He took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with the information I needed to make my decision and then arranged to have the car delivered to my home - almost 200 miles from Fort Smith. Delivery was on time and in excellent condition. This doesn't seem like an exceptional transaction until you learn that, for most of it, my wife and I were on vacation in the Kiamichi Mountains of Oklahoma, I had only a cell phone with intermittent service, and yet Joe and I still got the deal done. During the buying process it was the best experience I've ever had. Quick and easy and got a great deal for my trade and on the new 2500hd I bought. But after I bought the truck I sent it off to Tulsa for the dealer to put wheels tires and a level kit and steps and now I can't get the saleman or the sales manager to contact me and let me know when my trucks gonna be done or to even get a temporary tag for my loaner. They completely ignored me the minute after I pulled off the yard and they had the money from my sale!

Purchased a 2015 LT2 Impala. We did not have a great new car buying experience. We got the car purchased. It was the resolving of issues and final delivery of the car that was not handled with customer satisfaction. It took 2 weeks after close of sale for us to take "final" delivery. Sales staff seems to be lacking in Customer Service. Service and parts associates are very knowledgeable about their job and their product. Thank you Brad Brown and Adam Harvin for a job well done! We found the Cruze 2lt we wanted online and filled out the pre-approval form. Withing minutes we were contacted by Ryan and set up an appointment to come in and test drive. Ryan was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. They offered us a fair amount for my trade-in. We did have to wait for a while, but that was no issue when we found out it was because the loan officer had been working to get us a reduced interest rate and gap insurance added in for less than the original monthly payment we had agreed to.

I've bought from Smith before a few times over the years, both new and used - I feel like I have been treated fairly each time. I recently bought again for our youngest and the experience was the best I have ever had anywhere. It was a used Jeep but we feel so lucky to have gotten it thru Smith auto group. Steve Hatwig really looked out for us and jumped fast to help us when the right one came thru on a trade in. It had been about 5 years since I had bought at Smith and it's light years ahead of where they were...which wasn't bad at all, it's just great now. The whole process is super streamlined. When we buy from a dealer we have it serviced at that dealer....be it Honda, Toyota, or Ford or Chevy... And the service department at Smith was always great with our Tahoes - we bought 3 of them over the decades for my wife to haul everyone around -- before the kids started driving. Smith service dept. always took care of us well.

Engine warning light on. Dealer insisted I needed knock sensor and new harness . They had the truck for almost 3 days over a thousand dollars in needless expense and engine warning light still on. I even went to autozone and had a scan done, took it back to the dealer, they told me to bring the the truck back for another full day. I looked up the fault code and changed out the air flow sensor myself , about 70.00 . This service department either completely incompetent or crooked.

I DESPISE the whole car buying process, a fact I made very clear to Steve Hedwig, the salesman at Smith Chevrolet who I interacted with. Steve did a great job. It was obvious that he took me at my word, and made the process a very-straight forward purchase, without all the back and forth, one-upmanship that typically happens. The guy in the financing office did try some typical "up-selling" of service plan options, but he wasn't aggressive about it, and was completely cordial when I took a pass on it. Overall,if I normally view buying a car like getting a root canal,this was more like a routine dental visit. Next car purchase, I'll be going back.

There was a recall on my Chevy Cruze, the parts were replaced. Battery Saver light came on since the last repair I had done so that had to be diagnosed and repaired as well. This took several days to figure out but was eventually fixed and has not come back on. I was a little disappointed that I dropped my vehicle off with 1/2 a tank of gas and when I picked it up the tank was on empty... I guess after all the test driving. The car that I was put in while mine was in the shop I made sure was washed and gas was exactly where it was when I got in it. The staff are very friendly and kept me updated through the entire process. They are very easy to work with.

Our experience started out by being greeted by Gill immediately upon getting out of our vehicle. He was right there to answer any questions without any pressures to buy. The Smith Chevrolet Dealership did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for but was willing to search for it. I had explained I had tried to buy from them before but did not because of the sales staff service level but this was a whole new staff and level of service then I had dealt with in the past. I left and Gill let me know he would track down the truck and call me as soon as he did locate it. Gill called within 30 minutes to let me know he had found the truck I was looking for. Cody and Allen were right there supporting Gill the entire way. I had already planned to go to several other dealerships which I was doing when I also found the vehicle I was looking for but did not find the same level of customer service. I came back to Smith Chevrolet and they traded the other dealership for the vehicle I had found. They made me a good deal on my trade in and a good deal on the new truck. Everything was finalized with Morgan (great to deal with), including the extended bumper to bumper warranty, and the transaction was finished by Gill with a complete walkthru of the truck, a meet and greet with the service staff, and a hand shake. It took the whole team and it was a great experience. P.S. They need a new facility for the sales staff and the customer.

I'm extremely picky about cars. Brittany spent a few months getting to know my preferences and narrowing down the selection, but was never overbearing or pushy. She found a great car (2012 Chevy Cruze) at a great price, even though I'd never considered buying a Chevy and had specifically thought numerous times in the past that I would never consider ever buying any GM owned company produced vehicle. The only problem I had with the entire process was that when we closed the deal I was shuffled into a tiny office that looked like a dingy bureaucratic dungeon from an Orwellian nightmare. The carpets were old, there were unused, ancient desks cluttering the area, and the building reeked of what I can only describe as 'lost time, forever'. Brittany was the easiest and most dedicated car dealer I've talked to, and at no point in any of our many conversations concerning monetary vehicular trade negotiations did I feel as though she had any concern other than representing Smith professionally and courteously.

Buying a car off the internet is one thing...buying a ZL1 Camaro in Fort Smith, AR when I live in Melbourne, Australia is another! I did as much research as I could from the other side of the world but ultimately Gil and Susan provided the assurances and the deal I needed to make the purchase. Now I am just one week away from collecting the car with my partner and driving back along Route 66 to Los Angeles. Then it takes 2 weeks to pack it in the container, 3 weeks non-stop on the ship, 6 weeks to unpack and convert the car from left to right steering and I should be driving it by the end of July. I drove onto the lot expecting nothing for I was only going to spend a certain amount and I did not think that they would be able to help me. But Susan brown went out of her way to make sure I left with the car in my price range. She was patient, kind, and not at all pushy, which is rare in a sales person. It did not stop with her though, every single sales person that I spoke with throughout my time there was nice and I know they're salesman and they have to be nice but my experience with Smith Chevrolet was a very positive one. They are honest and they keep their word.

Susan Brown was my sales associate. She went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle of my choice. My choice was the Chevy Cruze. I had specific interior and exterior colors that I wanted. I received a phone call from her the very next day, saying that she had found my vehicle and that it was ready on the lot. Once I arrived, Susan B. and other associates were very friendly. The atmosphere within the office was uplifting and cheerful. The wait time to get financed within the payment range I requested did not take that long at all. I drove off the lot in my new Cruze.

I had a very good experienece with Smith Chevrolet Cadillac. Mr. Cody Key and Mr. Don Corbit were very friendly and helpful during the initial visit and the continuance of my customer needs. They even allowed me to drive one of the Traverses from the lot for a couple of days until my Traverse was delivered and ready for purchase. I gained a lot from getting to drive the Traverse before buying the vehicle it alllowed me to feel more secure in the purchasing of my own. Both gentlemen were very patient and not pushy in assisting me with the complete transaction. Actually everytime I had to go to the dealership all people associated with this dealership were friendly. I would also like to say Mr. Lee Farris the finance director was also very helpful in trying to assist me with the best interest rate for financing, even though I decided to go with my local bank I was able to get a match on the interest rate due to the hard dedicated work of Mr. Farris. Overall I had a good expierence with Smith Chevrolet and I will be back in the future as well as recommending Smith Chevrolet to my friends, family and co-workers! Susan Brown approached me on the lot as I was looking at an SUV. I did not know exactly what I wanted since I hadn't bought a car in 11 years. After a few minutes, I test drove a Chevy Malibu and fell in love! Susan was very helpful in my decision. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. She is awesome. This was my first car buying experience and I must say it's the best feeling EVER!!! Noel Harvey was so great from day 1 when I was starting to look. He spoke to me very clearly and I was able to understand everything. This was all new to me and he made me feel so comfortable and good inside. I wasn't expecting to get far into this process, with no credit and a literal junker, but he was like an angel sent to me!! I bought a 2012 Nissan Sentra and so many good things to say about it!! My favorite so far is being able to go above 35mph:) I recommend everyone to go see Noel Harvey at Smith Chevrolet cuz he is a very good and dedicated salesman who will make your dreams come true!!! I want to thank him for keeping my confidence up and making my dream come true!!! We recently purchased our second and third vehicles from Smith. Jack, Mike and the rest of the sales staff make the process seamless and you feel as though your dealing with a lifetime friend and never feel any pressure. I was at the dealership today for the first service appointment on my new 2013 Malibu. Made an appointment with Richard, car was serviced promptly and within 45-50 minutes,I was on my way. Smith will continue to be our "go to" dealer of choice for a variety of reasons, but mostly because they feel like family and always have the customer's best interest first and foremost. Great relationship driven company.

Finally a dealership that has the staff in all areas to make me happy! I bought a used car a few months ago from Morgan Pierce and from the beginning to the end - It was a First class experience. It is so nice to deal with people who know what you need and want and go out of their way to make it happen! I have also used their Service Dept. and Body Shop(unfortunately but insured! :). Craig with the Service Dept. and Tom with the Body Shop turned a Bad situation for me into a nice one filled with security knowing that I was getting the best possible service and care. Five Star Baby!!!
