Their website is very detailed and led us to the dealership for a test drive. Our salesman Chris Moore was knowledgeable and patient as we asked questions about the vehicle. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle alone, which is nice. The purchase was quick and easy. The paperwork is digital now and that made the process a lot faster. The entire team at Opelika Ford was courteous and kind. They will make you feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks Chris for a great experience and we love our new truck!

Received great service recently with purchasing a vehicle although initially there were some challenges however Kevin Lewis on the Ford side and Ronny Richardson on the Jeep side were super and made sure I was going to leave the dealership with a vehicle I liked, happy with and can afford. However I chose the 2020 Ford Echo Sport and loving it. Thanks Guys for working with me. 5/27/21. Great service again at Opelika Ford Service Department. Staff displayed great customer service as well as service tech which makes it pleasant being there. Thanks

If I could give negative I would. I have a 2020 F150 that was towed up there on 9/5/2020, and I understand it is was a holiday weekend, and was told they will try to look at it Tuesday, but if not it would be Wednesday. Tuesday rolls around, we have to call to get an update, and they said it would be Wednesday, 9/9/2020. Wednesday comes around and we have not heard anything from the service department. We call around lunch time, they said the service lady is not here, call back after lunch. Called after lunch and spoke with a rep who said hold on let me find the service lady, she then said we are looking at it. I repeated so my vehicle will be at least diagnosed today, and her reply was Yes. near the end of the day rolls around, and still no update. We call again, and again get the run around but this time we are told not today, it'll be tomorrow, 09/10/2020. So they have had my vehicle since 09/05/2020 and said it would be looked at on 09/09/2020, and it is now that day and they don't have the decent customer service to call and let us know. Instead we have to call for an update just to be told not today. Spoke with the General Manager about 30 minutes ago, took my name and number and said he will see what he can find out on why it is taking so long, and he would give me a call back in a few minutes. We have been without a vehicle since 9/5, this is under warranty and Ford will not provide a rental until the vehicle is at least diagnosed. If this business was run on integrity alone, it would falter within a day. To quote their website, "Opelika Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is committed to customer satisfaction and we are dedicated to providing you with total support for your automotive needs." They ARE NOT COMMITTED to satisfaction or providing total support. Commitment and support would include letting us know what is going on without the customer having to call in. It would also mean when they make a commitment and tell a customer that something will be done on said day they would do it, but instead they go back on their word and fail to support the customer in all aspects of anything related to customer service. The owner should be disappointed. General manager never called me back. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Went to this location with full intentions of buying a vehicle that I seen online. I called ahead to make sure it was there, and it was. I get there ask for the salesperson who I spoke with on the phone. Great guy by the way ( really he was) I wanted to talk about the price. The salesperson said let me get my manager. The manager comes out and says we will not loose you on price come in and let’s discuss it further. I did, and even made an offer on the vehicle. they never come off the price one penny. Asked me to sign that I would buy if they lowered the price. I am a man of my word I don’t need to sign jack period. They literally talked There self out of a sale, it was the exact vehicle I wanted.
