I purchased a Jaguar from them, and it was a great experience. I was comfortable the moment I walked into the show room, and felt like family when I left. There was no pressure at all; just a nice laid back environment. The purchasing process was smooth and easy; the way it should be. I have the freedom to go anywhere for my secondary car, however I am certain I will be back at Orlando Auto Lounge. Their cars are beautiful!!! I would tell anyone to go here 1st before anyplace else.

We have been looking for a cream puff "new body" Taurus for a few years, as we were demanding very low miles and a great price. None showed themselves, but not to be deterred we kept looking and somehow found this small, out of the way facility. No pressure, no bargaining, no dealer fees. Had to hail a busy guy in a golf cart, as we walked around and looked at the small but select varied assortment of clean cars. Some were sporty, some were exotic, some were luxurious, but all were a cut above standard, for sure. We found a beautiful, loaded 2011 with 41 K miles, no accident, one owner-saw CarFax, and priced right at $12,500. Test drove the car alone, and fell in love with it, and since we had almost perfect credit, they sent us to a nearby Fairwinds Credit Union for 1.80% (CFE doesn't do business with smaller dealers-their loss) with whom they have a good business relationship,and within the next hour we had the car. They do financing, and could offer a point or two above that, but with that credit rating, we could get rock bottom at the credit union. We wanted the car washed on site (unpaved/grass field), and asked if they had changed the oil, and to find out the numerical code to use that method for opening the door and they agreed to do go into the car's computer to find it, but asked us to come back the next day to do all three. Business was bustling for them. We live about 30 miles away, couldn't come back within a week, but were so pleased with everything that we told them to never mind, and took it to a nearby Ford dealer for the oil change and code. The show room inside where the business is conducted was air conditioned and had souped-up cars, was a real man's cave with leather couches, animal hides, billiards, car guy type of games and paraphernalia, signage, etc.... It has been two months now, and no buyer regret. The car is exactly what we hoped it would be, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and bright showroom, cars clean and all looked to be in great condition, owner and staff friendly and responsive, straight forward about car and price. Good experience and so far very satisfied with the process from on-line add, phone questions, test drive, settling on final price, and signing on the dotted line! They even threw in a $25 gas card as a buying bonus

I would highly recommend this Used Car dealership to anyone! I have never met a car dealership with so much character and integrity before! We purchased a car form them all cash. WE drove it home and something appeared to be wrong with it. We took it back and Roz (owner) fixed the problem at NO cost to us! After much discussion my husband and I decided that we no longer were comfortable with this car and Roz gave us ALL 100% of our MONEY BACK! This is un-heard of! Never have I had a car dealer go so much out of his way to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with a purchase! If your looking to buy a used car and want to deal with Honest, Nice, Fair salesman YOU MUST come to Orlando Auto Lounge!

Bought a truck a cpl weeks ago. They gve you a seven day warranty. Seven days later ive had to replace everything in the braking system from the master cylinder to the brake rotors and calapers. Engine is knocking and the check engine light came on. Throwing emitions codes, catalitic converter and vaccum leak, and throttle body. Price wasnt bad at first. The i realized the truck had just been repainted over body damage. Car fax was clean but showed nothing for the past 6 months. Stuck with repairs and a loan. Look it over really well and take it to a mechanic before you buy n cross your fingers.
