This was my first car buying experience. My salesperson, Felipe, was super kind and communicated all things well with me before and after purchase. Mike, the GM, made sure that my concerns were heard and worked to make sure that I left in a safe vehicle for my family at a great price. The finance manager brought up an option that saved me a point and a half on rate that I was able to take advantage of and was grateful for.

This was by far one of my best experiences purchasing a car. Filipe was a phenomenal salesman. He was patient, funny,and kind during the entire process. He answered all questions and those he didn't know, he made it his business to find out. The finance officer (I can't remember his name) but he was amazing as well. Each of the individuals made me feel less like a customer conducting business and more like family. Even the GM came over and introduced himself and talked a while. Everyone that I made contact with outside of those named were so very friendly. Will recommend. Would have given 10 stars if I could've.
