Wonderful experience! This purchase was the best “car shopping” experience by far. Walt (salesman) is a great guy. Very patient, answered all my questions, without any pressure set me up for a test drive. I still can’t believe that i was driving my new car back home only an hour after i waked in the dealership! Walt organized everything during that time. Car has been washed/detailed, put new tags on, even paired my phone with the vehicle while I was taking care of the paperwork with Conor(manager). Conor explained everything about the lease and finished the required paperwork in literally less then 20min. That’s how’s done. On a way out, Walt was waiting for me with 2 sets of keys with 2 nice “Nissan” key chains. This is just a few words how nice and easy the whole experience was… Guys, thank you again for everything and you definitely made another long term customer! P.S. I had a great experience buying my new Rogue from O'Neill Nissan. This is my 4th Nissan, but my 1st experience at this dealership. I wish I had gone there before. Our salesperson, Darryl Smith, was the best salesperson I've dealt with when buying a car. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything (the sales process, the pricing, every feature of my new car). We also had a great experience with your finance manager. O Neil dealer is a very good place to do business. Unlike other dealers which try to annoy you when you look at the cars if you ask the O Neil sales person to let you just look at the cars alone they will (BIG PLUS)! However when it came down to purchasing a car Max Hamilton get an A+. He was very friendly, informative, professional, as well as down to earth and understanding our needs and concerns. Every question we had he was able to answer with joy and he knew his stuff. With Max, we were able to work out a deal and purchase the car in no time! Simply put the people of O Neil nissan are very friendly and they want to sell you car not just for commission but because they know you will be driving the car and you must love the price and car to get it which you will at O Neil nissan.

I've been coming to this place since 2004, I purchased both my cars here and I also get them fixed here until one day I got a bill saying that I owed money from the difference of what my insurance company had already paid. I thought that that was what the adjusters were for. They quoted the amount and cut the check and I was hit with a 400.00 bill. Well, needless to say I have not returned after speaking with the ladies in the office about this and them telling me I would have to speak with Tom. Unfortunately working hours didn't allow for that to happen. I would recommend family and friends because before all of this I never had a problem.

These folks are GREAT.Justin took great care to review a used vehicle I wanted to purchase. The Frontier had low miles but had two accidents.Both the body shop and the the service department went over the truck.They all but told me "don't buy this vehicle".When I returned the truck to the used car dealer he all but clasped. He could not believe all the problems they uncovered.If the Great All Mighty created a better place to do business "She" kept it to herself.Many thanks.Regards,Frank

We drove for 2 hours because they had a good selection of pre owned cars at good prices. We arrived around 7:30 to look at the vehicles in the inventory and went with a 2014 Maxima. Ed D priced the car to sell, Thom L did a great job showing us the vehicles in stock, and Thom B took care of the paperwork to enable us to drive home in our Maxima. They stayed late (we left there ~10:30) and were accommodating to us to sell us the car we wanted. We are very happy with our low mileage pre owned car!

I worked with Thom Leibowitz and Ed Deardon and got a very fair deal and they made all repairs that I asked of them. Connor Stockes was the finance guy and had South Jersey roots and really made the numbers including the warranty make sense. Thom and Connor and Max all have an exceptional attitude and are willing to help the customer. Hope there service and treatment of me and my car in the future is as good as it was a time of purchase. I began my journey of buying a new car approximately one week ago. As I sealed the deal today, I bought my first 2015 Nissan Pathfinder after driving a 2009 Buick Enclave for 6 years. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Ed Deardon, who is the used car manager gave me a great trade deal. Donna Mechmann the sales manger worked very hard too in order to make the deal happen. Thom Leibowitz did the leg work and selling of the vehicle in addition to running through the operation of the new car. He was very thorough and very kind. Thom also made sure that I had my first service scheduled before I left. Finally, Tom Baird who took care of the financing was also very helpful and made the financial part of the deal very painless. I just want to thank all those at O'Neil Nissan for making this day a great one for me.

I Leased my 2015 Nissan Frontier SV from ONeil Nissan in Warminster, PA. A few weeks after I purchased my truck I noticed one of the clips that held my rubber molding on the rear passengers door was broken. I didnt want to waste 2 days taking my truck to get the part and getting it replaced. So I purchased the part and installed it myself. But I could not ever figure out how it broke, A few months later I was hand washing my truck and I notice there where specs in my paint on the passengers side rear door. I called ONeil Nissan service and was told to bring the truck in and they will look at it. I brought my truck in and the Head of the Body Chop told me, my truck was damaged when it came in and it was just a scratch and they fixed it, but some dust got into the paint and they would fix it and bring it back after Labor Day. I dropped my truck off and the Body shop did the work in 3 days and I was called to come get my truck. I picked it up at night and didnt get a good look at the repair. Two days later, I gave the repair a good look over and it was worse!!! I had 2 runs in the clear coat, 1 had marks where the tape line was not blended and I also took notice to the inside of my door and Realized the door Skin has been replaced cause I can feel how the door skin seam was hammered and not machine applied. So now I contact Nissan about this and they contacted the dealer, and so did I. The body shop asked me to bring my truck back in and they now admitted that my door skin was replaced. So, how much damage was really done to this truck?? Oh by the way this Truck was sold as a NEW Truck with all this damage done to it!!! So now I am leasing a new truck that has more damage to in than some cars on the road for 10 years. I contacted Nissan and they said since it was a Dealership issue and not a manufacturer flaw, I have to take it up with the Dealership!! SO NEXT TIME YOU BUY A NEW CAR CHECK IT OVER LIKE A USED ONE, OR END UP LIKE ME WITH A TRUCK THAT HAS MORE PAINT WORK THAN A 10 YEAR OLD CAR!!!!

O'Neil Nissan came through in the End. Extremely wonderful experience. I called and told Rob I wanted to lease a Black Nissan Altima, I showed up and the car was sitting waiting for me and it was beautiful. I went inside and signed, all took about 20 minutes. No haggling, Rob was a straight shooter and took all the stress out of the process. I'll be back to see him when this lease is up.

Thom, my salesman was so laid back and relaxed. Nothing phased him at all even when he knew I was looking at other dealerships. Fun person to deal with. Maggie, who completed the final numbers was so sweet and accommodating. The two of them were just so pleasant and friendly to deal with. I thought they gave me their honest opinion when I asked them a question about a feature. Tom in finance was very upfront and straight forward when talking about extended warranties. I think he advised me in a very candid way what I could do to protect my investment i.e my new car. I would highly recommend O'Neils because they are not a giant dealership and are willing to work with you on price if you do your homework/research.

Fantastic staff and technicians. Everyone is always so friendly and truly makes you feel right at home. Prices are reasonable and they are always very honest, which is hard to find. They never try to push you into anything and really take the time to explain every detail and option to you. Definitely my favorite place to take my car for repairs or just an oil change. I recently just leased a brand new 2015 Altima S special edition package From O'Neil Nissan in Warminster PA. Tom Baird and Bill O'Neil and Ed Dearden were very professional and helped me get into a brand new car of my liking. I was in a terrible position with my previous vehicle and all three of them took the time to listen to me and understand what I was trying to accomplish. Soon as I walked into the facility I felt very welcomed. The process was painless and the vehicle looked amazing when I finally was able to drive off. It was fully detailed and gassed which I always look for when picking up a new car. A++ in my eyes and I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to purchase from O'Neil Nissan.

I got great service from O'Neil Nissan in Warrington Pa. Joe Grossman who is in charge of the internet service hooked me up with Thom Leibowitz in sales and they sold me a great 2012 Nissan Leaf. Thom Baird in finance got me a zero interest loan through Nissan to pay for my car. They even cut me a new key because my car only came with one key. Thom Leibowitz was there to answer any question I had about the Leaf. and he even called the next day to make sure everything was okay. It was an enjoyable experience to say the least. I would recommend O'Neil Nissan to any of my friends when they want to purchase a car.

I have been purchasing cars from O'Neil's for over 30 years. There have been little cars (Pulsar), there have been big ones (Armada), there have been fast ones (Maxima) and fuel efficient ones (Altima). Throw in a couple of Quests when the kids were little and a Murano when they got bigger. It did not matter which one, they all ran great and if there was a problem they fixed it fast and reasonable. A couple of employees are extra great in going far and above the expected level of service, but they are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I get prompt and fair deals when I buy and when it you take your car for regular service, they back it up no matter what. When Thom could not find the Rogue we wanted in stock, he teamed up Ron Navara, to find and trade for the Rogue we wanted. Finally. Tom Baird, the finance manager made the paperwork as painless as possible.

This was my first time purchasing my own car. I bought a used 2008 Honda CRV. My salesmen Thom walked me through the process, allowed me to test drive the car several times before I made the purchase and even allowed me to take it to my mechanic to get it checked out before the purchase was made. All in all, he made the car buying process simple and easy. The only thing I did not appreciate was the financial manager pushing the different dealership, provided car insurance policies on me. That was a bit of pain. Other than that, the customer service was good.

We have dealt with O'Neil Nissan and Tom Leibowitz since 2006 when we got our first Altima. It was our second leasing experience, but our first with Nissan. What a much simpler and easier process they made for us that year, and every time since then. We have just leased our 4th Altima from them. As always, they care about what you want to have in your vehicle and work with you to see that you get it. Conor Stokes was very helpful this time with helping Tom crunch the numbers and work out a good deal including tire protection and oil changes for the extent of the lease. Donna Mechmann , the Sales Manager, as always checking to see that we are happy and answering questions if they arise. I would recommend this dealership and especially Tom Leibowitz to everyone. I was fed up with my current car dealership's attitude issues with every visit so I decided to get a new car. I did most of my research online at Cars.com. It was very easy to put various cars on a side-by-side . comparison webpage to see which had exactly what I was looking for. A real time saver. And the reviews of the dealerships played a big part in choosing where to consider buying a car. When I was ready to review my picks in person, I went to a number of dealers in the area including Mazda, Ford, Kia, Honda & Nissan. Since at this point I was not hooked on any one, specific model. After working with "good to so-so" dealers I finally stopped by O'Neil Nissan in Warminster, PA. I had a friendly conversation on the phone with Danielle first. She was very polite, patient & a nice intro to the dealership. When I went there in person, I first met Donna Mechmann. She is a Sales Manager there but took the time to help me since all her salespeople were busy with other customers. I never felt like I had to wait around for assistance (I had tried to squeeze in my visit during my lunch break). She was very well informed about the Nissan models I had chosen to consider & considerate of my time constraints. She also introduced me to Thom Leibowitz, who became my main salesman. He was great to work with. He took me for a test drive in a 2015 Juke I had chosen on their lot. But also let me know of other options such some low-mileage, dealer-certified Jukes they had a big discounts. I was tempted to pick one of them. But I really preferred the style of the latest model, even though the changes were minimal from last year's. His knowledgeable, no-pressure sales method won me over. He presented the facts & answered all my questions about the cars. And it was the only dealership I had visited where the salesman knew more about the car models, than what I had picked up in my online research. They even offered for me to take the new car with me back to work & bring it back at the end of the day, so i could spend more time driving it on my own. All were very accommodating. After visiting some other dealers to be sure of my choice; I was convinced that O'Neil's had their act together & they were the choice for me. Just as importantly they offered me great pricing on the new car & a generous offer on my trade-in. The entire process was pleasant & pressure-free. So when I returned (unscheduled) a few days later to actually buy the car; the place was very busy with other shoppers. It was the end of the month & the last days of a rebate offer; so I expected delays in getting helped. But again Thom, Donna & the team were polite & attentive in finalizing my purchase with me. Once I agreed with their offer, my new car was off to be washed & prepped. While that was happening, Thom introduced me to their service department. They seemed friendly too. Clean & neat there. But now the paperwork was ready to go to the final step; the finance department. At another dealership, when I bought my last car (a Toyota) I had a pushy, high-pressure finance guy. So i was sort of expecting the same here. It's the final chance for a dealer to get you to tack on as many extras as possible before you sign the financing papers. But that was not the case here. Here I met the finance manager, Conor Stokes. He was the opposite of everything I had experienced at my previous dealers. Super-fast & organized, but also took all the time I needed to explain clearly all the numbers involved. He showed me optional coverage & which choices would be good, which would be bad for me (I only keep a car about 3 years) & why. I was totally comfortable & clear with the details in the paperwork. Again no pressure, just an offer of options & info to help me make the best choice. My thanks to Thom, Donna, Conor and Danielle for their help. I would highly recommend O'Neil Nissan to anyone looking for great service, great price and no-pressure sales.

I was trying to buy out my lease (Thru Faulkner), but they were horrible, so I thought I'd try O'Neil, I called and spoke with Connor Stokes who was terrific. Just began a new lease of a 2015 Pathfinder (traded in a 2011), from O'Neil Nissan on Friday 6/5/15. My experiences at the O'Neil Nissan Dealership has always been very pleasant, and I take great comfort in knowing I'm a big part of the Nissan family. I've been leasing Pathfinder's since 1997 where I came across the best Salesman (Thom Leibowitz) anyone could ask for. Thom has now leased me a total of 6 Pathfinder's, because I love them so much :-) and Thom has even sold my Son (Thomas) a Pre-Certified Owned 2010 Nissan Altima in 2012. Thom Leibowitz helped me with getting my Altima a couple years ago and I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience. I have to say everyone was attentive and responsive to my questions. I did not feel high pressure to finance or take additional warranties. Conor Stokes has high energy but not high pressure when it comes to additional packages for the car. I have had great service on my 2002 Nissan car by ONeil. I had expert help from Maggie, Fred, kitty and Maggie(2) in the service department. Tom Leibowitz was the sales man for my new 2015 Altima. I found him straight forward and caring that I get the exact car I wanted in the price I told him I could afford... My only complaint isit took too long. I made an appointment at 11 AM and drove off the lot at 3:45. 5 hours is too long. If there was a way to be pre-approved for financing and to choose all the packages before I come in to the show room... So all I have to do is test drive, and spend 1 hour actually buying the car would be a better experience than 5 hours. There must be some way to speed up the process. Other than that the entire experience was good.

I dealt with Donna Mechmann, Sales Manager at ONeil, and was thoroughly impressed by her courtesy and professionalism. She returned my calls promptly, didnt pressure, and was friendly and straightforward. There were no gimmicks and hidden costs. When I decided to lease my Leaf elsewhere at the last minute (an unexpected offer came in from a dealer much closer to my home), Donna was very classy about it. Rather than making me feel bad about the time she had put in (I do feel bad about that), she went as far as to send a note wishing me good luck with the new car. I just got home with my 2015 Nissan Versa. I am more than happy with the customer service and the sales department. Especially with Donna the sales manager who helped me many times over the phone and in person. Donna gave me a great price for the Versa i purchased and a fair price for the car i traded in. Sales consultant Louis Kaiser saw me when I came in the show room and came over with a smile and hand shake and asked if I'm the one in to pick up the versa. Louis made my time there smooth and quick for me to be in my new car driving home. Donna also came over to me when she had a chance and was glad to see how excited I was purchasing my first new car. I have leased between 5 or 6 Nissan Altimas from O'Neil Nissan. In the past I visited other local dealers and there was no comparison. Thom Leibowitz at O'Neil has leased me my last 2 or 3 cars and he makes the process a pleasurable one. He even contacts me when there are good deals available. He has always had or would get me the Altima that I wanted. He even remembers what color and equipment I want. He also has gotten the price down, especially on the new 2015 Altima that I leased on February 27, 2015. I also found it a pleasurable experience working with O'Neil's Finance Advisor, Conor Stokes who explained the details and even offered me some extras. I have been dealing with this dealership for about 20 years and would not go anywhere else. They also offer great service and at reasonable prices. Their Service reps, especially Fred will not recommend a service that is not needed.

I had a friend come in from out of town with his new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder that he leased last July, 2014. When he arrived in Phila. he told me there was a bucking feeling when he was driving it.. I called O'Neill and spoke to Fred in your service Dept. and he was quite accomodating in telling us to bring the car to him and they will do the best they can for us.. We went up immediately and the car was diagnosed by the mechanic Chris and being the car needed a major part and had to be ordered, we left the car there, got a rental as my friend had to go back to NY where he works and would return to O'Neill when the car was fixed, which was explained to us would be this one day this week. You have a top notch service department and we are so greatful they were able to give us some answers and we are confident that all will work out for us this week. I went on line to try to find a quote on a Sentra.Linda Chafee not only gave me a quote but called me and set up a meeting that day. When we arrived it was a busy place, so I figured you were doing something right. My wife and children went for a test ride with Jerry Burke and came back looking for something with more bling in it. Jerry was able to make it work for just a few dollars more. Jerry told us we would be out in a hour which we were. Jerry placed us in the good hands of Conor stokes who explained our different options, we chose to go with the life time oil changes and the tire plan. I got a call on Monday that the car had been sold for a thousand dollars more to another customer. The owner said. " I feel sorry for you but you were not buying a sweater". A direct quote!!!! I must say this dealership has only the cleanest used cars you can buy. I met with Rob G. about a 2011 Maxima LOADED in absolute MINT condition and made a purchase. Very personable guy and one who is concerned about making things right for the customer. Bottom line is he made the deal happen fast. He was very transparent about the process and looked to make sure I understood everything that was happening each step of the way. One of the things about car buying that makes the process confusing and stressful is when customers don't understand their complete situation or the position the dealer is in when trying to close the deal. Rob and I both made sure we were clear and forthcoming with each other, and the deal went seamlessly. I received fair value for my Lexus trade in, and the made sure i left with exactly what i needed and ONLY what I asked for. I have had 5 Nissans, and this will be my dealer from now on. Bottom line, I will recommend them to friends and family. I drove up there from Delaware so what does that tell you!

It started with a search on Cars.com which led to a friendly and informative conversation with Joe Grossman, Internet Sales for ONeil Nissan. On Monday morning I decided to check out the Altima online...I put in what I was interested in and got results from various dealers. O'Neil Nissan came in the lowest, so I called them and spoke with Joe, the Internet manager. He was great and explained my various options. We went to the dealership at 11:30 that morning and he hooked us up with Thom, who showed us the car. We test drove it and loved it. We started the process of buying it, but had to leave for another appointment..when we got back to the dealership by 4:30 that afternoon, the car was prepped and ready to go. We signed papers with Tom, the finance guy, and drove off by 6pm with our beautiful new car! Everyone that we dealt with was wonderful. Great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly salesperson (Thom Leibowitz) made this the best car-buying experience of my life. My wife didn't have time to come with me to dealership to test drive car, so Thom let me drive the Leaf 7 miles to my house so she could test drive it around our neighborhood. (By the way, Thom came in on his day off at my request). Tom in the finance department got me great terms on a loan and gave me useful information about the Leaf since his son has had one for 3 years. Thom has followed up with me by phone and even stopped into my work to make sure all was going well. Three days after I bought the car I got an automated message from the owner Mr. O'Neil thanking me and telling me to call him if I had any questions or concerns. A few days later I had a question about the inspection sticker on my car, so I called the dealership and asked to be transferred to Mr. O'Neil's voicemail. To my surprise he picked up the phone and had someone call me back with an answer to my question within half of an hour. They are the only Nissan dealership in the area with a fast-charge station and they don't charge customers for the electricity. I highly recommend this dealership and the Nissan Leaf.

I recently bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from Thom at O'Neil. The service he provided was excellent. I am not a fan of hard sells, but he was not pushy at all. He told us the good points of his product and let us go look around at other dealers without trying to lock us into a sale before hand. We came late at night to finish the sale and mistakenly had chosen a 2015 to purchase. Thom went back to the lot, found us a comparable vehicle and had everything ready for us just before closing. I was very pleased with the process, and so far I am pleased with the car (it's only been a day).

I have been a loyal O'Neil Nissan customer since I bought my first 2010 Sentra in 2009. With every car I get the lifetime oil change package and so I am at the building often. Last week when I totaled my 2013 leased Sentra I immediately called O'Neil. Jerry answered my call and walked me thru the 'total' and gap insurance process. He was reassuring and promised to take care of me when I came in to buy or lease a new car. He offered to stay late or come in on his day off so that he could meet with me. When I came to the shop he crunched the numbers and talked me through the various features of each car. He had a great sense of humor and made the experience rather enjoyable. Connor assisted with the financing piece of the lease and he was also knowledgeable and thorough. Both men worked together with their manager, Donna, to find the right car within my budget. When I made my decision the manager shook my hand and thanked me for my loyalty. I have a Nissan dealership right up the street from my house in Montgomeryville but I drive to Warrington just because I enjoy the clean facility and staff so much at O'Neil.

We were greeted outside by an employee who quickly directed us to a salesperson nicknamed "T" who helped us select the vehicle we were looking for. On the first day, we were looking into a new Sentra, and T did find us a great trim that fit our budget and liking. We did go to other dealers later that day to keep our options opened. T called us the next business day to see how our car search was going. After about 1 or 2 days, we narrowed down our selection to 3 vehicles and actually preferred a larger option so on the 3rd day of revisiting the dealers, we decided to look into a new 2014 Altima. Throughout the whole process, T made sure we were comfortable, asked if we needed anything and we could tell he genuinely wanted to help us find the right car. In the end, we decided to go with the new 2014 Nissan Altima due to better pricing, rebates, and sale event. We went through the paperwork process and finance paperwork with Conor (Finance Manager) who made things pretty clear and transparent. He would work out the numbers with you so you can see what your preference is. If you do stop by O'Neil Nissan, then I recommend you ask for "T". The only thing I disliked just a little bit was that I wasn't allowed to take a copy of the paperwork home that had the numbers, such as financing, taxes, rebates, etc, on the vehicle we were looking into (while we were still shopping and had not settled on a vehicle yet). One thing I liked about another dealer was that they allowed me to take a copy of such paperwork home so I may use it for my decision making process. I would still recommend O'Neil Nissan.

I view buying a car only factionally more enjoyable than root canal surgery, however, the folks at Oneil Nissan have found a way to take the pain away. Their secret sauce is pretty simple, they negotiate in good faith and they honor the terms of the agreement. We have purchased a number of vehicles from Oneil and everyone of the transactions was handled very well. We have had only positive experiences with all the folks at the dealership and even better experiences with Donna who is the sales manager and Tom who runs the service department. We live over 700 miles from the dealership yet our confidence in Oneil is such that we prefer doing business with them.

I needed a pickup on short notice and saw one I liked on O'Neil Nissan's website. The problem was I lived 50 miles away in South Jersey. After trading pictures on email the owner was willing to deliver the truck to me for a test drive and purchase. It was the easiest auto purchase I ever made. Tom, the service manager, called me later to see if I was happy with it. I kept it 5 years, it never cost me a cent other than routine maintenance, and I later traded for a newer one. Overall, a great experience.

I brought a 2013 Nissan Leaf in December of 2013 from O Neil mainly because a 2014 Leaf was not released by Nissan till March of 2014. The buying experience was okay, Tom L. was my sales agent. Nissan released the 2015 Leaf in July, 4 months later without many changes to the 2013. I went back to O Neil to price my car and price out a 2015. Not only was the buying experience poor, (I lost a day at the dealership) they were off by about $2000 on my trade and $2000 more for the new one. It felt as though I was getting swindle. I went home did some research and ended up buying a car from another dealer for $2500 less and got $1500 more for my trade. I would not recommend O Neil to anyone from here on for this experience!

Last week, I noticed that there was a nail in my tire, which in turn punctured the side wall. Knowing that I probably needed a new tire, I drove to the Service Department bright and early, merely minuets after opening and was immediately greeted with smiles. Thankfully, when I purchased my car back in the Spring, Tom B. suggested that I also add the Wheel and Tire Warranty. Thank goodness I did! Definitely money well spent! I highly recommend it to anyone, especially knowing that this winter is predicted to be worse than last year! Not only did they put on a new tire but asked me if I would like to have my tires rotated as well since I was due for a rotation soon. All said and done, I was in and out in under an hour and was even able to make it to work on time! From Maggie in Express Service to the Service Advisors, Kitty, Tom and Fred and last but not least Tom O. the Service Manager, every member is truly an asset to the Nissan team at this dealership. While some people may look at having to get work done on their car as an inconvenience, I look at as peace of mind, knowing that my car will always be taken care of at O'Neil!

We had bought our Xterra from Oneil and liked our experience. We decided if the price was right we would buy a Rogue, We were successful in that. Our salesman Tom was very informative asto the workings of the car. Even when we sought his help for something a week or so later he was very helpful. The only thing that made me chuckle was when we received the robo call thankings us for buying from Oneil, which was fine until the voice "welcomed us to the Oneil family. As I previously stated this was our 2nd purchase from Oneil !

Just purchased our 3rd car from Oneil. They had a large supply of cars in stock and our salesman, Thom Leibowitz, helped us review the trim levels and options available so we could select our vehicle. Thom was helpful, but never pushy and helped us find the right car and the right deal. The paperwork was done before I picked up the car by Conor Stokes and that made the entire process painless. I would definitely recommend Oneil as a great place to purchase and service your car!

My buying experience began with a warm welcome from Joe Grossman, GM. My wife was in contact with Joe via email regarding a specific vehicle. We went in to see this vehicle and was introduced to Thom as our dealer. Thom Leibowitz was extremely courteous and attentive as he assisted me and another buyer. Thom was very informative regarding the car features. Thom made did everything possible to ensure a pleasant experience, even joking with the kids. The Finance Manager, Tom Baird, was very informative and explained every possible warranty available and those our specific vehicle might need. This was very helpful in final warranty decision. O'Neill is the.best!! This is the fourth car we have either purchased or leased from O'Neill. Donna, the sales manager is terrific to deal with. She is a great communicator, always tries to get you the.best deal possible and is committed to do what it takes to retain you as a customer. This time we traveled from South Carolina for my new Altima because the quote I received from Donna was $50-100 less than quotes I received in SC. The transaction was smooth and speedy once we arrived at the dealership. The service department, headed by Tom Olkowski, is top notch. Tom treats every car as if it were his own and he goes out of his way to accommodate his customers. We always have a positive, stress free experience when dealing with O'Neill. I cannot say enough about the excellent experience I had in my recent lease of a 2014 Murano. When I initially inquired online, Donna Mechmann answered me on a Sunday. She wanted to be sure it was the right time to get out of my current lease and get me the best possible deal on the new lease. I recently leased my first car and the process could not have gone better. Rob Salerno found me an amazing deal on a 2014 Altima and made the experience fun and easy. I have bought many cars before this but this was my first leased vehicle and had many, many questions. Rob patiently answered everything and really took the time to find out what I wanted. Tom responded within the hour of your store opening. He sent me links for the car so I could see it from my home first. His easy style and no hassle approach is what lead me to your dealership. I was a new buyer and was purchasing my first car. I was shown car and than came a across a 2006 Nissan Sentra and paid the sticker price of which is never the price people pay and there is always room for negotiations. Thanks. After about three months after purchasing the car the car would not start right away needed a new starter. Also the gas gauge did not work properly so I went back and they said that I should just count the milage to see when I should fill my car up. In about three years or I wanted to buy a second car and thought I.would give this dealership another shot by trying to my second car as I was trying to negotiate a price I was told to look.for a car in a dumpster. The other issue was the incorrect car fax is this car had a major accident and was not listed on the car fax I was given. I will never shop here again and I have told my family who.have been buying cars here to stop go else where. Your employees need to learn to respect and not take advantage of first time buyers.

For the second time, Thom Leibowitz helped me in purchasing a new car, and he is very caring and sensitive to the customer's needs. First, Thom explained the difference between all the Altima's and then he interviewed us in the showroom to determine our needs. Next, he only showed us cars that met our criteria and explained the difference between any option packages. Finally, we decided on a car and he took us on a test drive and stopped at an area to explain and use the electronic features. From here, we negotiated a price without pressure, and we drove off with our car and they filled the gas tank for us too. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Thom, Connor, and Donna in this purchase of our 2014 Altima SV and we plan on using O'Neil for all our service needs, because of their quality and fair pricing. Finally, this my fourth purchase at O'Neil Nissan and its this customer attention and service that keeps me coming back.

I'm thinking of changing to another Nissan dealer. Other Nissan dealers always have discount coupons. I really need coupons dealing with O'Neil Nissan. Their service is great but really expensive. I have been dealing with them since 2002 buying my first Altima from them. Love the car. Paid for oil change for life. Bought an 2012 Altima Coupe in the beginning of 2013. (Refuse to trade in my 2002 Altima because I had a buyer who paid much, much more for my 2002 with approximately 55,000 miles than Nissan was offering). I was told I couldn't get the lifetime oil change like I did with my first one. So....Since I have to pay for oil change everytime (3 months), I'm looking for coupons/deals. For the first 9 years I would not let anyone but Nissan touch my car when anything that needed to be repaired. I always say Nissans are great cars so you can imagine with approximately 55,000 miles, no accidents and I always get my oil change approximately 3-4 months I do believe Nissan help keep my car in shape. I'll still stick with Nissan but it does not specifically have to O'Neil if I can find "reasonable/cheaper service" fees.

I found my car online and contacted them for more info. They provided the information immediately, were not pushy but yet attentive. Thom showed me to my car, we took a test drive and slept on the decision for 24 hours. The entire staff made themselves available, provided excellent attentive service and the best part - I feel like I got the best deal in town. I've searched online, with car buying service and visited other dealers and no one had a deal like the one we received. Win - win all the way around. An added plus, I'm an old veteran and it was great to learn they had young veterans on staff!

I have purchased three vehicles in a row from O'Neil Nissan as they have been so good to me. My latest was a used Cube in January, 2014. Donna Mechmann, Sales Manager, was my salesperson for this transaction as well as for my previous one. Once again, it was a smooth, easy and non-stressful transaction. My credit was not the best, however, and there were some issues with getting a loan at a decent percentage rate. Both Donna and Tom Baird, Finance Director, went above and beyond, and even spoke with the loan representative at a local bank. They pulled a few strings to get me financed at a decent percentage based on my good payment history, in spite of my "fair" credit. This is the second car purchase in a row that these two individuals went to bat for me, finding me financing at a fair rate. The Service Department is top notch. I am always treated respectfully, and the work is always done correctly. Free shuttle service and a beautiful waiting area are a big plus.

I had a great experience at Oneill Nissan. The salesperson Chris Connolly was very helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles they had and how everything worked on the vehicles. The finance manager Conor Stokes was very helpful and able to explain the warranties with full detail. They were able to make my monthly payment affordable and I was happy when I left. They stayed 45 minutes past closing time so I could get the vehicle that night and not have to come back another day. Great Experience.

I researched a lot of cars on cars.com and found a Nissan I absolutely fell in love with. I contacted the dealer through the site and was contacted immediately by their online sales contact Lisa. I made an appointment to come in and a salesman, Bob, was waiting when I got there. We were able to test drive the vehicle and work out a deal within an hour. With the help of Connor I left with a bill of sale to take to my bank. I went back for the car today and it was detailed and waiting. My original salesman was out so Jerry helped to make sure I had no questions and even connected my phone to the bluetooth feature. He also made sure the car was gassed and ready to go. The process was quick and easy. Although the dealership is over an hour away I plan to turn when it's time for a new car.

The Finance Manager Conor made my dream reality when he provided me with an affordable montly payment. He went above and beyond by educating me on helpful tips to protect my car, and what warranties were absolutely necessary to keep my car in the best condition.The staff of Oneil Nissan was the first to not hound me or pressure me into making any immediate decessions. I don't give out 5 star ratings easily. However, I visited 8 different dealerships in the tri-state area, (3 of which were Nissan dealerships) and Oneil Nissan was head and shoulders above their competition. Oneil Nissan had a very comfortable atmosphere and was the only dealership that actually listened to my needs and went above and beyond to accommodate. They sold me the car that I wanted and not what was best for them. The young and energetic sales staff did not pressure me into making a decision and they seemed genuinely concerned about my needs. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of the dealership. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork, everything was organized and they did everything possible to expedite the process. I am very pleased with my decision to go with Oneil and they truly earned a life long customer.

The sales consultant and his sales manager were extremely helpful in working with me during the entire month I was looking and evaluating the automobile I wanted. The reason I chose to purchase the 2014 Pathfinder from O'Neil Nissan was the cooperation and professionalism of the sales personnel. The over riding factor and the most important reason was that I was never coerced into buying one of the cars on the lot. I had done quite a bit investigating and finding all the information for car and accessories that I wanted in the car. O'Neil's sales consultant, from my initial meeting with him, always said he would find the car I wanted. He never tried to sell me on a car I did not want. I went to several other dealers in the area and everyone of them tried to sell me a car that was on there lot which did not have the equipment I wanted on the car. I wish all the dealers were as professional and helpful as O'Neil Nissan people were. I would highly recommend O'Neil's to anyone.

My salesman Thom Leibowitz was a fantastic salesman and a pleasure to work with. With several years in the sales industry myself, I can appreciate someone who knows the sales process and follows it freely; with little to no effort, and makes you feel comfortable. He addressed all my concerns as they arrose and didn't dump-truck or go overboard on the pitch and close. His product knowledge on my particular vehicle was okay, but he is by no means a techy nerd who will know all the specs about the vehicles he is selling. In short, he is a old-school salesman: friendly and efficient and trustworthy to a fairly high degree.Compared to other dealerships I have purchased at before, the sales/contracting portion of the deal was a little less friendly and less coordial than I would have liked, but I guess at that point they already have you "yes" and maybe it doesn't matter too much. I think the sales management team could use a lesson in the rapport-building thier sales staff is so good at.I have been back twice since my purchase for minoe scheduled maintenance, and each time my salesman Thom has greeted me warmly and taken the time to see how things are going. The folks over in the service area are pleasant and great at working around my busy schedule to accomodate me individually.

From sales to service always a great and friendly attitude. Recently had an issue where I believe the paint was dinged during service and the service manager Tom OKowlski made it right. He corrected the problem in an efficient and timely manner. I still stand behind my choice to drive the almost 1.5 hour for the service and leave those central NJ Nissan dealers in the dust. I highly recommend O'Neil Nissan if you are in the market for a new or used Nissan or simply need a new car. Run don't walk!!!!!

The friendly and professional staff at O'Neil did everything in their power to make my purchase as efficient yet informative as possible. Before setting up an appointment I emailed a salesman, by the name of Connor, the general price range I would be able to afford as well as the ideal car I built on the user friendly "Build Your Nissan" website. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience than I received at O'Neil Nissan. The friendly and professional staff at O'Neil did everything in their power to make my purchase as efficient yet informative as possible. Before setting up an appointment I emailed a salesman, by the name of Conor, the general price range I would be able to afford as well as the ideal car I built on the user friendly "Build Your Nissan" website. We happened on Bill O'Neil quite by chance. One call and he was on the case to find a particular modekl and color that we just had to have. From the point he was engaged (without any commitment for us to buy), the experience was better than could be expected. He found the car in Florida. Took the risk that we would not like it and had it shipped to the dealership. We visited and loved what we saw. It was exactly as he described. From this point on through financing and delivery the service could not have been more seamless. Kudos to Bill and Connor for maing this the best car buying experience ever.

I bought my Nissan Versa from O'Neil Nissan in 2009. I had a great experience buying from them. I was even more impressed recently with the service I received while getting maintenance done on my car. My gas tank had a small leak that had to be repaired at the dealership. My warranty took care of the cost and getting a rental car from them was very easy. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. I got my car back within 24 hours!

I cant sing praises high enough for the people who work, manage, and own ONeil Nissan. Our family has purchased all of our cars there since 2007! Tom Olkowski the Service Manager is one of the main reasons we continue to be loyal customers! Tom and his service group are tremendous at customer service and attention to detail! The same can be said for the Sales Department where they do not pressure you into a sale. The owner, Bill ONeil is a personable guy who cares about each customer, and he also supports his community, which is BIG in my eyes! As long as these people are still here, my family will continue to buy and service our cars there!

Wow-what a great experience! Donna and Conor went out of their way to find the best deal for my new Nissan and they came through in a big way! There were none of the old school tactics such as the haggling with the back office gang, or the nonsense games on the trade. They were both very up front and professional presenting all the figures clearly including the "true" price of the new vehicle. Also the whole sales team was nice to my little son...joking around with him and all. Overall couldn't be happier with the way we were treated, the deal we were given, the delivery process, and finally the vehicle itself. Donna and Conor, thanks for your friendliness and professionalism and doing the best job possible for me as the customer. This is the second vehicle I have purchased fro Oneill Nissan of Warminster PA. It is a pleasure dealing with people such as Tom Leibowitz (Salesperson) Ed Reardon (Manager and Tom Baird (Finance) . I have always been treated with respect and not forced into any situation I am not in favor of completing. All the people who work there treat you with respect. I also reccomend the Service Department who have been helpful over the years. They are the only Nissan dealer I will do business with.

Be careful and inspect your vehicle and its conditions and do a walk around the vehicle with the ONeil service manager when you bring it in for service and before you leave after service. We also do not recommend letting them wash your vehicle. We were very disappointed to take our couple month old vehicle in for an oil change only to have the paint chipped while in service. We called to advise the ONeil team what happened and they were very concerned almost two weeks ago and said someone would call us back. Well it's almost two weeks and 2 calls from us later we have heard from no one at ONeil. Very disappointing as we thought these were a different. Breed of dealer. Proved us wrong. Good luck and be careful at ONeil. You are on your own!!!!!

Love the Rouge, love the deal...not sure about the service.Brought my 2012 Rouge in for thr 7,500 service on May 06th. When the vehicle was returned, I paid for the service but noticed on the back up worksheet the remarks that "Rec Tire Rotation" and that the "Brakes were not checked", all part of the 7,500 service. Brought this to the advisors attention. She checked and told mme that the "mechanic wrote the worksheet before he noticed that it was a 7,500 mile service" and assurred me that all the work was done as required. I wish I could feel confident that the work was done, but, just not sure. Why would you write up a work sheet and specifically note that work that shpould have been done was not done?

I've been driving Nissans for years and shopping for a new one ( well a Dealer Certified, one owner next to new on actually) for about three months. I first noticed O'Neil's Nissan while browsing online. They seemed to have a large selection of Dealer certified used Nissans at very very competitive prices. So I gave them a call, went on down and spent about two hours with Max. He and the rest of the team could not have been nicer, less pushy or more pleasant to deal with. I ended up getting a great deal on a 2011 Nissan Altima with a little more than 5,000 miles on it. Even the negotiations were pleasant. They really worked with me. If you are already sold on Nissan, O'neil is the place to go, and if you are thinking about looking at Nissans, new or used, for the first time, these guys know their stuff, have a great selection and will work with you to get you what you need. Definitely recommend them highly.

The O'Neil sales team made it possible for us to afford the car of our dreams, the Nissan Leaf. We wanted this car BEFORE it became available to the public. When NISSAN first announced their total EV LEAF, we got on a waiting list. However, when it became available the first year, it was out of our price range. Same thing the second year. We waited yet another year, and called different area Nissan dealers. From the get-go, O'Neil stepped up to meet our needs and to work with us. They saw our desire, and commitment, to drive this car home. The day my husband and I went to Warrington to test drive the LEAF, it looked like, again, we'd have to wait, so we went home, but with a promise that they'd be in touch with us. And, they came through, within days, these awesome people surprised us with a deal that we COULD afford, and less than a week later, we drove home our brand new Nissan LEAF. We are so happy. Thom Leibowitz jumped on the lead, answered all of my questions and verified the vehicle was "actually" in stock. I applied for credit on their website which was quick and easy. Upon arrival at O'Neil I was pleasantly greeted and directed to Thom who really started the ball rolling.... I test drove the truck while Ed Deardon appraised my trade. After growing weary, leary and frustrated of and with our local auto dealers, including Nissan on rt 1 and rt 22 in NJ we decided to venture outside our normal shopping radius to find a better experience if possible. Well it is possible. Fast, courteous and friendly-that is O'Neil Nissan Warminster PA. Run dont walk to Oneil's Nissan if you want to be treated with respect and given a great car at a fair price where everyone is happy-the buyer and the dealer/sales team. We were tired of the haggling, "the boys in the back", "the boss" (not the real BOSS Springsteen), "here is where you are and here is where w are" etc.... We received NONE of this old school car saleman approach from ONeil. In fact we were treated like family. That is why we drove over 1.5 hours to make the deal and buy a new Nissan Murano AWD Platinum from them.

Upon arrival, I was met by the assigned Sales Associate, the vehicle was clean and ready to be test driven. The sales team was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to return my phone calls. They made the buying and financing process easy while ensuring I was fully informed. And they have been following up with me after the purchase to make sure that I am satisfied and to see if I have any questions. The car has exceeded my expectations as well. It drives great and really is the perfect car for my growing family. We pack in three car seats and lots of gear and still have plenty of room. The push-button sliding doors and DVD player make my life a lot easier. I would buy my next car there without question!

I recently had a problem with the heater fan. The car was less than four years old and out of warranty. After contacting the service manager I was advised that they would take care of it at no charge. This why I continue to buy my cars and have them serviced there. They are very customer oriented and I always tell people to go there for buying cars and for service.

I recently brought my car in to the dealership for routine maintenance. I've got about 30k mileage and I'm a bit rough on my car, so I was going into the shop expecting to need a thing or need two. The gentleman behind the service desk was a pleasure to work with. Everything checked out fine and I was in an out with just an oil change. Before I left, I noticed the technician who had worked on my car stopped the service manager, who pointed out that my bumper was sticking out in one area. I had totally forgotten that a few weeks ago I had parked my car in the city and someone had parked right up against my front bumper. The service manager knew exactly what the problem was, and took care of it right then and there. I was amazed at such a professional staff. Good job Oneil.

I took my car to O'neil Nissan in Warminster and they tried to sell me a brake job that I didn't need. They told me they were very close to failing at a thickness of 2.5/32. I took the car to another shop and they said they were nowhere near the minimum thickness and measured 6.5/32. I confronted the service manager with this info and he said the "technician" was using a faulty gauge to measure them. He then proceeded to tell me they measured 4/32. I called Nissan and informed them of what happened and they said that I need to have another Nissan dealer measure them. Montgomeryville Nissan measured them to be 6.5/32 too.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa S from O'Neil Nissan. I had a very positive experience at O'Neil Nissan due to the Bruce Daroff, the general manager, and Tom Olkowski, the Service Manager.O'Neil Nissan located a 5-speed Manual Transmission 2012 Versa for me from an out-of-state Nissan dealership. They had the car ready for pick up within 4 days of my order. Other Nissan dealerships in Pennsylvania wanted to sell me an old 2011 Versa, instead of helping me find the car that I wanted.I conducted all my negotiations with O'Neil Nissan via email, the options and price were quickly settled in 3 email exchanges; only arriving at the dealership in Warminster to pick up the car.The car was there when I showed up. The options & price were just like we agreed upon via email. Any minor issues were quickly addressed by the general manager, Bruce, and service manager, Tom. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership before I drove off in my new 2012 Nissan Versa S.I would recommend O'Neil Nissan to anyone looking for an honest and fair dealership with good management.PS - I do not know anyone at O'Neil Nissan and found them thru the NissanUSA website.

Service Engine Soon light came on in my 2004 Nissan Quest. The diagnostic was run by a local independent service station, code was P0744 - torque converter clutch solenoid intermittent ($54). They do not do transmission work and recommended it be taken to a dealer. Based on the reviews on DealerRater.com, I took the car to O'Neil Nissan and explained that the situation and that the transmission seemed to be slipping during shifting. Fred Jankowski stated that they would need to run another diagnostic as they didn't accept the diagnosis of any other On Board Diagnostic reader and that, as their equipment cost $5,000, it would be the best $60 I could spend ($65 after taxes). The result was the same and they stated the car needed a solenoid kit. The kit was installed and the result was that the car behaved exactly the same as when I took it in. When questioned, Fred told me that the complaint was only the light was on and that was fixed. I reminded him that anyone could turn the light off and that the car would need to be driven to repopulate any error codes. He then told me that the tech said the transmission fluid was black and burned and that I would need a new transmission. I know this is untrue as after the initial diagnosis, the first thing I did was to check the level of the fluid and it appeared the normal red color. He said there was nothing more he could do and I should contact Tom Olkowski, the Service Manager. I left a voice mail for Tom (12/23/11)and have not yet received a return call (1/16/12). I took the car for a drive the next day and the Service Engine Soon light came back on. I took the car back, they performed the diagnostics again and got the same code (P0744) and also a new code of P0420 catalytic converter (I assume a sensor was either damaged or left disconnected during the previous service). I was again told that the transmission would need to be replaced. Fred was surprised that Tom hadn't returned my call but that Tom would be in the following day and I could talk to him then. I returned and spoke to Tom Chester who told me that Tom Olkowski was not in and would be on vacation the entire week. My recommendation would be to stay as far away from this dealer as possible. I have also lodged complaints with Nissan USA (who provided no help at all)and the Better Business Bureau (who O'Neil has yet to respond to (1/16/12)).

I was in the market for a Nissan GTR, mostly because of the reviews that I have read on-line and in various publications. I have owned a Nissan 300ZX and currently own a 350Z and was looking to purchase a Nissan GTR. I am from Delaware but the vehicle is in short supply. O'Neil Nissan recently sold a 2012 GTR but had pre-owned vehicle that was in immaculate condition. Donna helped me in purchasing and in financing the vehicle which significantly decreased the stress of purchasing it. I am extremely happy with the vehicle. Since I am out-of-state, taxes and tags were sent to my local DMV and made registration relatively seamless. Tom was also very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the vehicle and in facilitating the tinting of the windows. This is my 3rd car buying experience with this dealership, and outstanding, as usual. I have included Tom O, Kitty and Fred in service because it is Critical to have a great service team to really rate a dealership, from my perspective. This was my first time dealing with Chuck in sales and Bruce in finance, both were excellent, patient and informative. I felt very comfortable with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends. All numbers were explained, in detail, all questions answered on the spot. I looked at several car options at this dealership before I chose my car, and Chuck was very good about being flexible. I also asked Kitty for advice and had questioned Tom on a number of occassions. Before I left and thanks to Chuck I knew how to work EVERY control on my new Altima (much has changed since I bought my 2003)! Tom Olkowski is AMAZING in service, as the manager. I can't say enough good things. He has patched my 2003 back together after 3 accidents, and it is still running strong. Very sincere thanks to Kitty and Fred in service, very OUTSTANDING folks to work with, who always give great and dependable advice, and with a smile! There are many Nissan dealers in my area to choose from, but I choose to return to O'Neil.

My experience was amazing. Thom was friendly, accomodating and made my car buying experience a positive one. I called Thom earlier in the week on the recommendation of my sister in law who had purchased a car from him back in February. I told him what I was looking for and he called me back that same night. I made an appointment to meet with him a few days later and took my sister in law with me. We were there for 4 hours where Thom took me on a test drive with the exact car I was looking for; no having to guess what the actual car would drive like or look like. Then he had his guy take my old car for a test drive for trade in purposes. He offered us water, made us laugh and again, the entire experience was wonderful. I drove out of there with a brand new Nissan Rogue, clean mats, license plate holders (I live in NJ) and a hug ( I told you he was friendly). He also spent about an hour in the car with me going over each and every button, that was extremely helpful.

I purchased a pre-owned Maxima and an extended warranty. Some minor items broke after purchase and although they were not covered by warranty, this dealer 'comped' me on all items and gave me a loaner car. I have never had better service after the sale at any car dealership.

I live in Virginia and found this used car online through Auto Trader.com. I contacted the dealership and they offered to have me take the train to Trenton, NJ and then pick me up at the train station. I thought this was very nice of them to do this.I did take the train up and someone was there waiting for me. I got to the dealership and everything was exactly has described to me on the phone and in the pictures.On my way home, on my 5 hour drive from PA to VA, a light malfunction warning light came on. I called Donna at the dealership and let her know what happened. I told her I was bringing it to get the VA inspection sticker and would tell her what they said. Sure enough it failed inspection but O'Neil Nissan paid for all the things that were wrong and sent me a check with in 3 days for $350.00. I was very pleased with this and feel like they have integrity and are upstanding.One of the best things about working with this dealership is their communication. Every time I have come to the dealership for service it has been outstanding. I even called on a Saturday at 3pm when I was stuck in 5" of mud, and the gentleman I spoke at Oneil Nissan's service department was very kind and understanding and explained what I needed to do. I love the fact that no appointment is needed for oil changes and they are done in 30 minutes or less! The young man at the desk is very nice and polite.I look forward to the service, because I get to actually sit down in their comfy chairs and watch tv as I have a cup of complimentary coffee!!!

From the minuite we walked in everyone was very helpful and treated us well. Not the usual agressive sales that everyone is uncomfortable with. My last three cars have been Nissan's obtained from O'Neil Nissan. One of the primary reasons I keep returning to Nissan is the OUTSTANDING SERVIE they provide. At this purchase I dealt with two sales personnel, Thom Leibowitz and Ed Ritchie. Mr. Leibowitz provided us with all the information that we needed to make an intelligent decision on which car to buy. He was also extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. Mr. Ritchie also provide my wife and I a clear and concise summation of the entire sale. The manager Mr. Bruce Daroff was very receptive to my comments regarding the other car dealers we had visited. We went car shopping and had our minds fixed to purchase an Altima. We went to several Nissan dealerships in Cherry Hill & Feasterville but received very poor customer service. The Abington folks very friendly but the quote was above our budget. We almost gave up the desire to pick up and Altima but decided to give a try to the O'Neil dealership in Warminster.. and boy, was that the best place to pick up a car. We had an amazing sales rep. She was highly professional, ready to work with us, kind and honest. The price they gave us over the phone was what we got for our car. We got Lifetime free oil change service & state inspection. We have settled on buying another Nissan and this will be the only dealership we will go to. We have recommended this place to several other people. My salesperson Ed Ritchie did an excellent job of explaining all elements of the automobile and purchasing process. He is very hands-on and a great multi-tasker. I have leased many cars in the past and this experience was one of the best. His sale's persona is a great blend of friendly and knowledgeable, a rare combination. Appreciated not being pushed into a deal - no harassing phone calls, etc. Was able to get my new fully loaded car in 2 days - thought it was going to take longer!! My salesperson went over the important details of the car when I picked it up. Also appreciated not being pushed into purchased the extra plans that go with the car. All of my questions were answered by my salesperson as well as the Finance person Tom.

Thom was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at (Altima and Maxima. We ended up with the 2011 Maxima...He beat the price that we had been quoted on the same car by another dealership by $100 a month! There was no pressure, just a great buying experience for our first time buying a car. We would highly recommended O'Neil Nissan as well as Thom Leibowitz!

The dealership gave the best deal on my car. They outpriced the competition by $25/month on my lease. Thom was a no hassle salesperson. He gave me everything that I asked for and didn't give me a 'bs.' Plus, I was in and out very quickly. There was a lot of "let me check with my boss" negotiating that I typically get at other dealerships.

John initially handled our inquiry via the internet. He handled our questions well, and followed up without being pushy. He bascially got us in the door. Donna took it from there, and was very knowledgeable, and had everything ready for us when we came in to sign the papers. The gentleman who does the financing was very nice, explained our financing well, in addition to some of the options we had. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Would come to O'Neil in the future to buy a car.

Amy is so awesome to work with. I can't wait until I have to pick out my next car. I thought I was just going to find out about the Customer Loyalty program and I walked out of there with a totally cool 2011 Black Nissan Altima Special Edition and traded in my 2008 White Altima. I have a brand new car with a cheaper payment then before. Tom did all the paperwork to return my old car and lease the new car without any problems and was super nice to work with. Everyone in this dealership is so nice and I highly recommend buying a car from them. Stan Dorman was my first salesman and I am very sad to hear of his passing. He is the reason I leased my first car from O'neil and the reason I came back. Thanks for everything!

I went to have an oil change and tire rotation on 2/5/2011. They charged me for everything but they did NOT rotate the tires or check the tire pressure.They said the car would be ready in about an hour. However, after an hour, I still saw my car outside the garage. I didn't say anything. After another 10 minutes, they pulled my car in.I saw they pulled the car out after about 15 minutes. I was surprised they could do the job so quickly. However, when I picked up the car, I'm 95% sure that they didn't rotate the tires. The front tires have a lot more wear than the rear tires. I questioned then twice and they assure that they rotated the tires. When I got home, I wait about 2-3 hours till my tires get cold and I tested the tire pressure to see if the rear-driver side tire pressure is the same as I checked a week ago. Yes, it has the same tire pressure, 28 PSI, as I checked it last week (it should be 32 PSI by standard). Other tires have the same pressure as well, about 29-30 PSI.So, in conclusion, they neither check my tire pressure nor they rotated the tires. I just wonder if they even did the oil changed.

Wanted to trade in my 2001 Pt Cruiser but had a very limited budge. Between Thom and Bruce they helped my husband and I purchase a new 2011 Nissan Versa with a great package and a payment plan we could afford. They went out of their way to get us a great financing deal, a great price on the car, a rebate, etc. etc. etc. They really took great care of us and helped us get into a brand new car when we thought we need to purchase used. They were amazing. They even netotiated on our behalf with the used car manager to get us a decent value for our trade. I'm so impressed with these guys. This is my first Nissan and if I like the car as much as I liked the people who sold it to me and the service the provided me, I'll be a very very happy customer.

What do I want from an auto dealership? I don't want to play games, I want a good, no I want a great deal. I want a manager like Bruce Daroff that that will take his/her time in explaining all the financing options for buying & leasing,when it is a good idea to put money down and when it is better to put little or no money down. I want a sales consultant like Sergi who will not rush my decision, who will explain the diffrent features and level of options within a brand line. I want a service department who does not make me feel like they are doing me a favor when I bring in car for some minor routine adjustment.Fourtunatltat O'Neil Nissan I have found such a dealership. I don't have to shop from dealer to dealer. I know that Bruce Daroff & Sergi will give me the right price without playing those traditional dealership games. The selection of vehickiles is always strong but if you need a specific color ar option package that is not on the lot they can quickly and affordable get what you need. These are the reasons That I have returned to O'Neil for my 3rd Murano amd my daughters 2 rogues. Sometimes you hesitate to recomend a dealership to friends & family,feeling a little responsible for the outcome. Not with O'Neil, Stop in and check them out, tell em Brian sent ya!

We researched online for a new Rogue, and received a quote within 1/2 and hour. They emailed us the info and when we bought it was the exact price. Everyone was super nice and so helpful. We bought on MLK and our ins co was closed. My husband and I tried to get thru to the ins company but were unsuccessful. They stayed on the line on hold for 20 mins until they could get thru to a live person so we would be able to drive our new car home that nite. I would definetly buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

This is the 3rd car I have gotten from O'Neill and I have been dealing with Thom since the early 90's when I got my 1st Altima.All my cars have been leased and this is the first one I am actually buying. All my dealings with this Salesman and Dealership have been smooth,friendly and low pressure.I called ahead of time to state what I needed, went to the dealership a few days later, talked with the Thom, and had my new car by 6pm that evening.I have used their Service Dept for all my cars also and have found those people to be friendly and helpful also.I have no complaints.

Can't say more then that about Thom, if he did a great job with the first sale, of course I was going to request him for the current sale! Donna kept in touch with me letting me letting me know what used cars were available and they worked with me for a payment in my budget. I could not have asked for a better experience. Amy relieved my fears and worked very hard to ensure the process was easy. I purchased the Nissan Murano. It is a beautiful vehicle, Amy made sure all the stops were pulled out right down to the very last detail. After all her hard work i had to call her after I left because I left an emblem in my trade in. Amy took the time to find it and mail it to me. I recently visited O'Neil Nissan when my lease was maturing. I had been there several times for service and was pleased with the results so I decided to try their sales department. I wasn't sure what model I wanted but I knew that I wanted a Nissan. Luckily, I was met by Donna who worked with me to help choose the right vehicle for me. I felt that Donna was knowledgeable and committed to satisfying me. She was happy to let me test drive a lot of different cars even though it involved a lot of prep work on her part. There was no pressure or annoying phone calls. Donna came in on a holiday to finalize the deal and spent a lot of time familiarizing me with the features of my new car. He promptly showed me the automobile I was interested in, described the features, offered to allow me to take the car for a test drive and then negotiated a price for the car which resulted in my purchasing of the car. I choose to take delivery of the vehicle on a day when Chuch was not scheduled to be working, but he came in to the dealership to deliver my automobile to me.Chuck spent a great deal of time explaining all the features and how everything on the car works before I drove away. I had a problem w my Murano and I went to three dealerships who couldn't find the problem w my car. Tom, the Service Mgr at O'Neil was very patient w me. after two days they fixed the noise in the CVT and it runs great. I'll never go anywhere else for my service work again.

Unfortunately I have had my 2003 Pathfinder in the service department on no less than 10 occasions. Every time I bring it in Fred Jankowski quickly and effiently resolves the problem. Although I am reluctant to purchase another Nissan I will continue to patronize O'Neils service department because of the bond I have formed with Fred.

When I found myself in the market for a new car a few months ago, I sent out inquiries to several dealerships via the internet. Of those who responded, none were as friendly or helpful as Amy Beers, the internet sales representative for O'Neil Nissan. The numbers she quoted were exceptionally reasonable for the option package I wanted. However, what brought me in the door was the extremely friendly, good-natured and most importantly, knowledgeable manner in which the information was related to me over the phone by Ms. Beers.Once there, the buying experience was expediant, pleasant and pressure-free. When I insisted on a longer test-drive, I was immediately accomodated and allowed to do so. After returning, the numbers fell quickly into place and we had a deal. Amy, and the whole team at O'Neil couldn't have been friendlier or as helpful in my buying my new Altima. The service staff has been outstanding and informative and are eager to make sure that everything is just right with my new vehicle.This dealership most definitely has its priorities in order. Bravo!

Customer service couldn't have been better. Amy, the sales manager at O'Neil had an in-depth knowledge about the car and various financing options. There was no delay in getting the car and the store ambiance was great. In a nutshell, a bunch of wonderful people who would go an extra mile to make sure that their customers have an amazing experience.

I have purchased about 5 cars from O'Neil Nissan over many years. They consistently meet or exceed my expectations or price and the entire car purchase experience. You will NOT find a better dealer to purchase your vehicle. I've visited other dealers and used the internet and STILL wind up buying my cars from O'Neil. They are the BEST!

Bruce was extremely helpful in helping us find a used car in our price range. He went above and beyond in service and sales assistance. I look forward to using Oneil and Bruce when I purchase a new car for myself in the near future. I recommend Oneil and Bruce specifically to my family and friends as a dealer you can trust when purchasing a car.

There isn't a better place in the Delaware Valley to purchase a car than O'Neil Nissan. They have a great sales staff and unbeatable pricing. I've bought many cars there and just sent my Aunt and Cousin to purchase cars there. They were well taken care of! Thanks O'Neil!

I went to O'Neil Nissan to buy a new car in December of last year. I had already been to a few other dealerships during my search and had been less than impressed with the customer service I was receiving. The customer service I received upon entering O'Neil Nissan was like a breath of fresh air. The employees that I dealth with (Amy and Bruce) were beyond helpful. They made buying my new car a painless experience. And they really worked with me on the price too. I am in love with my new car and haven't had any problems or issues since I bought it. I would definitley recommend going to this dealership. Especially if you are looking for great customer service and an overall pleasant car-buying experience!

My wife and I were recommended to your dealership, specifically Bruce Daroff for us to purchase our new Nissan Altima. Out of all the times I have purchased a car new or used, I have to say this has been by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. This exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment we decided on the vehicle to the moment it was delivered almost literally to our door step. To see how impressed my wife was, made all the difference.This wasnt your normal everyday type of sale in my opinion (and I am sure Bruce would agree). As were located in Kenosha, WI and youre obviously located in Warminster, PA. I was a little apprehensive to buy a new car this way. Though this didnt stop Bruce and, nor did it seem like or was a problem for Bruce. He was very professional, patient, and understanding through out this whole process. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills by making sure we (the customer) got what we wanted in the vehicle in regards to color, make, model, options, and most importantly pricing. Throughout this whole process both Bruce and his assistant Rhona were very diligent with correspondence and communication. Both of them made me feel very at ease with the whole buying process by addressing all of our concerns.I certainly hope you realize what an asset Bruce is and value he brings to your dealership. By finding the correct vehicle, following up when he said he would, addressing any concerns in a professional manner, and making sure all the is were dotted and the ts crossed with this long distance deal. Even to go as far to set up the transport of the vehicle from the dealership to my house. Bruce demonstrated that he can and will go above and beyond for the customers. I was at other local dealers and O'neil Nissan was the quickest dealer to give me the best price with no nonsense b.s. Bruce runs a class act in Warminster especially compared to the other dealers that try to play games. Great price and great service!

Be very cautious - bad customer service + lemons soldI would seriously give great consideration to other dealerships that actually may care about a customer before giving them any business. In addition to questioning their level of professionalism I would be cautious about any used vehicles they currently have on the lot.I personally purchased a used car and for the several months that I've owned it's had nothing but problems since day 1. Despite raising the many issues all the way up to the President/owner of the dealership, no one has yet to apologize for my bad experience nor in general take ownership and resolve these matters.My only option at this point is to pursue further legal action and from the little research I've done, this is not something new for them. Again, I would be very cautious about doing any form of business with them. The integrity of their staff is very questionable - it's very obvious that they proactively sell lemons and their word is not worth much.Especially be careful in general if a vehicle is 5-6 yrs old, which seems to be their specialty. They know the lemon law doesn't apply and are only trying to push sales.

It is my 3 vehicle purchase from the same sales person and every time i got a fair price. By "fair price" i mean that both salesperson and I were happy with a number.Also, they have very good service department.
