Rarely do I write positive reviews but the guys at orlando car depot left me no choice!!! I have purchased a few used cars in the last several years and these guys blow all of them out of the water!! They have the most wonderful and courteous staff and have a variety of affordable cars to see! They literally helped me get into a car with payments I could afford. It was a quick in and out type of thing too! No crazy long process, everything is black and white with this dealer. I will most definitely be sending them business in the near future. Thanks guys!!!!!!

Hello, I have been back to these guys a few times in the last 9 months and purchased cars for my children . I was back there a few days ago to make another purchase for my grandchild .They have affordable prices and a variety of makes and models to pick from . I was able to fiance through them and pay every pay day . They treat you like family and give you great customer service as well . They will be my go to used dealer ship from now on . Real Cheap retired police car. No mechanical problems, cold ac, clean in and out. Drove it for a year, changed brakes tires and put a better stereo, sold it for more then what I originally paid for the car. So I bought another car there, this time a compact. No problems... I got my eyes on another... Cool cars for a few grand... Reasonable guys to deal with. No Interest, No Credit Checks, NOTHING!!!!!!!! Money , DL, drive, that's it! Michelle

Husband and I purchased a caravan from here a few months ago, and the vehicle has given us no extra problems. We were very impressed with the professionalism from the sales agent and the eagerness of the finance manager to help accommodate our payments that we decided to go back and get a second car from them. These guys have always been quick to iron out any issues we had with our first AND second car before we drove it off the lot. These guys will always have us as returning customers. Bought and paid for the car went to pick it up and the check engine light and seatbelt light were on. They check for codes and came up air-in the fuel line. They suggested we take it for a30 miles drive. We went out and drove for about 15mileswhen the owner called us and told us to bring the threat backbecausewe where using his plate. We where unable to get the check engine light to go off. They tried to erase the ode but they couldn't. They also said they couldn't find a problem with the Seat belt light so nothing was done. Moe refuse to do anything because he already got his money. Moe said the air in the line was from us turn on and foo the vehicle a lot.

We had a fairly decent experience here. There were some minor issues, but seriously, this is to be expected because they have quite a few cars and limited space to work in. This facility is actually better than other BH-PH dealers we have visited in the area because they are sincere and try to do right by their customers. We came in to buy a specific make and model of car that we wanted and at 127 thousand miles, it wasn't perfect, but it was still a good car. We bought it and wrapped up everything in about an hour, to include charging up the A/C, then drove it 90 miles home. It's been about 3 weeks since and we have put over a thousand (hard) miles on it so far with no problem. As with any car dealer, it pays to know what you want and know something about cars (or have someone with you that does) when you visit.

Beware of this seller! We flew 450 miles to discover the car had been grossly misrepresented.Do not give these people a deposit before seeing the car in person! We had to rent a car to come home. Bad business. The car was beaten up and dirty inside and out. The picture shown on the web site was beautiful! Obviously not the car being sold. BEWARE!!!

I came across this business as I went to another car lot on orange blossom trail. The other car lot said they did no interest financing but once we got far enough in being interested in a car, the story changed. These guys very a joy to do business with and Im glad I came across them. I purchased my car and was able to drive it off their lot with in an hour. These guys were postitive review worthy. Ralf was very patient with me and my family when we were buying my car. he took his time with us and went on several test drives before I picks my car. After buying a used car from a dealer on orange blossom trail in 2008, I knew that the next car I would buy for myself would not be from a used-car dealership..yes, the buying experience was that bad and the car ended up costing me 4gs more in a matter of a few months.. this time around a family friend suggested I buy a used-car and check out this dealer. I am so happy and relieved that I did! The sales guy and fiance manager were very helpful, and not pushy at all. They helped me get into a car that I liked and could afford.. I was in and out within an hour an d half and have had no complaints with my vehicle (have had it for 6 months now). I am actually going to go back to purchase another car for my son who will be starting college in Aug. I recommend this dealer hands down, and will continue to do business with them. They are very friendly, understanding, and very ethical with their business practice.

the experience was great. The sales person was not pushy. her knew his inventory and addressed me to his best cars and gave me plenty of purchasing options. No credit check was real. they didn't even ask for my social. once I decided on a car was on the road in less the a half hour. Nothing was promised for a later date. the small issues the car had, were addressed by the mechanic while we signed the paperwork. Very happy with both the sales person and the finance manager who made my payment affordable to my budget all at 0 % interest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! these are two young guys who work hard and care that their cars and customers don't get stuck with a lemon.

I left contact info online and was promptly called about inquiry by Mickey(only salesman). He answered all of my questions. Hopeful and driving from Gainesville(Go Gators) I decided to go look. I also before leaving had spoken with another gentleman Mo (Finance guy) Very Nice both in person and on phone. We spoke several times while en route as they seemed eager to make sure we were coming. I was not buying for myself but for my son, his fiance and my granddaughter. (She is only 1 year old and safety means everything!) On arrival, I was surprised that car was not pulled out and really ready for sale Come on guys, If you know company"s coming be prepared! Personally I think a lot of dealership skimp on keeping inventory clean. So, this was a drawback. All you sales people need to get on this! Well, I will try to cut this short, we did end up buying the car. I had some issues with a few things. We were not buying on the spot but, we did leave deposit. So, it did seem that both men were equally involved in sale. None the less, the price was good and they agreed to fix all of my concerns. I said 2 tires were not too great, air not as good as should be, and a few others. I made arrangements to come back in a week. Was asked for additional deposit if not able to do that. (Was told I could do this via their website- Great!) I understand they can't sit waiting they are in business to sell cars. Mo called the following Wednesday and left message of all the work they had done to insure that I felt confident in my buying process. This made me feel that I had made a good decision. Being a woman car shopping has always has me scared me.(It has not stopped me!) I am not really knowledgeable in mechanics. The financial part was pretty straight forward. Some down and a few payments after. Both Mickey and Mo were friendly and spoke very respectfully to me. We picked up the car yesterday a 2001 Chevy Impala. It was a very good experience and I am glad it is over for now. I would and have already recommended this dealership to others. Although not everything was perfect looking(mainly the car when first arrived). The office was clean and the level of straight forwardness and respect when spoken with at this dealership was greatly appreciated. This was over the top for me. I saw an ad from this dealer for a 2002 Buick Regal GS. The dealer stated that it has 120K miles and a clean title. An Autocheck search of the VIN (2G4WF551921137805) shows that it had been in 2 accidents, a frame damage branded title, and the last reported odometer reading was 133K miles. So the dealer lied to me about the mileage and the clean title status. What else would they mislead/lie/deceive you about?
