Great place to buy a vehicle from. They stand behind their vehicles. The people are friendly and very helpful. Their service department is A1. Colt and Giget are awesome. Josh is an awesome salesperson. Highly recommend them!

Customer service fails to exist after the sale! First off, I received a letter in the mail from the state that they hadn't received the title from the dealer so my registration had issues. That did get fixed or had already been in the process of being fixed once I reached out. They stated it was because my purchase was a dealer trade....from their sister Orr Nissan store. So I don't believe taking so long to get the title to the state is excusable. Again, they fixed it so that was great. I sold the car a few months later and setup my refund for the GAP that I purchased from them. I was told 6-8 weeks. I waited 8 weeks and reached out. Breanna told me, via email, she would check with the warranty clerk on 8/16. I received no response. I reached out again on 8/23...no response. I call today, 8/27, and am told that they have no idea when they will get the check and be able to issue my refund. I understand the world is still in chaos but I was blatantly ignored for nearly two weeks on top of now being told they can't follow through with the refund due to me. Customer service clearly does not exist after the sale.

The salesmen and women were so helpful and friendly! My husband bought a truck from Orr Nissan of Hot Springs and within 2 weeks, we returned to buy me a new car! The facility is so clean and welcoming. It was the least stressful car-buying experience I’ve ever had!

I purchased my first new car from Orr Nissan today. Darrin Hassis and Terrance Brown provided me with outstanding customer service. I didn't feel awkward or out of place I felt like I was home and comfortable. Not only do I have a new car I have a life time warranty on my engine, transmission etc. I'm so thankful that God led me to Orr Nissan and now for the 1st time in my life I have a new car. Forever grateful 😊 Gidget in the service department is awesome. She exceeded my expectations of customer service. I highly recommend Orr Nissan
