Friendly staff. These guys are the real deal. They are professional, friendly, responsible, respectful, honest and demonstrated that they genuinely were looking out for my best interest. I had a terrible experience with Preferred Auto Credit which is located across the street. Preferred Auto Credit used to be called 1 Stop Auto Loans. DO NOT CONFUSE 1 Stop Auto Mall with 1 Stop Auto Loans. They are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! I was completely nerve wrecked going into 1 stop auto mall and the staff was so reassuring and helpful. What took other dealerships almost two months to do, they were able to accomplish in a couple of hours. I can genuinely tell you that this place is where you should go. Buyer beware of cheap imitations. This is a REAL dealership.

No prices or info on cars at all. All of the vehicle inventory was very dirty. I walk the lot for 5 minutes and nobody came. The one card that I did want to see it wasn't very bad shape but look excellent online. The car even had a big oil leak I noticed it right away I don't know how they didn't.

Being the first time I purchased a car from a dealership, I was a little intimidated that they would up sale me, but the salesman weren't like that at all. They were very down to earth and offered very fair deals. I bought my Lexus IS 250 about 6 months ago and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase.

Stopped in to look at their Range Rover, ended up driving away in a gorgeous 2009 Mercedes e350 amg for a super good price. Allan the finance manager made us resign a new deal when he found us a better interest rate and saved us some money. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and plan on coming back to them for my next car

Purchased a 2007 BMW 328i from this dealership. I love the vehicle. Price was right and i left with a great feeling. Definitely different compared to other used car dealerships. Sales were not pushy what so ever. I went back home then thought about what decision to make and decided to give it a go. Hopefully ill be back next year to purchase a nicer vehicle

Ill be looking to purchase a vehicle within a month or so when my insurance settlement check comes in, however i stopped by because i was interested in a few vehicles and i have to say that they were very helpful. What a waste of my time drove all the way from Tucson and to wait for 20min for help and then first question what's your credit like ?? Disrespectful and rude people here. Never buying here ever. Ps. In the 20min wait look under 3 cars and all 3 cars had oil leaking out wow be careful

I was looking for my first car when i stumbled across one stop auto mall. At first i was interested in a C240 Mercedes from a different dealership. Later finding out that the car i picked was way overpriced compared to the prices i found at this dealership. Their selection on vehicles are amazing! I was so glad that i did my research and decided to finally purchase a Mercedes E350. I love this car. So much more offered than the car i was considering at first and it was even cheaper. I can just continue writing of great things about this group...lol

Bought a bmw here and I guess I got what i paid for with these guys you can't. Win there always right long story short my 750li has a bad motor and BAD TRANNY an they won't take the car back.... After 13 days of owning they car I'm out a lot of money need help.
