I never knew buying a new car could be such a stress free experience. We left the dealership in our new van without the feeling that we had been raked over the coals. Quentin was such a big help when it was time to sign on the dotted line. We had many questions and Quentin answered them clearly and was very thorough in his explanations. We are also going to be taking our van to O'Daniel Honda for all of our service even though we have another Honda dealer much closer. The service department at O'Daniel is second to none. In closing, the team at O'Daniel Honda, especially Bob and Tom, have made me and my wife's dreams come true and we finally have a vehicle that is dependable and will give us many years of service. O'Daniel Honda will be our first and only choice in the future for all of our car buying needs.

They helped us get into the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford. When I had questions about the car, our sales person was eager to help me and went out of his way to do so. We went to two other Honda dealerships before settling with O'Daniel and of all the dealerships, O'Daniel was by far the most friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend O'Daniel Honda to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Be sure to ask for Ty, although I'm sure all te sales people are equally as wonderful to work with.

The entire purchase transaction was consummated because of our sales representative William Ross. Bottom line, we purchased our car from Will because his salesmanship did not include any high pressure sales tactics/bull which tends to be more common practice in our car buying experiences. I admit, being a first-time new car buyer, I felt like I had to come equipped with my friend, Liz, who knows what car-buying is all about. I didn't want to get weaseled into anything I didn't want, and I certainly didn't want to pay more than I should when I am a single gal. Car dealerships, sadly, have bad reputations out there.I did my homework. I didn't care who my sales associate was because I brought Liz who wasn't going to let me get taken. Turns out, we got the best one on staff that day! Lauren Brey talked to both of us like we were real people, and I felt like I could relate to her. She wasn't someone who was trying to make a dollar, she really wanted me to get the best deal possible. After we got a printout of what they could do for me and my trade-in, Liz didn't think it was a good enough deal, and asked to speak to the manager in charge, Cris Sahner. We had an appointment at another dealership, Superior, and Liz and I wanted a little convincing why we shouldn't go to the appointment. Cris ended up giving me more of a deal than what was on paper. Before too long, Lauren made me feel like I WANTED to buy a car from her, and I didn't even want to go to Superior anymore. Liz was convinced they were really giving me a great deal on this new car, gave me great money on my trade-in.Before long, I was in the financial office with Kurt Hill. We connected right away because I taught in the school at which he went to night school. It was nice to be able to small talk. He made me feel like a million bucks about my credit score, too. He was very organized, and he showed me the paperwork, and extended warranty options available. Though I didn't get an extended warranty, I think he was extremely thorough.Today, I went back there, chit-chatted with Lauren, signed over my title to my Malibu to the dealership through Kurt, and got some all-weather mats for my new car, suggested to me by Lauren as well. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service I've received at O'Daniel Honda. For being my first time getting a new car, I can tell you they'll have my business again. I've already recommended Lauren to another friend looking.Not all car dealerships are the same. The guy from Superior had called the day before, and I didn't listen to the message from him until a few days after I bought my car. I had just emailed him to let him know that I was canceling my appointment. When I listened to the message, he went on and on about how he would try to squeeze me in at 1:00 that day, but he was really busy, and he had a birthday party that had been postponed three times that evening, so he'd be leaving early, and he couldn't do an early appointment because he had to look at a hail damaged car in the morning that he's been putting off for two weeks....blah blah BLAH. I couldn't believe he told me all that stuff. Had I listened to his message before I went to O'Daniel, I would have canceled my Superior appointment anyway!

We were given a better price at another Honda dealer and ultimately got to that price but had to negotiate a couple times. Thought we could have gotten a better price, but ultimately we chose this dealership (had also visited Lexus and Subaru) because we really liked Will and Chris. There wasn't the typical pressure to buy right away - we were told they understood that we were still looking. They were nice, friendly and had good customer service.

Josh made my car-buying experience hassle-free. I was also talking to a competitor that was very high-pressure. I don't like those tactics, so Josh's approach was much more appreciated. I told him up front that I didn't like the pressure tactics, and he didn't use any. Much appreciated. My husband and I were referred to Josh by a friend of ours that bought a similar vehicle last fall, and she highly recommended him. She was right, as we also had an excellent car-buying experience. We have already recommended Josh and will continue to do so going forward!

Jeff Schuster assisted me on my first stop when I was still deciding which vehicle and year I felt comfortable with. He gave me the general pricing, feature, and financing information I was looking for with his card if I had additional questions. In particular I liked that he did not ask for my contact information and left it to me to decide when I was ready to come back to do some test drives. Ty Kelly was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, and attentive. When the dealership did not have the vehicle I was looking for he informed me of other options without pressuring me into them, then took my information and called me the next day with 3 options that fit what I was looking for. Ty went out of his way to accommodate my overloaded schedule while completing the whole process in less than 2 days. Quentin Van Dyke also made the financing painless. I felt comfortable that he got me the best rate he could, presented the warranty options with no pressure, explained the payments and time schedule and had me out the door promptly. This was the best experience I have had looking for a car. The typical feeling of deceitful underhanded games was not present at all. I felt like everyone was honest, pleasant, helpful, no pressure, and available on my time schedule.

From the first day I met her, to the day I got my new Honda Fit Sport, she was truly amazing. Not once did she pressure me into buying this car. She let it all up to me and when I decided to go ahead with the deal she was there to help with any questions I had. Her customer service skills are SUPERIOR! My last lease was through O'Daniel but last year when we were shopping for a CRV for my wife, we found one at Honda Cars of Bellevue & made the purchase. Our experience was very good there so I told my salesman we would be back next year to lease a new Pilot from them since my lease for my 2011 would expire in June of 2013. I actually contacted Bellevue & over the phone they quoted me what I considered a fair price (sight unseen, early lease return) for a new Pilot lease. I actually had an appointment that day with them when I received a call from Bob Freemyer of O'Daniel. He did not know about my appointment I had scheduled for after work & agreed to bring the vehicle I was interested in to my place of employment. I liked the vehicle he brought except for the color & fessed up to him that I had an appointment with Bellevue but if he could make the same deal plus throw in a remote car starter (which I was going to hit Bellevue up with as well), we would have a deal & I would not even go to Bellevue for my appointment. Bob made the "call" to the powers to be & we had a deal. My experience with Bob was very good. Not the normal salesman. Not sure how to put this other than he made my purchase easy & pleasant. I never felt like he was pressuring me which is very important to me. He spent a lot of time with me on the delivery as well & offered me to revisit on any questions I would later have on the vehicle. I would & have recomended to my friends, O'Daniel for a Honda purchase/lease.

We purchased a 2005 Chevy Suburban from these guys it was a great deal for the money. It had low miles which is a plus and the appearance of the Chevy was great. very clean inside and out. The whole process from the test drive to the paperwork went so fast, I didn't spend all day there. This dealership and it's staff is excellent. Michael was our sales person and he was great with helping me find a used car for the perfect price. I found a 2009 Honda Civic coupe which is exactly what I wanted in a car because of the quality of the car (40,000 miles and minimal scratches/dents, clean interior and exterior) and the fuel economy. Michael was very knowledgable about the dealership and inventory and he was extremely friendly! He made me feel comfortable enough to ask even questions that may sound stupid to other salespeople, but was very understanding. He made my first car buying experience an amazing one! And I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales person to my friends and family. O'Daniel is better than other dealerships because its family-owned and the employees make you feel like family. Quentin was very quick and gave me good tips and advice during the financing portion of the car buying process. Financing a car can be very strenuous and confusing but he was great at helping me understand everything.

We were attracted to this agency by an ad in Auto Trade for a vehicle that met our criteria. Arriving at the lot, Steve Houtz met us as we were browsing cars outside and offered assistance. He listened to our wants and needs, allowed us to drive the vehicles that we had chosen and then showed us one more car that was being touched up from a scratch on the rear bumper. It was the right car for us and we bought it. What impressed me was Steve's willingness to listen to us and then, when the time was right, suggest a vehicle we had not yet seen. The after sale experience was equally good with paperwork completed quickly, questions answered and review of the vehicle we purchased. Truly a sterling experience in an area that could be contentious.

Jeff Schuster did an outstanding job in helping us trade in our 2008 Odessy for a 2009 CRV. I have been dealing with other Honda dealership, but O'Daniel has been awesome to work with and very customer friendly. Jeff went out of his way to allow my son-in-law and daughter to buy our 2008 Odessey and traid in their 2008 Odessey. The first cleaning of the car did not meet our expectation, but Jeff made sure it was done right the second time. The first cleaning was done in-house, but then brought in a detailer to do the job right. He even provided a loner car. I would highly rcommend O'Daniel Honda. I even went out of the way to express our apprectiation to the sales department manager over Jeff. I'm sure we will always deal with O'Daniel in the future.

Greg Sweetwood was the person who met me as I got out of my car to shop your vehicles on Saturday 4/6, and not only immediately informed me that I don't want a hybrid (the car I requested), but that the only hybrid Honda made was the Insight. Not only did he insult me by repeatedly misinforming me of what Honda has to offer, but he also kept directing me towards models/vehicles that I was uninterested in and completely ignored my requests. I wanted a Honda CRV hybrid, and was considering maybe an Accord hybrid - though for some reason he continued to tell me that Honda doesn't make those in hybrids. I told him I was open to ideas and he kept pointing me to the base models of CRVs (non hybrid), I told him that I was uninterested in base models and that I could make what I wanted work from a price perspective. I'm not sure if he just didn't believe me because I am in my early 20's and am a female...but I meant what I said. I felt completely disrespected and more importantly completely unheard. As a side note, he called me "Shane" twice in the voicemail he left me, which sounds nothing like "Kate". I would never do business with a man like Greg Sweetwood. I hope that this was a fluke, because otherwise your establishment needs to take a good hard look at the way it's treating potential customers.

I am a sales engineer and put around 35,000-40,000 miles on my car a year. Being new at this, I finally got to trade in the previous engineer's car for a new one of my choice. I have driven Honda Accords my entire life and had no doubt in my mind that's the car I wanted. I went to two different dealers, O'Daniel's and another dealer in town to get competitive quotes. I worked with Bob Freemeyer at O'Daniel's, and the thing that I loved about working with Bob was that he cared about me as a person, not just a customer. As a side note, I had been to many dealers, and Bob was the first to make me feel like he truly appreciated me. That being said, Bob helped me get what I needed, and everything was set. In the midst of this all, the other dealer was competing for my business, so I went back and forth to each dealer. In the end, I went with O'Daniel because they were always gracious toward me and treated me well. They also gave me a great deal! I have never bought a car before, but Bob made it very simple, and it was an extremely easy process. I now go to this Honda dealership for anything car related and enjoy seeing Bob and the O'Daniel crew when I'm there. I highly recommend anyone wanting a Honda to go to O'Daniel. You, as a customer, are treated well, respected, and appreciated.

I would not recommend any purchase at this honda dealer as my experience was not a good one. I purchased a new car at this dealership and car sold to me was dented. When I found that in first week and requested dealer to revisit the cameras at their shop as that would show when the car was picked up it had dent on it, the dealer refused to discuss the matter and rather started avoiding me as the sale was all completed. I am sure that the dealer was aware of the fact. I am not disappointed about the dent as that could have got fixed, rather what I didnt like was the behavior of folks that they did with me after the sale was complete. If I knew same folks would be this bad, I would have never bought anything from this dealer. This experience was also suffice for me to never take my car at their maintenance shop.In a nutshell the price offered for my car deal was very good but when I realized why that was good, it didn't matter as it was too late. Hope this serves a good warning to other buyers and can save frustrations in future. Thanks.

Terrible dealership.We found a car online listed at what seemed like a great price. Because we were planning on coming in from out of state to purchase the car, we called in advance to confirm the price and that it was still available. Sure enough, the listed price was a mistake, but they told us that, since they had listed the price online, they would honor it.The day before we were going to drive down to purchase the car, we called again just to confirm that they would honor the price. After being passed around on the phone several times and being told by the sales person we had originally talked to that he wouldn't have said he'd sell it at the lower price because only sales managers can adjust the price, I asked to speak to the manager. This manager kept wanting to argue with me about the fact that the listed price was a mistake, despite my agreeing that it was and explaining that we had been told they'd honor the price despite this, as it was them who made the mistake.He finally resorted to silly excuses, such as that his sales people can't be expected to know the prices of their inventory (um, really??). Ultimately, he took my contact information so that he could check with the owner and get back to me, but that I probably wouldn't hear from them until Saturday (the day he knew I was planning on driving through to pick up the car). It wasn't until I told him that I was willing to let people know of their terrible and dishonest business practices that he claimed they would try to get back to me that day. I quickly decided it was far too much of a hassle and that if that's how I was treated during the purchasing process, I shouldn't expect much from them in the future.I will definitely be buying my new car elsewhere.

She is kind and incredibly respectful and funny!I have never met an auto salesperson with such a genuine kindness and care for their customers and I have purchased 11 vehicles so far. Before finding Lauren at Superior Honda, my partner and I had to deal with some really bad customer service from a salesman and financial adviser at H and H Kia who either treated us poorly, perhaps because we are women, perhaps because we are together. Never again will I considered purchasing from Kia. Surely, in the future I will stick with Honda.Thanks Lauren!

WOW!I mean seriously, WOW!. I did not expect the deal I got at all. Tracie was an absolute joy to work with, completely open and honest. I had almost lost hope on the car that I wanted but strangely enough, somehow thing worked out thanks to the amazing people at ODaniel Honda.No one in the city was able to even come close to their offer let alone beat it. Now I not only get to brag about what a great car I got but also what a great deal I got. Just go in and check them out. I needed to replace my totaled 2005 Honda Accord and after looking at several of the Omaha Honda dealers online, O'Daniel Honda's prices and quality cars in their inventory caught my eye. I scheduled an appointment with Lauren, she listened to what I was looking for, found one on her inventory list that she thought was just the car I was looking for. As it turned out, I had this very car in my folder of cars I wanted to look at. It was as if she had read my mind. We agreed on a price, took care of the paperwork and we were on our way. Very painless. O'Daniel Honda will likely get repeat business from us.

Lauren answered several questions online before I came to the dealership site; she was accurate and effective. Once at the dealership, I really only had to test drive the car -- I already had my questions answered. Onsite, Janelle handled paperwork, including initiating a car loan. From her I learned about the difference between online and sales floor pricing and how to gain a more competitive interest on a loan by sharing the information I had on locally available loans. (So none competed if they were not able to match that rate or better).

Didn't have much on the lot, were looking for a deal on a 2011 CRV.Tom kept dominating the sale process while Kirk watched. Kirk took us on a road test. Maybe Kirk is new, I don't know. He was nice, but didn't say much.Tom seemed very unwilling to come to an agreeable price and we had a 2010 Honda Civic to trade in.Later we went to Honda Bellevue and they are very ready to deal. We liked them.Still test driving SUVs, we ended up at Subaru and fell in love with the Forester. Husband loves the leg room and head room. It handles well and is solid AWD. Still like Honda too. If you want a Honda, we recommend Bellevue.

I purchased a 2012 Accord Coupe. I knew what I wanted for my trade in and what I felt a good price for the coupe was based on research on the internet. The salesman was friendly. The negotiations cordial. After several give and takes on price, we came to a price which met my expectations in about 10 minutes. When I picked up the car, it looked spectacular and was done at the agreed upon time.

I went in with a specific objective in mind, having done research online with regards to the used cars which would best suit me. Thanks to Mr. Sweetwood, in far less time than I imagined, I'd gone from looking over the handful of vehicles that I'd come to look at to the test drive to price negotiation. Once we reached an agreeable price, I was on my way home in a truly enjoyable vehicle. Hard to believe it's a 2005; feels more like an 07 or 08!

Website had all the prices, specials and offerings after making my choice, by then contacting dealership I was able to be informed and confidant with my decision, guided through the sale by an eqully informed and confident representative. Lauren Brey was efficent, knowlegable, and personable making it such an positive experience I decided to buy a second vehicle from her three days later.

When I first walked into O'Daniel I was not there for a car. We were simply picking up a mirrior for my significant others Honda Civic. I had already been trying at a different dealership (who's customer service was horrible). As we were leaving my significant other had decided that he wanted to see what the trade in value of his car was. When talking to Jeff I had explained the situation I was currently going through at the other dealership. He offered to take some information down and see if there was anything he could do for me. By the time we left I was approved to purchase a vehicle thanks to Quentin who had done a ton of hard work with the about 17 different banks. I was in shock. The other dealership had denied me completely and was not even returning my calls (after a week of them having my information on file). So I slept on it over night and decided to go through with it. All in all the services provided were excellent. Every person who I spoke with was polite, thoughtful, helpful, and friendly. This is the place to buy your next car for sure. They will treat you with dignity and respect. They have made me a lifetime customer.

I feel I got a good price, on what I know is a great car. Tracie and Steve were both very friendly and helpful. I had originally purchased a 95 Honda a little over 2 years ago from O'Daniels and I loved it. Always a great car. We had such great service buying that car, that my mom and my brother bought their cars at O'Daniels and had great experiences as well, so we knew immediately that I'd be going back to O'Daniels again when my car was totaled due to a young man blowing the red light on Dodge. Jeff was very friendly and had several cars for me to look at immediately. I just got home with my new car, a used 2004 Dodge Neon, and it looks and feels brand new. This was the easiest part of this whole ordeal! Thanks again Jeff!

Lauren was fabulous! Her customer service was exceptional, and I would recommend her to all my friends. Lauren walked me through all my options, including both used and new. I feel like she helped me make an educated choice and provided me a great deal. With the .9% financing special going on, buying new was an option that I went with that previously I would not have considered. Lauren and the rest of the staff were very welcoming to me as a woman, as well as my three young children. I loved the coffee, and the kids loved the popcorn and play area.

This was our second purchase with O'Daniel. Our first was a Honda Accord 2001, which we still have, with 150,000 miles. We are replacing the Accord with a Honda Civic 2012. We enjoyed working with Traci. There is no comparison between our first and second experiences, as Traci was 100 times more pleasurable to deal with. She was prompt in responding to our questions and followed up with a home phone call.

Shopping at O'Daniel Honda was a pleasant experience. I came in to look at a car I had seen on their website, and was surprised to find that the car had been sent to auction. They retrieved the car, and I was able to test drive it before I bought it. Jeff was very friendly and helpful, and the whole process was fairly painless. I would do business with them again.

Lauren handeled our Costco pricing purchase. The process couldn't have gone better. Even when trading in a 12 yr old car, I felt like I was offered a reasonable trade. Not having to bargen for the price on the new car, and feeling good about the price I was quoted, made the experience all the better. I've appreciated sales people at this location for their honesty and direct nature (even when recommending options/choices that ultimately helped me save money). I don't know why anyone in Omaha and shopping for a Honda wouldn't visit this location (and if buying via internet, buying from Lauren).

I gave this rating about this dealership because it dictates my experiences when I visit. When ordering parts for my car from this dealership they are very helpful. I deal with a person named Justin Popanda and he is friendly, gets the what I need-when I need it, and has a great attutude when assiting me. That's why I think my overall experience with this dealership is great. In the category of price I think they could be lower compared to other competitors out there. I know we're in a recession, but not all people are buying new cars. I'm one of those people how would rather buy parts instead of a new car. Hopefully this description helped with the rating of this company.

After previously having two Hondas and then making the mistake of buying something else I will never buy anything but a Honda. The trade in and financing made it an easy decision to buy the new car. WOW Want an experance - it was late on a Friday night - I was just going to walk the lot as I wasn't going to start car shopping until Saturday - but my daughter told me I should go to O'Daniel Honda because she had a good experiance with them and didn't feel pressured.Well Kalesa saw me and asked if I needed help - told her I was just looking as I wasn't going to start shopping till the next day. She then asked was I was looking for, so I told her I was looking for an 09 or 10 with around 40,000 miles with ABS Brakes and a spare tire around $17,000 with trade, as hopefully this will be the last car I purchase. She asked why I was looking for an 09 or 10 - I just told her that I figured that was all I could afford.Kalesa than asked if I would consider a 2012, as she did have a 2010 with 40,000, but the cost was around $20,000.00 - but that she would get me in a 2012 with zero miles for about the same price. We went for a test drive went back filled out the paper work.Then Kalesa and Sharon Beedle worked their magic with financing found a deal that would work with my budget.I have now had my new Honda Civic XL for a little over a week and I love it. I visited O'Daniel Honda to test drive a 2011 Odyssey and loved it so much I bought it! Jarrod made the entire process easy and quick. I'm handicapped and find it difficult to sit for long periods and walking is hard for me. Mr. Thomas was extremely helpful, found exactly the car we wanted, and worked very hard to make our buying experience as enjoyable as possible. We went to O'daniel with a pretty good idea of what we wanted to pay for a new vehicle and what we felt our trade in was worth. They worked well with us to very close to these numbers. We purchased a used car that was in amazing condition....we are very happy with it so far. Furthermore, after the deal had been made and we were ready to walk out the door, they were generous in the fact that they made us an extra key (a $200 value) free of charge.

They offered great service and really listened to what we wanted in a car. They gave us a great deal and did everything they could to get exactly what we wanted. They wanted to get to know us personally and didn't treat us like any other customer. I enjoyed the experience of buying my first car from a dealership. Everyone who helped us was awesome! Jeff did everything he could to make the process painless and was always one step ahead of what we needed. We couldn't ask for a better salesman.

Terry and Lauren were both a pleasure to deal with. We arrived late in the afternoon and by the time we realized there was a time consuming project to do on the new car, it was time for the techs to go home. Yet somehow it was worked out to have a couple stay and do the necessary work, so we would not have to take a 70 mile trip back to have it done another day. We appreciated that. Also, when we initially stopped in to buy the car, Terry made every effort to find the one we wanted. I knew when I walked in what I wanted to pay, we dickered some but when we made the deal we were satisfied. We bought our last new car from O'Daniel and it will probably be our first stop when we are in the marked again.

My experience at O'Daniel Honda with Kalesa was certainly a surprise! We are looking for a smaller vehicle than our Odessey to fit our family's many needs. Kalesa was very professional and so very pleasant to talk with. She asked questions that helped me to narrow down the "field" of vehicles, was knowledgeable when answering my questions, was quick to obtain info about the vehicles I looked at (carfax, vehicle check and repairs, etc.), and was NOT pushy/did NOT pressure me into purchasing a car immediately. Our past experiences with dealerships has not always been pleasurable. But I was impressed with the way Kalesa and her manager made me feel at ease and showed that they truly wanted me to find the best fit for my family's needs. Whether we purchase a vehicle at this time or not, we will certainly place O'Daniel Honda at the top of our list of places to check first for our next car. Thank you!

My husband Dan, daughter Stacy & I came into O'Daniel to purchase a car for our daughter, Stacy. We immediatley were met by Kalesa, our sales person. She was just wonderful to work with. This was a BIG purchase for our daughter to make & she was so understanding & patient with us. She was kind, very knowlegeable about the cars on the lot & was very courteous. I really can't say enough about how great she was to work with. I did come into the dealership over a week later for another matter & she immediately greeted me by name & remembered what we had purchased, our names & everything! I will definatley ask for her again in the future when it comes time for me to buy my new CR-V. Your dealership is lucky to have such a courteous sales person in their employment. I just want to say what an excellent sales person you have Joe Mancuso. This was the first car my mother has every bought on her own. My step father passed away in April of 2011 and he was the one that deal with all the car buying my mom just drove them. Before we came to O'Daniel, we have shopped around and I did not like the sales person we dealt with. This person was very pushing and talked my mom into looking at cars that she did not even want. When we left that place I told my mom that I was not happy with them and we need to go somewhere else. Your place was recommended to us by someone else so we thought we would give it a try. When we walked in and meet Joe, I told him what had happened at the other place and told him that I do not like pushy people. I think I might of scared him a little. I had looked at a couple of cars on line and told him what we wanted to look at. He sat there listened to what we had to say and even though my mom went a little over board with the questions, he did not mind. Had a smile on his face the whole time and listened to what my mom had to say. I have never seen such a great patient person. I think he knows my moms whole life story. When we got into the car for a test drive, he took the time to explain everything to her which was great. He went over ever little thing and even explained to her what the certified meant on the car. My brother and to co sign for my mom since she did not have a lot of credit and he was great explaining everything to her. When we left that night around 0730 pm, he told my mom that he would work on it first thing in the morning and call her once he knew something. This was a big deal to her because the other place we where looking at took over 4 days to process things and never once told my mom or I where she stood. The next morning at 0857 Joe calls my mom and asked her when she wanted to pick up her car. I have never seen a bigger smile on my moms face in a long time. When we went to pick up the car, everything was ready for us and I thought my mom was going to suck the life out of Joe with her hug. I could of not asked for a nicer person to help us. This is the first time we have bought a car from you and it wont be the last. So Joe "THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO TALK AND LISTEN TO MY MOM" I now think you are part of the family and I have 3 brothers into of 2.

We had a great experience working with Jeff. The only compliant would be that it took a little longer than we believe it should have to get out the door. We finalized the financing & pricing very quickly, but waited about an hour for the car to be cleaned. Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable.

Absolutely LOVE my new car!!! I am leasing a 2011 V6 Honda Accord coupe. O'Daniel worked so hard to find me the exact car I wanted and was able to secure me a brand new car that was being built. Overall, the experience was decent. Areas of improvement: -- The price negotiation took a lot longer than it needed to -- A part that I purchased for the vehicle showed as in stock, but was not, causing me to have to come back.-- The vehicle was on the lot, but was not ready -- needed tires and detailing.Areas that we good-- Both the salesman and the financing lady were professional and personable. When I'm looking for a Honda, I will still go to O'Daniel first, as there is never anything sleazy about the sales experience, which I can't say about their competitors.

Have been an O'Daniel customer since 1986. Have been very pleased with price and service every time we have purchased a car, new and used. The honesty and integrity are second to none. We needed a reasonably low pmt, as I had been laid off for a year and Jason, offered up a vehicle he was hoping to share with an acquaintance. We didn't have to do the back and forth battles over price either. Greg was patient and courteous as he took us for a test drive. We were able to match financing that our credit union offered thru the dealer at a better term. Thanks to all of them, we have a car that we hope will be around for 2-300 thousand miles to come.

We walked in off-the-street after doing internet research and met Lauren from the INet Dept. at O'Daniel. The vehicle I was interested in was available. We worked out a fair deal and the trade-in for my vehicle was a fair deal, unlike the experience I had at the Toyota dealer. The process was completed, everyone at the dealership was professional, and I would go back to this dealer again. I told a friend at work about O'Daniel and he stated he bought his Honda Ridgeline there and also had a professional and positive experience.

I started my car search on the internet and ended up at Odaniel Honda. Prior to this purchase I didnt have any loyalty to any particular dealership. I worked with Terry and Lauren in the internet department. They treated me like an informed buyer because they knew I had been on the internet and had access to prices from all over the country. A complete pleasure to work with. There werent any car dealership games .... a straight forward buying process. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Jeff Schuster was very friendly and met us in the lot as we arrived. He listened carefully as we explained what we needed and then followed through. He sat with us while our application was being processed and talked. He made sure we were well taken care of and provided us drinks while we waited and in the end, with a nice car.

I am very pleased with my experience at O'Daniel Honda. This was the quickest, easiest car purchase I have ever made! Jeff was very easy to work with and Sharon was very low pressure on the extras they have to try to sell you. Our Honda Pilot had been driven by an employee for a while and had a scuff on the front bumper, which the manager (sorry cannot remember his name) and Jeff immediately had taken care of for us, with out making us feel stupid. I feel like the price we paid was fair, although I always feel like I could have done better, as I am not a good haggler. I was also very pleased to find out that O'Daniel works with Dave's Auto Body for body repairs! I have always used Daves and been extremely pleased! I feel like every customer is important at O'Daniel. My only complaint is that we bought a Pilot EXL and our loaner car is a fairly rough running Civic, not nearly the size of our new Pilot. It is ok, we just have a couple days that we will have to take two cars when we go somewhere as a family of 7...I am sure it will be worth it! Thanks, we will be back again I am certain!

My battery died while I was in Omaha on Saturday 6/18/2011. I bought my Element in 2006 from O'Daniel and they worked with me so well. I needed some help and I called thme up to see if they could help me out and Janelle who answered the phone was so polite and asking great questions to see where I was exactly at. They sent someone out to jump my car and they were there in a very short time. Tyler showed up and helped me out by jump starting my car and he was very nice as well. I followed him back to O'Daniel and Kyle explained what they were going to do to check out my car and what needed to be done. He took me into where I needed to purchase the new battery. They finished the tests on my car and asked if I had any questions and then sent me on my way. The people that work at O'Daniel were so helpful and made me feel good about driving back to Columbus with no problems. They were so great and all of this in a short time of them closing. I'M SO THANKFUL FOR ALL OF YOU AT O'DANIEL. Thank you so much again you are truely my lifesaver.

I have purchased 3 cars from O'daniel Honda, and have been pleased with the trusting relationship I have developed with Janelle Schuttler--I cannot imagine buying a car from anyone else! And, while Hondas are very reliable, I have had need of repairs. I like working with one service person, and that is Kyle Newsom. I can call him about that funny noise he needs to make disappear or for a routine service appointment and he is consistently pleasant, professional and specific with me about the nature of the problem. (I can tell you about bushings in great detail!) As an educator, I value the teaching approach Kyle takes with his customers. What I appreciate most is that Kyle is not satisfied until I am. I never feel daunted by car repairs because I know I will be well-taken care of at a fair price, and my car will not fail me when I need it!

Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to help us get the Honda Pilot that we wanted. They even stayed late getting all the paperwork taken care of. They have an area where our two girls could play while we discussed everything which made it much easier on them and us while we were there.

O'Daniel Honda is Amazing!I bought my first Honda from them three years ago, a CRV. I commute a long distance for work and the miles added up quickly. I traded that CRV in for a Pilot just a month ago. It had over 120,000 miles on it. I could not believe what O'Daniel offered me for it on trade. They were $2500.00 higher then any other Honda Dealer in Omaha or Bellevue. These Honda's really hold their value!O'Daniel treats it's customers well. You will not be disappointed if you get your car at O'Daniel Honda!

We had a wonderful experience with O'Daniel Honda. Jarrod, Cris and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. Often shopping for a car is an unpleasant experience, they made if low pressure and were exceptional in helping us and our son. We purchased two cars with in a three day span and both times were great experiences. They worked with in our budgets and found a car that would work. We highly recommend purchasing a car from O'Daniel and they will be the dealership we go back to when it is time to buy again. Jarrod and Cris were awesome!

There are not enough characters in this box to describe the wonderful experience I had at O'Daniel Honda. You expect a car dealership to be filled with blood-thirsty salesmen, but that couldn't be further from the experience I had at O'Daniel. It was a low-key, no pressure experience and Jeff and Jason treated me like a V.I.P. They gave me a great deal on a CR-V and took care of all the details. I never once felt pressured to buy, or like they were trying to up-sell me. I honestly cannot see myself buying a car from any other dealership, and can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you do business at O'Daniel!!

I had been searching for a car for about a year. After determining that used cars are overpriced I began looking at new. I had seen new Fits and Civics at another dealer. I went to O'Daniels to check out different colors. Joe Mancuso met me and showed me a white 2012 Civic EX on the showroom floor. My search was over. The car took my breath away. Joe's low-key approach made for a very pleasant experience. Joe portrays what most people would like to see in a car salesman. My wife liked him very much when we bought the car the following day. Since the car is new, I haven't needed engine service.I rated the price as great. Since this was the first day of the 2012 Civic release and the forcast for new cars and parts looks tentative because of the Japanese Tsunami, I expected to pay full price. While I would have liked a lower price I don't regret paying list for such a terrific car.By the way, a friend of mine purchased a Fit a few weeks before this and had praise for Joe Mancuso and for the overall buying experience.

I've been in Sales for a decade and Kirk was very approachable and listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I looked at 5 other dealerships for the same car and Kirk along with Jason made it a great experience. Honesty and Itegrity is obviously important here. I have buyers remorse from my last experience at Old Mill Toyota and it is a terrible feeling to live with. Looking forward to dealing with O Daniel for years to come.

We purchased a new Honda Pilot in July 2010 - Joe Mancuso was our sales consultant and the experience was great. A few weeks ago we received severe hail damage to our Pilot causing approx. $11,000 damage. After battling with insurance for a reasonable settlement we were concerned that if we fixed the damage it would never look the same. We brought the Pilot to O'Daniel Honda and all of our troubles and concerns vanished. We met with Joe and after his shock of seeing our damaged vehicle he showed us an identical new Pilot. We then talked with Jason Roessner (General Sales Manager) who suggested that they take the damaged Pilot and sell it at the auction. Jason went over and above to ensure that we would maximize the value of our damaged vehicle. The initial conversations and inspection of the new vehicle took only approx. 15 minutes. Being in the middle of tax season I asked Joe to call me with pricing so I could get back to work. On my way home I received a call from Joe and within 2 minutes we agreed to a deal that we were very very happy with. The next day we picked up our new Pilot with the agreed accessories already installed. And even better, all the paperwork was already filled out. Joe's attention to detail and respect of our time was greatly appreciated.Joe and Jason turned a very disappointing several weeks into a non-issue. We are back on the road with a vehicle that we really enjoy, and had another great experience with O'Daniel Honda. Thanks

Having moved to a new state and made the decision to pass along the 2003 Honda Element to my young collegian, I brought it in to O'Daniel Honda for a summary tune up and a few replacement parts (small things: light bulbs, etc.) before bequeathing "my precious" (the Element) to "my precious" (the girl.) This was my first contact and experience with O'Daniel Honda:Mr. Kyle Newsom, Service Advisor, had spoken with me when I made my appointment and it was encouraging to be remembered when I called with additional preparation questions/comments. I received a warm welcome and Mr. Newsom courteously noted that he had received the service records which I had asked my former Honda service advisor to send ahead of my appointment. Mr. Newsom reviewed my car's maintenance and repair history with me to confirm that he had an accurate and complete understanding of all significant events in the car's history. The work to be done on the Element was to take half of the day, so I waited in the Customer Lounge for a brief time, did some business (O'Daniel Honda very astutely designed a 2-computer work space adjacent to the Customer Lounge for our use) and caught lunch with a friend. When I returned, the work was on the cusp of completed.Kyle had consulted with me several times during the morning: as my car was being examined and evaluated, to inform me of the probable costs, to prioritize the work according to my needs/allow me to control the costs and extent of repairs and to inform me of progress on the car. Before I met with the cashier, Mary (who, besides being very accurate with her paperwork, is also blessed with an engaging personality,) Kyle helped me make notes for future maintenance "milestones" that my daughter and I will plan to tackle as appropriate. So, although this was a bigger monetary investment than expected, I was very happy with the outcome. I drove my 8-years-old-170,000-mile-Element home feeling as though it was in perfect condition: all lights, locks and engine parts were running well and I am very satisfied that it will continue to run perfectly and safely for another 50,000 miles - or more! - for my daughter. In short, working with Kyle Newsom and his service team made this an excellent experience with O'Daniel Honda. Unfortunately, the next day, one tiny light bulb burned out (just like home sweet home: when one goes, they all pop!) I returned to O'Daniel Honda and once again, Mr. Newsom gave me a greeting and provided the fix up - at half price! Icing on the cake, as they say.

Being a woman going to a deal all alone to buy a car can be a scary thing. I've done it one other time with horrible results. HOWEVER, O'Daniel's people were SO friendly and helpful!! They didn't once pressure me into buying something i couldn't afford and gave me a FANTASTIC deal on a brand new 2011 Civic with the payments i wanted. They didn't even pressure me on the extras like most dealers do. The price they told me at the beginning was the price i ended up with. I will most definitely be going right back to them when my lease is up in two years! They are HIGHLY recommended. Very Impressed, CoriOmaha NE
