My husband and I bought a Volvo from Okaz for our daughter and I was leery to purchase from a used car dealership. We bought a car for our son from a used car dealership and got scammed big time. Soon after driving off the lot we had issues and the dealership was awful and I vowed never again. This time my husband did his research and assured me this dealership was great and not to worry. Had a good experience with Sammy and Alex, both were very courteous and professional. Not your typical used car dealership, easy to work with and not pushy at all. We had an issue with the car immediately after we purchased and Sammy was very helpful. He accepted partial responsibility for the repairs which were done off site due to the distance of his shop. Called him immediately and he did not dodge my phone calls and was responsive. He took partial responsibility for the repairs, was honest and trustworthy. My daughter lovers her new car and it runs awesome! I feel very confident that she is driving a safe and reliable vehicle.

I was in the market for a relatively inexpensive, reliable car for my daughter. After researching car makes and models, I settled on a Ford Focus. My Cars.com search found a 2006 model at OKAZ Motors. OKAZ Motors offered a free CARFAX report on the vehicle, so I was able to see that the car had only one owner and had no reported accidents or recalls. OKAZ Motors also listed the repairs which they had made: motor mounts, tie rods, and sway bars (standard maintenance for an older car, but all fairly big ticket items). My daughter and I went in for a test drive. Alex and Sammy were terrific; there was no pressure to buy, and they took time to talk to us and address all of our questions and concerns. Where I feel many car dealerships view their business as simply maximizing profits, I believe that OKAZ Motors views its business as providing the service of matching buyers with good, dependable vehicles. My daughter is thrilled to have her own car, and now I have my eye on another Ford at OKAZ for myself. I would definitely buy from OKAZ Motors again!

Found dealer on Cars.Com. Went with a list of 8 cars found on line that we liked. Salesman was, a great help. We test drove 5 of 8 and went with the Camary. Salesman never tryied to sell more expensive cars beyond our finnacial means. Car is great and showed it of to everybody. I would say a ten star dealership.

Only the 3rd car I have ever bought but by far the best experience. I saw an Acura on Cars.com that I really liked. I didn't have the best credit but called and spoke to the finance guy, J.P. After several conversations on the phone, I went to their store. I explained to him what my budget was and what I wanted. He was very honest with me and suggested a 2007 Lexus that would better meet my budgetary constraints. I fell in love with the car and am so much happier than the Acura I originally came in on. Purchased the car 8 days ago, less then 500 miles later the radiator springs a leak and needs to be replaced. I was told the car was in "great mechanical shape" and "needed nothing." Of course the car was sold to me as-is with no warranty. At the time of the purchase I noticed the keyless entry remote was not working, they said the battery probably needed to be replaced - when I asked if they would replace the remote if there was something else wrong he said "no, it is what it is." When I went to replace the battery you could see one of the buttons had been broken off of the circuit board - the remote will never work. I'm sure they were aware of this, and hoped that I wouldn't look until after the purchase. After I had taken the car home I adjusted the bass / treble levels on the stereo which I now assume were adjusted to mask the fact that the front passenger speaker was completely blown, the other 3 speakers weren't in much better condition although they work OK at low volume level. They refused to negotiate on the price, they claim they list cars $1000 less on cars.com then they list on their website or offer "walk in" customers. I chose this dealer based on the positive reviews on cars.com, I'm starting to wonder if they don't just write their own.
