I like it that when I enter the shop or the complex from any door, I am greeted by name and always have a conversation with that person. Likewise, my problem or situation is addressed and done so in an amiable and considerate manner. I appreciate the competence and quick attention to a situation and the fact that I matter as a person as well as a customer. On this particular occasion, there had been an oversight by a technician which had caused angst and concern on our part during a trip. They were quick to follow up and remedy the situation as well as address the technician involved. I feel comfortable working with this staff and know that any problem will be addressed that needs be.

I love my Ford Escape. I recommend this car to my friends and family. Two of my friends and my sister have purchased escapes. The service was wonderful. Jayson figured out I was an early riser. I was sitting in my old car at 20 minutes to 8. You open at 8. I was going to read a book and Jayson swung the door open at Osseo Ford and said "I'm here"! I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. Dave and Shaun were wonderful to work with also. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. You could be training others in "Painless car purchasing 101".

Quick, friendly, and efficient. I stopped in without an appointment for an oil change and was taken care of in a short matter of time. I loved the car wash that came with the oil change. I also appreciated the car status sheet where they give an inspection and mark your car in several categories with a ranking of green, yellow or red, red meaning needs to be fixed, green is good etc. There was no attempt to constantly push to have all of those usual oil change add-ons. Overall a great experience.

I have a 2014 f 150 i am vary happy with the truck the only problem i have had is when i bought the truck i ordered a brush guard for it and when they called and said it was in i took the truck to Osseo ford to get it installed. After the installation they brought the truck out and i found out it was the wrong brush guard not even close to the one i had ordered. Then they ordered the correct one and installed it. After about nine months the brush guard started to rust. i took the truck back to Osseo ford and they called the company and got a new brush guard ordered for me. They called and said it was in and i made an appointment to get it installed. I took the truck up there and my wife picked me up and we went home. Shortly after we got home Osseo ford called and said they had ordered the wrong brush guard again so they ordered the right one and installed it a week later.

Went in to have wiper blades and my low beam bulb replaced but found that my issue was a corroded connector in my headlights. They didn't have the connectors in stock but then one of the men that has worked there for a long time went a step further and found a connector in their parts. I didn't have to wait until I got home to have it done. I was very happy as I wanted it done there because my mom, Alice Larson, always brought her car there for service and they were very good to her. The other connector was ordered for my other light so the next time I bring my car in, they will replace that one also.

Prior to coming to Osseo Ford, I had already driven the 2015 Escape and two different versions of the 2015 Edge, one with a 3.5 engine, and one with a 2.0 engine. While I favored the Edge over the Escape, I really didn't want to spend the amount needed to put me in an Edge with the 3.5 engine. (The 2015 Edge with a 2.0 engine seemed underpowered to me.) Jason, at Osseo Ford, suggested one of two 2014 Edges they still had on the lot. After looking at rebates available, I realized that the price was definitely in line with what I felt comfortable spending. However, their vehicles lacked some of the features I was looking for. Jason quickly found another vehicle for me that was available at another dealership. Everything went so smoothly and quickly, from finding a car, to determining the value of my trade-in, and then securing Ford financing. I visited Osseo Ford on Friday and was driving my new Edge home on Tuesday! I really am enjoying my new vehicle. It handles very well and provides a very smooth and quiet ride.

I was and always have been impressed with Osseo Ford. They are very attentive and they listen to a person and they address each thing closely with their customers. My problem was fix after five different rejections by other dealerships. Osseo listened to me and I would always steer people to Osseo.The service for me took a long time because of the nature of the problem. I was given a loaner car and they kept in contact with me. After the service was complete I was shown what was in detail and what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem.The F-150 I have was purchased at Osseo and it is my second vehicle from there, the first vehicle I purchased was an F-250 and I had that for nine years. I live a ways away but it was more convenient to go to a near by ford dealership for service. Big mistake! Going back to osseo was the wise thing to do. Great attitudes and were very helpful. Spec and Shannone were great to deal with although all sales and service related employees are/were very personable and seemed to care. No high pressure sales and don't make you feel uncomfortable. Recommend you consider Osseo Ford Sales and Service, I know I will when looking for another vehicle in the future. Thanks!

I sent an request for further information and to ask about a slightly lower price on a vehicle offered. After two days I had no reply or even an acknowledgement that I sent anything. Either the request didn't get sent or they weren't interested in my business. I looked elsewhere.
