Neil is the BEST at finding exactly what you want in a pre-owned vehicle. We trusted him to find the perfect car for our Mother who needed an older model that she would be comfortable driving. Made a purchase with the dealer, and signed a contract Came back the next day to pick-up the car and they raised the price and would not let me have the car. I refused to pay the price hike and they did give me back my money. I felt what they did was unethical and only made me wonder about how ethical this car dealer is.
