I took in my car to check out a sensor that wasn’t working on DECEMBER 17 2020!!! They had to order the part so they returned my car for the weekend. I returned it on Monday no problem. A few days passed by and I’m getting mad because nobody calls me to update me about my car. I keep calling and they keep saying their waiting on a part. Okay a whole week had passed by now and they finally give me at least a rental because now the problem isn’t only the sensor but the dashboard cluster is an issue also. They have to order that part too and I guess it’s programmed with my mileage so I cannot take my car out from the dealership. They finally gave me a date and it was JANUARY 14!! Okay I stopped calling everyday for 2 weeks. It’s been snowing and the rental they had given me didn’t have 4x4!!!! So I wanted my car back. Nope. They changed the date to January 16! I call and sometimes they have me on hold for the longest time. The recent call I made they told me the lines were busy and to give them my phone number so they can call me back with an update about my car. Did they call me back? NO!! It’s so annoying to have to even deal with this. I understand they gave me a rental that’s covered with my warranty but it doesn’t matter. I’m not comfortable with it, and doesn’t have 4x4 and it snows here and there. I just want my car now. It’s been well over a month!!!!!

What a great experience! No pressure at all from the sales team or from management. Visited two times and ended up with an exact amount I expected for our trade in and an awesome new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Gretchen was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. Finance and management were awesome as well. Fastest purchase start to finish we’ve ever been a part of. Thanks to the team we love our new Jeep!

Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram service department has always been terrific! They always have my van done on time. Any extra problems found on my vehicle are brought to my attention and corrected. I really value their honesty. Several times I've come in telling them, "I think it's a water pump or a muffler," for example. When mechanics tell me, "You don't need to spend money on this," that's a good thing.
