Service I had a Ford Recall notice to get a modem replaced, and the letter indicated it should be an hour-long process. After several phone calls, being put on hold for a total of at-least 1 hour, 6 DAYS of not having my vehicle, and the frustration of dealing with excuse after excuse, I finally had my car back. The receptionist and phone etiquette across the board was rude and highly unprofessional. The delays were inexcusable and the part should have been on-hand when I dropped the car off (it was a week before I could even get it on the schedule, which was ample time to get the part needed delivered to the service center). I will never return to the Olathe Ford Service center, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. My advice is to find a different dealer that is more professional and customer-friendly - even if it means you have to drive another 30 minutes out of your way. Taking your vehicle in for any type of service is not something we all enjoy to do. It takes time to fix, cost money, etc. and it is typically on your personal time off. I have learned that if man built it it will break it is just a matter of time and how much it is going to cost me. That is why we all hate taking our vehicle in for service in my opinion. That being said, I have been taking my vehicles to Olathe Ford for 20 years now and I can truly say that if my vehicles need the repairs it is because they needed it. Sometimes it was for preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of what could break down. I can say from my own 20 plus years in the retail business that good people are so hard to find and when you walk into Olathe Ford and see some of the same people you have been seeing for the last 20 years that has to say something about the ownership. I have a 16 year old boy now driving and we just got another vehicle from them to add to the family. I can say that I look forward to his first oil change to pass on the torch. Thanks Olathe Ford for everthing.

I brought my 2016 Ford Mustang GT PP in with the following symptom Low humming noise while under lite braking conditions). I scheduled my appointment online 2days out for 8:15am on Monday Aug 8, 2016. After dropping my car off I followed up with a phone call to my service advisor at 12pm and again a 2pm. I even provided him with a video recording and a possible TSB (Tech Service Bulletin) of the issue I was having. After waiting 8 hours for a return call from my service advisor he finally callback. Really? After speaking to the Director of Fixed Operations (Dave) I'm giving this dealership a chance to prove themselves. I use them in the past on my FORD F150 and was really pleased. I really hope they come thru this time. Conclusion: Stay away from this dealership. After keeping my car for 72 hrs. They failed to even identify the problem. They failed to follow-up with phone calls on the status. Gerald is a no show. He failed to even callback once. The Director even express his concerns with Gerald performance. Bottom line stay away!

Craig did an outstanding job getting me set up and they took me to work. And back. My 2007 Ford Taurus was worked on by Olathe Ford several times and they have gone above and beyond. Craig explained everything to me and was very professional. Thank you Craig! I was concerned for the cost and he made sure I wasn't over charged. I had some work done at another Ford out of state and he ensured that I was covered. The customer service staff, Craig, and the parts guy Chris went above and beyond . Excellent work and top rated! This place is a Royal's home run in my book.

I live within 5 miles of this dealership and it is unfortunate that I will no longer take any of my vehicles here. The service is awful, and I experience issues on every visit. The ford service and quicklane department are the two areas of improvement. I leave bad surveys on every visit and they still can't get there act together. The service techs in quicklane are worst than Firestone and Jiffy Lub . This dealership should be closed and out of business!-Reggie

Bought a 2014 Ford Focus ST from this dealership. The salesman that helped me(John) was awesome. He wasn't pushy and even though they were busy he took the time to make sure I got what I needed and more importantly what I wanted. The financing was super easy and quick. The guy helping me(Matt) was also an awesome guy to deal with and he was very informative about the options without being pushing or trying to get me to buy something I didn't want. Overall this felt like buying a car from a group of my friends. Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I typically don't write reviews, but I had to after the great service I had from Olathe Ford. I started my car search at Olathe Ford because they listed the car I wanted at a fair price. Jim Sprinkle the Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought a used car and noticed within the first couple days that my car would start to shake when I would brake at highway speeds. Jim Sprinkle drove to my work to pick up my car so that Olathe Ford could turn my brake rotors for free! Jim left a loaner vehicle with me so that I could pick up my car after I got off work. A few hours later, Jim called to tell me that they were also going to replace my brake pads for free and that they would need to keep the car overnight. Then the next day Jim Sprinkle drove my car out to my work when they finished repairing it. Jim Sprinkle went above and beyond to pickup and drop off my car at my work so that I wouldn't have to take time off. He provided a loaner vehicle so that I could still get to work. Olathe Ford went above and beyond when they turned my brake rotors for free and even fixed my brake pads for free. They could have slipped one past me by only fixing my brake rotors and I would have never known, but they didn't. I feel like most dealers would have"hid" behind the power-train warranty and said that the brake rotors weren't covered even though there is no way that the brake rotors could have been warped 2 days after I bought the car. I would recommend Jim Sprinkle and Olathe Ford to my family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Olathe Ford truly cares about their customers and they want to make sure they sell quality cars. When I look to buy another car in the future, I will go to Olathe Ford.

The last car i bought i got from a different dealer and the experience was horrible, so of course i dreaded doing it again. From the time we walked in to Olathe Ford, every single person we encountered was so friendly, not pushy, and just easy going. They made trading in my car for a 14 Edge pretty darn painless! I couldn't ask for a better experience. The folks there bent over backwards to be of service. The salesperson (Jim) was not pushy like most salespeople and was quite helpful in getting what I needed. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I have never been treated as well as at Olathe FOrd.

Had a 7;00 appointment and a free loaner coupon. Service rep said this will only take 1 hour, so forget the loaner. 2 1/2 hours later I got my car back. Rushed home to pick up brother-in-law and sped to the airport for a 11:00 flight. He made it. Service rep didn't use any of my other discount coupons or deduct any of my Ford discount dollars I've accumulated. Have four Fords but get better service and pricing elsewhere. No Ford coupon books in the future.

Called about a recall repair, and spoke to the most condescending customer service representative I've ever encountered. She reacted to every question I asked as though I was stupid for asking it, and in the end really offered me no help at all. They didn't have the part they needed to make the repair, and she wouldn't tell me when she thought they'd have it in. In the end, though, I'm thankful, because now I have an appointment at Shawnee Mission Ford (who was a thousand times more professional). It's a shame, because we live about five minutes from Olathe Ford, but they will not be getting any of our business. I'd recommend taking yours elsewhere as well.

I was a woman in a pinch. I had missed a days work due to car trouble I needed to buy in a hurry. The worst way to have to get a car. I didn't know what I was doing or how much I should have paid. I trusted that I wouldn't get taken advantage of and I was so wrong. I recently blue booked the price of the car I purchased and realized I overpaid by about 10 grand. Nothing I can do about that now, but I would never recommend Olathe ford to anyone.

I bought a 2014 Ford Focus about a year ago. I truly regret that decision. My Focus is rough, jerky and makes embarrassing grinding noises when it shifts gears. My friends are always commenting on the noises it makes while I accelerate. I am so incredibly disappointed in this car. It makes me so frustrated. I took it to this dealership multiple times to see if I could get the problem fixed. They tried to tell me that the noises and jerkiness were normal. How can it be normal? Also, I took my car in for an oil change. About three months after the oil change, my car's display system said it needed an oil change. Thinking that this couldn't be accurate, I took it to the dealership to get it checked out. Apparently, the person who did the oil change forgot to reset the settings for an oil change. So, I wasted PTO from my work to get something reset that should have been done correctly the first time. I wish I would have gone elsewhere for my car purchase. So so so disappointed.

Horrible expierience ? Yes !! Brought in my car early in the morning for notshifting right, they fixed something at the last minute for $415 , still doing the same thing, so I brought in again, they said its "another problem" which i dont think it was! But they said the cat converter needs to be changed and qoutes me $3500, i took my car from them at 5pm when they told me its done , and its making a grind noise which was not there when i first took it to them! They were like "ok we dont have any availble mechanics now" so i had to leave it to be checked for the 3rd time and they said its the back pressure thing and they cant put the cat converter back! And my second one has gone bad too ! Seriously??? Here is the crazy news! I ended switching my cat converter for $250 when they told me it will cost $3500 and the mechanic that swiched the new ones said, that its not true that they cant place them back and he thinks that they messed the other one up because its broken! I do not recomend anyone going there!

How could a company take 40k$ from some one then act like they shouldn't provide good service to them. This is one of the worst dealers we have ever dealt with. Don't try it, you'll be disappointed.

I contacted Olathe Ford regarding a 2013 Taurus they had listed or sale. I emailed the dealership and purposely did not give my phone number due to the fact I didn't want repeated calls from them. I just wanted to know if the vehicle was still available, easy question, right? Well, I received a generic automated response from Stephanie who said a salesman was assigned my inquiry and I would hear from him soon. Needless to say I never heard from anyone again. I figured this would be an easy yes or no answer. Well, if I can't even get a simple, prompt response to such an easy question, I definately don't want to give my business to someone who can't follow up with simple requests. Oh well, their loss, I actually found a dealership that WANTS to sell cars and has exceptional customer service, much unlike this dealership. Their loss I guess.

We ( us, our family & several close friends) have been buying cars at Olathe Ford since early 2000's. 19 to be exact. Our sales person Carey was one of the reasons we always enjoyed the dealer so much. He's always professional and courteous and we were treated with sincere respect. We live bout 45 minutes from Olathe and have a Ford Dealer 2 miles away from our house so many trips were made at a distance because of this gentleman. My husband & I drove up to look at a new Mustang and take one for a drive. When we pulled up he was standing outside and we all went to check out a what they had. The 3 of us decided to go for a test drive, got loaded up and we were excited. Never had a real sports car! Just as we just got out on the highway the owner of the dealership calls & needs our salesperson back now, pronto, hurry hurry and we all are just hoping no ones hurt or passing! We get back, Carey leaves (never talk to again....yet) and we are left with another sales guy that supposedly has been at Ford for 13 years. NO COMPARISON! The experience went from great to terrible fast. We called a couple weeks later hoping make the drive & buy the car on a day off. When we asked for him we got a very long pause, then a hold please, then two different explanations in one phone call from two different men. The thing is we don't like their service. They forget things like adding back oil and lug nuts after rotations, say sorry and try to make it better with free oil changes. We don't enjoy a further drive to a car dealership on our time off. The only reason we came to this place was because of comfort, trust and a honest buying experience we can't get there or almost anywhere for that matter.

We've bought here before, so when the time was near for us to buy a new/used vehicle again there was no question that we would talk with George T. I recently bought a new 2014 Ford Focus from this dealership. Worst decision of my life. After about 500 miles of driving, the car started to make a loud grinding noise from the front end while accelerating that has only gotten worse week by week. I took it to the dealer and asked them to check it out. They said that they can't do anything about the noise and that I would just have to deal with it. Why would anyone believe that it could be normal for a car to make a horrible grinding noise when it accelerates? I bought a new car to avoid problems like this. I went from a quieter, smooth car to an embarrassing car that grinds and whines every time I accelerate. I feel completed cheated. I can't wait to trade in my car in a year or so and get a different car from a trustworthy dealership. I am incredibly disappointed in this car. I am never buying a Ford again. But, on a side note, my salesperson was very nice.

I had an oil changed at Olathe Ford on my 2013 F-150 EcoBoost at 2500 miles and then changed the oil myself this weekend at 7600 miles and found that less than 5 quarts drained out, even after draining as much as possible out of the filter it was still was short. The capacity of this engine is 6 quarts so where did the other quart go? Was it ever put in? I called the service manager to inform him of the shortage and according to him a gasoline engine can burn as much as 1 quart in 1500 miles even in a new vehicle, so based on his information if you change your oil every 5,000 miles you could burn 3.3 quarts and if you wait till 7,500 miles you could be dry as a bone. I don't know about you but I have owned many cars in my 52 years and I have never had one burn oil like that regardless of age or number of miles on the engine. I should have checked the oil myself but I trusted that it was correct given that it was serviced at a Ford dealer and it is a new truck. I have no reason to believe any damage was done but I no longer trust Olathe Ford to service my vehicles.

I admit, I have never owned a Ford, but went out of my comfort zone and purchased the Fusion Hybird. I love the luxurious feel and so far the better than I've ever had gas mileage. looking forward to the time when the car is sufficiently broken in and seeing what kind of mileage I can get. at first, the computer scared me, but it is not as overwhelming as I first thought. Olathe Ford dealership has been a dream dealership. they were not pushy, but very informative and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing an automobile, you go check them out.

While our experience with the Ford brand has been very good (everything from compacts to pickups to touring sedans) the main reason we return to Olathe Ford is consistently helpful and fair customer service. Salesman John Kennedy and the rest of the staff there have been excellent people to work with. And the service doesn't stop once the vehicle is purchased. My wife was in the service department getting an oil change and John stops by to see how she's doing. If we have a problem after the sale, he is always there to help. It's about the vehicles, for sure, but it's also about the people!

Purchased our first new car as teenagers in 1953 and have been purchasing a new vehicle approximately every 5 years ever since. We recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge SUV at Olathe Ford. Cary Pauls was our salesman. He was great in finding exactly what we wanted, getting it delivered and to us quickly with no changes in price and no high pressure. Everything was exactly as he told us it would be with no unpleasant surprises. He was great to get us all set up with computer applications. Everyone at the dealership is very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed doing business at Olathe Ford and was very impressed with everyone we came in contact with at the dealership. Highly recommend them. This was by far the most pleasant experience we have had while buying a vehicle.

Steve Madrigal provided excellent service while we were deciding upon what our requirements were for a Ford Explorer. He was very attentive to our needs. And, once we decided upon the vehicle we wanted, worked with another dealer to get the vehicle for us as quickly as possible. He has excellent customer relationship skills, also showing us all of the capabilities offered by the computerization available in the Explorer. He was amazing in syncing our iPhones to the vehicle and settng all of our "preferences" before we drove away. I believe Olathe Ford is very fortunate to have Steve on staff. We really enjoyed buying our New Fusion at Olathe Ford. Jim Sprinkle was our sales man helped us to buy my beautiful car. He was very patient and knowledgeable and gave us honest tips on making a right decision. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. I gave 4 stars on facility because of kid room. I was with my kids, 3 years old and 8 months old and we stayed in a kid room quite a while. I wish it was more cleaner and equipped with latest dvds and toys.

We come in to sign & that is how we prefer it! We have bought several cars through them, have had our family buy through them, & we do ALL of our service w/ them. We never worry about price, quality, or if they are going to take care of us; because they always do... & the one time there was a problem, they worked really hard to make sure we were taken care of the best way possible. I recently purchased a new 2013 Fusion from Olathe Ford. I needed to trade in a Harley Davidson motorcycle and knew I would be upside down doing so. My sales person did everything he could to make sure I got the most for my trade as the bike had to be sold to a bike dealer making this a difficult process. They got me very close to what I needed and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. I appreciate the helpful staff and look forward to working with them in the future.

I went a couple of weeks ago to look at new cars. My truck was a 2003 Chevy and was just not cutting it with the gas prices these days. I went to Olathe Ford and drove my first new car ever off the lot that same day. The sales rep gave me time to look around and when I had finally made my decision he was there to help me through the purchase. It was the best sales experience I have ever had. I normally do not write reviews, but I received an email from my sales person congratulating me on the one year anniversary of buying the car and asking for a review on this site, so I decided to write one. I purchased 4 cars from Olathe Ford over the years. Last year, my husband and I purchased 2 in one week. One of those was a Ford Edge. I picked the car up on a Friday and the next day, the car started smoking while idling while in a local entertainment area. On Monday, Olathe Ford sent a tow truck to pick it up and replaced the cooling fans. Two weeks later, the traction control system went out. I had the car towed to Olathe Ford for a second time. I also told them my brakes were making a horrible grinding noise. They did some work on the rotors and replaced the traction system. Thank goodness, for the extended warranty, right! Fast forward 7 months, I was at Olathe Ford getting service on my husbands car and mentioned to one of the service guys the issues I was still having with the brakes and that my transmission was not shifting correctly. They told me it was a software update for the transmission and to bring it in for the brakes yet again. The service foreman agreed to replace my brakes with new ones to see if that would remedy the problem. Well, the transmission update turned into a rebuild that took 3 weeks. At this point I began to consider ending my longtime relationship with Olathe Ford. After being a great customer for so many years both through buying cars and driving 35 miles to get all of my service done, I felt they were unwilling to do much to remedy what I felt was a bad transaction. I attempted to trade the Edge in to Olathe Ford and purchase a Flex, but we were unable to agree on a fair price for the Flex. At that point, I severed ties with Olathe Ford. I was able to get an Explorer at another dealership. I used to sing praises about Olathe Ford to all my friends and family and sent a lot of business their way. Now, I do just the opposite. If anyone is looking for a car within earshot, I tell them my story. However, I dont have to tell everyone because many people at work and in my neighborhood witnessed my car being towed away to be repaired just days after I bought it. I will never do business with Olathe Ford again.

We were told by Andre a particular price for our trade-in, the cost of the vehicle AND that we were within a few hundred dollars of a deal. It turns out he wasn't even authorized to give us the trade-in value. He then gave us the intended value for the trade-in and vehicle and has NO authority to do so. Olathe Ford wouldn't stand by his word. We were told $4,000 less than what Andre told us. Never have we dealt with this situation when buying a vehicle. They could have made this right and didn't.

I went to Olathe Ford with an idea of what I was looking for, not sure if I was ready to purchase. Within minutes of arriving I was already receiving service. Then entire staff worked with me and answered all my questions to help figure out the best plan to get me into a vehicle I want. The entire process of purchasing a new vehicle was the best I've ever experienced. Staff is knowledgeable and treat you like family there. There was no pressure, only an amazing staff who's only goal is to make you happy and have a great experience. I recently purchased a new Mustang from Olathe Ford. I am very happy so far with the vehicle. They did not have the specific vehicle I wanted in their inventory but they were able to locate one which was greatly appreciated. However the process from start to finish was disappointing for several reasons. One - I did not receive a fair price for my trade in based on the values available from various reputable sources and the subsequent pricing of my used vehicle for sale by Olathe Ford. Two the dealer made confusing statements about how they were pricing the new vehicle and the components of the price of the vehicle. A statement was made that they were selling the car at invoice, but they used customer cash incentives from Ford to arrive at that price. Three the salesman who served us frequently was involved with other customers when we arrived even though we indicated in advance when we were going to visit and we had to wait to speak with him. The salesman was not as knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options as I expected, frankly I knew more about the vehicle through my own research. The vehicle was not available when we arrived to pick it up and complete paperwork, it was still being cleaned. The process to pick up the vehicle lasted over two hours, too long in my opinion. Sam in the finance department was excellent in explaining all of the details regarding the financing. I would have to say that my experience in buying from another Ford dealer in town in 2006 was much better.

Buying a car from Olathe Ford was "quick and painless". We had been talking to Nate Winter, the salesman, prior to going in the dealership on March 30, 2013 so he knew what kind of a car we were looking for. As soon as he finished up with a previous customer he brought around a new Ford Edge for us to test drive. Needless to say, the car sold itself and we knew this was the right vehicle for us. Nate had already located the "exact" car we wanted but we did change our mind on the interior color of the vehicle once we completed the test drive. He then went back on line and found the Ford Edge with the black interior. They purchased the car from another dealership and said it would be ready for pick up on Monday April 1st. We arrived at the dealership at 6:00 and the car was in "clean up". We finalized all the paperwork with our finance guy, Pat Larkin (great guy) and the vehicle was ready to go! We were on the road in our new Ford Edge by 7:00. Everyone is very friendly at the deaelrship and listens to what the customer wants. We would definitely recommend this dealer for your next car buying experience.

What could have been a wasted morning turned into a very pleasant buying experience. Herb took care of everything and within a week I'm driving my new Ford Focus. I do not care for the trips to several different offices to try and sell me things I don't want or need such as a extended service coverage. I have also recieved several letters wishing me well on my purchase and all of that but the person on the bottom does not even sign them.

Buying a used car from Olathe Ford was a very disappointing experience. One of the most disappointing aspects was the car's poor condition when I picked it up. The inside was very dirty (i.e. crumbs, dirt & dog hair). The salesperson gave me several reasons why the car was not clean. For example, he said there had been a lot of turnover implying that personnel did not have adequate training. Next, he said the "kids back there" just did not clean as well as we would have. This implied that these employees did not have an adequate work ethic to give good service. Excellent service was way beyond reasonable expectation. The sales person told me to bring the car back when the weather was better and they would clean the car again. Why would I expect them to clean the car any better than what they did the first time? I looked under the hood and found the battery terminals to be caked battery corrosion. I expected that during the car's pre-certification this would have been caught and rectified. There were several other small things that should have been taken care of before the car was given to me. Good customer service means paying attention to details. I have found the term "Ford Certified Pre-owned Vehicle" means very little. I found my experience to be a "let the buyer beware" experience. This dealership should not be used as a trusted advisor. I took the car to Waterway to be cleaned. These "kids" did a very good job cleaning. Maybe Olathe Ford should outsource car cleaning to Waterway. I cleaned the batter terminals. It was fast and easy for me to do. I have had the car for 1 week. I expect more problems to arise as I drive the care more. I am very disappointed in Olathe Ford. Every now and then a person will have a bad experience with a car dealer. I may have been the unlucky person this time. My singular advice to those who read this review is to demand excellence from this dealership. Walk away at the first sign of anything less than excellence. There are a lot of good people selling new and used cars. You do not have to accept poor quality. Go to Bob Allen Ford or CarMax. I have had excellent experiences with these dealerships in the past. Olathe Ford was a poor choice. I should not have given them so many chances to get better.

Having been through this process several times before, I was prepared for the un-knowledgeable, impatient and pushy salesperson, and the finance manager who couldn't care less about our personal situation. Instead we got just the opposite: very well prepared salesperson who took the time to find the vehicle we wanted, even when we changed our mind, as well as a well informed finance manager who has the right touch with the banks. Thank you Olathe Ford for changing my mind about traditional car buying experiences.

I was looking for a used car and found it at Olathe Ford. I was introduced to Jason who is young, laid-back and easy going -great to work with. He didnt used high pressure tactics and didnt talk down to me as so many other dealers tried to do. As a woman shoppping for a car, new or used, I highly recommend this dealership. I had bought an explorer from Bob Adams in Overland Park 12 years ago and the experience was so bad I swore to never buy from a Ford dealer again. Olathe Ford is not that kind of dealer! We came looking to test drive a Mustang. We had a very distinct idea of what we wanted in the vehicle. They didn't have the vehicle on the lot so they were able to trade with another dealership to get us exactly what we wanted. Craig (our sales guy) was non-pushy, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The whole process was very comfortable. Olathe Ford is great to deal with. We worked with salesman Wesley Shields in purchasing our new 2013 Ford Explorer Sport. My wife and I were entrenched with Japanese luxury vehicles. We have owned both Infiniti ('04 G35x) and Lexus ('03 GX470 and '95 SC400). We recently had our 2nd child and my wife wanted to trade her Infiniti G35x for a more roomy cross-over SUV. We drove many brands, including the Japanese and European luxury lines. The build quality of the new Fords are evident immediately upon entering the showroom. After going on our first test drive and having Wesley and GM Curtis show us the benefits of both the Ford Eco-boost V6 turbo-charged engine and the newly updated Ford Sync interactive system, my wife and I were sold on the new Ford Explorer Sport. I estimate we saved $15,000 over some of the European competitors, and with that purchased a Ford extended warranty which covers our new Explorer to 7 years or 100,000 miles. The Olathe Ford staff was never pushy and honestly ... the Explorer literally sold itself. We were pre-approved with our local bank on a great rate, but they ended up even getting us better financing terms with one of their banks out of Wichita !! I can't say enough about Olathe Ford, the staff, the new Ford lineup ... and best yet, we were able to buy American. Thanks Olathe Ford !!!

I took my Mustang in because there was a thumping sound in the front end and a friend tolkd me there was something major wrong with the transmssion. Thye were very busy and it took about 2 hours before they could look at my car, but when they did, they came back and said that it had only been a wheel that was out of balance. I was on my way and spent only a few dollars.

During my last visit I was met by a representative as soon as I pulled up to the door who was extremely helpful and nice. I purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKX at this dealership, and they promosed to fix some minor cosmetic defects - but it has been over a week, and nothing has been done. The senior sales staff has been very rude and unavailable to assist with resolving this issue since the purchse was completed. It seems to me, that all they want is to get your check and signature and then ignore you and never follow-up aftewr the deal is inked.

I just bought a used Ranger for my son. Over the years I have purchased 3 other cars at Olathe Ford and it has been many years since I have had service done anywhere else. This is a great place. I recently purchased a newer used vehicle, and the process was smooth and low pressure. The Olathe Ford employees really seem to care about the customers. I recently needed a major repair and they took care of it very quickly and efficiently. The staff is incredible helpful and knowledgeable in all ways. They seem to be up to speed on everything on all their vehicles. The quick service lane is incredible popular and for good reason. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. This is the way a dealer should run. Compared to other dealers I had interactions with, it's as difference between night and day.

The most important thing to me when choosing a car dealership is how they treat women. I am a single woman & was car shopping by myself. Mark & the entire team I had interactions with were very respectful & did not treat me or make me feel like a dumb female who knows nothing. I went to another ford dealership the night before buying my vehicle from Olathe Ford & the salesman at that dealership treated me like a dumb female & argued with me; basically called me a liar at one point. Even if that salesman would have made me a better deal than Mark did, I would not have taken it. I will definitely refer friends & family members to Olathe Ford!!!!

I bought two cars in one month from Olathe Ford. The first, a new Mustang GT. It was totally laid back and I was given what I needed to make my decision to buy new. When we decided to trade in our second car, I shopped around, but ended up back at Olathe Ford for a new Explorer. The second experience was just as good. My whole family was there, the kids watched a movie and snacked on popcorn. I even got to catch some Final 4 action on the bigscreen. I highly recommend Olathe Ford.

I have been on this earth for 65 years and this car buying experience was the best by far !!! Salesman's knowledge and attitude was perfect, We received a fair price on our trade in and bought the car we wanted. Most important to my wife and me was that we didn't have to wait 8 hours to make a deal. Buying a car drives my wife nuts because of the chuck and jive during the process. NO chuck and jive here.

This time it was fun shopping for our Explorer. We were shown the features, how they worked, drove it and was not at all pressured to buy. Had good follow-up calls and after Wes kept serching for the exact SUV we wanted, he found it and we bought it. This was a non stressful deal and at our pace.

Our family has purchased 10 vehicles from Jim Player and Olathe Ford in the last 13 years (8 of them are ours alone!) and I can honestly say that we will never purchase a Ford or Lincoln from any other dealership. They are responsive to your needs and will make car shopping a pleasant experience. Jim is a true asset to the dealership and is very personable, not at all high pressure.

Olathe Ford was great, Jim listened to what we wanted and was a great help! I was leary of going to another Ford dealership after my previous experience but was so happy that we went into Olathe Ford! I was not talked down to one time, unlike at the other dealership. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and helpful, I would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

I will never, ever, ever go back to Olathe Ford or recommend them to anyone. In fact, I tell people to stay as far away from them as possible. My husband was approved online through Ford Motor Credit for much more than the Explorer we wanted cost. Well, my Pontiac Aztek was on its last leg, so we decided to see if we might be able to get two vehicles. We went to Olathe Ford and told them what we were looking at doing. They looked at my husband's trade in and gave him the numbers. It looked like we were going to be able to get my vehicle too. Perusing the lot, we found a really nice Kia Sportage with low miles at an excellent price because of hail damage. Of course, they had to look at my Aztek to see what they could give me for trade in. They asked us to come back the next day at 5:00. My husband took time off work and made the 40 mile trip, only to find out that the salesperson was not there. Not only that, they sold the Kia. Now, I understand we didn't have a contract or a deposit on the Kia. However, they could have at least called to tell us it was sold and that the salesman was not going to be there. We were not even offered an apology. However, I guess I can thank Olathe Ford for their horrendous customer service because we ended up buying two beautiful SUVs at Bob Allen Ford where we received a far better trade in, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service.

I've purchased quite a few cars. The best, smoothest, most reasonable excperience that I've been through was with Olathe Ford. I tried to work with several local dealers in Wichita, but got nowhere. I found Olathe Ford online and within 3 timely phone calls I had a deal. I drove 180 miles to find the vehicale to be just as stated if not better! I recommend Olathe Ford to all.

My dad was looking for a used pickup and was not able to find anything he liked in his home town in North Central Oklahoma. I started to look around the Kansas City area and checked at Olathe Ford Outlet. I met Jason Beers and ulitmately my father ended up buying a 2004 Silverado from them. Jason was great to work with and followed up several times once my dad back in Oklahoma. An example of the customer service that we experienced was that once my dad was home, he noticed that the cd player didnt work. Most used car lots probably would not have done about it, however Olathe Ford Outlet and Jason had it fixed for my dad. Through that act, they have gained a customer and I will look at buying from them in the future.

My Husband and I went into Olathe Ford and bought a 2012 F150 Crew Cab. The service the salesman, Jason Beers gave us was great. We did not feel pressure to buy something we did not want. What was also nice to see at a car dealership was if he did not know the answer 100% he did not just make a guess he found out the answer and got back to us. The Finance group was great as well going over everything and making sure that we understood and did not have any questions. The service depart was amazing on getting all the options added that we wanted and we did not have to wait weeks to get it done. Overall I would encourage anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Olathe Ford and work with Jason Beers.

My wife Jessica and I were looking for a used car, we came across some a car at Olathe ford on the internet. It was a 2006 Pontiac Torrent. So we made a trip up there to take a look at it, sadly they had already sold it. But we told them what we were looking for and what our price range was, they took us out to the lot to show us around, right away we fell in love with 2001 Toyota Highlander. We met with Jason Beers, he sat us down, went over all our options. He listened to what we were wanting and he nailed it right on the head with this one. He was very friendly, it seemed like he was working for us the buyer and not just trying to get his commission. He made it a very good buying experience for my wife and I. I first contacted Olathe Ford by email and I was pleased with their prompt response and competitive price. After exchanging several emails and telephone calls, I visited the dealership and was even more pleased when everything was exactly as described. I have since returned for the ffirst 2 oil changes and everything is still great.

THe salespeople at Olathe Ford were great about answering my questions and helping me find the right car. I love my Fiesta with its 40 miles per gallon.I returned to the Quick Lane for my first oil change (free!) and foud those people to also be great to work with.

This dealership used to have an excellent service department. BUT NOT ANYMORE.Two to three years ago that changed - I feel like they must have hired somebody from Bob Allen Ford, which also has a terrible service department. They fail to do such things as check tire pressure during routine oil change service, we have even left the dealership after an oil change and have then had oil leaks. Now they charge an $89 diagnostic fee that does not apply to repair, nor do they refund the charge when the diagnostics do not fix the problem.Twice now I have been called by Olathe Ford to rate my experience after the service was performed. Twice I expressed my unhappiness and was told the Service Manager, somebody Munson, would call me back within 24 hours. Never happened.Basically, we can't trust them to do what they say they will do, and they charge for services not provided.We're moving on to another shop.

I just bought a new Focus from Olathe Ford because they were so helful. The slaemen took the time to find out what I wanted and to help me select the one that was best for me. They didn't have the perfect car, but instead of trying to get me to take what they had, they found the right car at another dealership and got it for me.

I have never had such a wonderful buying experience at a dealership before. The people at Olathe Ford are so friendly! I didn't feel like they just wanted to sell me a car and then forget me. I have bought two vehicles from them and will probably buy all my future cars from them as well. The first time I went in the salesperson, Brian took his time helping me find just the right vehicle for my needs. It took a couple of visits to find just the right one. Sam helped me with the financing and he was great! He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Then they called me a few weeks later to make sure that everything was going ok and see if I had any questions about my new car. Everytime I go in for service people remember me. I had never had a more pleasant buying experience before. I am a fan of Olathe Ford!!

I am so happy with the service I received at Olathe Ford. Being a single female, I have always been a bit intimidated when having to have my car serviced. I have always feared going to the dealership for service as I know absolutely nothing about cars. Matt made me feel like he really cared about my car's problem. He was very friendly and came to give me updates in the waiting room while they were checking on my car. They even had muffins in the waiting room! I ended up having to leave my car overnight to have it fixed but Matt kept me informed by phone. I now always go to Olathe Ford to have my oil changes as well as major repairs. I have found I can depend on them to let me know what I need - I have finally found a place I can trust to take care of my vehicles needs. I no longer fear going to the repair shop!!

I've had experience with Olathe Ford on a new purchase and service of an existing vehicle and have been impressed by their level of service, quality, and focus on customer satisfaction with every interaction. Their service department makes it easy for me to bring the vehicle in, get back to work, then return to pick up my vehicle after service. The work is quality and the cost is reasonable. When I bought my new Lincoln MKX, they worked with me to select all the options to meet my needs and then they found the vehicle with all the required features. They were prompt in getting it prepped and delivered. They helped arrange excellent financing options and they followed up several days after delivery to make sure all my questions were answered. I definitely recommend using Olathe Ford for any and all Ford & Lincoln purchases and service.

I have bought alot of cars over the years (approx 40- I come from a FORD family and we always bought new cars). I can honestly say I've been in over 20 dealerships. Olathe Ford is by far the BEST.They are friendly, treat customers amazing. They are very fair in pricing/repairs. I have bought my last 8 cars from here and will not shop anywhere else. I also take my cars to get all service work done at this location. I can't say enough about how much I trust this dealership. Great Experience!!

I liked this dealer when I was shopping for my new Edge, but another dealer had the one I wanted and I bought there. Unfortunately, that dealer didn't tell me how to work all the comouters in my new Ford. I stopped into Olathe Ford on my way home from work to ask a question and the salesman took nearly an hour to teach me how to opperate sync.

When i purchased my Lincoln i was looking for a better than average purchase experience, as i had visited many other stores in the past and came away feeling like i was just the 'deal of the day' and felt that the after the sale customer service would be lacking. But after a friend recommended Olathe Ford - Lincoln, I must relate that the sales experience was superb and after having my other vehicle serviced there for tires and other related services, I feel that this dealership deserves something in writing to support the way it treats its customers.

I went to Olathe Ford as I made the rounds of Johnson County Ford Dealers. At the two other dealerships, I felt immediately pressured to commit to things I wasn't ready to do. The staff was very patient and the Sales Manager at Olathe Ford couldn't have been more helpful.I just wish they were located a little closer to Missouri so I could return for my routine maintenance.
