Just hours into an 8,000 mile car trip, we had a “check engine” light come on in our Chrysler 300. After deciding we’d drive to the next town, we limped into Ontario several hours later and had the good fortune to stop at Ontario Auto Ranch to see if they could help. As soon as we pulled into the service bay, we lost a great deal of our engine oil and knew we were in trouble. But an incredible service tech named Rey diagnosed our considerable problem, ordered and received parts from a nearby parts store, disassembled and reassembled our engine and even cleaned the oil off the engine compartment and undercarriage. Even without an appointment, Rey’s kindness (he recommended a place for us to have lunch, but skipped his own to work on our car), competence and efficiency got us back on the road in record time and rescued our trip. We are grateful that this dealership stepped in when we were in trouble and pulled out all the stops to repair our car problems - many thanks to Rey and the crew at Ontario Auto Ranch for saving our vacation!

I wanted to buy the cladding for my Challenger. It's the black plastic trim that goes on the side of the car under the door. The lady in the parts department said it would be over $600! I asked her for the part number and she said she couldn't give it to me because of some confidential thing.... It's a part number.... This is information you could look up online.... I've never had them deny giving me a part number at this same store with other reps. I just called the Nampa Dodge dealer and got the part number from them without any issues. I also called the Caldwell and Boise Dodge dealers to see if it would be any cheaper and they also gave me the part number....

First of all, I live approximately 4 hours away from this dealership so email is the preferred option for making a deal. I do not want to make the drive only to see that numbers have changed and games be played. What I asked for was an out-the-door price that shows ALL FEES calculated into the price. Fair request I believe.. All I received was the price but no formal proposal with all fees itemized. When I asked the salesman to provide what I asked for, he told me you can't get that info unless you are physically at the dealership. Great way to do business! I will spend my money where I don't have to deal with games.

Ontario auto ranch purchased Hanigan Chrysler jeep dodge ram early in the spring and I just traded in my not so old 2015 ram 2500 for another new 2016 ram 2500crew cab 4x4 6.4 hemi with no trouble at all and like the sales, and service staff of Hanigan ram they were Johnny on the spot in pleasing me and providing a good vehicle swap. I had items on my trade in that were to expensive and had been in my possession for several years to allow to go with the trade so, they switched the high value items over, (and some not so valuable too) to my brand new Ram 6.4 Hemi hd. Oh, ya I went back to white from Rams deep cherry crystal red pearl coat, white is easier on up keep don't ya know. That's my opine.Daniel Ray, Craig, and Sherman from Hanigan Chevrolet's sale to another dealer were the main ones to handle my truck swap with Eric providing knowledge andunderstanding of my wants as well.Chris, worked hard in service, to get the items swapped and added on that were in the purchase agreement along with Wills encouragement and Stephanie plus Seth were involve also. Parts persons Kevin, Micah, James, and Jim also were instrumental in the change over to my new Ram.
