Purchased a new Town and Country from this dealership and had a great experience. I live in N Cali so I negotiated the deal entirely over the phone. Hugh, their Internet Sales Manager, offered me a great price without the normal bs that you would expect to deal with at most dealerships. Once we came to an agreement, I flew down to O C and was picked up at the airport. When I got there, they didn't try to turn the table on me or change anything that we had agreed upon. In fact they followed through on evening they had promised. Kudos to these guys for being an honest and pleasant dealership that's easy to work with.

I normally don't write reviews but this place deserves 5 STAR! My wife and I were extremely satisfied with their customer service, a big shout out to the sales team there, Kenneth, Jason, Bobby and my sales guy Ez Lopez for such a wonderful car buying experience I have ever been through. Before paying a visit to the dealership, I was extremely hesitant about going to this particular place hence all the negative reviews consumers are giving. But, despite all that my wife and I decided to give it a shot and upon arrival I was greeted with a utmost warm welcome by Ez Lopez and I told him my wife and I wanted to test drive the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT model. Needless to say, there was some hiccups during the sales process but the staff at Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge was extremely patient with my wife and I and we left with a big happy smile on our faces and we love our new Jeep SRT to death!!! Thank you Ez!!! Couldn't do this without you and your team's help!

The Service Department was excellent to deal with. I went in for the routine maintenance and it was so easy. Their timing was precise, even though they had to add on little things (like attaching my license plate for me). I highly recommend buying a car from Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and having your car serviced there. Excellent facility, everyone was so nice, and extremely helpful.

Chris Ramsey was the sale associate I spoke with. Over a course of 2 weeks we went over different models, colors and features. Found and lost a few potential cars. I was impressed by Chris when he asked what would it take to get my business but not in a pushy way. The one thing that definitely sold me was when the one car I fell in love with at another dealer was sold, he looked at other options. He suggested changing the interior seats, adding features to a similar model even suggested better deals. When I finally chose a car and met Chris he was nice and down to earth. Reassured me about everything, I think we were both glad we finally found the right car. I would like to deal with him again. He was patient and never pushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time, we found the perfect car and I am happy we did our research.

We bought 2014 Dodge RAM-the told we can have Bluetooth out of $1000/- incentive that is when I took delivery on June 23 almost one month past- Internet sales manager Logan or the sale person who I dealt with Garret never even bother to reply. We have branches in 14 stated and buy heavy trucks to cars- Never Never I had a such terrible experience like this.

I have bought many cars from a dealership before, Ford, Buick,Nissan, just to name a few but by far this dealer has been the easiest and most satisfied in my car purchasing experience. ALL of the staff here is great they are all friendly and willing to help which is rare now-a-days . Faris Oweini helped me with giving me the best deal possible. Though I did not buy the car the first day that I visited the dealership, Faris checked back with me daily to keep me in touch until we got a deal squared away. The staff here doesn't make you feel like they are car salesman pressuring you to buy a brand new car but they treat you more like a friend and initially make you comfortable purchasing a car. I will definitely stop by to purchase the Challenger I've always wanted, when the time is right and I'll make sure any vehicle my family members purchase are here, no more Nissan or Ford for us!!!

We saw a 2012 Jeep Patriot online for a good price, so we decided to go down to the dealership to take a look at it. EZ was our salesman, and at first we couldn't find the car but he helped locate it. We noticed the sticker price was higher than the online price and we mentioned this to EZ, who in turn informed us that the dealership would honor the online price. After test driving the car we decided to purchase it. EZ was great in keeping us updated throughout the paperwork process. When it was time to sign the paperwork, Jason was very helpful in explaining everything and answered all of our questions. Sam was wonderful in explaining all of the car features to our son, who would be driving the car. Overall great customer service from EZ, Jason and Sam! Would definitely come here again & will refer them to others looking for a car!

I was dealing directly with Logan Sakamoto over at Orange Coast. He was, by far, the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and gave us the best deal out there on our purchase AND trade-in. The truck that I wanted was very specific and tremendously hard to acquire. Logan went above and beyond to get the truck on his lot within 1 day. He pulled a lot of strings to get it there without the guarantee that I would be coming in to purchase the car. Furthermore, we arrived at the dealership 10 minutes before they were closing on a Sunday evening. He stayed there for the entire purchase process and even gave us a run down on the operation of the vehicle two hours after they closed. If you're in the market for a vehicle in the Chrysler family, I highly recommend considering Orange Coast. Deal with Logan Sakamoto for a no-hassle, best deal approach to car buying. Although he looks really young, the guy is extremely knowledgeable and has been in the business since he was 16 years old. So he pretty much grew up in the business. Logan, if you're reading this... Great job man! You're the best out there!

Chris Ramsey helped me out with the purchase, it was a good experience. I had a specific car I was looking for and he found one off lot and transferred it in. He was flexible in pricing, not pushy with me buying the car, respected my wishes. My wife and I were searching high and low for a new Chrysler 300C in something other than Black with a Black interior and some of the higher-end features. They made suggestions that fit me but were never pushy. From the associates who greeted me to Mr. Sharif who handled the details and always saw to it that everybody was providing excellent customer service to Jennifer in Finance who explained everything in plain English, I literally left there smiling. While I was waiting in the lobby, I saw other customers who were waiting for repairs and the service managers who interacted with them were also very friendly, polite, and answered all their questions. O. M. G. I was completely astounded in a good way by both the product and the level of service I got here. These guys blow Tuttle Click out of the water. Totally respectful of my time, never changed the price quoted over the phone after I got there, and super quick and transparent and hassle free leasing process. Totally transparent, and great with lease trade ins (even from another dealer). Kenny.. what can I say.. he is so amazing I am going to name my first child Kenny. Kenny may literally be the Dos Equis man with Warren Buffet's math skillz all rolled into one. He checked into several financing options until I got the car I wanted with the options I wanted at the price I could afford. I am a surgical resident with a limited income, and instead of throwing a number at me and dismissing me outright as cray cray for wanting luxury on a budget, he really took time to listen to my story and consider my financial situation and worked hard to tailor a package that worked for me. And given what I was asking for, he literally made a miracle happen. When I decided I wanted a luxury package and a different color after already having negotiated a lease on one car, he did the deal and REDID the deal until I was happy, always with good humor and a smile on his face. And he got the other car I wanted from the sister dealer in San Juan Capistrano within just a few hours. He responds to texts promptly--which given the hours I work was a huge blessing because it saved me a lot of unnecessary trips back and forth. With respect to my Acura lease trade in that I actually had a little negative equity on, he just magically made it happen. Seamlessly, quietly, with no hassle. And he got my old Acura dealership to buy my car back the same day-- which literally cuts down on SO much hassle for me. I turned in my car yesterday, and I looked at my Acura account today and it ALREADY reflects the payoff. So amazing. And it was by far the most entertaining lease experience I've had. He shares amazing diet secrets and amazing life stories. I learned a ton about financing from him. And he was so kind and polite despite me literally occupying his office for two days and asking dumb questions about how car dealers work (I'm eternally curious, what can I say?) If any hedge funds need a guy who is sharp and quick with numbers, this is your guy. Also great things to say about Garrett Dieb, Chris, Sam Arroyo, Lori, and Kenny--ESPECIALLY KENNY--worked so hard for my business, were unfailingly polite, and made me feel like a VIP. Finally, their vending machine has Famous Amos cookies. Enough said. My backstory: I have leased four Acuras and was ready for a change, plus Acura South Coast and Tustin Acura were not negotiating at all despite being a repeat customer- which is hard as I have a limited salary due to changed job circumstances. So first I went to Tuttle Click jeep, who are total clowns. I have never posted a bad review (or any review really) in my life so I feel a little bad for doing this. But it is such a huge difference between the dealerships that I feel compelled to let people know. For three months I negotiated with these clowns. I would rush after a 30 hour shift to go to Tuttle after they would quote me a great price over the phone--only to get there and be quoted a different price, on a car with totally different options. This happened literally five or six times (I have no idea why I kept going back; hope I guess). And for the price and down they wanted to give me on a Laredo, I got a luxury package Jeep Grand Cherokee limited at Orange Coast. The Tuttle Showroom might be a little nicer but dude, not by a lot, and it definitey doesn't make up for their awful service--GO TO ORANGE COAST!!!

Oh my gosh... I have bought many, many cars in my lifetime but this was the most fun, the best value and by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Howard Whitmore took my phone call regarding an internet ad I saw on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I had one waiting to be shipped from Wisconsin. That is how much research I did before pulling the trigger. I live in the San Jose CA area and know from experience that buying a car sight unseen is possible if done correctly AND often you can save thousands of dollars as I did here even after paying shipping. Orange Coast had the car I wanted and worked with me on price and extended warranty so that everyone won... including the dealership and the saleperson making some money. Everyone can win if everyone is committed to the same end experience. We got a great car and Orange Coast made some money. How much I don't know.. but they deserve every penny. I was trying to decide who was going to ship it to us when Howard said.. when are you flying in? It is Memorial weekend and flights were busy, rates were high and I hemmed and hawed and he said; "Do you want me to bring it to you tonight"? ARE YOU KIDDIN' ME? What did you just say? How much is that going to cost me? Flights were going to be $500 plus the 6 hour drive and the gas to get home. At the end of the day I paid $575 for delivery and Billy (the driver) brought with him the financing papers for us to sign. It was the simplest, easiest, most fun we have ever had buying a car. When Billy drove up with our new car on the trailer it was awesome. Of course we had to video the arrival and put it on facebook. Laurie in finance was fantastic. No pressure, just good old fashioned service and professionalism. Howard, Laurie and Billy ROCK! There was never any hard core sales. No tricks. No pressure. Just GREAT pricing AND GREAT service and a playful bantering the entire time. It was fantastic. By the way our car is awesome. Nicest car I have ever bought. So don't go down the street to buy a car.. CALL HOWARD! LOVE THESE GUYS!!! XOXOX

Purchased a used "off-brand" vehicle from this dealer back in 2010 and was treated as if I bought their top off the line vehicle. The service was great. Full tank of gas and fresh detailing (even though I bought used). Afterward, someone called me after a week to see if I was happy with my purchase. They provided first service oil change at no charge (even though it was used). Fast forward to now, I was interested in the new Ram 2500 and test drove one at a local dealership. The truck is great and well ahead of the competition (interior-wise). Started to research numbers and the local dealer was pretty good. I also looked online because I was interested in a lift and tire package to be included in the purchase. I remembered how well OC Chrysler Jeep treated me when I bought "used" so I inquired with them about my interest. Chris Ramsey responded to my email promptly. Long story short, Chris was awesome and when Chris was off, Keith stepped in to answer questions promptly. We worked out an amazing deal that allowed me to hand pick everything I wanted after-market. The customer service and dedication is what made me decide to drive over an hour away to buy from OC Chrysler Jeep. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy...new or used.

We drove in, parked, walked into the showroom looked around and had to go up to someone behind a desk to ask for help. The salesperson was sitting behind his desk. Salesperson was fairly new having been at the Dealer 1 mo. and did not know the vehicle or features. We walked back to the onsite inventory and labored to find a Grand Cherokee Overland that we were looking for. Salesman did not know the difference in features between Limited and Overland models. Everybody is new at some point but I think the product salesperson's knowledge of the Grand Cherokee and features should be higher. The person who delivered the car to us a purchase walked through the features nicely and concisely. Maybe the sales staff should get product training from the Delivery staff? The salesperson performed well in the followup and did find the car in another lot that we were looking for. Salesperson did set the appointment and had the car at the dealership that we ended up buying. Salesperson should take breath mints and cologne after going for a smoke. Salesperson should not represent available features unless certain that those features are available.

We bought a 2014 Charger and couldn't be happier. Literally. We are as happy as a person can be :) Decided that when the car needs routine service I will drive it all the way down there just so I can be sure it's taken care of right. Go see them. Trust me. I just leased a new Dodge Charger from OC on Saturday. I spoke with Keith on the phone about what I was trying to do on a 1 year lease. He had Kenny call me the next day. We discussed terms, and I agreed to come by. When I arrived, Cole showed me the car, and it was actually better than I expected. Lori in finance drew up the paperwork and the numbers were EXACTLY as Kenny presented them to me. No surprises, no pressure to buy this extra or that. No stress. Sam showed me the features on the car and put in the window sticker. Everyone was very courteous. Everyone made me feel at ease. I felt like everyone was trying to help me, not take advantage.... We were looking for a used mini-van (my family has grown a lot in the last 9 years) and we drove the 30 minutes out of the way to go to this dealership because of their selection. We were impressed when we found that there was more than 6 vans we could choose from that were in the price range and feature selection we wanted. We had a hard time finding 1 or 2 in the other dealerships we had looked at. We did not plan on purchasing the vehicle at the time but were able to come to an agreement that gave us enough incentive. The purchasing process was without much difficulty, excluding a little wait for the finance team. When we identified two things after we purchased the vehicle that were small but annoying we were able to schedule a time to come back to the dealership and they took care of them for us. We have received good follow-up from the dealership since the purchase and I feel like they are really interested in keeping my business in the future.

If you want to over-pay for a vehicle, this dealership is for you. Maybe, it was my salesman Chris Ramsey or his manager, Kenny Smirz, but neither of them were willing to negotiate the price of a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited; especially, when they already have your $5,000 deposit in their pocket. For example, after I explained to Chris that the Wrangler they're trying to sell me has been offered to me by another dealer for $2,000 less, Chris nor Manager Kenny did not seem to care. In Chris Ramsey's defense, it seemed as if he was just the puppet for his manager because Chris could not explain logically his rationale nor did did he show that he had any authority to negotiate. I felt that I had wasted 8 hours of my time at their dealership, so I demanded a refund of my deposit, went to the other Jeep dealer and purchased a 2014 Wrangler Unlimited for a great price. At Orange Coast Jeep in Costa Mesa, Ca, "How can I earn your business," is just a slogan. With service like that, they may be out of business, soon.

I went in to do a test drive for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and absolutely Loved the car, but the gentlemen that helped me were of the highest quality. Never pushy and always real and honest. If you are in the market for Any car, please see these two gentlemen as they will treat you the way a large purchase item demands: with respect. I wasn't able to purchase the car in the end as we couldn't land on a price that I could manage, but it was not for lack of trying. Arif went to bat for me and we just couldn't land it. Being both a large business owner and a father of six grown children, I have purchased many vehicles over the years for business and personal use. With that said I have never been more please with the customer service I received throughout a purchase as I was here at Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep. Doug Hanson went above and beyond to assist me throughout purchasing a vehicle. He located the exact vehicle I was looking for, then he worked hard for over almost two weeks to coordinate with the finance depart to not only get financing but also at a very good rate. Doug was readily accessible throughout the entire purchase process and at the same time was never bothersome or overbearing. I would highly recommend this dealership for vehicle purchase or service issues. (I had a complementary loaner for two weeks while Doug worked out the details of my purchase!)

Logan at OC Auto was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new Jeep. I live over an hour away from the dealership, so he communicated with me via phone and email, which was extremely helpful. The first time I met him in person is when the deal was completely worked out and I took possession of the car. This dealership has definitely joined the 21st century in working deals over the phone, and they weren't afraid to discuss prices because they had nothing to hide. That was refreshing, considering some of the other dealerships I dealt with. The dealership itself isn't flashy, and it's sort of old school. However, the staff in sales anf finance were personable and top notch. When I look at my next SRT vehicle, I'm going to be calling Logan and OC Auto.

Brian K in service gets a real pat on the back. He is thoughtful, courteous and quite knowledgable. Isn't integrity everything when you're really not sure what's going on under the hood? He takes all the uncertainty away by full and complete explanations. BY his own admission he is OCD and that seems to apply to everyone he assists. It's a really good thing. My baby received a cracked taillight from a downhill biker...he had it replaced faster than I could buy it from Parts. Then I decided to do a 30,000 the next day with a detail. Truck was ready promptly at 6pm and it looked better than new. I mean it GLEAMED. Pricing was fair and reasonable and a discount was provided keeping me within $20 of the original quote. I have had nothing but great experiences at OC Dodge and would HIGHLY recommend this dealership - and I am not being paid to say this either (bought 2012 Laramie). Brian K is a fine asset to this organization of true professionals.

We found a great deal on Cars.com for a used Dodge Journey and called ahead to make sure there weren't any hidden stipulations that weren't spelled out in the listing. Over the phone Chris Ramsey, our Sales Rep, assured there wasn't anything tricky and that they'd be able to honor the advertised price and work with us to get competitive financing. When we actually arrived to the dealership, everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. We highly recommend Chris, as he was not the stereotypical "used car salesman".

We called into the dealership and were directed to their internet manager, Tyler Wood. We made an appointment with him to come in and look at a used vehicle they had on there lot. He kept his word in getting us out quickly and made it a seamless transaction. He made our daughter very happy with her new vehicle and we will definitely visit this dealership in the future. Everyone else at the dealership seemed very friendly and it was all around a good environment. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I would highly recommend Tyler Woods and the Orange Coast team. They will not let you down!!

This was my first time buying a car. I must say, I was terrified. I heard horror stories! When I got to Orange Coast I was greeted by Doug. He has to be the most friendly person I've ever met. He walked me through the features and I was so excited. Lori in finance explained everything even though I had a million questions. After, I did a video with a nice girl about my experience. I had no idea it could be so easy. My next car will definitely be from these guys!

I had a great experience purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland at Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep. Stopped in to look at the different models and was assisted by Chris Ramsey, he showed me the differences in models and assured me if they did not have the car in stock he could get it in less than 2 days. I ended up purchasing from Chris because I liked his service, follow up, and it wasn't a "high pressure" environment. I recommend that you stop by if you are interested in a new Chrysler or Jeep product.

The sales staff where professional and answered all my questions. The car was delivered to my home and was very clean in and out after the service department took care of little things I requested.
