Carlos Solis just helped us get another Toyota and it went smoothly, quickly, and safely due to everyone wearing masks. He found us a car we love and we'll be back at Olathe Toyota the next time we need a new car. As it turns out, we found ourselves in the market for another new car and this time Mason McGraw helped us out. He led us to exactly the vehicle we wanted and helped us get the deal we wanted on a trade-in as well. He made the whole thing easy and enjoyable.

I have multiple concerns regarding the inspection process they go through for when selling used cars. Bought a used 2017 Shelby Mustang and was told the car was absolutely perfect. The sales manager said the rear tires didn’t match because of an alleged nail in one of the tires so they were replaced. Got it home and started pulling chunks of rubber out of the wheel wells and behind the exhaust, so a nail may have been there, just after a massive burnout that would have rendered the previous set of tires unusable. Three weeks after I took ownership, the whole entire AC system blew and it’s requiring a $2700 repair and the warranty just so happened to expire 2 months ago. The rear bumper also wasn’t fitting properly (something I’ll admit not noticing when walking around the car). Either I have the worst luck, or the car wasn’t inspected well, and I was mislead. I understand used cars can’t be covered unconditionally, or the dealer would be on the hook for every car that breaks, but after paying top dollar for a Shelby GT350, I thought we would have some solutions to consider. Especially when they want to create long time relationships to get people to coming back. After scraping rubber off the bottom of my car for over an hour and now forking out an additional $2700 just to get the car back to working condition, I can’t say I will be eager to return. Update: Was asked to call Customer Service so we could work on a solution. Upon doing so, I was told they stand behind their inspection and there is nothing that can be done for me. So having me call customer service was nothing but a waste of time for both of us.

We had a great car buying experience with Christian at Olathe Toyota! He spent a lot of time answering our questions while we compared vehicles. When we decided to make an offer, he was wonderful at helping us get a very fair deal. Christian was such a nice, non-pushy salesman and so was the rest of the Olathe Toyota team. We highly recommend Christian and this dealership!

Detailing service not done right - dropped the car for detailing, I got a call to pick it up to find the car was half done. The service desk were nice and asked to leave it another day. When I picked it the next day the detailing much better, took a quick look drove it back home and while driving I noticed seats were not cleaned from the sides.

Peter Romano helped my 20 year old daughter buy her first car. He did a great job and really listened to her needs , what she was looking for and what she could afford. He got her a great deal. Great company! Great customer service!
