Great experience with VW South Orlando service. We were able to obtain a fast appointment for a check engine light warning. The drop-off process was easy, and the repair was done quickly. Great communication, and Mike Lombardi was very thorough regarding explaining the problem and what was done to fix it. Will return if service needed in the future.

Marva and the staff at VW South were phenomenal. Marva kept me updated throughout the whole process, and got me into a vehicle quicker than anticipated. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and services, and kept me in the loop about inventory. I love my new car! VW South truly makes you feel like family.

I had the BEST experience with VW! Not only did I find a car that I love, but every interaction I had was warm and welcoming! Alex is AMAZING! I highly recommend buying a car from him. Not only did he make sure I was happy, he’s not pushy when it comes to getting a sale. It’s hard to find a salesman you trust, but I 100% trusted Alex to get me the best match and price for what I needed.
