Zak with finance made this experience for me. James and Travis in Sales were also very helpful. Zak made me feel so comfortable, especially as a first time car buyer. He was willing to have my mom on speaker with me throughout the whole process. I didn't realize how much went into it, and I got quite overwhelmed in the finance room. He was able to walk me through the process calmly, and made me feel like he genuinely had my best interest at heart. A huge round of applause for Zak and the O'Meara Team.

Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Our sales person, Jacob, was extremely slow. We would ask certain questions and he would sit by us and say "ill get that answered for you" and then wouldn't move until we repeated our need over again. We test drove a car and really liked it. We asked about extended warranty options and he said the only way to find any cost/pricing information was to talk to the finance person, but to talk to him, we had to sign 10000 papers - which i thought was odd and not a great experience. The finance person was 100x worse than Jacob. We walked in there after repeatedly telling them we didn't know if we wanted to purchase the car and he presented us with a deed of sale immediately. We asked about the warranty again and couldn't get a clear answer. I know car experiences are never THAT amazing, but this was the worst I've ever seen. After being pushed by everyone and being stuck in the dealership for over 5 hours, we just got our first car payment bill and the finance guy totally hid all the facts/figures from us. We asked him multiple times what the costs and loans would be and he was sneaky and manipulative. I would never recommend anyone going here to buy a car.

I purchased a 2011 Jetta on Tuesday. Promises to make certain repairs were not kept. No one called me to update status of repairs. Picked up four days later and repairs were not even made . They didn’t even put tags on my car. So much for service after the sale. Buyer beware! UPDATE: spoke to sales manager, Scott, and he is addressing all issues so I am hopeful that everything will be resolved to my satisfaction. Raised my review from one to four stars based on that communication.

the dealership initially agreed to a fixed price on a car and after the weekend went to get the car the said they want $800 more. General Manager claimed that the sales rep had no right to agree to the price that was offered by my 18 year old son. This was binding verbal agreement but they have no intentions on keeping their word. He tried to pull together all his funds in order to get this car after looking for two months found this car he liked. I feel like they aren't looking to keep customers but to take advantage due to their greedy nature. Not a business I would recommend to buy your next car. Keep looking at other dealers. This place clearly has no moral grounds.

I was referred to Ron Smith about six years ago when I lived in Denver and needed to do a trade on a vehicle and purchase another. I'm not fond of car deals they're long and exhausting. I feel like the sales people know far more then I do. So I was glad that I went to Ron Smith for this deal. He was patient and informative explaining each part of the process to me. When we talked about the trade he showed me some figures and explained that the dealership had to resell the car. I don't fault anyone for being in business. He treated me fairly and I walked away feeling like I was respected, listened too and got a fair deal. Usually when it comes to car sales people or mechanics, I think to myself this person acts like this is a one shot deal and maybe with some it is. But I want to do business for years to come. So when it was time to purchase my latest car I went to Ron even though I live in California. My friends that referred me to Ron still do business with him as well. Same expert knowledge and professionalism. It was not cost effective for me to purchase from out of state but I'm glad I know a sales person that could help me reach that decision. Thank you Ron Smith! Doing business with you is a win for everyone involved.

I currently went to Omeara Vw to look for a used car , my sales person was Sergio, He took care of me, he was kind and he made sure i felt comfortable. While i was there he showed me what cars i could get, i looked at the cars once i saw the one i liked he showed me what i would pay a month and also he worked out a down payment for my car which i got the same day. If i choose to get another car i would go to O'Meara Vw.

I currently went to Omeara Vw to look for a used car , my sales person was Ron Smith and I just want to say they have a secret weapon down there this guy was awesome , he was funny and helped me understand all my circumstances , I told him I was waiting on my taxes before I made my purchase , he told me no problem and still helped me out the last two dealerships I visited before Omeara basically left me stranded in the parking lot , I expect my taxes back anytime now , and already know where I'm going right back to Omeara vw !

I had some credit problems and was getting turned down everywhere. Not only that, to make matters worse, I was getting treated poorly. I'm an executive of a company but had some things happen in my life that created some financial discrepancies. Being treated right is mandatory for me to feel comfortable with my buying decision's. Anyway, I worked with a fellow name, Ron Smith or smit, cant remember exactly, but he went way above and beyond. Not only that but he was methodical and executed his plan for getting me approved accurately. His manager was confident in me obtaining an approval and leaving with a car that way. I felt like a customer, and not a dollar symbol. I just want to thank the guys at Volkswagen for going above and beyond. You guys rock!!

I just purchased a 2003 Volkswagon Beetle Convertible from here about a week ago. The dealership was not your typical pushy sales experience. The gentleman who helped me out was Ron Smith. He was helpful in getting me where I wanted to be on a vehicle as well as highly knowledgable. Easiest and most comfortable buying experience I have ever had so far in the car business. I came to Omeara after quite a bit of research on new Volkswagen models. I was greeted promptly by a hound man named Adam Armenta. I made it clear I was only looking to drive a few models and wouldn't be making a decision until December. Adam was very helpful and answered my questions as we compared the 2014 and 2015. I am certain I'll be buying a Volkswagen before the end of the year and I know it will be at Omeara.

As in update to my previous comments from the other day the issues we had are being resolved as we speak due to the help of O'Mara VW's GM. He has been very helpful and apologetic for our experience and has assured me steps are being taken to insure customers satisfaction thank you.

Bought a car from O'meara. Was at the dealership for hours. Part of the deal was to get in dash navigation installed and a DVD player. Came to pick up the car. They ordered the wrong part for the navigation and the DVD player didn't work. We got threatened by one person in the place. Got told by two people we could have a loaner vehicle but when I brought it up we get told me can't get one. Such a mess! Wouldn't go there if possible.
