We had a horrible experience with this dealership. Since we live out of state, my parents tried to stop in and see one of their used vehicles. They were told it was in a holding lot and they would need to pay a deposit to see it. What dealership requires a deposit to test drive a $31,000 used car when you’re in person? We also emailed asking for photos of the car since only stock digital rendered photos were provided. We were called back later that day and my husband asked to see photos and discuss price — since we were farther away we wanted to know what we’d be driving up for. We were told there were photos available and they wouldn’t discuss price over the phone. We said we were interested in purchasing it and wanted discuss price. They then hung up on us. Very poor service both in person and on the phone.

We came to discuss our lease options after having a great experience with Open Road for the past three years. As expected we were received with amazing service from the team. We ended up leaving with a new car even better than expected. Huge shout out to Joe and Dylan for their dedication to helping us find the right car and making the process as seamless as possible. We went into the dealership on a whim and came out with a car. Marcus was absolutely amazing and we 100% recommend working with him. We told him a number and he was able to make it work for us. He was kind, friendly, and made car buying tolerable. This is the first pleasant experience we’ve had while purchasing a car.

Where to begin. Our whole process from beginning to end was incredible. We had the opportunity of dealing with Matt as our salesman. A true professional who treated us like life long customers. When it came to ironing out the finer details Dimitri really took care of us. A guy who is dedicated to his craft. I can surely say I will be a returning customer to this dealership for years to come. Thanks to Joe and also Anthony for getting us in the exact car we wanted.
