The great service and experience with Miguel started at the door by welcoming us and making us feel comfortable. Miguel listened to our needs, taste, budget and expectations on our visit. Miguel went above and beyond finding our best choice and the best deal. Derek also did an amazing job closing the deal. This visit was my first visit to Orr Nissan Wichita and will not be the last. Thank you guys for all!

Their service department is fantastic. I come here for pretty much any of my repairs because I can trust that they’ll do a fair job and usually it isn’t too expensive. They’ve even knocked down pricing for me before just by either a discount or a taking a different route. I believe I dealt with someone named Chris this last time and I had a great experience working with him and the other service members up front. The only issue that I had is while waiting for my car to be serviced someone from the sales team approached me. Initially that was fine. He asked some questions about my car and gave me a quote for a trade in, also fine. What wasn’t fine was that when I told him no to the car that he was showing me, he resorted to scare tactics and got mildly pushy. It was like I was talking to a completely different person. He told me that my car which has 120,000 miles on it is going to cost me thousands of dollars in repairs over the next year unless I trade it in and buy this new car which has 70,000 miles on it. He started listing off issues that my car already has (which to me are more cosmetic than real issues). So Nissan cars only last 120,000 miles before the engine blows out and transmission needs replaced? I don’t think so. Piece of advice to that sales member: The moment the customer feels like you’re trying to scare them or manipulate them into buying the car you’ve already lost them. Stay positive and don’t take the route of scaring them. From that moment forward you turned buying a car from a positive experience to a negative one. It made the experience so sour. The sales manager Brad approached me later and I was a bit skeptical but I can tell that he’s great at his job. He was very friendly, personable, and really does seem honest about what he’s doing. Overall Orr Nissan has a strong team and I’ll continue to come here for all of my service needs and likely to buy a car in the next few years. I’ve come here for years and this was really my first not perfect experience.

Caleb was absolutely amazing working with us to upgrade our car to our new Nissan. I couldn’t recommend him more! We were there for quite a while and the entire experience was wonderful. You can tell that the entire staff works so well together to keep a positive environment for their customers. Thank you so so much

I had an amazing experience at Orr Nissan Of Wichita! Miguel helped my fiancé and I trade in my vehicle today and he was very very VERY helpful & respectful. One of the nicest guys I’ve met! Not only was he very kind but he helped us decide what vehicle would work best for me and seemed to care and listen to anything we had questions about!
