The van had a very strong smell of urine and bowel. There was obvious signs that it also had not been cleaned or serviced in awhile. The van needs a front end alignment and shook violently. We rented this van for a six hour and thirty minute trip for almost $600. When we called to notify the owner of the issues she yelled through out the entire conversation. When the driver of our group asked if he could talk she hung up in his face. If I could rate this business one star I would have. There is a saying " out of the mouth of babes". This means children will tell the truth no matter what.

Purchased a 2017 truck online and had it shipped to my home. The sales person James said the truck had no issues and everything worked. Once received the truck had obvious oil leak. photos were taken and sent to Old Country Auto. After driving the truck for 130 miles the check engine light came on and I was advised to take it to a GMC dealer. The GMC dealer pulled the code and the truck needs the injectors replaced costing 4 to 5 thousand. After a week of trying to work with Old Country Auto they told me there is nothing they are going to do for this issue. I have less than 300 miles on this truck that I was told had no issues and now I have 5 thousand dollars of repairs. Not Happy and would not recommend. The truck also had several other issues like the radio antenna is not connected so no radio stations can be played, the wireless phone charger does not work. The dealer misspelled my name on the title ect...

If you thinking about renting a van do not go here because we had to deal with a pee smell for 3 days when they said the vehicle had been cleaned along with water leaking in our shoes from the air conditioner and a radio that stop with every bump. We will stick with Enterprise from now on because 3 days of pee pee seats and heat make for one horrific vacation

I had a very frustrating experience trying to make a purchase. Your salespeople shouldn't keep you from making a sale. I would not recommend trying to deal with this place.

I like this place. Didnt buy my car there as I suppose my budget was too tight, or their vehicles too nice, but the salesman was very nice and not pushy.

Inquired about a car they had on the lot. I was willing to drive from Michigan for the car. I sent an email asking about it. The response I had was less than enthusiastic. The salesman replied with a generic email that stated "The 62 Lincoln is still available, More details on website." I did not respond to the email and simply gave up on that venture.

Drove 3 hours on a Saturday to do business with these guys. After getting there, the vehicles wasn't on the lot so we went in to ask about it. Owner seemed like an alright fellow but the told me they had been letting someone drive the truck for a week to see if they wanted to buy it. They called the person and of course they're going to say they're going to buy it when you tell them people are there wanting to see it. You think if someone drove that far with the intent to do business with you then you would at least give them the chance to see the vehicle and make an offer. Instead, we got turned away because the other person said they may come in later the next week and buy it. All I could think was, you're turning away a sale for a maybe? As we were leaving they said they would call us if the vehicle didn't sale. Vehicle's still for sale and never got a phone call. Sales guys need to learn the meaning of the phrase "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush".

There are no finer folks in the car business than the guys at Old Country Auto. They are honest as the day is long, they stand behind their vehicles, they go out of their way to be helpful - even after the sale. You'll get a great price and you don't have to worry - they will make it right. We've bought many cars from Old Country Auto, my father, mother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law and most of our friends have too!

This was an excellent buying experience. I did not feel like the salesperson was trying to get over on me. They were very helpful with questions concerning the car. I will purchase from them again.
