Amazing customer service and very responsive! I was able to purchase the certified pre owned car that was listed on the website and there were no hidden fees. Patrick was very attentive and helpful. He addressed any concerns I had and was very quick to resolve them for me. He was very informative and made the car buying process very efficient for me.

Amazing customer service! I was lucky to get Ling as my sales rep to deal with all my annoying questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me through the buying process! That’s the biggest thing I appreciate about sales reps, is when they have patience for the customer and don’t try to rush you into buying things. Thanks again to Ling and the Open Road Team!

2021 Aug - Management rude and abrasive; pretty sterile environment. Discrimination at it’s finest felt like a scene and pretty woman with Julia Roberts. recommendations owners should seek a training session in sales to Millenniums customers. Because sister store Audi Manhattan good benefit to. Sales associate very responsible and responsive and pacified the situation appropriately.

My experience with this dealership was just ok. I live in Ohio and I came all the way to New York to buy my 2019 Audi Q8. When I called the dealership I talked to Justin about the car and I asked if there was any scratches or dents in the car. He sent me more detailed photos of the car and it looked good in the pictures but once I got there the car had scratches all around the car which wasn’t a big deal because most of them could be buffed out but the part that upset me the most was a big dent and part of the grille was missing so it would need replaced. And the dealership wouldn’t fix or take money off so I can get it fixed‼️ Justin was off the day I came to pick up the car so I texted him about the situation he responded at first and once I explained my situation so he could make some phone calls to try and take care of the situation he stopped responding and I never heard from him since… Jeff was the person I worked with when I came and he was absolutely amazing but since it wasn’t his deal he was unable to help either but I appreciate his effort. So if you’re coming from far please look very closely at every angle of every picture and zoom in… because they told me the dent in my grille was in the photos but I had to zoom in very closely to even notice the damage… the first picture is what they sent me the second one is the same picture zoomed in…. You wouldn’t tell unless you go looking for it

Yet again, Ihad one of the best buying experiences with Drew at Open Road. He totally took care of me from beginning to end. He had all paperwork waiting so I just had to come in, sign and leave within 15 mins. I will most definitely come back to him in the future. THANK YOU!
